I cannot say enough good things about Triumphant Arts. From booking, to the lead up, to the actual appointment, every aspect was incredible. Angel was an absolute Angel to work with… no pun intended. She drew up a custom piece for me and it was everything I could have wanted and more. She was extremely professional and a joy to work with. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Aaron who made me feel right at home. The shop was cozy and super clean. Angel made sure I was comfortable with the tattoo and placement on my thigh. I was s hesitant at first as it is a big piece but I trusted her and SO glad I did. During the tattoo, Aaron stopped in the check on me and admire her remarkable work. Angel have clear instructions on how to care for the tattoo. I am in love with my new art. I will obviously be returning for more. Thank you to Aaron and Angel for making this experience one I will never forget.

Angel is truly the best of the best, not only is her work absolutely phenomenal, but she takes her time to make sure youre comfortable and that everything is exactly how you want it throughout the entire process. I always come out of my appointments with a new favorite tattoo and a great experience.The customer service is wonderful with everyone here, and they keep the shop clean and professional. Plus, the off street parking is a bonus!

Amazing and rad shop and artists! Aaron, Angel and Audrey are phenomenal artists and very friendly! I have multiple pieces from both Angel and Audrey and I’m always thrilled with the work they do on my body. They are both so easy to talk to but also will leave you zone out in silence if that’s what you prefer. These guys pump out a ridiculous amount of dope flash and quality custom pieces, check them out!

Aaron is officially my new go-to artist after I have again been blown away by the talent and customer service/kind treatment here. The beautiful work speaks for itself but I want to emphasize the comfort of the entire process. Aaron made sure every detail of the design and color was perfect, and the actual application was done with skill, speed, and consideration for any physical discomfort. Ive seen or spoken of the other female artists in the shop and everyone seems great- its a very welcoming environment that puts you at ease and makes you feel heard and valued as a client. And seriously, the artistic talent is second to none. My first tattoo healed perfectly and I cannot wait to show of the new piece. Both were large scale and I am so glad I put my trust in this shop- give them a chance and you will be glad you did. Thanks!

Audrey is such a pleasure to work with she’s a sweetheart! She always delivers solid clean work. She’s really easy to hold a conversation with which is important for me to distract myself. It’s like hanging out with a friend. She’s also got a light hand which is always a perk!

I highly recommend Angel Silvasy and Triumphants Arts! My first tattoo from Angel was 5 years ago when she was working at a different studio. It was no question that I wanted to go back to her. Booking was easy - I sent her a description of what I wanted and where I wanted it, reference photos, and preferences via an Instagram message. I then sent the deposit via venmo when we agreed on a date. From booking to appt date, I had a couple extenuating circumstances, and Angel was very gracious and empathetic in rescheduling to a date that worked for both of us. I was THRILLED with the artwork she drew! She created the stencil in a few different sizes, made sure I understood where the tattoo would sit, how it would distort as my arm moved, and double and triple checked all details of the design and stencil for my approval before we got started. The shop was comfortable and the tattoo was completed very quickly. It is beautiful! Angel was so thorough in her instructions for aftercare and provided a saniderm product that kept my tattoo protected and promoted safe and quick healing. I would (and do) recommend her and Triumphant Arts to all of my friends and family. I can’t wait to go back!

I have been getting tattoos from Angel for about 5 years now. Her artwork and ability to tattoo are absolutely phenomenal. She has a super creative mind, and an eye for the fine details. Every visit to her is a wonderful experience! She is professional and knowledgeable yet still personable. So sweet and SO fun to chat with during the session. Angel is absolutely amazing!! Were in the process of a Disney sleeve.We started with the Cheshire cat when my 19 yr old cat passed away. I wanted his paw print tattooed on me, but didnt want just a plain paw print. I sent her a TON of pictures; one was of Cheshire and I mentioned if she could some how figure out how to put his paw print on Cheshire I would love to start my sleeve!! She NAILED IT!!!! If you look closely his pawprint is right in the middle of Cheshires forehead!It blew my mind that she came up with that! Then I went back 6 months later to add on!! I couldnt be happier!!!!I am obsessed with the art she has created and cant wait to see whats in store next!!

I’ve been tattooed here twice. Both times were great! The environment is welcoming, and bright. The first time, I got a matching tattoo with my best friend. Audrey did an awesome job with our ridiculous idea. She was able to get us in during my friends short visit to Pittsburgh and make minor changes to the tattoo easily. The second time, I got one of Audrey’s pre drawn designs and I love it so much!! I can’t wait to go back to finish the other side. I very much enjoyed working with Audrey on both tattoos. She gave good suggestions/thoughts for placement and colors. I look forward to working with her on more projects in the future!

This is a really great tattoo shop. Super laid back. Chill and nice artists. Its like hanging out a friends house. Super clean, too! Angel does amazing work. She has a light hand and incredibly creative. I have been going to her for a ton of my tattoos. You can tell her what youre interested in and she creates amazing ideas from it. She took my husbands interest in 3 animals and made it into a literal masterpiece. She is funny and incredibly kind. I loved this shop.

I booked an appointment with Aaron to do a cover up on a tattoo that I’ve had since I was 18. He did an amazing job, looks great, clean lines. Super happy with it. I won’t be going anywhere else for my future work. The shop itself is super clean, and Aaron was down to earth and easy to talk to. Ensured I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking.

Aaron Troy has a horrible temper and customer service and that makes for a poor business owner. I’ll keep it brief and let the photos speak for themselves. Inconsistent shading, blown out lines, missing ink, color spotting, injury to my skin. Angel, who gave me the tattoos, is a sweet girl but she is inexperienced therefore her hourly rate shouldn’t be set so high. She needs to work on her communication skills with her clients so there isn’t any misunderstanding when it comes to a tattoo she is permanently placing on someones body. She placed background behind my tattoo that I didn’t agree to. I’ll spare you the drama I encountered when I contacted Aaron to express my concerns, he was in no way helpful. Just know that I reached out to Aaron in hopes of some sort of resolution and he isn’t seasoned enough to take any accountability as a business owner. I’ve filed with the consumer complaint department and also the better business bureau out of a feeling of helplessness. Aaron’s response to all this was that I had buyer’s remorse due to the placement of my tattoo, and how my friends and family viewed me, not the tattoo itself. It’s very frustrating when someone puts words in your mouth that are the farthest thing from the truth. I’m fortunate enough to have been able to have another tattoo artist make corrections to the tattoos from Angel. I, in no way feel remorse because of the placement of any of my tattoos, I have been getting tattoos for 18 years. The only feeling I have is disappointment and regret having done business in such a place.

Ive had such a great experience with all of the work Ive had done at Triumphant Arts! Angel did an amazing job of covering up an old tattoo that I hated so much! I would recommend her 100%. The shop is clean, the artists are friendly and insanely talented!

Great shop, everyone is super friendly and laid back. Just finished my last session on a full sleeve by Angel and it’s beyond anything I could have imagined. She really brought my loose collection of ideas into a great piece. I love her enthusiasm and felt she was genuinely excited for the project. I’m usually super anxious around new people but felt like we were old friends after the first session. Can’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely recommend 10000%!!!! I have only been to Angel but every artist is talented from the work I have seen. Speaking of Angel she is absolutely wonderful! She is insanely talented, sweet, chill, and will rock a Spice Girls Spotify playlist if you are interested. Have two more sessions booked for the fall and winter and always on stalking her Instagram for cancellations to get it one of her amazing flash designs!

Had an appointment Saturday 2/6/2021. The owners Aaron Troy and Tony Frank are awesome! The shop was easy to find with plenty of parking. The inside was spotless and has a friendly atmosphere! I can not speak enough of both Anthony and Aaron! Anthony finished my first BIG tattoo and I am just obsessed with the work!! They were both welcoming and made me feel like I have known them for years! Anthony checked in and made sure I was able to tolerate the time in the chair with no issues. I already have booked my two tattoos with both of them.

Where do I start? I talked to Anthony Frank for several months to ensure that the portrait I was going was perfect. He was extremely responsive and helpful. I did a memorial portrait for my best friend who passed away - so this was EXTREMELY important to me. There isn’t anyone else out there that I would trust with a piece like this more than I would Anthony. He took care of me before hand, was a pleasure to work with during, and has helped me with anything I have needed after. He worked quickly, as painlessly as humanly possible, and had hundreds of options of movies for us to watch - the time flew by!The portrait was an exact match! I was naturally very nervous as I know how difficult portraits are - and it turned out perfect! I know have the perfect image of my best friend with me at all times. He was always by my side, and now he will continue do so. Thank you so much Anthony and Triumphant Art! They make you feel right at home and very very welcomed... oh, and their prices are overly reasonable!! I have already booked two additional sessions with Anthony - I’m not even sure what I want to get, but I know I want to get something done by him! His books fill up quick and you will likely have a several month wait time to get in with him, but it is well worth it!! I would wait years to get my work done by Anthony if I had to. Thanks again!!

Literally would travel anywhere for the skills these guys possess. Shop is pristine and clean as can be with the best safety precautions practiced. Not sure how many tattoos Aaron Troy has blessed me with at this point, but enough to say he has ALWAYS knocked it out of the park! In todays world, to find not only 1 but 2 professional guys running a shop is one of the things that brought me here. Its hard to find this kind of respect and talent as a female client to feel entirely comfortable. To feel extremely insecure in my skin and now learning to love myself and all the artwork this skin now has, is life changing alone. The art speaks for itself. The range of skills and specialty in their art is unmatched. 11/10 would highly recommend for anyone looking for some amazing ink in an incredibly comfortable environment.

I was extremely happy with my tattoo even though Anthony Fank forgot to write my appointment down and double booked the day out even though I let him know I was driving Ober 8 hours to get a custom work done by him that I had been working on for months. Now a year later I see he did my tattoo on another client. Guess the custom part only last for a year.. Anthony Frank co-owner decided to reuse the work he did on me now that hes on a new shop does not change that what he just did at this shop was extremely unprofessional.

Such a great place to get a tattoo. Both guys work absolutely speaks for itself. Nice,clean, and friendly shop in a good location. Everyone was amazing and I would love to get another tattoo there. I drove over an hour to their shop. I had many other places to choose from but wanted top quality. I was not disappointed.

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called on a Saturday as a walk-in and the owner said he has someone that could squeeze me in. So, I thought great! When I walked in he failed to tell me it’s a minimum of $100 and they don’t take debit/credit cards. I asked the girl - who was an apprentice (failed) to tell me that as well… if I could just get my grandmother’s name on my forearm. I paid the girl via Venmo because I was told cash only and even tipped an extra $20 for squeezing me in. Right after and for 48 hours my arm felt like it was on fire. It was so raised due to her being very heavy-handed and it was peeling in chunks with some color missing due to scarring. I went in to express my concerns and the owner looked at with his sunglasses on? Said it was fine and sent me in my way. I will never return here. I will pay someone else to fix it. Be aware of this place and go elsewhere

The shop was very clean and everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. I felt comfortable and Angel was super receptive to my ideas and was able to give me exactly what I asked for. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on her work and I make sure to direct them to Triumphant Arts. Angel is awesome and I am excited to go back for more!

I’m sure other artists there are good , avoid Rena though.Skills need some more work, she tried to say smooth curves were impossible on the back bc of shoulder muscles and color shifts needed black lines to age properly both of which are not true lolBut the big issue was that she Altered my design without discussing then was unwilling to own up to the mistake. Seems immature and underdeveloped.

I highly recommend Angel. She has been tattooing for years and her willingness to work with you and her attention to detail makes her an exceptional artist for any type of tattoo you’re looking for. 10/10!

Looking at his portfolio he is a very talented artist. After finding out he reused a custom design a year later I would never recommend anyone to use him unless you like spending months to design something original only to find out he is putting it on other clients. At least give credit to where the idea came from and dont block her when she points out the obvious.

Finally, the stars aligned and I was able to get tattooed 2 x by the infamous Tony Frank. It was a long time in the making but saying it was worth the wait is an understatement. I’ve been getting tattooed for 26 years: other states, other countries, other local artists but Tony is by far top notch. He’s process is fascinating to witness. The jumbled ideas I had in my head Quickly came to life after he got out his computer and started intertwining Images. I don’t know how he did it but he customized exactly what I was looking for. It is a very “beautiful mind” moment when you watch him create.I find him to be light handed, creative & super professional. The building is pretty cool. Lots of the artists prints adorned the walls. Tons of good light. Comfortable sitting areas. It’s very clean and incredibly spacious.

I’ve been getting tattooed for 22 years now and Tony Frank is the best work I’ve ever had done. He and Aaron are cool AF and run a legit spot. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
