Rylee is a master at her craft. I came to her with an outrageous idea to merge my three favorite philosophies together into a Dalíesque tattoo and she knocked it out of the park. I am one more session away from being done (because my skin is a sensitive little one) and the process has been more than ideal. If you have an idea that needs to be materialized on your body, Rylee will make it happen. Glad to say I’ll die with these piece of art on my body. 5/5 for sure

Had several tattoos done in one visit. Loved my experience with Sherri. She’s an amazing artist!!! Created a profile of my dog that everybody says looks alive!!! Super detailed and she works really fast compared to other tattoo artists I’ve had before — I never knew they could be so fast. But she still took as long as she needed with the master piece, and she went over time a lot just to complete what she has promised to do, without extra charge.

If you’re looking for a custom tattoo on Melrose Ave this is the spot they can do it all. It’s a modern style shop so the vibe is chill. Clean & process and modern style studio. They opened in 2023. The owner Sherri is super talented and really nice! You can tell she’s a good leader because it’s very much a teamwork environment in there.

Sherri and her team are absolutely amazing! My wife and I have gone to Sherri and her team multiple times and are never disappointed. Sherri always makes sure to listen to your needs and is able to execute your ideas seamlessly. The atmosphere of the studio is unlike any other tattoo studio weve been too and the quality is unmatched. We have more appointments scheduled and look forward to coming back soon!

My experience at Ethos Art Haus was one of a kind. Rylee gave me a beautiful realistic piece of my dog that passed away. I was blown away by the little details that she nailed, so much so I even got a little emotional when I got home just looking at it. I would recommend every person I know to go there as they have so many talented artists, and Rylee gets a 20/10 with how comforting she is while making some badass art. I will be back.

I got my very first tattoo done here last year, and have been back 3 times since (most recently for a full day session). I get all my artwork done by Elena, who is great at original concepts (and has amazing line work). The space is very open and pretty, everything feels clean and well organized.

I had a micro portrait of my dog done by the talented Sherri. My dog passed away in 2022 and I wanted to get a memorial tattoo. Finding an artist that specializes in tiny portraits was difficult, but after scrolling on Instagram, stumbled on her page. I was blown away by her work. From scheduling the appointment, filling out online forms, to day of tattoo, communication was seamless. The studio itself is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and overall a welcoming vibe. Meeting Sherri in-person was amazing. She went over the design with me and was able to fit to my arm perfectly. She was so warm and kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole tattoo process. Even had a mini karaoke session. Once the tattoo was done, I took a look and immediate tears. Her attention to detail and even included a dog tag with her name on it just surpassed my expectations. Her ability to go above and beyond just shows her passion and care that she puts into her pieces. I am so grateful and absolutely in love for having this beautiful artwork done by her. There’s a reason why Sherri has so many accolades and worth booking tattoos with her.

I walked in the other day to check out the shop because I was amazed by all the stunning reviews. The staff was so kind and helpful. I was able to get a last minute appointment while Im in town for the week and Soo Kim did an AMAZING job! So happy I was able to get my tattoo done by such a talented artist. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a tattoo. Very clean, they offer you water and coffee as well!

BEST SHOP EVER.Dean was my tattoo artist and made me feel very comfortable for the outline of my first tattoo. (I’m getting a medusa 🤭)Even the interior design of this place is very clean and welcoming. You can tell that whoever decorated the place gave it a lot of thought and consideration. The rest of the tattoo artists were also extremely friendly and kept making sure I was okay and asked if I needed water or anything else to drink. I’m also extremely amazed by how patient and skilled Dean was because I kept on twitching but he still managed to do a banger of a job. I don’t even have a single blow out. I had a great tattoo experience with Dean at Ethos Art Haus. I did a walk-in for a minimalist tattoo idea, which he designed quickly, placed perfectly, and tattooed very skillfully. The final result came out exactly how I wanted. The studio is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a tattoo experience here!

I was tattooed here recently, and it was an amazing experience. I had booked with Mat Rule far in advance, however I met so many other amazing artists whilst being there. All of the staff were so friendly, they admired some of my other ink, and asked so many fun questions about what I was getting done. Even other customers and bystanders were great to chat with. I wish I could have stayed longer to talk, but had to run before traffic got too bad. Love the location, the shop, the people and the vibes. 100% will return!

Dean tattooed my girlfriend and me - he already had the designs ready to go when we came in and really took the time to make sure we were happy with the placement and size. I stumbled upon this place after walking out of chaotic tattoo across the street because the vibe was so rancid and boy was that a blessing! The owners are ridiculously kind and welcoming and it’s clear that their artists are not only top tier but also really enthused to be there which is rare. I’ve been to countless tattoo shops (each tattoo from a different shop) but after this experience I will 100% be returning and referring. Don’t hesitate!!

My sister and I just had our tattoos done with Sherri at Ethos Art Haus via a friends recommendation, and we truly enjoyed the complete experience!The venue is clean, well-lighted, with minimal yet zen-like aesthetic; and the artists are attentive and personable. (Quick note: They offered us tea options and they had LAPSANG SOUCHONG!!! For those who know what this tea is, its AMAZING! This elevated the experience for me from the get go).Sherri already had some designs to offer in regards to the artwork wed sent her, and was very quick, adept, and understanding to make minute changes to fit what we wanted. She communicates her vision well and executes them with a level of expertise that is both personal, but also professional. The sessions (we had 2 each!) were so relaxing, my sister and I almost fell asleep!She and the entire team there took great care to make sure we were comfortable - which I appreciated - and the physical aspect of the tattooing itself was not painful at all, partly due to the fact that Sherri has a gentle application method that has wonderfully strong results.Highly recommend this place to any and all looking for their next body art.

Ethos is a VERY special tattoo experience. The artists are all incredibly talented and friendly. This place was definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive for me! Giving the ideas to Sherri in order to create a tattoo in dedication to my 2 year old son was so easy. Just sent her pictures of what my inspiration was and she just went with it but made it more personal. The whole vibe in there is amazing and she made my session like it was catching up with an old friend. Can’t wait to get my next tattoo with her!

Dean did my first tattoo 2 weeks ago and I came back yesterday for 2 more. The place is clean and down to earth, very friendly. The art work is amazing from all the artist. I asked and received more than expected when it came to his idea! Will most definitely come back and have been recommending Ethos!

My friend had recommended Ethos Art Haus and we walked in last night. The craziest coincidence was that the tattoo artist, Ami, I had already commissioned to do another piece happened to be there! We did a different, smaller tattoo I had been wanting while we continue working on the art for the larger piece. Everyone was so sweet, the bathroom is gorgeous and zen, and the entire place is big, beautiful, clean, super professional and has great vibes. My tattoo is perfect and I am so happy that I found this spot. I will be back soon!

My experience here was awesome. My friend had an appointment with Sherri (who is INCREDIBLE at fine lines and dot work btw) and I ended up getting a couple tatts from her apprentice, Soo. (She even touched up a 10 y.o. crescent moon for me that no one would ever go near lol.) They were SO hospitable, friendly, and everything you’d want from an artist: patient, knowledgeable, personable, and talented! Soo was extra sweet; sharing why tattooing is special to her and why she wants to share that with others. I’m so happy with my experience here and am definitely going back.

So, so happy I came across Rylee on Instagram! Shes such an insane artist, please get tatted by her ASAP. I couldnt have had a better experience. Gave me my two most favorite tattoos. She was so sweet when I dmed her and we seamlessly made an appointment, I love the vibe of the studio and every other artist was welcoming and nice, and they all made sure I was super comfortable throughout the process. I had Rylee design two fine line tattoos, one of a bow that I found on pinterest, and one of a tribute to an album cover. Both had super fine lines and I was seriously impressed by Rylees talent. She added shading on the bow and I just love it so much.

Sherri It’s a genius in so many tattoo styles, but I am going to her for her smoke and water tattoo specialties and her work is stunning. She takes her time and is very thorough and careful and, shockingly, even though I was in her chair for a little over five hours, it felt like a spa day. She is incredibly skilled and the environment that she has built, from the people around her to the actual workspace, are all top-notch. It really is a massively fun and beautiful experience working with her.
