I was searching for an artist in 2018 and came across Nicoles portfolio of both ink and works on other media as well and was immediately attracted to both her style and use of color. During our first discussions, I immediately knew that between my ideas and her talent that wed work well together. I hadnt planned on extensive work, but...Nicoles works are so dynamic!Two sleeves later and more on the way... I simply love the work that shes done on my canvas. Nicole is an attentive listener, creative, and highly skilled/professional. Not to mention a great conversationalist! As for the studio and setting... couldnt be more relaxing and comfortable! Nicole (and Jesse) have done an amazing job creating Ravens Nest and making it part tattoo studio, part home-away-from-home, and part art gallery.I could keep rambling on, but, Ill wrap this up by saying that in all of Los Angeles, Im grateful that I found Nicole!

Ive been a loyal client since they first opened their doors, and Ive never felt more welcomed or well-treated at any other parlor. The staffs expertise is unmatched, and their willingness to go above and beyond speaks volumes about their dedication. Before coming to Jesse I got a handful of tattoos from other artists but I never did multiple tattoos with any of them because either their work wasn’t that great or it wasn’t a comfortable environment. Also, they were over priced for being small tattoos.I found Jesse Gomez on instagram about 3 years ago and I’m never getting a tattoo done by any other artist. Jesse and Nicole’s shop has a great/comfortable environment with a positive atmosphere. The parking is easy and close by with multiple eateries near by when you need to take a break from a full day of tattooing.I haven’t personally worked with Nicole but I have seen her work and it’s impressive! Jesse on the other hand I have worked with multiple times and it’s safe to say I have my permanent tattoo artist. I haven’t had many picture references when explaining to Jesse what tattoo I wanna get but I would explain to him how I pictured it in my head and he creates exactly what I’m thinking with his creativity. His sketches prior to starting the tattoo and the tattoo once it’s done is phenomenal! He is an extremely talented artist and I trust that his work will be perfect every time. He creates a comfortable environment with music and conversation plus his prices are fair for the amazing artwork he is doing.I have and will continue recommending Jesse Gomez for those of you who want a tattoo artist who is creative, talented and great company. By far, the best tattoo experience Ive had.First off, Ravens Nest has such a calming environment that you feel so comfortable. Nicole is so sweet, too. She was able to take what I vaguely described of flowers and sword during our consultation and put it into a beautiful drawing, way better than what I could think of.During my sessions, she made sure I was super comfortable throughout the whole time.In my first session, she did an amazing job. If she told me the tattoo was done, I would have been so happy with it. In our second session, she added darks and whites, which enhanced it so much. The attention to detail she added was amazing.By far my favourite tattoo and i cant wait to get another one done by her. Nicole is truly an amazing artist.

Nicole is amazing! Aside from being a stellar artist, she’s just an awesome person which makes a 6 hour sessions fly by. The studio is super chill, a mix of haunted mansion meets day spa.I go to her for her water color work but she can do anything. I already have two from her, will definitely be getting more at some point.Jesse’s work is amazing too, can’t really go wrong at Raven’s Nest. Plus it’s right by the train station so easy access.

Jesse is an amazing artist I can truly say he is like family he cares about his clients and their ideas when it comes down to what vision they have. I highly recommend jesse to anyone who wants to get some awesome work done.

Nicole is an artist in every sense of the word and is also one of the kindest people youd want to hang out with for hours on end. Shes so collaborative and talented and I look forward to every time I get to watch her work (and wear her work). Plus their location is just a really cool space.

My friend recommended Jesse to me, after looking through his work I decided to send him a message. We spoke and set up a consultation. I have to say I’ve never seen such an amazing Tattoo studio ever! I spoke with Jesse for about an hour and I decided after that this was my new Artist. We made the first of three appointments. Very easy transactions Cash is King but he did accept my Zelle deposit. If anyone would just visit you would know exactly what I mean about their place. It took me nearly a year to find Nicole. I stumbled across her on Instagram luckily. I live in Denver, so we had a creative session via Zoom and I flew out. Her design blew me away! She has a soft touch! And her studio is a very special, intimate place. I look forward to future sessions with her!
