Tyler has been my go-to tattoo artist since 2009. I appreciate his skill with color, linework and eye for composition. In addition, Tylers professionalism and respect has made me a repeat customer. When you are sitting with your tattoo artist for session work for hours, the experience and conversation is just as important as the expertise and I have always looked forward to our chats just as much as the finished tattoos. I cant wait to go back!

Ive been searching for someone with a steady hand who can do one-needle tattoo work, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Tyler. When I visited an old shop where he used to work, I walked in and showed them the business card that I wanted to tattoo on my forearm, (the Certified Waterproofer.) While the first guy initially said, No way, and the guy in the back said, Nope,. The first guy then said, I might have somebody. Ill send him your info, and hell reach out to you. I was thrilled when Tyler reached out the same day, and we quickly set up an appointment for the following week. He even took the time to send me a link to some of his previous work, and I was blown away by the attention to detail. Tylers skill and expertise are truly impressive. As you could tell, I have a lot of quotes on my body and I hope to live my life by the quotes I love. As you can see from the pictures I shared, Tylers talent speaks for itself, and Ive become a regular client. But beyond his artistic abilities, Ive also come to appreciate Tyler as a person. He is genuinely a great guy, and our interactions during each visit have become something I look forward to. We share jokes and life experiences, and Ive even had the pleasure of recommending some of my favorite restaurants to him.Tylers positive energy, skill, and great vibe have made my tattoo experience not only incredible but also memorable. My friend & I decided to get a tattoo somewhat last minute and we found Best Wishes - they were able to take us. Tyler helped me pick out a font for my tattoo. I’m a 62year old woman who just got my first tattoo. Tyler did matching tattoos for my daughters and me. He was amazing. So professional. As a nurse, I noticed his use of aseptic technique. He cleaned and sanitized between us as well. Finally, he was friendly while maintaining his focus on his work. I you’re a novice like me or experienced with tattoos like one of my daughters, you will really appreciate Tyler. He prepared the template ahead of time but worked with us to ensure that it was what we all wanted.

Called in to Best Wishes late afternoon, asking if theyd take two walkins, Tyler was super supportive and helpful (and willing). I showed up with my friend, who was visiting from Germany, and Tyler did an amazing job (not only with his precision, but also in taking his time). His cleanliness is next level, is a very good way. Yesterday was my first time seeing Tyler, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. He worked with me to finalize the designs patiently and with great skill, respecting my wishes and decisions but also sharing important knowledge along the way. I’ve been getting tattooed by Tyler ever since he came to Pasadena from Ohio. First of all, Tyler is one of the nicest, friendliest people you will ever meet. He is a excellent tattoo artist who will work with you and make you feel confortable. I love his traditional work and his newer single needle work is briliant. I have been getting tattooed by Tyler Borich for 10 years.In that time, he has tattooed most of my arms and my throat. From the first time I was tattooed by him, he has always helped me pick the best images and really REALLY helped with placement.This is the most chill street shop to get tattooed at. It has none of the chaos that surrounds getting tattooed at some other shops but you can still walk in or get an appointment without a super long wait time.I will post a couple pictures but you should really check out his instagram for more varied content. I tend to stick to black and grey fineline historical flash images.

Jason is an extremely talented artist with some unique work and sick style. Have multiple pieces done by him and love all of them. Always a nice experience getting tattooed by him and will be back.

A co-worker recommended Tyler, and everything from booking the appointment via his assistant Rosie, to the day of went so smooth! I was nervous, as I have never been tattooed myself, but Tylers calm demeanor and attentiveness definitely chilled me out! We came with some font ideas, but ultimately chose one of the suggestions that Tyler had picked out in advance. The tattoo looked even more amazing than I could have imagined - my Mom LOVES it! I am so grateful for the lovely experience as this was a really important moment for her. The shop itself is new, and very clean. Parking was easy (2hr meters). Jason Redwood was highly recommended by a friend, did not disappoint at all! Super attentive during the scheduling process. Jason was fast, clean, and professional throughout the appointment. I’ve been getting tattooed by Jason Redwood, of Best Wishes Tattoo in Eagle Rock for a good while now, around 2 years. I appreciate Jason’s attention to detail throughout the whole process. From drawing up the line work, placing the stencil, the actual tattoo part and wrap up/aftercare instructions, he obviously loves tattooing and wants clients to love getting tattooed. He’s a versatile artist, tattooing, embroidery, drawing and painting to name a few. He’s got an encyclopedia of images in his head and draws inspiration from a variety of sources. I’ve given him ridiculous prompts like “cat bouquet” and he has given me excellent tattoos. I’ve also walked into the shop and been able to pick from his flash and other artists’ flash and Jason has been able to make them work together seamlessly (see image).I can confidently say that if you’re in Eagle Rock looking for a tattoo you could just walk-in and Jason would be able to make permanent magic happen on the spot. If you got in touch ahead of time he could make a custom tattoo for you and you’ll be really happy with it, not to mention it’ll make you look cool. Classic designs with a psychedelic modern twist. Boom!

Tyler has done all my tattoos, and I have had nothing but great experiences. Pictures of his work say more than I ever could about the caliber of his talent, but what they don’t show you is his patience and attention to detail in making sure you get the exact tattoo you want (or better than you could have imagined).
