Good selection, but girl at the counter was extremely rude and seemed annoyed. You might need to talk to your employees about customer service 😬

I went to get my ear pierced and my daughters ears pierced .. they said to wait 6 weeks until you take it out .. I did .. and then as soon as I took it out and as soon as my daughter took hers out it closed up just like that .. same day ! waste of money .. they said I had a warranty but wasn’tSure on what the earring itself or the piercing .. and my piercing hurt since it was done.. seemed the hole was to small and that’sWhy quickly closed up

Seema helped us find a chain that worked for my moms necklace for my wedding! We’ve been looking and we’re not able to find one for days! Seema was great!

I was celebrating a new job and visiting from FL for a wedding so I wanted my new piercing to look...perfect. Sorry not sorry!Danna immediately greeted me. She was warm and welcoming, taking time to let me browse the piercing earrings and giving me suggestions.Dana was so, so incredibly patient. She redrew the placement dots for me over and over for like 20 min until she, myself, and my friend who was with me had consensus on exactly where I wanted my new earrings.I had a great experience and would specifically, highly recommend Danna Mann at Store #837.Tell Danna that Luke says hi!
