Mayra was absolutely amazing yesterday. We live an hour away so when I called the store looking for an item Mayra answered. She was very friendly and was able to tell me they got what we were looking for in.10/10 recommend this store and Mayra.(Wife is writing this, she was the one who called and went to the store)

I was struggling to find what I needed for my little cousins birthday party, but thankfully a nice young lady named Chloë was able to assist me throughout my purchasing experience. She found exactly what I was looking for and even advised me of a promotional sale that was going on! Will definitely stop by again.

I got my earrings done by the store manager Mayra. Honestly I had the best experience with her. She was nice and very helpful when getting my piercing. I would highly recommend that you come here.

This place is straight up highway robbery. I know stores have to mark up but almost everything is marked up to double MSRP. Pens with fluffy tops $20. A lol surprise that is $8 at Walmart and target was $20 there. Diaries were $25+ it was insane how over priced everything was. Makeup that you would get at kids parties and out of barbie play sets were $19, I can get better quality makeup for $5 at 5below.

I went today at around 2:45pm to pick up an online order, they were closed. No sign on the door. No one inside. Nothing. I waited half an hour and theyre still closed, I called the store, and got no answer. The website still says theyre open.Edit: I called today and they were closed due to the managers being sick and no one else could come in, its understandable why they wouldnt be open just wish the store hours or website could reflect that. The customer service email cancelled my order when I emailed them for help (I didnt ask them to do this and specifically asked them not to do this), but the wonderful store employee still let me buy my order in store.

Mayra is the store manager that helped me out. She was really nice and explained everything to me very well. I would recommend you go to her.

Very nice place, all the employees were extremely welcoming, and the store theme had a contagious delightful vibe. I got my ears pierced by Sammi, who was super kind and informative throughout the process. Ill definitely be coming back to shop in the future!

I recently had my cartilage peirced a few days ago in both ears. I wish I remembered the girl who did it, because I wanted to give her credit. She did both ears very even and she was very nice/friendly. I will be coming back to do 2 more cartilage piercings soon as I want the middle of my ear done, too. Hopefully she will be working since I need her to make sure they are even again!Im excited and cant wait to change out the studs and Im happy with my over all experience at Claires.

I didnt buy anything today, but Claires had lots of cute stuff for summer. Im not sure what everything is for but really cute stuff. They have these beautiful flower headbands - they look like something from the Renn Faire. Lots of unicorns, rainbows, & glitter. How can a girl resist all that!

I got my ears pierced here at claires about 6 days ago. I got my ears pierced in my cartilage, three in each ear. At first it was amazing, no pain, no hurting, followed there directions. Now my left ear is completely swollen and my right ear is next. I use the bottle they gave me three times a day, as told. I twisted my earings, as told. Now my ears are aching and thriving with pain. My ears are red and hurt with the slightest movement I do.

Not impressed. I think maybe its a Lets play dressup store for children. Could find nothing that wasnt sill, or gaudy in stock.The staff was really cool, and sweet, though.

Clairs is awesome regardless of the location. Some time its a little pricey but they offer discounts inane occasions

Only one staff member working or just sitting in the piercing chair. Long line forming at the checkout. Didnt have time to wait so had to put back a pair of earrings I wanted. Really, Im too old to be shopping in Claires.

Went to store at 6:00pm on a Sunday, store time says open until 7, store was already closed. On top of that security is screaming “mall closed” very unwelcoming! Update your hours.

Worse place ever do not take your kids for ear perusing they are very bad at it they take your money and do nothing I took my daughter worse experience in my life
