Surla is the best 👍 I wanted to get something small and delicate, and she delivered what I wanted as I wanted. She was professional and very kind. We had a consultation before tattooing and I knew what to expect at the time of the appointment. Such a sweet person! Her place was clean and professional. Parking is easy to find. Thank you and definitely will come back to get more tattoos.

Just got a tattoo by Surla! She’s so sweet and listened as well as made suggestions on what would look best on me. Super happy with the tattoo. It’s perfect and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going to her again in the future :)

Came in for a last minute appointment and was out within an hour. I love my tattoos! She turned an upside cross into a 4 and designed the little mushrooms. Surla made sure it was exactly what I wanted. I will be back!

This was the worst tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Surla was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I was trying to decide where I wanted to place my tattoo and was a bit unsure of where exactly I should put it. I asked if she could help based on a photo, she didn’t help but instead rushed me and said I needed to hurry or I would have to pay another $150 to come back. I felt so uneasy and rushed that I made a quick decision and regretted it. I’m having so much regret with this tattoo because she rushed me. I can’t understand why you would rush someone and make them feel uncomfortable about something they will have of the bodies permanently.Surla is the worst, no customer service skills. I would not recommend her. The money was more important to her than making sure customers are happy. Please save your time and money and go to someone else.

Surla is wonderfully talented and I had a great time working with her. She was very responsive and caring throughout the process. Would definitely come back for another tattoo with her!

The overall experience was outstanding! From start to finish, she was attentive and quick. The final result was exactly what I had envisioned and she was patient with me the entire time. I got a colored tattoo and Im very satisfied with the result. I highly recommend! She is responsive via email and message as well!

I loved the shop, it is really clean and has a lot of extra stuff to make you feel more comfortable and less stressed, like coffee, candy and a rest area. The artist is super organized and she also makes sure that you are happy with how the design of the tattoo turns out. If you are thinking of getting a tattoo, I’ll highly recommend to get it here. Artist made a spelling mistake on my quoted tattoo. Had trouble reaching out at first, but she later got back to me and was willing to fix the damage (skin color tatt retouch) and a refund. She was very kind and understanding of my concern. Very much appreciated!
