Route 60 Tattoo

My best friend and I decided very last minute on a Saturday to get our second hole piercings that needed redone fixed. We called the shop to confirm that they did piercings and were able to take us this evening. Once we got confirmation on both counts we headed over where Jay greeted us. He was very personable, explaining everything to us, and was so patient. My friend and I ended up getting our second holes repierced AND our third holes together. Our appointment ran over closing time, but there was no pressure for us to hurry up and leave. Everything was sanitary, new needles, gloves, cleaned counter tops between my friend and I. I would definitely recommend Jay and Route 60 Tattoo.Lastly before we left we got to chat with the owner and see the tattoo he had been working on while we were there. Let me tell you that this guy does phenomenal work. When Im ready for ink, I know where Im going.

Got a neck tattoo done by CC who herself was very fun, charismatic, easy to talk to, and a great artist.. She made me feel very comfortable and was the one artist out of three I asked who felt comfortable enough and willing to do a cover up of an old name tattoo on my neck. Im very satisfied and happy with the results of my tattoo.. I def recommend her to anyone looking to get a tattoo done.

I got my very first tattoo here and 3 years later, I’m still going back when I have the money to! Caleb has to be the best tattoo artist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting— He’s friendly, funny, sociable, and unbelievably talented! I prefer fine line and minimalist tattoos, but he can do so much more that that as well! He is also super light-handed, which is nice if you’re like me and have a super low pain tolerance. This is always the first place I recommend to my friends when they’re looking for a place to get some work done!! Incredible, amazing, and overall one of the best places I’ve been to! Dan at Route 60 is funny, personable, and overall an incredibly talented artist. Dan has done the majority of my tattoos and I dont want to go to anyone else. Like other reviews have stated, treat the artists with respect and treat this as an investment into their artwork. Ignore the reviews about waiting around, call first if you are worried about that and make sure they know you are coming in to setup an appointment. Overall Dan is awesome, his prices are great and he works extremely fast while still creating high quality tattoos.

Booked an appointment with Caleb and provided $40 for the deposit. My boss made me stay at work for second shift and I couldn’t make the appointment so I messaged the guy 5 hours before and asked if I could reschedule. He said he was booked up. So I asked if the next week would work. He ignored me. Then I asked if I could book with someone else. He ignored me again. So I asked for my money back a week later and he said no refunds when you cancel/no show without 24 hours notice. So basically, if you have things going on (a job), they won’t work with you to reschedule and will keep the deposit. Thanks!

The artist I used to go see has left this establishment, so I cant speak of the quality of work. I have also had mixed experiences with the other people on staff. Three stars as a neutral rating. Wish I could be more helpful but I dont know what it will be like here with new changes.

Got my TPR neck tattoo here. Guys was very professional, he did very clean lines as well as being quick. Oh, and he only got slightly annoyed after asking him 3 times to enlarge the image. I may be a girl but I like my tattoos bog and bold.

To be fair, in regards to the other review here, it is common and appropriate to tip your tattoo artist.The artist probably assumed you were including a tip.Great shop all around though!

Never going back to that tattoo shop ever again. Was standing around for good 45 minutes while one tattoo artist was to damn busy playing Smite on his damn laptop instead of helping me price a tattoo so i just walked out. I rather go to Old Souls instead of this place.

They don’t stand behind their work! If there is an issue they will tell you it’s all your fault and not even ask to see it...I’d rather be tattooed by an aids ridden baboon then ever set foot into this establishment EVER again!
