Got my daughters ears pierced there. The young lady helping was super cool and really polite. Pierced three of us. No tears. Lots of choices for new piercings. Store was clean and organized.

Set multiple appointments to get my daughter’s ears pierced but apparently the “piercer” is never in, even when you set an appointment. Also no phone call to tell us that before we get all the way there.

I went in there today. There was one lady that was stocking that was very friendly told me about the sale They were having that day.The other younger girl with the glasses did not acknowledge me and came off pretty rude!I didn’t appreciate her poor customer service when I asked her if she was having a bad day her comment was very rude.I work for many companies that train for customer service, considering that people go out shopping to be acknowledged, when they’re spending their moneyIf I wanted bad customer service I would go to Walmart.Or shop online.

Went there for a piercing I scheduled and the place was over-run with walk-ins. I waited for half an hour only for them to tell me it would be faster to go to their other piercer upstairs. Service was slow and pathetic they let people cut in line just because theyre a mom. Disorganized, disrespectful and my piercings werent symmetrical.

The lady who pierced my ears was really nice but she told me that it was okay to take the earrings out and change/clean them after 3 weeks.Give it more than 3 weeks. One ear was fine but the other one could’ve used another week or two to heal.

AWESOME DEALS. Messed up employees!! Yall should invest in self-help workshops for your staff. I noticed the two staff whispering about my disabled cousin. Theres nothing more disgusting than two imbeciles who cant see the greatness of the life they were born into only to think they can validate hating on someone who has a speech disability. If youre not disabled you have all the right reason to appreciate your life regardless of who tries to break you down, put a sock in it. You are special, but youre not the only one! God is love!!!!Awesome deals, tho.

I went all over the place to find the perfect engagement ring. Luckily I found this wonderful establishment. What a selection! The prices were a bit higher than what I expected, but Roger’s excellent customer service made up for it. 100 stars!

Got my daughters ears pierced and the lady was awesome with her. Quick and almost painless which is great for a toddler.

My daughter and granddaughter were walking through the mall and my granddaughter ran into clairs and was yelled at for not having her mask on she said I’m grabbing my daughter as they we’re still yelling at her to get out, I’ll be making sure my family doesn’t step foot in that store

Expensive overpriced junk I could get on Wish for 1/4 of the price. Associates were distant, and it was tight and overwhelming. I could not wait to get out of the store.

Tween-oriented & kind of overpriced, but I found what I came for (bangle bracelets). The clerk was helpful & civil.

Extremely over priced but a sale has been going on for about a year and I dont know when its gonna end its driving me nuts but if you like a good sale then then go ahead
