Lady Envy Tattoo

I have had a dozen tattoos over a 5 year span completed by the trollop that owns this joint, and I love when she bestows upon me the big, beautiful owies. She also used the black X pasties during my 6 hour chest piece, that’s how I know I can take her seriously. I’d show you a picture of her phenomenal work, but this art exhibit ain’t free, pal! I came back to Lady Envy after a wonderful experience with Kelly. She was kind, friendly, and the shop felt welcoming, which I find is a rare experience for a female. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience when getting tattooed by artist and shop owner, Meg. She didn’t greet me when I entered and didn’t offer to get to know me or ask if I had questions. While gettin checked in she read her dream journal aloud as if I wasn’t there. If I hadn’t put down a deposit I would’ve left. I also wasn’t provided after-care instructions. She acknowledged her friend and other clients in the shop, but made no conversation with me. I felt like a bother and inconvenience. This piece was to honor my grandmother. I had it planned for a while so the cold experience was pretty disappointing and upsetting. I’ve been fortunate to get tattooed in many states and countries, and this is easily the worst experience I’ve had at a shop. I will not be making a third trip to Lady Envy. If you’re looking for an artist that is cordial or kind, based on my experience, I highly recommend going to someone other than the owner, Meg.

This is a call first shop. I stopped to congratulate an old friend with the business and had to speak thru a cracked door and told they were busy: no can I get a name, number, nothing. Glad to see the service reviews are so wonderful, maybe can work on the first contact friendliness

I love the woman that did my piercings!!! She was so sweet and very fast with it. I got my snake bites done and septum done in under 20 to 30 mins!! Very good work and very experienced with her job!

Meg is my tattoo artist and is amazing and the prices are more than fair!! They always make you feel comfortable and are just all around great!

Very clean! Knowledgeable staff, and I felt very comfortable there! I had some piercings done at another shop, that was poorly misplaced, and done incorrectly. I came here to have them done correctly, and fixed. The lady who pierces at Lady Envy is absolutely amazing, and and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!!

10/10 recommend. I went to clean my 2ish month old snug piercing at 10pm and it was just gone. I messaged Kelly on Instagram for advice and she got me in the next day and took care of it. Meg does my tattoos and she is incredible. Bayley is always so nice when I’m there and these girls take amazing care of their clients. Best shop in the MOV. Highly recommend!!

Today was my first time in the shop. It has a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. This was my 3rd tattoo with Bayley and couldnt reccomend her more! Her artwork is fantastic and she is so easy to work with. I have been to several area tattoo shops, but after today I will only be going here, to see Bayley, from now on!

Meg wouldn’t stop doing borat impressions, but man can she tat!!!
