There is so much love at this place. They know what they are doing! Super super friendly. Fixed my piercing that Alta Beauty messed up. Go here for ALL your piercings. I review every place I visit, and I dont hand out 5 stars like candy on Halloween.

Best place I have ever gotten pierced. I have had four different piercings and this is hands down the best place I’ve been to. I got my helix done today. Both people at the counter communicated very well and informed me on everything I needed to know and more. They make sure you see that the tools they use are clean, and are upfront about everything. They let you choose what earring you want in your ear which is a big deal to me as I want to like how my piercing looks while it’s healing. They have an array of beautiful options. When it came down to the piercing everything went fine until I sat up after getting my helix pierced and I passed out. The piercer caught me and was extremely helpful giving me juice and water to make sure either was okay. I felt very bad but they were very kind and understanding. My only regret is I was trying to tip 40% after the amazing service I had just received especially after the help with passing out, but I was still confused after passing out and tipped 20% ($40).😂

First time going to this shop and absolutely loved every moment of it! Theyre kid friendly so my 8 year old was able to tag along and got herself a bracelet and learned about anodizing titanium (changing the color of the metal). John was my piercer today and there arent enough words to tell you how informative and skilled he is when it comes to body mods! I got high nostrils and lobe piercings with reasonably priced, quality jewelry that I dont normally see at other shops. Ill definitely be visiting again for future piercings.

Everyone is SUPER nice, everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Paige was super informative and professional. I wanted to get a belly piercing done but due to the skin and shape of my belly button she informed me of the implications with it. Which led me to make an informed decision to do my earlobes instead. I deeply appreciated the honesty and help from everyone there. I also love how they have someone go through every detail on cleaning the piercing, as well as if you have any questions you can contact them any time and day. A cool thing I also experienced was how they show you when the jewelry is sterilized. The jewelry is great quality and lots of varieties to pick from! Ill definitely come back for more piercings!!

Definitely recommend! They were so good at explaining what they were using and why they were using it. Not only that, but they really covered EVERYTHING I needed to know for my new piercing. I will absolutely be coming back.

I would 100% recommend this place. I went in for a septum piercing and was very nervous. I ended up getting my septum and tongue pierced. He explained everything. Explained he was not going through cartilage which is why it usually causes pain for people. He made it such a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be going back for more piercings in the near future. The staff was helpful in picking out the jewelry and making sure it was all sanitized very thoroughly. Everyone was fantastic.

I came to them after a botched septum piercing to get it redone correctly. It was abundantly clear how professional and knowledgeable they were. My experience with them was significantly better than the first time and I really trusted that they knew what they were doing. This time my piercing actually healed and is doing great!

Great staff! Great experience! Very clean and professional. The owner is fantastic and they mean it when they say they are here for any questions and concerns. Response time is phenomenal! They have several displays full of great pieces including real diamond and gold plus titanium and cz options.

Everyone at Catalyst is super helpful and friendly! I went in to get my ears repierced after not wearing earrings for about 12 years. John was very helpful and made sure to walk through every step of the process with me. The two front desk workers also helped with picking out earrings and explaining the after care process. I will definitely go back in the future

I came here and got my 3rd hole on my lobes pierced as well as my conch piercing and I am so happy! The shop is unlike any other I’ve been to. It is such a fun experience to pick out jewelry you actually like for piercings instead of getting the boring stuff from a tattoo shop and having to wait til it heals to switch it out. The associates up front are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The piercer John made sure the process was sterile and quick. He even helped me remove an old helix piercing from another piercer that’s been giving me problems, and gave me advice on how to help it get to feeling better. This is definitely where I will be going for future piercings. So glad I found this place.

Appsalouty Love This Place!! The 2 ladies that work up front are so sweet, and the gentlemen that did my daughters ears was also sweet and talked to her the whole time, telling her exactly what he was going to do it and how. Very perfectional, very clean. If you want to take your kiddo to get a piercing or get one yourself, this is the place.

This group is awesome. They take the time to walk you through the aftercare, help decide on jewelry that will work best for you, and treat you like a person instead of a number. John is a super skilled piercer with a good team at his side. I’ll definitely be going back for more piercings!

This place is amazing been there many times they do great work and everyone there is nice, it gets a lil pricey but its worth it for the work they do.

Staff was super friendly, very personable. High quality products, and professional services. Peircer is great, keeps you relaxed and comfortable. Definitely worth the hour drive and the extra buck.I cant get enough of this place, Ive gone back for more and plan to return in the future.

We took our 9 year old to have her ears pierced today, and Paige was absolutely amazing with our daughter! Put her mind at ease, talked her through everything she wanted to know. The shop is obviously very clean and quiet, making it much more enjoyable for all of us to have zero worries. Will definitely be returning for any piercing needs we have!

Phenomenal staff. Very nice. Very quick, efficient, very knowledgeable about after care and what to except. I called spur of the moment and they fit me into their schedule quick. Even let my two Lil ones come in (as long as they were well behaved) cuz they didnt wanna miss mommys piercing time. And had snacks and drinks on hand! I couldnt have been more impressed with this staff.... Id have given 10 stars if they let me!

These girls are absolutely amazing! I got my nosed pierced somewhere else and they did everything wrong and it ended up getting infected. I called Catalyst not expecting them to be able to get me in for awhile but they got me in right away and the girls gave me a new nose ring which is absolutely gorgeous, they gave me saline, and hot compresses for my nose and in a matter of a week my nose if feeling better and looking better. They were so sweet and understanding with me as I was nervous but they calmed me down and were really gentle with me. I definitely recommend them!

Everyone in the shop was super cool and incredibly nice. I found a pretty piece which was sterilized right there. I am amazed at the quality compared to the other pieces I have here at home. I bought them from another shop here in town or online. Catalyst’s jewelry is just better in every way. I’ll definitely buy from there again.

Just got my septum done and my sister got her belly button! They are so nice and welcoming and such an awesome and comfortable atmosphere! Very clean and professional! The piercer is so nice and talks you through the whole thing and lets you know everything he is doing! Will definitely be going back for more for myself and my daughters as they get old enough for piercings! I was already sold on this place last weekend as I had drove over an hour to Manhattan to get our piercings somewhere else that does walk ins and the piercer was not there, so I actually called Catalyst and found out it was appointment only which of course was no issue but they were willing to get us in that day, but unfortunately I could not, but because of that experience alone I called back and made an appointment! Thank you Catalyst piercings!!

My daughter has had an amazing experience, especially with Paige! Shes had to deal with some minor complications and Paige has done an excellent job at easing her concerns and helping her out no matter the problem. I would definitely recommend.

I have utilized catalyst for my own piercings as well as two of my children. You will not find better care. The employees are kind, clear, and helpful.

This place is AMAZING. I am terrified of needles, but barely felt the piercings (second earlobe piercing on both ears). However, I still almost passed out when the second piercing was done (to no fault of anyone there). I think it was more my body reacting to my own fear.Anyway, when I started feeling faint my piercer noticed right away and got me taken care of. She was so kind and spoke to me the entire time. The shop owner came in to check on me too. I felt humanized after my embarrassing moment and didn’t feel ashamed due to their kindness and treatment. I really appreciate that and would 1000x recommend them.

Very clean. Lots of jewelry options. Will never go anywhere else!I had to edit my review. I think the owner is amazing and still think highly of his work. He has new a new staff and the person at the front desk was extremely rude. They even realized they were being nasty to my friend and said not to be rude but... we were appalled at how awful this person treated us. My friend had a peice of jewelry she paid $120 fall out. She replaced it with a new piece for the same price and that one fell out too. She was having an issue with her piercing and was told she messed it up and to come back. She chose to go somewhere else and I doubt we will ever return to Catalyst especially if the same person is working the front desk.

John, Paige, and Lilly are the absolute best. My kids were super nervous and everyone was being super helpful. We talked about the full process everyone was making it fun and my 2 daughters had a blast. John was making the girls laugh and very patient with the questions. Id go back in a heartbeat. Jewelry was fantastic and high quality.

I went here today to get my nipples pierced! I was scared out of my mind when going in but when I met the piercer He was able to calm me down and be joking and just fun! I enjoyed my experience! They’re clean and very friendly. Do great with literally everything. Was a fun experience I will not forget!

This was my very first experience at a piercing shop, and I am thoroughly impressed by the sanitation processes here, the huge amount of jewelry to chose from, and the friendliness of this shop. I believe John was the one piercing me, and he made an effort to talk me through the entire process and make me as comfortable as possible. There is no pressure to buy any specific type of jewelry or anything here either. If you are new at piercings, or not, this place is DEFINITELY the way to go.

I decided I wanted a helix piercing on a whim this morning, and catalyst got back to me within an hour to schedule and was in the shop the same day to get it done. John was extremely professional, explained the process in a detailed way that made me feel comfortable, and overall made the experience fun and safe. I ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend Catalyst for anybody wanting a clean and cute piercing - the amount of quality, unique jewelry they have to choose from is breath taking. It’s the best shop I’ve been to, and will for sure be returning in the future.

Much like a speakeasy this shop is a bit of a challenge to find but totally worth the effort! Paige, Katie, Nirium and John are professional and friendly. Really beautiful jewelry and a great overall pierce experience.

But I dont know how well that would work its been a long time. since I had any piercings done. going back piercing my nose after few years its like wow. I been looking at top lip as well but it might not be my thing.

I scheduled an appointment for my younger sister to get her nose pierced . Immediately upon walking in we felt comfortable and were welcomed with service and hospitality. John did an amazing job at walking through every step and explaining any questions that we had. The entire piercing process was extremely hygienic, all staff demonstrated aseptic technique from beginning to end. The best piercing process I have experienced hands down. 🙌🏼

Got two dermals replaced. Had to wait a bit past my appointment time but to be expected with the range of ages of clients. Worth the wait. John is the only person I trust to pierce me.

THROUGHLY IMPRESSED. I took my friend here and made a same day appointment to get her nose pierced. This little hidden piece of heaven. It’s kind of hard to find but my god it’s worth it. The amount of jewelry to choose from. ALSO they took the time to explain after care. And when to change out the rods. I recently got my nose pierced somewhere else. And I wish I would have gone here. AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS! I am a ICU nurse and his technique is better than some doctors I know. All around applause!!! Thank you. Thank you. I recommend anyone who has a piercing. Catalyst Piercing fixed my hoop ear piercing that another local piercer messed up! Looked over all the other piercing that the other guy had done and fixed any mistakes. I was also impressed with all the amazing jewelry they had, SO MANY OPTIONS! 10/10 would recommend going here over Black Mammoth.

I went in for nipples piercings. By far the best place Ive ever gone and Ive had them done twice before in NY. Yes its pricey, but this is the place to go. This guy cares. Hes quick at piercing.

I loved this place! Everyone was kind, patient, and explained everything I needed to know to care for my piercing and the procedure. They also take precautions against covid, and the piercing itself. They gave me several jewelry options and explained the difference between each one. The young man who did my piercing was trying to speak Spanish and made the experience 100% memorable.
