Jason is the best!! He hand drew my tattoo that was in my mind and it turned out amazing!! There was no stock image as to what I wanted and he nailed it. We laughed and visited the entire 2 sessions to complete his artwork. I would highly recommend this very talented artist to anyone!!

I was in yesterday and had some work done by Cody. I had sent my reference material but once I told him my back story he asked if he could come up with a different design. I came to Dolls to get my sleeve re-worked to my satisfaction. I wish I would have started with Dolls from the beginning. Jason and his crew are very professional and take pride in there work. I have had 2 all day sessions with Jason and he has made my experience well worth the time and money. I would trust any one of the guys to work on me and that says a lot. I am excited to go back in for another session and I will continue going to Dolls for all and any future work!! My wife and oldest also have tattoos but were so impressed with mine that they both want to get touch ups and new work done from Dolls.

I recently had my second tattoo with Cody at Doll’s Studio. I was super impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, professionalism, and talent. He has an eye for detail, shading, placement, and is very personable. Im so happy with how he brought my vision to life! At one point I felt light headed and he took care of me, ensuring I was comfortable to proceed and enjoying my experience still. I’ll definitely recommend!

Absolutely love them all! Cody has knocked it out of the park with my tattoos-he has completed 2 sessions on my arm to in the future be a full sleeve. First session in Dec I told him 3 flowers that I wanted and I was shocked at how beautiful they are-session 2 was yesterday-I gave him a simple mandala design and he completely blew my mind at the end result. His attention to detail is on point-his line work is out of this world, his ideas of shading and stippling on my mandala were something I would have never imagined! He made me feel comfortable even when I felt like I couldn’t do it anymore. I cannot wait for my next sessions. I highly highly recommend scheduling with Cody! Everyone at the studio is great :).

I’ve had multiple large tattoos completed by Cody, and he’s by far one of the best. I have all leg tattoos and get pretty twitchy, but Cody never makes me feel bad about it and has such a steady hand. His floral work is simply insane, he has fantastic attention to detail, and I get compliments about the tattoos constantly. On top of that, he’s great to visit with for the 7 hours I’m here each appointment and is always professional. I feel very lucky to have found such a great artist! I will always recommend him to absolutely everyone.

Chris did a great job! He took our idea and came up with a great design. He added shading to make it look like the dragon fly is hovering. It looks way more realistic than I thought it would. Love it!

We have gone to Doll’s for years, we have had tattoo’s and piercings done. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and very meticulous with their work. Just finished up a beautiful thigh piece with Cody! I cant say enough good things about him! From the initial design (which he nailed exactly what I wanted) to his professionalism and talent. Due to a last minute cancellation Cody was able to get 5 of us in for matching grandma/mother/daughter tattoos.He was very knowledgeable with font and helped us get exactly what we needed. He also was the best to my grandma. He found the perfect spot for her tattoo & applied it just the way she needed for her experienced skin.I also have to compliment the place as a whole, it’s very clean, professional, & everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming.I’m am so thankful this was an awesome experience for such a special tattoo!

I had my last of 3, day long sessions with with Cody today.I got a large side piece in a sensitive area. Such a smooth process and excellent work. I was here with a group and I didn’t get a tattoo myself. But the environment was great and friendly. Cody the tattoo artist the group worked with was great! He fit in 5 people with short notice and made sure that they liked it before he started and was very sanitary throughout the whole process. Really recommend the studio and Cody does great work, was a great experience!

I have been going to dolls since I was 13. Got my first piercing there and have continued to see only Hunter for any piercings I want. I was came her for my first tattoo and Devin did an amazing job with my memorial tattoo. Recently I had a piece done by Cody and I am very disappointed with it. When I showed up for my appointment he had done no art work had nothing set up and didn’t even know what I was getting. I gave him basically artistic freedom with it which is every tattoo artist dream and he gave me a copy and paste tattoo. Took the art work from another artist and tattooed it on my leg. When I went in for my second session he got mad at me because “I changed the design”. My appointment was at 11 and I didn’t even get into the chair until almost 3 o’clock. When we did finally get started, he make multiple comments about how my butt check was twitching involuntary. The session was supposed to be an all day session. I was in the chair for an hour before he was done. He didn’t want to finish because he was in a hurry to leave. I now have to go to another artist to have my tattoo fixed and finished!! I will not recommend him to anyone due to the lack of mannerism, professional, and respect. And I would also like to add that my tattoo looks like to completely different tattoos shoved together.

Im visiting North Dakota for work for the next 3 weeks and really wanted to get my first tattoos done and Im so glad I got it done here!! They were 5 small tattoos so she was able to complete them in less than 3 hours! We went over my choices and made sure they were perfect! I would definitely come back to get another tattoo done!! Place is decorated cool and I felt very welcome!!

Cody Hocking finished my memorial tattoo for my son yesterday. We did it in 3 stages. The final work is absolutely perfect! I designed the first stage and he helped me put together the rest of it. He listened to what I wanted and really put time and thought into it. Cody is a true artist. Would highly recommend him for custom tattoos. Especially memorial ones. Lets start with saying when you call to schedule youre greeted by the most pleasant hello on the phone! The name i heard was Andy! I set an appointment for a date I shouldnt have which is my own fault. They happily rescheduled me for a later date with no issues. Andy gave me a courtesy call a week prior too my appointment and made sure it was going too work this person went above and beyond too help me out. After I finally make it in I was greater by a few people whom Im sure where smiling but I couldnt tell due to the masks thanks too the Covid issue. But my Artist Dan and I wish there was a way too tell this dude every single day how amazing of an artist he is. This man has imagination and skill that is unmatched. He took his time too make sure I was comfortable and loved the outcome of his work.All in all this crew is amazing and is the only team that will have my business when it comes too body art!

I originally went to Jason Doll at Dolls Studios for a memorial tattoo. It turned out absolutely perfect! Jason captured everything I wanted to express better than I ever thought possible.At that appointment we started talking about what could be done with some of the older pieces that Id gotten elsewhere when I was younger and hated. I was excited that Jason could help and knew that whatever he did would turn out great. I totally underestimated him. My cover ups are absolutely beautiful! He did a chest piece for me that Ive received zillions of compliments on. He turned a crappy 4 leaf clover and butterfly into an absolute masterpiece that Im proud to show off. I can say with 100% certainty that not only will I never go to anyone else for a tattoo, but I would never recommend anyone other than Jason Doll and his staff to anyone. Its only forever and theyre the best!

I have had this tattoo picked out forever. This would be my first tattoo and being nervous on the feeling of how bad it would hurt etc. but as i searched around and got quotes from some other shops I was so nervous on getting this tattoo and having it done right but all the other positive reviews and people have known that Have gone to dolls I knew that’s where I wanted to go. Got my nipples pierced yesterday here. Im not great with needles, piercings or anything related, and Hunter (I believe thats her name) did absolutely outstanding with the process! Super professional, got both done with no hiccups on her part! I got woozy after the first needle going through and she snapped into action making sure I was all good before continuing. Thank you so much for making something fairly nerve wracking so easy!

I had an amazing experience at Dolls Studio! I was nervous about getting another tattoo(since I have seen some real nightmares) I looked at all the talented work Jason had done and knew he was the guy. I was able to take a few pictures of something that I liked and Jason was able to make some subtle changes to turn it into something I love. He took his time drawling, stenciling, positioning it on my foot wanted it to be just right. The attention to detail was a very nice touch. Overall, a very good experience. You can find plenty of cheaper shops, but its true that you get what you pay for, and Im very pleased with my experience here and looking forward to my next trip to North Dakota and bringing the husband.

This studio is very clean, welcoming, and has a chill vibe. Lea Fisher is an amazing professional artist that does really clean, solid line work and coloring; has a keen eye for design and style; and has a skill for tattooing without causing a lot of pain. The recovery time for her work is quick and very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for good artists in a great atmosphere.

Got my first-ever tattoo after areferral from a family member and Devin was great. Minimal discomfort (granted, it was on the shoulder) and very good-looking work. Three days after I took the bandage off and it already looks totally healed. Definitely getting future work done here.

Jason has been doing my tattoos for 10+ years, and his natural God given talent never fails! His artistry, creativity, and attention to detail is outstanding, and the professionalism that is displayed by Jason, Nikki, and their staff is impecable! Over the years I have come to know Jason and Nikki personally, and they are two of the most genuine, giving, honest, and caring people I know.

After the piercings were complete I was instructed on how to clean and maintain the cleanliness of them. The staff at Dolls is one of the most professional groups I have had the privilege of meeting. Jason Doll did my tattoo 13 years ago with bright blue and purple in it. Turned out amazing, never had to retouch and color hasnt faded. Quality work! Highly recommended

First, I just want to say that my tattoo turned out great. Devin really did a good job. The receptionists on the phone and by email were super helpful. I was able to get an appt on the day I wanted, which was nice because I only have so many days off. Their facebook page is great because you can see work from all the artists and choose which one best fits your style. Now the bad: I had emailed the staff 3 weeks ahead of time with my design and a picture and description of how big I wanted it and where. When I got there I had to show them all over again, and it took an 1 hr and 20 minutes before I even sat down in a chair. The design I sent was already almost complete, just one minor tweek to it was all I needed. Then, right before I sat down in the chair I was told that my original quote of $450 was not accurate and that it might be $600 or more. I was not happy about this. He said he wasnt the one that did the quote so I asked him who did. He said he didnt know. So, if youre going to get a tattoo here, make SURE you get a quote from the actual tattoo artist. I told him Im not paying over $600, which he did stick to. One last gripe, I also sent in a pic by email of a small ring finger tattoo that I wanted redone because someone at Alchemist screwed it up royally. The person that responded said it should be no problem for Devin to fix the tattoo. Seriously, its tiny so it shouldnt have been a big deal. He takes a look at it and tells me theres no way to fix it. WHAT? I already asked in advance and was told yes, it could be fixed. To summarize: Tattoo is awesome, I love it. It took almost 1 1/2 hrs to get in the chair because artist was not prepared, my tattoo when $150 over quote because my tattoo artist wasnt the one giving the quote, and I was told my other very simple tattoo could be fixed, but then artist said theres no way to fix (there is, I draw it in with a sharpie almost every day.)

Hunter was great. Straight forward and passionate. Good vibes and awesome environment. Most likely will come back again to get more piercings and will definitely suggest her to friends.

Horrible service, the belly button piercing came out crooked and not through the belly button at all. They used the same size jewelry as the person who went before, even though they pierced more skin on my fiancee. They also said theyd take some off of the price if she didnt get the H2Ocean, but went back on their word after the service. 1/10 would not recommend.

One of the best places to get a peircing in North Dakota! The staff is knowledgeable and it’s all done so well and clean with high quality jewelry! This place makes me thankful I did my research.

I love the tattoo I got about a year ago. I haven’t had an issue with my tattoo minus my allergic reaction to the ink but the clinic took care of it right away and the reaction went away.
