Such a great experience! Booking was super easy and even though it was via email, my consultation/plan with my artist was very personal and set us up for a great session. Mark was my artist and helped me get exactly what I wanted, while adding in his own advice to get me a long-lasting script in the area I wanted. He also helped fix up my turtle tattoo (NOT originally done by him, but he did some quick lines to make me happier with it). This experience showed me he genuinely cares about what he does - and just wants people to have art on their body they’re happy with. Genuinely a wonderful place to get in and get work done. Will be back for sure! They also provide aftercare advise and sell aquafor for cheap, so you get everything you need right then! Super convenient.

EPIC is a family favorite! Artists are amazing and the shop had a fun atmosphere. They work hard to make the experience as enjoyable and memorable as can be. I recommend EPIC INK to all family and friends and will definitely be back for any other tattoos.

I walked in not knowing if they would be able to get me in for a tattoo ive been looking at getting and mark was quick to get me in. The tattoo came out just how I wanted it and they were very informative about what to expect.

Went in for a nose piercing and ears! Melinda was so great, I have always been scared to have a piercing not done by a gun but Melinda was very quick and professional, she explained everything. I will definitely be going back for more piercings. Everything was clean and there was no anticipation during the actual piercing procedure it’s was as quick as it could be.

I called for a very last minute Mother’s Day tattoo, fully expecting the artists at Epic Ink to be booked out for months, Mark was exceptional and got me in within two days of me calling! He was extremely considerate of the fact that I unfortunately had to rush as it was so last minute I needed a sitter, both him and another gal there were extremely professional, and did an amazing job! I had an idea in my head of what I wanted and Mark and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve gone to them for previous tattoos and will continue to get work done by them. Best shop in town by far!!! I couldn’t recommend them enough! If I could rate higher I totally would!

Melinda is amazing! I waited 30 years to get my nose pierced. Ex husband forbid it! Im a Bike mechanic , Artist and Guitarist. In my world everyone has some form of body beautification and originality. So I was really scared to finally get my piercing. Melinda was extremely thorough. The shop is fantastically sterile and Quiet which is a huge plus as I have Autism. She made me feel comfortable and confident 😌. Im not going to say it was painless as many reviews stated. It hurt alot 🥴 but she was so kind and reassuring that I stayed calm.. Following day I have very little pain if any! Some bruising and swelling but I have followed the aftercare instructions to a T and so far so good 👍 I have no regrets. She done a fantastic job and I recommend Melinda for any piercings you desire!!

Absolutely the BEST!! I have wanted to get another tattoo for years (I only had two at that point), but struggled with picking a studio and scheduling. I am SO GLAD I chose Epic Ink! They made time for me to come in on my day off work and were incredibly welcoming and communicative. Mark went above and beyond!! He spent time coming up with creative ways to make my tattoo idea more unique and beautiful, and kept an open dialogue the entire time to make sure I was happy with the piece. And I am more than happy, I am ECSTATIC!! The design I chose has spiritual significance to me, and Mark did an outstanding job of creating a tattoo that was far better I had hoped and dreamed! He took his time and made sure it was more than perfect. I am completely thrilled with Marks work and will definitely be back for another tattoo as soon as I can! I had been looking for a reliable piercer in southern Oregon for a while now and I’m so happy Melinda is at Epic Ink. She’s the kindest gal and obviously loves what she does. I loved having an appointment as it did not make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. No other eyes are on you or listening in. Melinda’s work space was clean and tidy. She talks you through everything she’s doing and is precise yet swift. A plus is her selection, you really get your pick and there’s bound to be something you’ll want! 10/10 would recommend!

Three weeks ago I got the nipple piercings Ive always wanted and been too scared to get. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable in a very vulnerable situation. When we were done I felt a little faint and she gave me absolute princess treatment - fanning me and giving me juice until I felt well enough to carry on. I already cant wait to come back and see her for more piercings!

Amazing! I went in for a jewlery purchase and change. The shop was really clean and looked well maintained. The woman (sorry I forgot her name) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. She had it changed within a minute. I am over the moon with my new nose stud!!! Ill definitely be coming here for any future jewlery or piercings.

I love epic Ive gotten piercings and tattoos. I still have the piercings which were done at 18. Also I will attach a photo to show how well there work holds up. I got this tattoo on my 19th birthday and Im now about to be 33 in a couple days so it has held up great for 14 years🥰 I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with Mark! My friend and I got tattoos from him today and he made it such an enjoyable experience. He made us laugh and feel very comfortable and was specific on things of what he was about to do, how to care for the tattoo, and the second my friend felt slightly lightheaded he was on top of it in a second and was constantly making sure she was okay.

I’ve seen Melinda twice now and she is amazing! Once to fit some new jewelry in some healed piercings and again for some new ones. She really cares about the placement and overall esthetic of your piercings and takes her time making sure everything looks good from all angles. I seriously appreciated her advice and amazing work! It was also very quick and as painless as can be for piercings. I will definitely be back!

The absolute BEST shop and artists I’ve ever been too.I was looking to get a memorial tattoo done in my boyfriend’s handwriting. Not only did the tattoo turn out better than I could’ve imagine, the service was beyond personable and genuine. I’ve gotten a lot of piercings but I’ve never had someone so wonderful as Melinda. She was super professional, really nice, and made me feel super comfortable. I started feeling sick during the process and she took such good care of me. Definitely my best piercing experience and I can’t recommend her enough!

I highly recommend Epic for your tattoo or piercings. I went in with a rough draft of a tat in mind to honor my dads recovery from cancer, but I wanted it to be unique. So I worked with Mark Kidd who listened to my idea and then he helped design a one of a kind, killer tattoo that was fantastic. The shop was well lit and very professional. Everything was very clean and they take a lot of pride in providing a professional experience. Marks work was top quality and my tat looks fantastic. I also had a family member get some piercings while I got my tat and Melinda was extremely friendly and professional. The piercings were spot on and look great. Sometimes the Epic shop is a little crazy busy because they do such great work for a very low price. Always remember that a tattoo is something you will have forever, so have a little patience if they are busy and they will work hard to make sure you get the very best results possible. I love the quality of the shop and the crew and I am looking forward to getting my next tattoo there. I refuse to go anywhere else!

First off I would like to say this shop is excellent. The lady at the front desk, Kelsey(?), is awesome and super helpful. She recommended Josh based on what I wanted to get done. I think this is an awesome practice. Too often you go into a tattoo shop and they just try to get you in with whoever they can. Not the case at Epic. She knows her artists and was able to recommend Josh who she knew would excel at my tattoo. Josh did an amazing job on my first session, we spent about 30-45 mins going over his drawing and getting it exactly how i wanted it. Then i spent the majority of the next 5 hours getting a large piece on my ribs. I would post pics but i want to wait until it is completed. I was able to easily set up a follow up session in three weeks to get it completed. I highly highly recommend this place. Epic tattoo will not do you wrong. Again a big shout out to Josh and all the friendly crew at Epic.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The staff, the shop, and the art is what drove me to give Epic Ink such a high rating.The staff - perfect, professional, and kind. The moment I stepped in the door they made me feel welcomed, and not like I was wasting their time. While I was getting my tattoo, I began to feel lightheaded (totally my fault, didnt eat enough) they acted with definite professionalism, supplying me with something to make me less faint. I took a couple more tiny break, but I didnt feel like he was frustrated at me, which definitely helped me be more comfortable.The shop - super cool, super clean. Definitely was not worried about catching anything here.The art - my tattoo is PERFECT. Im so in love. Its so well done. Ive gotten nothing but positive feedback on how it looks - Mark did a fantastic job.I 100% recommend Epic Ink, my experience was nothing but positive.

Ive gotten 2 tattoos and at least 13 piercings done here. I absolutely love the environment. Everybody is always so friendly and upbeat. Literally one of my favorite places to be in this town. I love the fact that Melinda (despite someone elses post) ALWAYS makes sure to give me an after care sheet no matter what number piercing Im on. She takes her time to make sure the piercing is perfectly symmetrical with the rest of my piercings which is very important to me. Mark is just absolutely amazing. He took a vague idea and turned it into a masterpiece that I still get complimented on years later. Its my number 1 choice for tattoos or piercings. You couldnt ask for a better experience.

Ive gone to Epic for all of my piercings, and both my tattoos, one of which I just got last night. I did have to wait about a half an hour past my appointment time, but I felt very welcomed and I absolutely loved the new receptionist, which was my reasoning for posting this in the first place. She just finished training but she was very kind, patient, and helpful in assisting me and made the wait much more pleasant. You guys are the best.

Went in for piercings and Melinda was just the best!! I was a bundle of nerves and she was so thorough in educating me, she just made me so comfortable!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER !!! This is a great spot for first timers, as well as piercing veterans. I cannot adequately express how pleased my two friends and I were with our piercing experience performed by Melinda! I am not a person that is typically comfortable with piercing experiences as I typically have to suffer through my anxiety until my piercing is complete. This was my first ever experience of calm throughout my appointment, and I give all credit to the wonderful Melinda! She is so friendly, approachable, and funny- easing any nerves my friends or I may have had. She is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sanitary. In between each of our sessions Melinda had us step out of the room to completely sanitize her station including all of her tools, and the entire piercing chair - an act I have not seen in my previous experiences at other locations. After our piercings were complete we were given aftercare pamphlets that included cleaning and sanitization instructions, our piercing names, the date of our appointment, the estimated healing date, and even our jewelry sizes! She demonstrated amazing customer service that left the three of us talking about how much fun we had with her for weeks after. I have referred her to all of my friends interested in getting new piercings, and I myself am considering getting a few more done just because of how great my experience with Melinda was. I apologize for writing a book just for a quick piercing session, but SHE IS THAT GOOD!!!

Just got my first tattoo and helix piercing from here in February.The tattoo artist wasn’t very friendly. I had her and another artist there talking about their personal problems with other customers and finances as well WHILE I’m in the middle of getting my tattoo... seriously? Can you wait to gossip about bad customers and your financial issues until all other customers leave?The piercer was nice and helpful and so was the girl working the front desk and appointments. I made a same day appointment to get the piercing and showed up 5 min early and she didn’t help me until 15 minutes after the appointment time since she allowed 2 walk-ins go in front of me. What’s the point of setting up an appointment?Update: Now the piercing.. she pierced it at an angle which is not right and it has been causing continuous pain and lumps around the piercing. I tried to call back for her to take it out and they never called back! Went somewhere else and I wish I did so in the first place. My ear felt better instantly after taking the piercing out.Maybe I should expect this kind of service since after all it is a tattoo parlor..? But to me there is no business that should talk in such ways in front of a customer.I came here because of the good reviews and they have been here since 2006.What a disappointment and waste of time.I Will not be returning Here for anything else. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Epic Ink Tattoo Parlor is incredible!! I had my second tattoo from Korynn today. She is a fantastic tattoo artist.In October she tattooed a Buddha “Path to enlightenment” and today she tattooed a “Chinese Medicine Snake”. Her talent as an artist and tattoo artist is incredible.I’ve had numerous tattoos over the years and rate Epic tattoos as the very best.I had a wonderful conversation with Mark today. He is the owner with his wife Melinda. You should review his tattoo portfolio, since his tattoos are unbelievable. He is also a very kind soul.The shop is extremely clean & Mark, Melinda, Korynn and staff are very kind and professional.Their prices are extremely fair & the quality of their work is outstanding.Mark is also a fantastic guitar player. He was playing his guitar as I was getting my tattoo today. I was blown away by his talent.So, I highly recommend Epic Ink.

Absolutely wonderful place. They fit me in on short notice (booked me only a few weeks out) for a small memorial tattoo. They were courteous and quick. They did wonderful line work and were patient with my 5-something attempts at getting stencil placement just right. Would absolutely recommend.

Mark at epic ink was very hospitable. The artist we were supposed to see fell sick so Mark fit us in to his very busy schedule. He ended up working OT just for us. Im so glad I came here for my first tattoo. Hubby and I received the same design. Mark was very meticulous and made sure we got the best of the best. He really cares about his work. Youd think after 20 years of doing the same thing hed grow tired of it and or care less but he proved that he still loves and cares about his work. His wife and daughter were also super helpful and accommodating!!! Very positive experience! We will likely drive to Medford from the coast to get more artwork and definitely reccomend this clean and laid back tatoo shop.

I got one tattoo retouched that I would have liked a little better, but that sure is not stopping me from looking to get more from here. I just suggested to my kid to get their first tattoo here so thats gotta tell you something. The manager is a complete sweetheart and willing to work with your schedule and recommends the best fit with her artists. Very nice place.

Mark the owner was the artist I worked with and he did an excellent representation of the tattoo I was trying to get, to tribute someone that had passed away recently. Epic Ink is the first and only place Ive been to to get my tattoos. Unlike some other places, they dont charge by the hour, they charge by the tattoo. Size, color, thickness of lines, etc. Theyre friendly, fast and maintain a clean professional business. I never have any problems, and dont see myself having any in the future. I will always go to Epic Ink.

I appologize Mark. I am new to tattooing and was looking for some mentoring and had some questions. The piercer at the front didnt let me talk to a tattoo artist. She shut me down immediately because I didnt have a license. If you would be willing to talk I would most certainly come back be receptive to a good conversation. And possibly get some work done.

They are all very sweet and helpful with designing down to the very last detail. They are very reasonably priced, great at free handing, and an overall fun and clean environment. I will never get a tattoo at any place other than Epic.

I always go to Epic for my piercings, shes always really friendly and will tell you everything you need to know about care and upkeep. Most recent visit was a triple helix and it was a great experience.

The female piercer in this shop is super rad. She changed some jewelry for me and my man, and through the process she expressed very extensive knowledge and was calming about questions with a more painful cartilage piercing I want next. I will be coming back very soon for her to do it. Super stoked.

It makes me sad to read comments of people being UN-happy. Everytime I have gone everyone had been professional, clean, friendly, and supper nice. All my piercings and tattoo were done sterile and clean, easy, pain free and after 3 years are still amazing. I am going back next week for another tattoo

This my second piercing done by Melinda, though she is very friendly and sweet, my Medusa piercing was done crooked from the back and it was created lump of skin that pushed outward because it crooked. And it hurts after short while from moving my upper lip too much and causes a lot of discomfort. And my first one done by her on my cartilage is taking a lot longer to heal than my other cartilage piercing done by another piercer. Lovely lady but bad work. Was going to get my belly but piercing done by her since two piercers have failed to make it straight up sure shell mess up too. Time to fine another.

The tattoo artist was not very nice, I layed there an hour and half she never asked if I was ok never spoke one word to me the whole time I was there, she made it very awkward. I will say that Mark the owner is extreamly nice, he really cares for his customers feelings and experiance. I would try another artist here, if or when I go for another piece.
