I went in today for a jewelry change, as well as a couple of piercings. Steph, who was working the counter, was amazing! Not only was he super helpful when it came to picking out my jewelry, he was also incredibly personable, and if I’m being completely honest, I could ramble with him about absolute nonsense for days! I got pierced by Meg, afterwards. She explained the process to me and made sure I was comfortable before I received my piercings. She walked me through each step of the process, and ensured that I had a complete understanding of how to procedure was going to go, before we began. The piercings were nearly painless! I would give more stars if I could! Highly recommend this studio, as well and any of their sister studios!

I have gotten 3 piercings and a tattoo at this shop. Its great! The staff are professional, the place is clean, and they have reasonable pricing! They also make sure to warn you before the piercing and ask if you are ready. Very nice experience, fast email responses, too. I come back here for each piercing and tattoo I get. Wont ever stop coming here :)

Ive been coming to see Meg for about 2 years now for my nostrils and vertical philtrum piercing! Shes super knowledgeable and has walked me through every step she did while doing my vertical philtrum. I will be getting all of my future piercings from her, I absolutely recommend!Every time Ive came to this shop everyone there is so incredibly nice. Its very clean and they have a great jewelry selection.

I went to Liam for one of his flash designs and after sitting through many tattoos, this one was by far the simplest process. I felt very safe and taken care of during the appointment! Liam even adjusted my chair when I asked 4 different times to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Would 100% recommend this shop and especially Liam to anyone looking to get a sick design!

Took my 8 year old here for her first ear piercing. I wanted to take her to a piercer with a lot of experience. She saw Meg, and Meg was kind and respectful throughout the experience. Answered all my questions and gave us clear instructions for at home care. My daughter’s ears have had time to heal, and they turned out beyond perfect. I couldn’t be happier, and my daughter is too! Would highly recommend this shop and Meg!

I called Friday and spoke too someone over the phone about replacing jewelry! They never said anything about bringing kids so when I showed up they refused service! I was so upset I take my piercings serious! Eventually I called around the area and was able too get 3 of my piercings changed ! No charge great service and family and kids friendly ! And cheaper. !! Don’t go here

Went in on December 4th and got my septum pierced by Sasha. She did an amazing job and a wonderful anatomy consultation to ensure I was well fit for it. The environment was super comfortable and the establishment was clean. I was informed of the healing process and what to do. Overall an amazing experience with great staff. I’ll be back to get any other piercings done here

Always have a great jewelry section but probably won’t be back. The way the girl shoved hand sanitizer in my face after I touched my own nose ring was very annoying. Not a very enjoyable experience trying to shop for jewelry. Felt like every time I moved I was going to be told not to touch something, it’s a little overboard if you ask me.

I was recommended to come to this shop by multiple others because of their good selection of jewelry. I had my nose pierced 11 weeks ago. I saw my piercer today (from a different tattoo and piercing parlor) who said my piercing healed great/completely and placed a simple hoop temporarily until I could find a hoop that I preferred because they did not have what I was looking for. I came into Queen Bee today and the people who were working the counter were with other customers. Cool, I waited patiently and browsed the jewelry. I was then approached and stated I was looking for a new nose ring. They asked when I was pierced so I told them and was rudely told “ well you shouldn’t replace your ring to a hoop for 8 months”. I have never heard this from any professional piercer. Even if that is their professional opinion, they still should have discussed and offered the options they have. If I want to replace my piercing ( fully healed at that) then I should be able to. They clearly do not want my money nor any future purchases because I refuse to ever come back. Professionalism and customer service is lacking.

I went and got my septum repierced today! They were super knowledgeable and asked me all about my previous piercing and examined my nose to make sure it was safe to pierce over the closed up piercing. I was given all the information I needed for aftercare. They even gave me a business card with my jewelry size and a QR code for a list of care instructions just in case. Awesome customer service and a very smooth piercing experience. I am super happy with my whole visit and will definitely be returning!!!!

I took my daughter here to have her belly button pierced. While the shop is VERY clean, our piercer Meg was very off putting. She was informative and direct but not warm, friendly or kind in the least bit. We did not feel welcomed. While waiting I asked my daughter if she wanted to leave because of Meg’s disposition. This was supposed to be a fun experience. I’m not sure if that’s just her natural disposition, if she was in a bad mood or if she’s always sour, but I wouldn’t recommend her especially for your first time. I’ve been pierced and tattooed several times and it was always a fun experience. This wasn’t in the least bit. Right before the piercing my daughter got nervous and said “wait wait wait”. Meg stopped, abruptly took off her gloves and through them in the trash with what seemed to be an attitude. No reassurance, no kindness, no compassion just harsh. I’m an ER nurse and I deal with people who get nervous with needles all the time. Kindness is free and goes a long way. Being abrasive and unfriendly does not make for a good time. While the shop was immaculate, Meg really ruined it for us.

I needed help as a new tattoo artist. I just wanted them to tell me if my tattoo gun was a sham or not. The women who answered the phone said no one would want to help.I think it’s lame bc the next place I called said no problem! Because it’s easy help! I’m not asking for lessons or classes! I’m just not sure if my tattoo gun is good ! And wanted a professional opinion !It’s crazy how we all are starting from somewhere and how there are places like here that have an easy opportunity to help someone but still refuse.

I made an appointment just to check up on a new piercing, first thing is they have a really clean place and secondly everyone I spoke to was very nice. The lady who met me at the front (sorry I didn’t get her name!) offered to pull out and show some jewelry to me and answered some questions, then Sasha got to me quickly to take a look and answer more specific questions. All said, I was in and out within 10 minutes. No doubt I will be coming back in the future!

I’ve gotten a couple piercings here and each time has been the best experience. Meg is awesome. When i thought my nose piercing had closed (cuz i forgot to keep my ring in) I went back and she opened it up w no extra charge. She’s extremely professional and makes the whole experience amazing. 10/10 ✨💗

Im so glad to have found this place! Its a really great woman-owned facility committed to individual agency through education. I had a jewelry change with a rook piercing and I love my new little bee ♥️ they have a wonderful selection of jewelry that has me planning my next piercing as well as some upgrades to existing pieces. My daughters arent ready to get their ears or anything pierced yet, but when they are, Ill be bringing them here so they can have the kind of experience I wish Id had when i was younger

I was so excited to come here and get new jewelry and a new nose piercing. Eric did them.As soon as the nose piercing was done it was so crooked and he told me it was and that if it still was after it was healed that we could re do it. I had it in for a week and it was horribly crooked and had people commenting on it even. So I went it and got it taken out. Scared to go back to get it re done because if it was crooked the first time it may be the next time.Also had bought a new dermal top and was told it’d stay on forever it literally fell of about two months later. My last one stayed on for almost ten years. So irritated with my whole experience there.Will give them props for how clean the shop is and he was professional in explaining everything. But if you want straight piercings I would do your real search first.

I went in for three vertical helix piercings and was very impressed with the professionalism/service. Their standards for sanitation were superb, and I’m very happy with my results. My piercer was Sasha and I thought she did a very good job making sure I was happy with the piercings I was getting. I will definitely come back here for any future piercings.

Hands down the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. I was helped by Meg, who is so clean and professional. She takes pride in her work and you can tell she doesn’t just pierce for the money. She helped repierce a botched job I got from an unprofessional and now my piercings are perfect! I’ve never had a better experience getting pierced. Her bedside manner is just as good as her knowledge of anatomy and she’s an expert at her craft. The front staff were also very nice and helpful. I love how clean the shop is too. I will be recommending Meg and this shop to everyone and will be coming here for piercings from now on

My sister and I got matching tattoos done by Liam and 10/10 reccomend. My sister doesnt even really like new people and she and Liam were chatting away like old friends about anime and dorky stuff. He sterilized and cleaned everything in between and did a great job on the tattoos. Exactly what we wanted.

I have been here on two occasions, one time for myself & one with my brother. There is one girl in particular who may or may not still have purple hair (I’m identifying her that way because I don’t recall her name) she was very rude & condescending and began over examining my jewelry like something was wrong with it & was telling me “I only had one more install left” on a true gold hoop I purchased from their sister location. (I almost hate to refer to them as sister locations because they are so damn nice & professional at the other place) I usually go to virtues & vices on Cheshire, but this is closer to my house. I made an appointment for my brother to get his septum pierced. He went in, the door closed behind him. They made me aware that he could not have anyone to accompany him. No biggie, I got back in the car and waited. Not even 5 minutes later my brother storms out and is like this is ridiculous. He then informs me of how nasty they were after they tried to push a damn taper through his previous septum piercing area that he was there to get repierced. He was communicating that it was hurting him and asked her to stop & she kept stating it didn’t look like it was closed despite him telling her so. The trend it seems like is that they respond to negative reviews by replying with nice nasty comments. “I’m sorry you feel that way” is gross. Nor do they care.. obviously. Virtues & Vices is AMAZING. I’ve never had a bad experience and have purchased jewelry and have been pierced there. Go the extra several miles to go there instead. 😊🫶🏽

2 of my friends and I all went in together (via appointment) to get our ears pierced. I speak for all of us when I say that the experience was wonderful. The person who greeted us was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked us through everything we needed to know. The piercer (Meg) was amazing, between discussing placement and explaining the whole process as we were getting pierced.All 3 of us have been pierced before and we feel that not only was the experience much better and less painful, but also none of us have had any lingering pain post-piercing. Overall a wonderful experience and wed definitely go back if we decided to get more piercings.

Super clean, front desk was extremely kind and knowledgeable, piercer was very knowledgeable and worked quickly, and the whole experience was as close to painless as you can get. I got my nose pierced and honestly am looking forward to my next piercing here. Would absolutely recommend!

Bethrah was awesome. I went for a navel repiercing and was honestly anticipating some pain because of scar tissue. She was done before she really even started. I felt her wipe the area and she told me to inhale and exhale and before I could fully start exhaling, she was done and putting my jewelry in. She was so professional and quick and so easy to talk to.She made the experience top tier and I would highly recommend her for any of your future piercing needs!

I went in to get a septum piercing, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Positioning the piercing was difficult due to the odd shape of my septum but Meg spent extra time with me and was able to right it. She was communicative and professional, and I enjoyed my visit and am happy with my piercing.

Totally awesome service, very respectful ppl. earrings are a lil pricey but you are paying for quality. went to get my ears repierced but the holes were still there. tapers went in easily and they only charged me for the earrings. really nice ppl and i got some cool free stickers on the way out

Amazing studio. Although I didn’t get pierced, the level of professional and integrity the staff had was amazing. I went in to get my helix pierced (which is a 6 month minimum healing time). I am a competitive swimmer and right now I can’t take that time to heal my piercing. Once the staff had explained the healing time and I explained my situation they said that it would not be in my best interest to get it pierced today if I can’t take time off. They were honest about the product they were selling and saved me from a lot of pain and discomfort. I really appreciate them and hope I can take time off soon to come back and get the piercing. I got a nose piercing after seeing a deal to be pierced by an apprentice. I was a little nervous, but they walked me through everything and made me very comfortable. The price was amazing and the jewelry is very nice. Sasha did my piercing and she did a phenomenal job. I love it so much. Thanks queen bee!

I absolutely love this studio! It’s so clean, professional, and welcoming. Every single time. Meg has done 5 of my piercings (naval, orbital lobe, tragus, and second lobe) all are healing fantastically. They always explain every step of the process and sanitary procedures taken before the actual piercing. I’ve always booked my appointment and have always preferred it that way. It keeps the entire vist organized and well prepared for! I know what to expect and the expectations/standards the the studio holds. The website is a great place to look if you have ANY questions! Meg and Sasha have never failed to make my experience informed and incredibly easy. They’re always on point and making sure I have what I need to walk out of the studio with success and a brand new beautiful piercing!

I came in to have my nose piercing gauged up. I was fully expecting to pay full piercing price plus jewelry but they only charged me for the jewelry as per their policy. Meghan was efficient and friendly. The shop was beautiful, tasteful and impeccably clean. They have a solid mask policy that I appreciate. I will definitely be returning in the future for any piercings/jewelry purchases or possibly tattoos.

Got my septum and nostril pierced by Meg. I had my nostril pierced before in the past, but it was not done by a APP piercer and it got infected and the jewelry was too big so I got a granuloma. I ended up having to take it out and go on antibiotics. My experience has been completely different this time! Meg took measurements of my nose so she could get the right size post for the jewelry. She even showed me the needles as they came out of the sterilizer. She also redid my septum after she did it the first time because it didn’t look good. I really appreciate her honesty and willingness to fix it!! I am so so happy with the results and will be going back to get more piercings in the future!!

Absolutely the only place I will ever go for my tattoos and piercings. Everyone here is incredibly knowledgable about the process and an expert at what they do. Ive gotten four tattoos and many piercings here and they have all been wonderfully done! Amazing jewelry selection too; you always know a shop is legit when the stock high quality titanium and gold!

Love this place! Got my second lobe piercing by Meg, and she did a fantastic job. Really happy with how it looks! This was probably the cleanest tattoo parlor I’ve ever been to. Large selection of body jewelry and high quality stuff. Would definitely recommend this place for piercings!

I went here for a helix piercing a few days ago with Meg. I’m definitely a novice with piercings, and Meg was fantastic. She walked me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She was very helpful, even when I decided to make some last minute changes. Everything was very clean. I will definitely be back!

Very impressed with this studio. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Meg explained everything thoroughly and did an outstanding job with my piercing and it’s placement. The interior is really pretty. There were lot of fun paintings on the wall. The rooms in the back look like a doctors office with that table you sit with the paper over it. Those rooms looked pretty too. Everything looked super clean. They asks me all kinds of questions to make sure I got what I wanted (I got some ear piercings). They inspected my ear to make sure I was even a good candidate for what I was getting. The piercer was friendly, but not all up in my business. The pain wasnt much. They answered my questions in a way that was clear. They gave me take home aftercare instructions. The pricing was reasonable. The location is easy to get to, the parking lot looked relatively safe. I think they require appointments. It didnt take long to complete my visit.

My experience was fantastic today. I had three piercings that needed jewelry changes today. Two had started to close, but Meg helped me choose the jewelry and was gentle with inserting my piercings. She was clean, professional, and communicated everything she did. She was super helpful for my other piercing too, but all in all, three jewelry changes in my ears took only 20 minutes from start to end. I was also very impressed by the protocols in place for COVID safety and the overall cleanliness of the business. I would highly recommend Meg and The Queen Bee looking for a great piercer in the area!

Incredible experience from start to finish. APP certified piercers with diligent screening and aftercare instructions. Bethrah did my nostril piercing and was amazing to say the least. It was the most “calming” piercing experience I’ve ever had. They have a great selection of high quality jewelry to choose from and I’m already contemplating what piercing I want next. Bethra was very knowledgeable and professional. I came in wanting a piercing that was just not suited to the shape of my ear. She considered aesthetics based on my ear and recommended two other piercing locations. While I was a little nervous to get something different than I had intended, I could tell she knew what she was talking about and I appreciated her honesty. I am so glad I listened to her because the piercing came out great and is way cooler than what I thought I wanted. I love it!

An absolutely fabulous tattoo studio. It was super clean and the receptionist was very knowledgeable. Their jewelry selection is plentiful with an assortment of precious metals. They should post a few of their pieces because I was in awe with what they had to offer. Eric Holmes was my piercer and was super friendly. He was patient with my questions about my conch piercing and most importantly he showed me the sanitation process, which my previous studio did not do. This studio is worth the trip to Marietta (I drove from Lawrenceville). Ask for Eric and tell them Nina O sent you!!!

Very professional, came in with the right side of my nose pierced from another place that wouldn’t heal and found out the guy who pierced it didn’t do such a great job so we decided it was best to take it out. I decided to pierce my left side, and Meg was fantastic and very professional! I loved how clean, how the piercing itself was done, how sterile. It was just an amazing experience. Excellent experience. We came in for an ear piercing for a teenager. All employees we interacted with were nice, helpful, and made me feel at ease. Bethrah, who did the piercing, is great. She is knowledgeable and also very, very personable. My teen has a serious fear of needles; and Bethrah was amazing. The piercing is healing well and my kiddo is happy with its placement.Lastly, they take great care of the safety of their clients (think disposable implements and autoclaving).We have already booked the next appointment.

Had a wonderful experience with this establishment on a Sunday, walk in basis for an eyebrow, vertical labret, and septum jewelry revamp with Meg and it all suits my face so much better. So glad I finally went to a professional to help me look right🤣 very knowledgeable and pleasant staff.

I really have to brag about Queen Bee! I came in due to a piercing not healing correctly, after being told incorrect aftercare from a previous shop. I am extremely grateful for Meg, she was so sweet and so professional! I was so worried it was going to be painful taking the jewelry I had out and putting the new one in, but she was so attentive and made the exchange almost painless! The shop is beautiful and so clean! They also have such beautiful and high quality jewelry and I will be going there from now on for all my jewelry and piercing needs! We went there a few weeks ago and bought 2 pieces of jewelery. My husbands nose ring felt out and he went back to get it put back in and they charged him $15 to reput something they put in and did not secure it right in the first place.They ladys also give him a aditue when he asked why they charge him ...wont go back to this place. Good customerservice is the key

I loooove this place! I was a little sad that I couldnt have anyone with me for the piercing but theyre super chill. Meg pierced me and she was aaaamazing. I didnt feel rushed AT ALL and I took extra time to breathe before the procedure. Ended up getting out in time anyway! I feel so happy and pain-free post-piercing!The decor is amazingly a perfect vibe... and I feel elated and confident in the experience and the aftercare.Thank you thank you so much for making me feel safe and secure! Well I had been recommended to come to this shop. Thought it was a good encounter until I had to make adjustments. The girl on the phone is super rude, not understanding, and needs an attitude check. They Nickel and Dime you at any opportunity, certainly do not work with you, and can’t even show proof of what they are claiming. Then they charge way too much because they charge you time when they are not even tattooing. And charge you like the deposit doesn’t even exist. The tattoo is pretty which earns the star if there were zero stars I would have done that for customer service.

I got my nostril & lip pierced by Meg! She was so professional & you can tell they are very clean & sterile with everything. She talked me through each step of my piercings and made sure I knew what to expect. I also got to pick my own jewelry (within reason). My first experience was great . I wanted continue to buy jewelry here and I failed at 2 attempt after driving 1 hour each time . First attempt I wanted to buy my friend a nose ring after I was telling her how great it was so we drove the 1 hour for them to say 1 person in the building at a time and we need to make a appointment . There was only 1 person in the store they said due to Covid soo what ever . They were rude and didn’t compromise when we were only there to buy jewelry. The second time months later I made an appointment to come to queen bee tattoo, parlor still wanting pure jewelry just to shop. And I did bring my one year-old daughter it and I wanted to buy a gold hoop. They told me no children. Understandable but I drove an hour. So I had got somebody to look after her in my truck while I did a quick shop. So the women made me feel like she didn’t want to help me and rushed me out . She barely looked at me to just said they didn’t have my size in anything not even the sister store. She didn’t tell me when they would have it in . She was pretty much ,as I felt, like she didn’t have anything for ME. They didn’t show me ANY customer service nor tried to work with me in any way. So I won’t be coming back nor recommending them to anyone else. Customer service goes along way. (Side note : even though I came up with a solution with my child . They still didn’t want to help me.)

This shop is soooo beautiful! Super clean & the staff is friendly & professional. I got 2 piercings and I love that they sterilized everything while I was there. They also have tons of gorgeous jewelry to pick from. Also, I wanted to get a forward helix piercing but unfortunately was unable to because I’m not a good candidate & I’m glad they told be that instead of just trying to get money from me, so DEFINITELY recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back & get more piercings!!

The shop is nice and clean. I had my septum pierced by Eric and I would definitely recommend him. He did a great job and was also very kind and friendly. I was pretty anxious about getting pierced and he was really patient and made me feel comfortable through the whole process.

I have been tattooed and pierced here on a couple of occasions and I will definitely keep going back. Everything about this shop so far is amazing, from the people who work here to the decor and over all atmosphere. My artist was Kandace and she went above and beyond when it came to my tattoo, she really understood what I wanted from the piece and her rendering of it still blows me away whenever I look at it. I have been pierced here a couple times as well by Bethrah and Eric and both were very kind and gentle and had a lot of knowledge about piercings and aftercare. This shop also has a really great selection of jewelry and I dont foresee going anywhere else to get pierced. Furthermore, they are definitely adhering to all COVID safety protocol and you can tell that they are genuinely concerned with cleanliness and care.

Update: I went to get another piercing and again a wonderful experience. My orginal piercings are healing beautifully.I went Saturday to get a piecing and Bethrah was great. She suggested a placement that fit me anatomical better that what I had in mind when I walked in.I don’t know why a few people have complained of staff being rude. They were all very helpful and friendly. I’ll be back for sure!

TEN STAR SERVICE! Bethra was amazing! She provided excellent service while I received my piercings today.I had a bad experience with a friend-referred piercer at another location. When that fell through, I went straight to Queen Bee and I am SO HAPPY I did.This is a great establishment. Go get a piercing and/or tattoo and GIVE A GOOD TIP, y’all. These folks provide excellent work with excellent service in a clean AND CERTIFIED piercing and tattoo establishment!

Had a wonderful experience yesterday with my girlfriends getting our ears pierced. Staff was very friendly and explained everything to us perfectly. Walked in nervous and left wanting to come back for plenty more piercings.

I got two piercings here and it was an overall very quick and easy process. Their jewelry is definitely on the pricier end but its all very high quality and they had a good selection. Id also strongly recommend calling or making an appointment online ahead of time.

So this was my first time there and was amazed they were so kind and helpful and clean and I love how they care about your body instead of just trying to get ur money!! They answered all my questions and when i got my girls pierced my pierced was bethrah and she was so helpful and listens to me and kept me very calm and made me feel comfortable!!! Would 10/10 recommend

I appreciate their strict protocols. Its needed! The appearance of the parlour is great! I did not end up using their service. I felt their pricing was high in that for ear piercings alone, you must purchase earrings at a minimum cost of $60 and also pay for piercing. I intended to get a double ear piercing. I would suggest this be included in the cost of the jewelry purchase. I also feel accepting the customers jewelry is something to consider and have the customer sign an agreement absolving the business of any liability in case of any adverse reactions to the customers jewelry.

This place is top notch - clean, organized, structured and a great supporting staff. I made an appointment and followed all their guidelines, which made the process seamless. They took very good care of me, made me feel like I made the right choice in selecting a business that genuinely cares for their customer. Definitely a must try for piercings!

I went in for 2 different piercings, but after being evaluated by Bethrah I was told I couldn’t get my navel pierced for safety reasons. Bethrah was very knowledgeable and cared about the healing process rather than the money. I loved that! She pierced my nipples and made the painful process so much better for me. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a long review, so if you dont want to read the whole thing the short version is 5/5 stars - fantastic shop and amazing staff. Bethrah is brilliant at what she does.If you are in the metro Atlanta area and are looking to get any sort of piercing work done, I could not recommend Bethrah Szumski at Queen Bee Tattoo more. If I could give more than five stars, I would. My entire experience was fantastic and I wholeheartedly appreciate the efforts of the staff and artists to that made said experience so great.I visited Queen Bee Tattoo on 3/6 to get my second and third lobe piercings done. I made an appointment online - super easy system and only took a couple minutes. I got a confirmation via my phone and e-mail, with pre-appointment instructions to come with a mask, your ID, and to eat something prior to arriving. Im not sure if they are taking walk ins at the moment, and would highly recommend making an appointment for any sort of visit.The shop is immaculately clean and they provide hand sanitizer and masks if you need one. The girls working the front desk took my information and had me fill out some forms. She went over aftercare and got me set up with a bottle of saline and some instructions and then I got to pick out the jewelry I wanted.As is standard practice in professional tattoo/piercing shops, the piercings and the jewelry are priced both separately, and individually, so be prepared for that. If you want a pair of earrings, itll be two individual pieces. Queen Bee had -tons- of choices and this was so exciting for me that I could leave my appointment with something pretty already in. The last time I had my ears pierced I did go to a piercing shop, but I was given a regular, stainless steel barbell, and did not know I would have so many gorgeous options. Once I had made my choices and paid for them, they were taken back to the autoclave for sterilization.Bethrah took me back to a private room (also very clean) for the procedure. There is a bench similar to the ones you would see in a doctors office where youll sit/lay back on while the artist works. Bethrah made me very much at ease and while the appointment was short, she did not make me feel rushed at any point. She marked out the placement on my ears and once I approved that she walked me through each of the actual piercings. I hardly felt a thing and within a few minutes I had my brand new jewelry.Once these are healed there are a few more non-traditional ear piercings Id like done and I will absolutely be going back to Bethrah and the staff at Queen Bee for all of them. I wasnt sure what my expectations were going to be when I walked in the door, but each and every one of them were beyond exceeded. Thank you so much for making my experience such a wonderful one.

Emailed about making an appointment for a tattoo on Thursday, and was booked that Friday to come in and get my tattoo done! Erick has done a couple tattoos for me That both came out way better than I could’ve imagined! The staff is friendly, they’re willing to work with you and get you in and out asap with a happy experience! Definitely recommend Queen Bee and Mr Erick!!!!!

I got my navel pierced by Bethra. She did a great job! It has been several weeks since my piercing and it is healing great. I had some anxiety with it but she talked me through it and helped me relax, the piercing barely even hurt. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for future piercings.

I just had an amazing experience at Queen Bee! The shop is beautiful. Epoxy resin floors, unique decor, and luxe seating. The receptionist was extremely professional and friendly. The shop is impeccably clean , they are following procedures in line with CDC guidelines including temperature checks, hand washing, and hand sanitizer. My artist Kandace has great energy and kept communication open through the entire process . She has a great eye for tattoo placement. She tattoos quickly and gently (it barely hurt). I will definitely be back!

Queen Bee is a beautiful new tattoo parlor right off 75! I was impressed with their professional and welcoming environment and the quality of their artist’s work. I came in for a Halloween piece and got a sick original design from the owner Brandon. Excellent service and overall great experience, I am very happy with my new tattoo! Awesome experience! I went in to have my nose pierced and I was in and out! Huge selection of studs/jewelry to choose from as well! Bethrah did a great job, she even sterilized the tools that she needed while I was there and showed me the indicator that it had reached temperature. The best thing was, NO pain!! Strangest tattoo/piercing establishment I have ever been to. They keep their door locked at all times. Will not allow a spouse to enter the building. It’s Iike circa 2020 mid-Covid - lockdown, hand sanitizer, masks..how is it that hospitals have less stringent regulations? At the end of the day, not worth the trouble. Sink or Swim is tried and true so take your business there. This place will sink eventually. On the flip side, piercers are very skilled and meticulous. It’s a shame that the red tape to get in the door is such an unnecessary hurdle and the vibe is so unwelcoming.

Staff was very welcoming and professional. They walked me through the whole process of getting my piercings so that I would know what to expect, which definitely helped lessen my anxiety. Overall top tier experience, extremely cleanly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else tbh.

Ive had the pleasure of being pierced by both Eric and Bethda and my experiences were clean, thorough, quick and least painful. This is definitely my go to place, Ill recommend both of them whenever asked about my piercings. Ill be back soon for my next piercing!

Since we are currently in a pandemic, Queen Bee has only been allowing one person to come in during a tattoo or piercing appt. Since Im still currently a minor, my mom was allowed to come in, but you are REQUIRED to keep a mask one at all times. I got my nose piercing before the pandemic got 10× worse. Last month, I got my helix piercing and everything was sterile and sanitary. I recommend you get Bethrah! She did both of my piercings and she did absolutely amazing! I will be going back to her for my future piercings. If you are a germophobe or/and have someone in your family with a comprised immune system and WANT to get a piercing/tattoo. THIS IS THE PLACE.

If you dont go to a professional youre going to have it done wrong. I came to this location because I could not find the correct size captive bead ring for my conch piercing. Not only did they have high quality pieces but they had exactly what I wanted for $15.00. Not only did I pay for this beautiful piece that has left my ear feeling perfect for months now but they put it in and sanitized it for me. I dont know about you but putting a captive bead ring in for me is utterly infuriating. It took less than a minute for them to put it in for me and the whole process was so professional that Id never go anywhere else.

It pains me to say this, I dont like leaving bad reviews and I wanted to like this place.But I had one of the most uncomfortable tattoo experiences of my life here.Let me preface by saying I had one GOOD session with the artist Cat prior to the one Im going to explain. The inside is clean and its actually a pretty shop.The SECOND TIME I WENT BACK, NOPE.CAT and the SCHEDULING team could very much use a crash course in communicating. A mixup on their end through *their system ended up with my being double booked. I was charged for and lost part of my deposit for a session bc Cats preferred method of sluggishly replying to DMs left me unclear on what was actually happening.Flash forward to me showing up for the correct session which I now wish I had skipped. A tattoo Ive been excited about getting for years is...just not right at all. I tried to communicate what I was hoping for via DM, in person, and her responses were just... stilted. I almost felt like they didnt want to do the tattoo but when I tired to switch to a simpler design they refused. She did not use my reference photo at all during the session, only her stencil- which clearly got messy; and even when I went back for a touch up she just completely failed to comprehend or try to understand me. I literally asked them about a star design to try and fix one of the incorrect lines and they told me she didnt have a pen or know what a star design was. It was bizarre and I dont understand why I was treated so strangely. I will not come back here.

Don’t go here the people here are very rude and only care about themselves and don’t try to understand how they can fix their attitude issues. My mom went to this shop and was yelled at by the owner of the shop and wouldn’t refund her deposit. They then told her they would set up an appointment with this Boston nick guy who was also very rude. For all and all this place is only meant for people who want to get yelled at. I’ll never come here for a tattoo or ever think of getting one done by any of your tattoo artists.

UPDATE- It’s funny how I can ask if someone can pierce a nose and I was told “ I needed an appointment and you didn’t take walk ins.” WHAT SHE DIDNT SAY WAS You were full for the evening. She made zero attempts to schedule something another day. Not good for business. A clear and consise statement could have prevented a negative interaction. I’m not sure how me asking a a question makes me rude. What I did say to my husband as we were leaving is she didn’t need to be a rude C*#+. But that was after she relocked the door in my face and didn’t offer me an appointment. I am reassured I made the right choice in posting this review. WALK-INS ARE NOT WELCOME. I would be totally okay with that except there’s a huge sign in the window that’s says just that. The customer service is poor. I was telling him want type of tattoo I wanted and he was sharing ideas with me telling me what he thought would look good underneath my chest were I was getting it at. This place is clearly unprofessional and has poor customer service from the door. I went to this place yesterday to get my earring put back in because I wasn’t able to do it myself. I wasn’t even greeted with a “hi how can we help you” the woman comes to the door and immediately tells me “you don’t have an appointment” and I tell her i’m aware that I was seeing if they have any piercers and she says again “yes. but you don’t have an appointment” doesn’t even give me a chance to explain all I need is an earring put back in, OR offer me to make an appointment. i’m not sure how anyone plans to make money when this is the type of people they have “greeting” the customers right at the front door. I don’t know about anyone else, but any other tattoo/piercing shops ive been to the workers are happy to greet me and fit me in however they can! 100% would not recommend this place to anyone.

Did research to figure out where was the best and safest possible place to go and this was it! They have to be by far one of the best places to go during this pandemic to insure the safety of not just their staff but you as well. Im starting to doubt they do tattoos my sister went in 3 times for a tattoo I went 2 of those times with her. We wanted to get matching tattoos. We went in hours before they closed but they never had time. I went to my regular artist and was done within 20 minutes my sister went somewhere else and same amount of time and they definitely was overcharging. I wont believe they do tattoos until I see them do one.

FINALLY wound up going to ONLY YOU Tattoo(they were phenomenal btw!), and emailed Queen Bee again to voice my disappointment since I really wanted to try them out since they were so close.Guess what? Didn’t hear back. Lol.I don’t know how you make money doing tattoos if you don’t actually DO tattoos.....lol.......but I wish them well and recommend a customer service experience upgrade. 👍🏼
