I recently moved to the area and this will for sure be my default shop. I went last year and unfortunately don’t remember the piercer’s name, but I needed to re-pierce a previously damaged piercing (my fault, ripped it out!) and the piercer was phenomenal with accommodating the scar tissue and figuring out a great new placement.Came this week for Claire’s apprentice piercing special and I could hardly believe she was an apprentice. Super well informed and communicative. My conch looks great and was a breeze to get. Her mentor, Jen, was also present and fantastic.Everyone from the piercers to the front staff has a great vibe and were friendly and helpful. I think it says a lot that I went a year apart with different people and had the same positive experience. Kudos to this shop!

Jen is amazing!! I brought my puppy Remy in and everyone loved him the employees held him while I was getting new nose ring placed. I brought my friend Rebecca for her nose piercing for her birthday. I adore the staff there!!! My next trip there will be getting a meaningless tattoo on my neck covered. I told the staff Ty will be back with Remy soon. I was told theyll be counting down the days! I love in Maine and I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! They deserve 1 million stars!⭐x million.Felling grateful,Jennifer Best

As I have learned more about this, I’ve found that the jewelry they greedily sold to me wasn’t even safe for healing or appropriate as an initial piercing, they won’t care about your health or wellbeing, they just want your cash and will then act like you’re trash. Don’t trust these people.I’m just absolutely baffled by my experience. I went to get my first two piercings in my life. Loved the experience at first, everyone was great. I tipped generously and thanked everyone. Three weeks later my body decided to reject the piercing and my ears swoll up so large that I had to go to urgent care and the doctor told me I need to remove the piercing. This is my bodies fault, not Spider-Bite’s. This is where things get dicey, the $240 gold snake I purchased literally snapped in half at the post when it was removed. A single tiny gold earring is simply not worth $240 and I was really splurging on this. I knew I was over paying but I figured it would be quality and I really liked it. So I went home from the doctor with my antibiotics, steroids, giant ears, and broken overpriced earring. I was pretty distraught but I decided to try and call and see what would happen. The really nice guy on the phone showed a lot of sympathy and said that he’d speak to the manager. I spent $475 there for two piercings. My only request was that I be able to return the earring for a refund and that they speak to the manufacturer and get it replaced *with a new earring from the manufacturer, not the literal earring from my ear, which I figured was clear but I’ve edited this for clarity* on their end so they could sell it to someone else. He asked the manager and they agreed. Told me to come in with the earring. I was so pleased, I was telling my friends and family what an upstanding business this was. How wrong I ended up being. When I showed up the only thing they said they would do was repair the earring. I can’t wear earrings, the quality was already sub-par and I was told a refurbished unit was the best they can do. That isn’t true. Sure, the manufacturer made the product— but your company is marking up the price wildly and then not even standing behind the product. Even with the $240 being refunded you would have made a couple hundred off of me, and I got nothing out of the deal. If you’re selling a product that doesn’t last, it’s the cost of doing business to do the right thing. You should have refunded me and dealt with the manufacturer, but instead decided to rob me of hundreds of dollars for literally nothing. It’s wrong. I will never stop telling everyone I know about this, and this town ain’t that big. Absolutely immoral. The lobby was full of people about to buy. I can’t fathom why you need to rip me off, and I’ll never return.Edit in response to my calls not only being ignored but also this ridiculous essay they decided to write instead of just returning my calls. This absolute trash establishment not only refuses to stand behind their products, or so much as return a phone call. The “response” here is absolute nonsense and I would never recommend anyone spend money here. Management responding this way is just another layer of arrogant disrespect. I would check all the other reviews that share my experience before coming to this terrible establishment. They are crooked thieves who don’t even respond. The fact that I wrote the review prior to them responding is due to the fact that they were blatantly ignoring me. I wouldn’t put your health, cash, or time in these unprofessional clown’s hands. The mark up on this jewelry is absurd for the level of absolute disrespect they deem appropriate.I hope yall go out of business.

This place is really open and quite a large store. Thankfully I read the reviews before coming here because I was shocked to see how many people bring their dogs. Left my service dog at home because I was not about to have her attacked by some pet (very common thing with people who bring there dogs or fake service dogs anywhere) and as soon as we walk in… guess what, a dog was there. For a place that does tattoos and piercings you would think they need to be sterile. The staff become dog babysitters and we had to all listen to a dog scream and cry while their owner was in the room being pierced. Not 100% the staffs fault but pets shouldn’t be allowed anyways. How can the staff do their jobs when they need to babysit?? Even in the reviews people complement this place for watching and holding their dogs while they get their piercing or tattoo done. So ridiculous.♿️ was told by staff via messaging that the doors were accessible with an elevator. Sadly there was no handicap parking and the doors were a nightmare to open. However the elevator was working properly and very clean.Other than the handicap parking and dog watching service the staff was very nice and friendly. As many people have said Jen is very sweet and very talented.

Jen is a highly skilled piercer, providing me with an exceptional experience. Her professionalism and meticulous attention to detail put me at ease when I visited Spider Bite to get my nose pierced. When I decided to get my conch pierced, I knew without a doubt that I wanted Jen to perform the procedure again. Despite the line of people waiting to be pierced, she patiently explained the procedure to me and answered all my questions. Her apprentice, Claire, also displayed expertise by offering valuable advice on jewelry selection and sizing.

As a first timer, Sabrina made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that by the time the piercing went through, I only felt a short sting. A vaccine shot is definitely worse!The second time I returned to get a shorter post after healing and Claire was newer but did a great job making the process seamless and quick.When I lost my post at home, I went back the next day and they prioritized my 30 second procedure so I didnt have to wait for 7 other people who were doing more complicated procedures which I think is flexible and thoughtful. I probably saved a minimum of 45 minutes because they were so considerate! I cant imagine going anywhere else to get additional piercings in the future :)

Amazing experience👌.. Ive had piercings done in other places before but this one is by far the best.. my new favorite! Looks very nice inside. Its a big, super clean and professional, amazing shop! I went for a few piercings and was super nurvous but Jen was absolutely amazing and I was very comfortable during the process. She explained everything to me and was very patient and kind.. very knowledgeable and professional! She even helped me pick out the jewelry and showed me how it would look in the spot I was getting pierced (very helpful) The jewelry is top of the line btw and theres many to choose from. Even 💲solid 24K gold💲 They are also open (7) seven days a week which is awesome and totally helpful for some. Will def be going back soon :-) I drove almost 2 hours to get there but it was totally worth it all the way! ❤😁👌💪

Staff were professional and store was clean. I brought my daughter to get her first ear piercings. She was nervous, but Jen did a great job explaining everything to her.

Always professional and nothing but good experiences here with multiple piercings. Highly recommend. Get there early because they book up quickly. I find it best to go within an hour or two of opening and be patient. Ive seen Claude and Jen. Jen did my nipples yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. 👍👍

Got my bridge pierced here with Jen, and theyve been so helpful with checking in on it, making sure I knew how to keep it clean, and everything else, especially given it was my first face piercing. Definitely recommend!

This location is awesome! Jen and Tabitha were both friendly and great to work with. Jen took her time with my friend and I on finding the right jewelry for the piercings we were looking to get. Then, when it was time Tabitha was quick, efficient, and great at making us feel comfortable. Her breathing technique allowed the 3 piercings to be painless and they came out great. At the end they offer saline spray if you need it but I already had some. Overall, my piercings came out great and the cost of 2 doubles and one helix came out to be $260 and it was so worth it! I would 100% recommend and would come back!

Everyone at the Manchester location is extremely helpful! I had some piercings done with Jen she did an amazing job, I am so happy with how they came out. She is so knowledgeable and kind, 100% worth the wait. I will absolutely be coming back to Jen to get my other ear done.

I always gave myself my own piercings ( double nostrils, septum & helix with no issues and are fully healed). When I wanted my belly pierced the skin was too thick to do myself so I came here. It took 16 MONTHS to fully heal with exceptional aftercare. Two years later I came back to get my nipples pierced for the same reason. I had the same piercer from my belly peircing and she pierced the AREOLAs of my nipples and id gladly include pictures as proof but my review would get taken down. Its been exactly a year and they still discharge and are red and irritated with the same exceptional aftercare. Safe to say I will never go back and if 0 star rating was possible Id give it that. Went to another shop to get my conch done last month and have had zero issues with it healing.

I had Nick re-outline a tattoo for me. We discussed how I want to have it finished and I put a deposit on having his work on display at the tattoo expo NH. When I arrive at the Expo, he tells me that he can’t do what I want him to do and I lose $150 deposit. I would never recommend him to anybody. Unless you have a drawing to present to him, he cannot do it. Apparently he is just a tracer, not an artist.

Very helpful employees in the adult section, and great artists all around in the tattoos. The new bar Angel City down stairs is amazing. Great details. Could easily stay busy for a few hours just looking at the walls. Never mind the ceiling, the posts the bar itself. Just so great and comfortable. Good stay at the bar as well.

I’ve gotten all of my face piercings from Spider Bite and refuse to go anywhere else. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff, piercing placement and the healing process! If you are looking to get a piercing I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely stellar shop. I am so brand loyal to this wonderful establishment. They’ve pierced my helix, and my friends have gotten lobes, helixes, nipples, tongue and nostril piercings here. My whole friend group loves to get together for new tattoos/piercings every so often and of course we go to Spiderbite! Also the first shop to give me jewelry that consistently keeps my piercings healthy. Staff are all patient, helpful, engaged and seem excited to be working here! Top place in NH!!

Absolutely loved my piercing visit! Just went back for a downsize and Sabrina was 100% amazing! I felt comfortable, no pain, and reassured as I knew my hardware was sterilized.

They have done all my facial piercings and i love it. the piercer is wicked nice and the shop makes me feel comfortable

Sabrina who did my nose piercing is by far the best piercer I have ever had. I DID NOT FEEL ANYTHING!! I highly recommend this place. Sabrina answered all my questions and was very patient with me. 5 out of 5 stars!!

All due respect to them for making sure that a woman is not pregnant before tattooing/piercing, but you’ve gotta do better than pointing at a woman’s non-pregnant belly and asking “is that a baby bump?” Ask any woman out there: major self esteem killer right there. Come on man… Find any other way to generally ask if there are any medical conditions, pregnancy, etc. As to their work, I can’t speak on it.

Great personality’s from all the staff very clean and professional and informative if your thinking about getting a piercing I would definitely recommend.

I always raved about this piercing shop. nothing good but experiences, BUT a few months ago i went in and bought $80 worth of new jewelry that they said would fit my piercings. I chose to change it out myself to avoid spending extra, but when i got home with the Jewelry, none of it fit my piercings except for one, which was a hoop for my labret. I called the store asking if i could come back and get different jewelry because it was the incorrect gauge, but i was told that they wouldn’t be able to exchange it. The only solution i was given was to go in and pay extra to have the piercers change out my jewelry. i opted not to. later on, the labret ring ended up splitting my lip open.

Jen did my double Ashley. Her professionalism is unmatched. When they were swollen and hurt, she encouraged me to stick it out. I am so glad I took her advice, because I am complimented daily on them. Jen really has a passion for her Art, and is the nicest person you’ll meet. If I could give her a million stars I would. I am so thankful for her, because I love how they came out.

I absolutely adore this place and can’t wait to come back for more piercings. The entire time my friend and I were there we had great conversations with Jen and Claudia, who are such cool people and so clearly passionate about what they do. The made the experience that much more fun and exciting while remaining professional and knowledgeable. I had a conch and helix done by Jen, and a helix on the other ear changed by Claudia. Thanks to their skill and communication, it was significantly more comfortable and painless than many of my other piercing experiences. Their recommendations and the resulting work look so good, and I couldn’t be happier about it. I am so grateful for them and would recommend their shop in a heartbeat.

I had Jenn pierce my nose last year and she was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. I asked her about other piercings that I wanted done in the future and she was very knowledgeable and educated me on some stuff. Their jewelry selection is great and just overall atmosphere is great.

Dave Husselbee was my artist for my first tattoo a little less than a year ago. I have had two more since from different areas of the country (I got hooked!) and I can honestly say he caused a very minimal amount of pain compared to both of my other tattoos.He was friendly, charged a fair amount for what I got, and was super good for anyone who may have pain sensitivity or are worried about pain. It’s a tattoo, so it’s going to hurt. But it really wasn’t that bad with him.And, of course, the art came out beautifully. Nearly a year later I definitely don’t have any regrets.

Claudia is amazing. She explains the whole process before she begins and always makes sure you are feeling OK and satisfied with the positioning prior to piercing.

I was able to quickly pick out the studs I wanted. Since my ears had previously been pierced, it was simply a matter of stretching the holes to accept the new studs. Very quick and painless. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The best experience ever!!! Jen and Claudia are artistic, professional and caring. My sister and I have gotten several piercings there and even got some fixed. All of our experiences have been amazing. Everyone that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a reason why everyone goes there. Can’t wait to go back and get more done!

The people at this business will charge you insane prices and proceed to disrespect you beyond belief. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Steer clear. Also, shop around a bit. They are preying on local people and you’d be better off going to a quality establishment elsewhere.

Jen was fantastic! Great personality, informative, and fast. Although piercings usually hurt (duh), I feel it could have gone a lot worse. My friend and I both got pierced that day and we were both extremely happy when we left!

Got my navel piercing a little under a year ago and I’m just starting to realize that the piercer had pierced it so low and I’m super scared that it’s going to rip out the small amount of skin in between my actual belly button and where he pierced it.

Yesterday I walked in with my mom to get a piercing and It was my moms first body mod other than lobes as a child. We were help my Jenn, & Wowww they were literally amazing!! They guided us in the whole process and made my mom feel so at ease with the piercing. I loved how they were not pushy about getting any fancy jewelry and really gave opinions on placement. You can tell Jenn is passionate about what they do, and making sure you’re happy with your results. Unfortunately I live in another state, but when I am home I will be getting all my piercings from them!

10/10 experience! Claudia was PHENOMENAL! I was super nervous getting my piercings again because of potential scar tissue, but honestly it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Claudia was the absolute sweetest, super professional and I felt so safe getting pierced by her. I will be getting all of my future piercings done only by her!

Awesome place! I was not very impressed with shops local to me, so I drove down to Manchester to look for better options to get some piercings done in my ears. I selected Spider-Bite completely at random, it was the first place I visited and I didnt even need to continue looking any further. Stellar service from Jade and Claire at the front desk, and Jen was the most down-to-earth and professional piercer Ive ever worked with. Prices are reasonable and the facility itself is VERY clean, spacious, and inviting. I have 0 complaints. Spider-Bite is my new #1 destination for body piercings, hands down.

Awesome place to really understand whats going to happen during a procedure. Very helpful staff. Twice in a week. Im now all blinged out. Next for a special tattoo to honor my husband who was killed 33 days ago!! Not sure what I want yet orv wherei want it to go,but Im more than confident that the staff and professionals at SB will snow me the way! Great experience all astounaround!!

Went in last night and was impressed with how clean the space was and the decorations were neat. The staff were super friendly from the start. Tab helped me pick out jewelry and was super patient and knowledgeable and great conversationalist. Jen was great with the piercing. It’s like Christmas everyday at Spider Bites! Jenn, Claudia and Blake were joys to work with. They really helped me whenever I had questions and it is always a fun experience to talk with these ladies! They really know what they are doing. When I ordered a custom nose ring they were so kind and generous with their time and knowledge. The selection of jewelry is beautiful and they have an impressive range for all budgets. Absolutely stunning pieces. Really the best part of going here is the customer service. It was so nice because working with Jenn, Claudia, Blake and really everyone I felt that they cared as much about my jewelry as I do! Every time I go here it feels like Christmas because I know I’m going to get great customer service!

Tabatha was wonderful 100% recommend if youre open to letting someone master their craft! I got a double helix and Im so happy with them. I always have a great experience with the people working the desk but my experience getting my piercings was just phenomenal. Both Tab and Jen made the atmosphere super comfortable and I was in and out fast, got a full run down of aftercare and made sure to walk me through the whole process. It was a pleasure to come in and get pierced by an apprentice, Im looking forward to getting the rest of my ears filled out by her!

Claudia and Jen did my snake bites for me and it was amazing! Truly the best piercing experience I have ever had! They are both so kind and caring. When you go you can feel how much they truly love what they do and how much they care about making you feel comfortable. They are so patient and communicate extremely well what they are doing every step of the way. I can not recommend them enough whether you are getting your first piercing or 100th. I will most definitely be back!!

The young woman who helped me was clearly a professional. She explained shop policy clearly when I asked questions and was ready to repeat information so that I could better understand. While speaking I was asked by another employee if they could expedite anything, to shorten my wait times. The piercers here have expert knowledge and capable hands. I was treated well, felt seen and know I was heard. I truly am pleased anytime I am here.

I wasnt able to get pierced that day because the jewelry I bought with me was not the grade required for a first time piercing. I thank them for their high quality standards. I will be returning ♥️ this was my review until I went back a second time with the correct product and again I was turned away. This time they couldnt take anyone else because they were booked up. It was 2 hours before closing. Now mind you I was only there to get my eye brow pierced. So after being turned away twice I will never go back there again. More will I suggest them. I did get my eye brow pierced that same day in Raymond NH at a tattoo and piercing shop. Shout out to angel

I came in looking to get some new jewelry put into existing piercings and add a couple new. Claudia helped me pick jewelry for my ears and a new nose ring. So so so helpful - I’m so happy I came here. She gave me great advice / suggestions. Jen did my 2 new piercings and swapped the jewelry out. I had about 6 pieces total between swapping items out and adding new. She was fast, detailed, and fun to talk to. Jen has the most adorable dog.As for the shop- it’s clean, comfortable, best of the best.Thank you Claudia & Jenn, my ears look great.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL Claudia answered all questions I had about being pierced and she offered very good advice on top of that. She was super sweet, kind, professional, and understanding. Would absolutely 100% go back to her again. Piercings look AMAZING (they are my nipples or else Id post a picture of them lol) but 11/10 service and price point. Cannot recommend her enough. I would definitely recommend going to Spider Bite for a piercing! I got a navel piercing done today and I couldn’t be happier with the results.When I went in I could automatically tell that this was a very clean environment. It was absolutely spotless and it was very large with so many different choices of jewelry. All of their awards and trophies are openly displayed as well leaving a feeling of confidence in the place. As soon as I entered we were automatically helped and welcomed by Annie who was fantastic. She was extremely kind and incredibly helpful when it came to choosing the jewelry. She made sure the one I chose would fit before going to sterilize it.My piercer was Jen. Jen was outstanding. This was my first real piercing so I was very nervous but she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the piercing. Something I also noticed was that she was very good at staying clean and she continuously switched gloves after one thing to another. For example, in between cleaning the piercing area and actually doing the piercing. She also made sure I was happy with the placement before she even began prepping for the piercing.Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend going here. I will be a returning customer in the future.

I got a septum peircing here done and it had a long wait time but it was the day after Christmas so it was to be expected, 5 months later it still looks good, never got infected, and never had any trouble with it. the lady who peirced me did it right and didnt put it in the wrong spot of the septum so it wasnt painful at all. (update) i also got my tongue pierced here by claudia in july of last year and she once again was amazing! healed beautifully

Very clean and professional! Jen was great with my daughter (getting her ears pierced) and talked her through the whole thing and even gave her a stress squishie to play with and take home. Thanks, Jen! You made this a wonderful and positive experience for her.

Extremely over priced; I got charged for $130 on my second lobe piercings meanwhile at a different place they had the same exact jewelry and I got pierced for $40; a whole $90 less…

I have been wanting my septum pierced for probably 5 years! Even though I have other piercings and tattoos I was really worried about how much it would hurt, would it be even, and never found someone I felt comfortable enough with to do the piercing. I just move to the area and started looking into piercing places and this place popped up and I read the great reviews!Saturday I randomly decided to go and became nervous going into a new space, but as soon as I walked in the door I was immediately at ease. The people who work here were so kind and beyond helpful, you can tell they love the atmosphere and what they do. And then Claudia came out- this burst of fresh air and energy and I knew I was in the right place. They took time explaining what a septum piercing really is, what is going on/step by step for what they were going to do, and allowed me to take an extra breath before they pierced. I did not even feel the needle going through, and was so surprised! They told me about the healing process and how to take care of it.This place is amazing, warm, and friendly, and everyone that I interacted with knew exactly what they were doing and had a ton of knowledge that helped me feel at ease. I will be back for something soon:)

Cannot recommend enough!! This was first time getting pierced alone, and I was nervous but the staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The space was so clean and had a nice vibe, they had a huge selection of jewelry to chose from, and they walked me through the whole process and were so nice and helpful when answering questions. The piercer (Claudia Oliver) was so kind and did a wonderful job! 10/10 would definitely go back.

I got my nos pierced May 15th it’s been fine so far but the jewelry has been the worst experience ever!! I’ve had to replace the same stud two times, I’m going back this week to get it replaced a third time!

By far best experience I’ve ever had at any piercing place before. I got my septum done originally by Leslie (who was amazing) and got a jewelry change done by Jen. Both were so professional, kind, and clearly know their stuff. The front desk staff are also so nice and clearly really value your business; at Spider Bite, you aren’t treated as a number. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect. The studio rooms itself are wonderfully kept up, very clean, sterile, and welcoming. You will surely be satisfied with your visit here :) piercings may be scary for some but at spider bite they make it easy!

I went to spider bite for the first time today after many recommendations that this was the best place to go in the area. Let me just say I’m so glad I did! The attitude here was so professional and friendly. Jen and Claudia did my piercings and they were so personable and amazing. There were no questions left unanswered and they made me feel totally comfortable. I would 100% come back here with any future piercing needs and recommend them to anyone!

I’ve gotten my nostril pierced by Jen, and most recently my septum pierced by Claudia. Both times my experiences were amazing, and the staff is always SO unbelievably kind, patient, and knowledgeable whenever I had questions!Claudia was especially phenomenal!!! She took the time to explain everything about the septum piercing, made sure I was comfortable, and walked me through everything; she even let me know that my septum is somewhat deviated and continued to assure me that it would not affect the outcome of my piercing (and it didn’t!). She was happy that I was happy about the outcome and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Spider-Bite is absolutely THE place to go if you want piercings or tattoos! 🤘🏻 I just went today (Aug. 25th, 2021) to get some lobe and cartilage piercings, and I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. The place is very neat and welcoming, the waiting areas, bathrooms, and piercing rooms are spotless, and the staff are always so helpful and kind! I was pierced by Jen, and my experience with the actual piercing process was very easy. I was extremely nervous going in, but Jen helped me stay calm. I left extremely happy with how my piercings looked, the jewelry was beautiful, and the aftercare instructions were also outlined for me in a helpful way! :•) I plan on coming back here to get my nose pierced, as well as my smiley, etc. Thank you for the great experience! 💕

Claudia pierced my septum and it was a great experience. she showed me that everything was sterile first thing, walked me through the whole process beforehand, and made sure i felt safe and comfortable the whole time. it was my first time getting a face piercing and she was so informative and confident in what she was doing. the process was mostly painless and very quick. she placed it in a perfect spot. i will absolutely return to this place and piercer. excellent atmosphere in waiting room as well!

This place was fantastic. Firstly, they took me as a walk in which was already a godsend when you’re in the position I was in (turned away from another place).Secondly, the place was huge, I was expecting a little 10-by-10 shop on the top floor of a gym kinda place. But no, this place was professional and clean and beautifully laid out. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and accepting.I believe the woman I worked with was named Leslie. She had such a calming voice, I barely even reacted to my piercing - a HUGE deal for me!!!I will absolutely be returning for any other work I have done!

First off, Jen was an amazing piercer. Very quick and painless. Very informative and very friendly! Would go back to her again.The only thing I was not impressed with was the pricing. I was told the earrings I picked out would be $30.. I assumed for the PAIR as you usually buy earrings as a pair if you have both ears pierced. Found out after I had my ears pierced and the earrings already in my ears, that I was charged $30 for EACH earring, instead of the pair. I was not told that was how they priced their jewelry. My first time there and that was very misleading. Ended up paying way more than expected.Other than that, very clean place and Jen is amazing!

Snakebite Tattoos & Body PiercingThis is for the limo - but it looks like they do not operate independently.I called and booked limo service in March to the P!nk concert in July. When I called, I was quoted 3 hours at $245 and paid it in full. The owner called me to tell me the girl made a mistake when quoting and it would be 6 hours at $600. He refunded me and I rebooked with $100 deposit (balance of cash at pick up) BECAUSE IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. Hindsight is foresight and had I known what my experience would be like, I would have held him to the “contract”. I called the beginning of July to confirm I had the limo still and was told they would contact me for pick up info. A week before the show, between their calls to me and my calls to them, there were 9 phone calls! I asked for guidance and to speak to the driver about pick up times (This was my first Fenway concert) but unfortunately , that wasn’t an option. Saturday before the show (on a Monday), the rep called to tell me to ”bring extra cash for the tip and to pay for parking”. I balked at that. We were taking a limo to avoid paying for parking which can be an additional $150 in Fenway! I told her I wasn’t happy about that and that it wasn’t mentioned in any of the other calls/communication I had with them. I also said there were 3 hours we were paying for the service and not using it while we were at the show and couldn’t the driver find a free play to park, like a grocery store or something? She told me it was where he preferred to park. I told her then, I wasn’t happy about it and didn’t want to proceed. Arrangements for the limo were far more stressful that anything else and it was all last minute! After talking to all the members of our party, we decided to drive in instead of paying more than $700 for a ride to Boston and back where we would miss some of the show because the 6 hours we were to pay for wouldn’t allow enough time to get us in early enough to see the start of the show and we didn’t want to leave early to avoid having to buy more time. I emailed them and then called and left a message. It was a big tattoo event that weekend and ”they were tied up with that” so I called again a noon on Sunday when they opened to let them know I wasn’t okay with paying for parking and decided not to use the service. That is when they said the drive would find free parking…. ONE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW! Each change required many text messages and phone calls with all involved. We decided it wasn’t worth it. They kept my $100 deposit and in exchange for that, I am going to share my story with anyone who will listen.

Jen is friggen amazing. I gave Jen my trust to pick what was the best piercing for my lip. I can not recommend this place enough! Was welcomed as soon as I walked in and just felt so comfortable! Thank you so much!

I got a piercing and it kept staying upside down on my nose (a cat figure) and had details that would grip on clothes. My nose started to bleed when I took my shirt off as it gripped on it because it’s still healing (I didnt know I should be careful with design during the healing section nor thought when purchased) so I called them to see if they would honor replacing with a different design. The person I spoke on the phone said they would help out and prob would cost $10. When I went there another person said who didnt know the situation they don’t accept returns or exchanges. I’m all confused about what the other person approved?! So sad I spent $80 on a small piece of grippy jewelry that doesnt stay up as it is supposed to (design fail; the top weights more than the bottom and I walk around with an upside-down kitten on my nose😑)

These guys are great - and Jen is absolutely fantastic. Ive gotten a few piercings from them, and the first time I went in, they let me look at the rooms, equipment, ask (a probably obnoxious amount) of questions, even when I let them know I wasnt getting anything done that day, just research. More recently I had Jen do a piercing and it was great - amiable, kind, clear and just awesome. I went to get another piercing but ended up needing to back out, and while I was already impressed, Jen actually blew me away with what WASNT done. It was busy, but she took her time, verbally held my hand and told me its on my time, when Im ready, and there was genuinely no pressure. When I decided I couldnt, Jen helped me decide on a plan to get it done later, and made sure I was comfortable. I literally cannot say enough about how great these guys are. Any/all other piercings I get will ONLY be done here

I have always been very loyal to one piercing shop I have gone to for a long time but my friend recommended spider bite to me. I went and the prices were good for the quality. I had Farley as a piercer and he was so patient with me even though I was being a complete baby. He made me feel so comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Great service (and there was a cute little dog with a little bandana!!!!) I will be coming back

Claudia and Jenn are great. I haven’t had good experiences lately with Medusa so I swapped over. They had awesome jewelry that didn’t react with my sensitive skin. And they were really quick to get me in and out for jewelry changes.

Went to Spider-Bite for nose piercing on the advice of my niece. I was greeted by a super friendly staff; talking to Morgan for two minutes told me I absolutely had the right person. Sharing the same birthday date sealed the deal for me! Morgan explained the whole process, including what she was going to do. She also reviewed each step before proceeding. The location on my nose is perfect! I had a whole new understanding of the process as well as proper care. I was so impressed with the sterile environment and instruments, as well as the concern that I was doing well through the procedure. Also have to add that the selection of jewelry is exceptional! Ill be back in NH next summer and am already looking forward to a new piercing!

The experience has always been 5 🌟 for me personally, but today in particular (due to a specific employee, Claudia) who was super personable, super sweet, was really helpful, did everything we asked for, but the biggest thing is she made the whole experience less anxious. Shes good at making sure her customer is comfortable, and my gf has pierced her septum 4 or 5x before by another professional piercing business, and she actually made it straight, and also NOT PAINFUL AT ALL. Spider-bite is incredibly professional and Ive been to many tattoo parlors and piercing places all around the country. It is filled with diverse art and jewelry that lets you know youre going to find what you want there, and it will be done professionally and sanitarily. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They clearly conveyed to myself and the other customers the sanitary follow-up for the piercings, and my stretching. The prices are very reasonable as well. I watched at least three or four groups of people go through there and the staff made sure that the customers understood the seriousness and permanence of this art. They care, they are great at their jobs. I am going back and getting tattoo work for the first time in years after seeing the excellent work they had on display, as well as numerous awards all over the store, some were hidden by plants! I look forward to my new ink and recommend that anyone that takes tattooing and piercing seriously, Spider-bite is the rare kind of place you would be wise to check out.

I came in for a VCH piercing today and Jen was absolutely wonderful, and so was her apprentice who held my hand the entire time ahahaha (I cannot remember your name, luv, Im so sorry! Adrenaline made me forgetful).The piercing was quick (hurt like hell, but it comes with the territory) and easy and Jen was incredibly informative about aftercare and heal time, and walking me through EVERYTHING she was doing when she was doing it and how it was done.Clean shop, really really well set up, great vibes and attitude all around, VERY knowledgeable staff. I will ABSOLUTELY be back!

A friend and I got piercings, i was super anxious & nervous (as everyone is) before my new piercing, once it was my turn, i was handed WALTER!!!!!!! Walter is a squishy sloth stress toy. it was fun to joke about, play with, and overall such a bonus with my experience!! the staff there are phenomenal it was a great experience all around. 10/10 !!!

Ive never had my ears pierced before! I went to Spider-Bite with my mom to get our ears done and first of all, literally blown away by how dope this place is, their decor is -AMAZING- (check out the ceiling). I got my piercing done in a room with a huge picture of the goddess Isis on the wall, which, like, hell yeah. 10/10 would do again. Charla (sp?), who did my piercing, and Blake who helped me pick out studs were both super duper amazing. Cannot possibly recommend this place highly enough (its also a tattoo parlor).

Insanely expensive for what it is. $120 minimum for four ear piercings. No thanks. I expected to pay more to go with a real piercer but not like that.

After a botched piercing done at another shop I went here to get it fixed. They were so professional and sanitary. They gave me good advice and re-pierced my nose in the correct spot and better jewelry. Piercer was so helpful and professional. 100% recommend for any piercings.

I came in for a little piercing therapy with my friend who knows the owner John/jp. Hes so authentically kind. He cares more about the persons wellbeing than making money which is not only a sign of professionalism in quality of care but sincere care. He took the time to listen to everything going on and after a good chit chat we both agreed that since Im about to start traveling a piercing on impulse isnt the best decision. I dont need to spend money just because I walk into a bussiness and he didnt pressure me to. I have had peircings done here in the past and my first tattoo. The place looks great. Still great quality service and the renovations are amazing!

Got an industrial piercing today from Farley. Theres no appointments, just walk ins, and I came in and was immediately serviced. I filled out some forms, picked out my bar, paid, and within 15 minutes was being pierced. Farley was so professional, explaining everything as he went. He showed me how sterile the equipment was and did a thorough explanation of how to care for it afterwards. I would highly recommend Spider Bite, as the facility itself was super clean, well lit and super customer oriented. I would even consider getting tatted here as I had such a good experience.

I decided to get my nose pierced and had just an amazing experience. If you are looking to hear about the pain, it truly was no worse than a shot and I’m a wimp when it comes to those. The new building looks great and it is clean, friendly staff and of course very knowledgeable and professional!Staff walks you through the whole process and are great at answering questions and redirecting any irrational fears about the process you may have. Morgan was just great and if I decide to get another piercing I will be going back!!

Farley was awesome. I got two piercings done. He was incredibly knowledgeable and the pricing was very fair. There is a large selecrion of jewelry to choose from. He took a good amount of time explaining after care and how everything was sterylized. I felt very safe having my piercings done here and he was just great to spend time with all around. I will definitely go back for anything I need.

I just recently got my nosed pierced by Farley. He was awesome! A lot of times piercers dont give you a warning about the size because the small ones end up sometimes looking bigger on the nose. He explained to me how the sizes worked so I could make the best selection for my face. He was super resourceful and went into complete detail on after-care. Another thing that I loved was the type of nose jewelry I got, before when I had my nose pierced I got the corkscrew kind but Farley gave me one that had a backing so it doesnt protrude as much and I love that. The room is wicked sanitary. The other people in the parlor, as well as the other stores within SpiderBite were also all extremely nice and resourceful. I genuinely dont have a single complaint, I would recommend going to him for any of your piercing needs (he does a huge variety of different piercings). 5 stars!!

It’s been a month since I got my second holes and a singe third hole pierced at Spider-Bite. I was dissatisfied with the service and I’m disappointed with the results. I’ve taken out my piercings.To recap my experience-The staff were friendly and the piercer was very nice, which is why I’m giving this review 2 stars vs 1 star.The jewelry is extremely expensive. Upon arrival, the woman behind the counter directed me to a specific case with seemingly fancier pieces- all unmarked. If I had not asked for pricing, it would have been a major shock to find out each individual earring ranged from ~$50-$150. When I asked for less expensive options, there was a subtle vibe from the woman that this wasn’t ideal but she obliged (I had to ask for pricing again which was met with slight reluctance). Not an outright unpleasant initial experience but I wish I had trusted my gut and opted to leave.When getting pierced, there was seemingly confusion regarding placement. I’d had my second and third holes pierced before but they weren’t well placed. I explained that I wanted to pierce new holes NOT repierce the existing holes. When marking the placement, the piercer got a large amount purple ink on my white sweatshirt. She apologized and stated it would come out in the wash. I get that mistakes happen and said it was all good but I was a bit thrown off and forgot to double check her placement. Before piercing me, she offered to test out older cartilage piercings to determine whether or not they were still open which I did really appreciate.Once pierced, I took a quick look in the mirror and dipped quickly- I was over the experience and wanted to go home. In the car, I took a look in the mirror and realized she’s repierced at least one of the old holes. I went back in and asked that she redo the second hole on my right ear which was most notably poorly placed. The woman behind the counter took a look and made it apparent she wasn’t seeing the issue but I insisted and explained my sister, who had been waiting in the car, confirmed that she too thought it was a botched placement. The piercer repierced the hole and I left.It took me several washes and stain remover to get rid of the purple ink (still slightly visible). This was a major bummer. I paid ~$220 (gratuity included) for 3 lobe piercings and walked away with a permanent stain on my expensive sweatshirt. I called the studio and asked to speak with a manager about the situation. I was told I would get a call back but never did.Now that the swelling has gone down, it’s evident that all 3 holes were repierced, hence why I took them out.This was a regretful experience and I’m extremely upset that I way overspent for a subpar service. I do not recommend Spider-Bite for any piercings.

The ball of my tragus piercing had fallen off and I was not able to get it back on myself, so I stopped in and they were able to squeeze me in front of everyone else that was waiting for their scheduled appointment, to quickly put the ball back on my earring and when I ask how much do I owe them, they said that I was all set. Super nice people. Store is very big and clean.

Went in for a piercing, they said it was 30$ so it was pretty good. Then they say its 30$ for the piercing only and their jewelry starts at 50$ and can go to 100+. Way to expensive

Farley is an amazing piercer! Got my nose pierced years ago in Nashua and the experience was so traumatic, ended up a few months later forced to take my piercing out due to constant infection. However I still wanted my nose done. Fast forward to a few days ago and I went to Farley. Best experience ever (btw for comparison I have had a lot of piercings done)!! He is very knowledgeable and very understanding. 10/10 I will be going to him again.

Ive gotten my daith and triple forward helix pierced here (thanks for the deal in June!) and I can say for sure that I wont go anywhere else. I live in Arlington, MA but go out of my way to go here because the experience is great. Dana is my favorite piercer so far (Ive seen 4 others for different things) and the rest of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful if you have questions. I dont have tattoo experience here (yet!) but I look forward to that in the coming months.

EDIT: Its been a week since Farley did my Industrial piercing. It overall was a great experience however!, Your supposed to put in a bar a bit longer to compensate for swelling. I was given a snug perfect fit bar and now Im in horrific pain because my ear has no room to swell and is digging in my piercing! Im thinking about going back in to have a longer bar put in but I cant afford to pay 70 dollors for another bar that should have been used originally.

My daughter got her ear lobes pierced for the first time and Jen did amazing talking her through it and being so gentle with her. I got my cartilage done by Jen that same night and she is so professional and really makes sure you get the best service

I got my daith piercing here recently, and even though I couldnt show up until an hour before closing and Farley had another piercing before me, the staff was very kind and professional. He put a lot of emphasis on being sure their process is perfectly clean from start to finish, and explains each step through. Highly recommend Farley!

Pricing is very confusing--think I overpaid?Finally decided to get my ears pierced on a whim! They do walk-ins and its first come first serve which is great. I think I waited about an hour, but they got through about 5 groups before me... so all in all pretty quick, I thought.Only negative thing I have to say is the pricing. After I got my piercing and I went to check out my total was about 85$ more than I was told at the jewelry counter it would be. When I picked out my jewelry I asked for pricing and was told those are 25$ each, I think I was charge 55$ per jewelry instead? I am not confrontational but I shouldve asked more questions. Would love to know if I actually got better quality jewelry than th 20$ ones I picked out originally lol, so I figured that would he 50$ for that and then on the website it says 20$ per piercing. I was expecting it to be about 90$ and this is what I got from the worker at the counter. When I checked out it was 170$! I mean I was already pierced so had to pay but the women who checked me out also seemed confused about the price. I guess i was charge for a prong? I have no idea what that was lol. She did give me a 10% discount d/t being military which was great.I would just ask for clarification for prices!! I definitely did not intend to spend that much and mightve chosen different things.Jen is amazing and knowledgeable and my experience was much better than when I got ears done at Walmart 15 years ago.

Despite others reviews this a top notch tattoo and piercing parlor. All high end jewelry for piercings backed up with knowledge. Unlike places in the mall the piercers are professional. Tattoo artists are also extremely professional and well priced.Most people leave bad reviews because they didnt want to listen to the advice of the artists or didnt take care of the piercing when they left. They give professional opinions and dont just take your money. I never go anywhere else for my tattoo work and have been published in magazines for tattoos. By far the best in NH

Went in this weekend to get 3 cartilage piercings on my ear. Piercer Jay was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Relaxed and professional, not to mention fast acting when, after the 1st pierce, i felt woozy. Definitely coming back!

Farley is amazing— you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and making sure they have a positive, safe experience and are armed with the knowledge to properly care for their piercing when they leave. I will definitely be seeing him for my next one!

I got a peircing done here, and they made me feel very comfortable and helped me a lot after the piercing was over. I recently had a piercing done and they were great. Farley explained everything and was detailed in his exlaination of aftercare. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a piercing done.

The only reason I go here is because of the tattoo artist Ray, and the quality of jewlery they have. When Dana was their piercer I felt incredibly comfortable, like things were explained and I got what I paid for. Now that Farley is there piercer I feel like Im being spoken too as if I am 5 years old, and have never had anything pierced in my life. Same thing with the apprentice who never said her name to me. In my opinion if youre paying for a piercing or to have a piece of jewelry changed you shouldnt be shooed away, and if one piercer tells you something the others should follow suit. Not to mention if I want a piercing for a reason, I should not be told its not medically proven every body is different, and if something works for one person, it may not work for others. I will be finding a new piercer, unless Dana comes back.

Prices are way too high. Shouldve learned the first time when I overpaid for a small tattoo about 10 years ago. Figured all these years later they wouldve gotten themselves together. Staff came off as lazy and uninterested while others were nosey. A.B. conversation, we didnt need other employees input. We ended up leaving and contacting another shop. Last time well ever go to Spider Bite.

100% honest review - the gals and guys here are quick to sway your opinion on what you want for a tattoo and where you want the tattoo located.. I honestly feel like it should be what the customer wants and not what the artist “ thinks it should rather be” !! you guys are heavy when it comes to completely changing what someone initially walks in there wanting to get !! This is just my opinion, I know you guys are professionals and probably know better, but really I have watched you guys literally team up and completely change someone’s heart and also being a little bit ducschie about it too! Just saying , don’t team up together when someone is coming to you guys with what they want for a tattoo .. I don’t think it’s professional as I feel like a lot of people go to you guys for first time tattoos as spider bite is a staple for tattoo and piercings in Manchester !

I had recently gotten my industrial done at Medusa’s and the woman had basically given me no directions on after care. Just sold me a can of h20 spray and said to only clean it twice a day. I have been experiencing an itching sensation in my ear so I had went back and the woman at Medusa’s told me “just take ib profen and come back in a week”. I stopped by spider bite looking for a second opinion. I had spoken with Farley and he was so informative that I actually feel quite disgusted that I went to Medusa for any of my piercings. He told me about a spray and what kind of soap I can use to wash it in the shower. (Medusa didn’t tell me if I could use soap just use the H20 spray) I went home and did all of the steps he told me to do and the itching sensation went away!So glad I stopped by to see him today, I’m looking forward to getting pierced by him in the future once my industrial is healed.

Definitely would recommend this place over any other facility. Then my piercer was amazing every step of the way. Great job guys keep up the amazing work. I will be returning for more!

I got a morning glorie tattoo from Ray a few weeks ago he did am amazing job! Its by far my favorite tattoo. I was a bit sceptical at first as his portfolio at spider bite dose not have very many pictures. And it didnt show all of the diversity he can do in art and tattooing styles. But after talking to him and seeing his Facebook portfolio I felt much more comfortable. Im so glad I let him tattoo me and I will strongly recommend him. I asked for a very delicate tattoo with no bold lineing. And he by far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely get another tattoo by him.

Shop is clean, not to happy with my two new tattoos I got from there. My deathbat tattoo looks like a kid did it & has no detail to it at all & my SRH spade tattoo the spade does not even look like a spade. Not to happy & will not be going back. Waste of my money. The piercer is awesome & Iam happy with them. Very unhappy & expected better.

Love this place, I have been going here for years for tattoo work. Providing my creations while they have executed them perfectly.

Have had a number of piercings but customer service stinks lately,. Three times in a row I stood by the counter without being addressed. A new customer comes in and is asked what they would like. The woman pays not attention to anyone unless they are hovering over the glass counter. No sign in. Farley address your halitosis.

Claimed the minimum was $50 but ended up being $60, on top of that the simplistic tattoo me and my friends got came out missing spots as well as just a bad tattoo job as a whole. Rushed to the max! Never going here again.

Spider bite houses rushed, angry and overall unprofessional tattoo artists. Ive gotten two simplistic (basically outlines) tattoos here, both which were highly priced considering the poor quality of the tattoos. I suggest you look elsewhere if you seek quality ink.
