Larsons Tattooing

I got a realism sleeve tattoo from Jon, with a portion of it being a cover up. He did a phenomenal job. He is not only an amazing artist, but also a great person. I highly recommend Jon.

Went to john in 2015 for this tattoo and I am still in Love with it. I get compliments all the time on this tattoo and they are shocked when I say I got it in North Dakota. Unfortunately i did not get more when I lived in North Dakota but hopefully I will be able to go back To get another tattoo

Yesterday was my first time there and I was very pleased with the experience. I went in for a walk in 40 mins before closing and Jon had no problem with it. I felt very comfortable and had great conversations while getting my tattoo done. Definitely will be going back. The price was also surprisingly good!

Trip did this simple set for me and my boyfriend today and we are both extremely happy with the results! Trip was friendly and professional, the parlor was comfortable and clean, and the after-care kits are wonderful! If I end up getting another tattoo before moving later this year, Im definitely coming back to Larsons.

I dont understand some of the negative reviews about this shop. I used to own a shop in Washington so Im always critical of other shops. These guys are top notch. My daughter got her first tattoo here and turned out great. Solid lines, rich colors, excellent shading. I would suggest that if you are looking for an artist, go into the shop and talk to the artist, check out their work and make sure the type and style of ink you are looking to have done is within the capabilities and style the artist specializes in. In my shop for example I had an artist that was phenomenal doing sailor jerry type art. Naturally I would not trust that artist to do a portrait. So do your homework before getting some ink done and if you get a piece done because the artist said he/ she could do it without showing you some previous work that is similar, but youve didnt do your homework, dont bad mouth that artist. Be mad at yourself.

Went in and had my Norse head and neck piece drawn up, and I could not be happier with the master art work and professionalism of Larsons tattooing. Clean and welcoming environment, one of the best shops I have been to in the country. Highly recommend.

Jon Larson is an exceptional tattoo artist. Yet, he is also the most reasonably priced shop in the area. I wish I would have known about him, prior me entrusting my body to someone else. I had some work done by another artist and the work was very disappointing.I went to Jon Larsons Creative Concepts (Larsons Tattooing) to see if he could fix some of the previous work I had done elsewhere. Jon drew up a plan I liked and went to work. The results was awesome, given what he had to work with.As long as I remain in the Bismarck/Mandan ND area or nearby, Jon Larson will be the only one I will use for any future work. I highly recommend his place to anyone who is in the market for a quality tattoo, and as I stated before, his prices are much lower than those offered by some of the lesser artists in the area

Went to get a sort of emotional tattoo of a Self Harm Awareness ribbon with the wording Stay Strong. The Female artist did the tattooing I cant remember her name. I felt so welcome and comfortable my anxiety went down right away. When I started noticing ink coming off this is my first time seeing it I have 3 tattoos total I went in and Jon ensured me that it was normal, I will 100 percent come back for my next tattoos

Alex did some work on my arm a week ago. Very happy with the results and the amazing detail and coloring she put into her work. Have received many compliments on it. I will definitely be going back in the future.

It was an absolutely amazing experience for me today. The shop is awesome, the staff make you feel at home and the half sleeve Jon gave me is incredible. I literally could not have been more impressed throughout the whole process.

Not impressed with the aftercare once the tat was done & he was paid. I wanted to donated plasma a couple months afterwards, and the center needed a copy of his license. That was the 1st week of Oct. 2014. No response; I have called MULTIPLE times since, and even when talking with Jon personally & I even asked, is there a problem with sending this out...whats going on? He assured me it would be in tomorrows mail. Here is is Dec. 20 & no paperwork---so Ive missed out on about $400 that I could have made in plasma donations.Like friends have said, hes got his money...whats the point of going the extra mile?? Not a way most business people work, and thats sad.My wrist tatt was a cover-up--which shows alot of bleed-though, so I will need that touched up but def. wont be going back to Jon.Shame on you, Jon, for not helping a client try to receive a little extra income AND help save lives. Im really disappointed in you.

Jon is a very talented artist. He took the piece I wanted, sketched it out for me with a new school twist and nailed it! Awesome guy and awesome work!

Went in for a simple tattoo, ended up having to schedual in advance, which costs fifty bucks for the appointment as a down payment which is non refundable, understable, but they didnt even bother quoting me a price, so when I went in for a tattoo, it turned out to be way more than I had expected, so I had to decline getting it, guess who was out 50 bucks because of it, give you a hint, it wasnt larsons.if you get some work done from them, MAKE SURE to get a quote upfront before agreeing to the downpayment, my own mistake, but one that could have been easily taken care of.`

Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, most of all the work is the best around. I get lots of compliments on what I got done so far. I recommend everyone to go there.

Bad, I got a piercing there and they used sterling steel! That’s bad steel to use for piercings

I went for a all day session he changed my original tattoo did a whole different tattoo than what i asked for. And on my other hand had to get a cover up looks horrible u can still see the old tattoo 700 dollars for something i dint want horrible i will never go with this guy again. NEVER AGAIN

Just got a my water color butterfly done by Alex and she did an amazing job. I went in with ideas swirling in my head and she climbed in and gave me exactly what I was wanting and more. Thanks Alex 🦋

After the first session it didnt heal the best but after the touch up my tat looks rad thanks larson for being professional
