I am very relieved to get my nose ring removed before my surgery. Ashley was very professional and helpful as I was asking multiple questions. She made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing experience. I will be back to get new jewelry for my nose ring. Jewelry is good quality! 🙂

I’m really disappointed since I’ve been here multiple times over the past two years with friends and had great experiences but this last time we went there was a sign asking us to wait at the door. No problem, we wait approximately 30 minutes with no word from the workers. When they finally come to get us they inform us that they are only doing jewelry changes before going to lunch. That’s valid, not what we were there for, but that would have been great to know before we waited all that time. Just sad to not feel like I don’t have a dependable place anymore.

I had a great experience. I found out the holes I thought had filled-in didnt. And I got a new set of hypo allergenic earings to help reguage my ears. The technician I worked with was very friendly and not pushy. She recommended some modest pieces and didnt push the more expensive pieces. I found the selection very nice. A lot if very nice pieces.

So glad I chose this place to take my girls, my 9yr old got her ears pierced and my older daughter had her nose pierced. My 9yr old was so nervous but the staff was so kind, patient and professional. Definitely recommend.

If I could rate it a 0, I would.I called ahead of time to ask if they would do my second holes, they said to come on in and they would do it. I showed up and walked in. Immediately the three women working there, were dismissing us from the store and said that they couldnt do my piercing. They claimed they had some meeting, but they still told me I could still buy the jewelry they had on display. Which makes no sense at all unless they said there wasnt a piercer available, but they didnt. They continued to be disrespectful and dismissing (practically kicking us out) us out of the store. I think we were being discriminated and they didnt want to do it just because of my skin. So we just walked out and went to Icing and got my piercings done for $35. Even the women at Icing couldnt believe the customer service Piercing Perfections gave me. The women at Icing were so sweet and helpful. Got them done in only 15 minutes. They had flawless customer service. 10/10 reccomend ICING.

Stopped in on a whim looking for something to do. Just got a simple second ear lobe piercings. Erica was fantastic and so helpful when it came to choosing the right jewelry and explaining the process and post care. Pricing is reasonable especially considering the level of service!

Went twice in the past week. The first time they were closed. It was a Sunday while the rest of the mall was open. Went today and for almost an hour there was a sign saying at lunch. Finally asked the employee that was sitting there how much longer. They said that they both had to take a lunch and he was waiting on the other employee. Didn’t really feel like my business mattered. Will go somewhere else for my piercing.

Love the cleanliness of this place. I took my 10 year old niece to get her ears pierced and I also got my second nostril pierced. Coming from a background of working in a dental office, I can tell how sanitary everything was. All of the girls working there are certified and kind. Our piercings went so smoothly and the girl who did my nieces was very calm with her and helped her through it all. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they could make you feel a bit more welcome in, other than that we had a great experience. The price of the piercings are perfect for what you get, however the jewelry and extra products are a bit much, so be prepared to pay a bit more if youre looking to buy more jewelry. They are an all female staff which I love. Also we went on a Sunday when it was not so busy and didnt have very long of a wait.

I took my son here for his first ear piercings. The place was bright, clean and the workers were very friendly and professional. They listened and answered all of our questions. Ashley did the procedure and was absolutely lovely and caring. She took her time and made sure he was comfortable. It took no time at all and we were told up front the prices of everything. You pay a decent price for quality product and service. Well worth every dollar.

The workers were super friendly, greeted us as soon as we walked in. Told them what we wanted and they gave me pricing immediately. My daughter got her nose pierced and they were totally professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Tiffany was her piercer and she did a great job. I also loved they have their piercing certifications on the wall.

Claire was awesome!!! I got a helix and my friend got a septum. It was our first experience at a professional piercing place. The whole process was surprisingly fast. The only thing is, it is pretty expensive. It was $50 for each of our piercings + $120 worth of jewelry. So be prepared to spend a lot, but if Claire is there, it’s totally worth it!

I got a septum piercing today and it was great there it was very clean and the staff was really nice Tiffany did my piercing and she did a great job 10/10 recommend getting a piercing there Im definitely coming back

The staff here was super nice and they did my helix piercing very fast without too much pain. They told me how to care for my piercing, Ive had it for two weeks now and its healing well. My ears are really sensitive but their jewelry has been good so far. I recommend.

Tiffany is amazing☺️ she explained everything wonderfully and took her time. Very gentle and I didn’t feel rushed. The shop is very clean and organized… can be a bit pricey but it’s worth it. Nice selection of pieces to choose from. This was my second time there and I’m already planning my third trip😅

The may do fine with piercings, but I have never been treated as rudely - ever- as I was when I went in to buy another earring - after the previous two had broken. Plus, the they did not mention until checkout that the cost covered ONLY the helix earring and not the back. I would not recommend that anyone who expects courteous treatment go to this location. There were no other customers in the store, just rude sales persons

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I took my daughter in for her 16th Birthday (spoke with them 4 months prior to let them know) for a navel piercing. My daughter is a cancer survivor and she has very visible scars all over her body, including one going down her stomach. She has had a piercing before and had to remove it for a sport. She removed it too early and it closed. Upon entering the woman at the desk was extremely rude, didn’t even look up and when she did she told us to stand over to the side and someone would help us. We waited. The other woman working came over, we explained what she wanted and then when she saw my daughters scar she made a face of shock and said she didn’t think she could pierce her. My daughter said she had a piercing before and tried to show her where it was and that the scar wasn’t an issue. The girl then took her to the back and humiliated her by having her pull up her shirt so the rude employee prior could advise her if wether she could pierce her. The woman was on her phone looked up and said loudly “I would not do it!” Then proceeded to body shame her for her cancer scar and tell her it will get infected. My daughter tried to hold back tears and explain she already had a piercing and took it out and then the woman interrupted her and said yeah cuz it probably got infected because you have no skin to pierce it! My daughter then turned away with tears while the woman who had asked for advice was visibly uncomfortable about how it was just handled and said “maybe someone else can do it but I can’t.” I told my daughter it’s ok we will go somewhere else. The rude employee then proceeded to laugh at her and say to me “sucks to be the barrier of bad news”. I was infuriated and couldn’t even respond. Absolutely disgusting behavior! Do not go there if your body has the slightest imperfection, they will verbally abuse and humiliate you. And for the store when you read this..my child was given the worst news of her life 5 years ago and she took that on and fought and survived! You didn’t bare anything other then an example of what a lack of humanity, empathy and education look like. Everyone I know I will make sure to tell them how horrible of a place this is. We both had gotten piercings there before too..never again.

I’m surprised there are so many good comments because this place was awful. I went to get my dimples pierced and the lady completely botched me. They didn’t ask for my ID, they used the wrong bar for my cheek so they had to take it out and put a different one in. The piercings were uneven and angled completely wrong. One side was angled up while the other angled down. I had to remove this piercing ten mins after! They didn’t give me mouthwash until I asked afterwards and I received no aftercare paperwork. Take after me and don’t get a piercing at the mall.

Everything was absolutely amazing!!! All the piercers were super sweet and kind! And it was super LGBTQ+ friendly! I went in with my mom at around 1pm ish because my mom wanted to check and see if her previous piercings had closed, and they were so nice to her! Now the big thing for me is I have anxiety, and the entire situation I felt heard and well taken care of. My piercer was the sweetest human beings, and I can positively say that I will be coming back for more.

Not a place to get your kids ears pierced. I always heard the best places to go for the first ear piercing is an actual body piercing place. My daughter was turning 8 and she wanted her ears pierced. If you want different earrings than what they pierce with, they charge PER earring. She got the piercing, but about 20 minutes later we walked back in because the left ear appeared tight and really uncomfortable. The girl adjusted it, and we left. It was still very uncomfortable for my daughter. I was originally happy with the girl who did it, but it turns out my daughters left ear was pierced crooked which caused the backing to sit in the actual hole in the back of the piercing. AND it was pierced right near where her ear attaches to her neck. I ended up taking out this painful earring, along with the other. I had a very sad little girl.I went to the shop to explain and show pictures of what happened. I requested a refund due to the terrible piercing, which was also a birthday present. I was told sorry and theyd re-pierce it for free, but because I took out the earring I couldnt get a refund (not sure the logic on that). Needless to say, an almost 8 year old doesnt want her ears pierced again after that ordeal, so we walked away and got some clip-ons for her.I will not return or recommend for child piercing.

Super clean place with high quality jewelry. i often get reactions to low quality jewelry but never from here! the staff are super nice as well. a lot of reviews say they’re rude but i think they’re just mellow and super kind especially compared to other shops i’ve been to. not all customer service workers have to be jumping with joy and excitement when you walk in!!!!! they do their job well and that’s all that really matters

Misleading sales tactics. I was quoted a price and had earrings put in. On checkout the price was per earring, not a set. Very expensive for small 14k gold earrings. They turned out to be uncomfortable and there are no returns. Rude on the phone. Not a positive experience.

Great experience! Felt very comfortable when i was there everything was very clean and staff was very kind and comforting! Ive gotten two piercing from this place now and both were perfectly placed and healed/are healing perfectly fine!

I would rate this place a Zero if I could WARNING DONT COME HERE if you value your time and how your treated let me tell you why. A week Prior to coming into Piercing Perfections in Mentor Ohio and speaking with Someone face to face about pricing she told me come back next week on Tuesday to get half off. She didn’t specify what type of piercing were half off but I told her exactly what I was looking to get done and she confirmed it would be half off. I came back the following week on a Tuesday and was greeted with 3 very unprofessional girls sitting at the checkout desk doing nothing but drinking an Auntie Ann lemonade and scrolling on their phones. The girl who waited on me last time finally looked up from her phone and asked what did we need? I explained everything to her and how I was here last week and she said “Well it’s only on specific ear lobes that’s half off not a regular piercing.” I asked her did something change from last week because I wasn’t informed it was specific lobes? Her manager or whoever this lady was behind the checkout desk spoke up saying “Who ever told you that last week was wrong and it is what it is now nothing has or ever will change!” I asked the other lady for the women who said that name she hesitated for a minute looking at the women and then said “Her name was Claire” She probably gave me a wrong name since They don’t have name tags. The rude women had brown hair with tattoos and piercings all over. Whoever she is she needs to be demoted or fired. She was extremely rude to me, my boyfriend and friend who all came in to get piercings, because of her blunt remark we didn’t even want to give this place our business and went elsewhere. For anyone especially a manger to be that disrespectful and treat paying customers like that is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy! They need a lot of help with their customer service!

I’m obsessed!!!!!! I got my vertical labret pierced by Erica yesterday and I am just beyond happy. I’ve had bad experiences at other piercers & I told her that before the piercing and she helped to calm me down. She was so nice through the process & very thorough with aftercare instructions & what to expect. She’s super responsive to my questions after the fact! Erica is amazing!!! I didn’t get the other folks names but the person with the pink and purple hair and cute white dot makeup at the front counter and other person with long hair and neck tattoo were both so so nice and seemed genuinely happy that I loved my new piercing so much! Crystals everywhere and super pretty jewelry in stock! Just total good vibes from this place! 💗💗💗

Clair and Ashley are wonderful!!!! We are returning costumers and very satisfied with our piercings and the care they gave us! They were wonderful helping us pick earrings and great with us (my daughter and I) having anxiety! I got my nose pierced and 3 weeks later came back for tragus pierced! My daughter got her 2nd holes and went back for 3rd holes! I love how sterile they are and the cleanliness of the place is top notch! Price wise……. You get what you pay for !!!! I’m just saying!Thanks ladies for being so so good to us!!!

Great place if you want to get a piercing (besides your typical ones). I got a second hole in both ears and loved it! The needles are sterile and staff was helpful. Highly recommend. Had the posts in for about four weeks now with no issues.

I went in after hearing a great review from someone close to me. When I first went in there I thought to myself how clean it was. A woman at the front welcomed me and asked if I needed help, which I thought was real nice. I hadnt been in a piercing shop in a while so to be honest I felt a little timid. I wanted to get a particular ear piercing done but I didnt know the name of it. I got it done somewhere else before but it wasnt healing well, so I took it out prematurely. I was explaining what I wanted and had questions (of course). The woman who originally welcomed me turned into an arrogant person, talking down to me. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I think because I dont have visible piercings on my face she treated me like I was a little kid getting a piercing done for the first time. She laughed and rolled her eyes, correcting me with the name of the piercing (now I know its a conch, so thank you for that). At the end she made sure to clarify with me how much work piercings are. I smiled, said thank you, and walked out. The most uncomfortable Ive ever felt in a piercing shop. My husband and I took our 6 month old son as a first time trip to the mall that day and it really sucked because it was supposed to be a positive experience. I dont think people realize how much effect they can have on someones mood when they treat someone poorly.Im giving two stars and not just one because my husband went back and spoke to the manager (I was too embarrassed to go back in) and she was very nice. She listened and treated my husband well. Thank you for that.

I was introduced to Piercing Perfections by one of the piercers, Kayla! I’ve been wanting to repierce my nostril for years and, after speaking with Kayla, I knew she’s the only person I’d trust with the job. The studio is EXTREMELY clean and I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Everyone at the desk was so kind and it put me at such ease! After proper sanitation/set up, Kayla brought me back to the separate piercing room. The entire process, including setup, took maybe 20 minutes. And the piercing itself was super easy! Kayla was very comforting and explained each step thoroughly. If you’re looking for a great piercer/studio, Kayla at Piercing Perfections is your gal!

I’ve gotten my ears and nipples pierced here and both piercings went incredibly well. The staff is very kind and professional and were great at making sure I was comfortable. Great prices, great service, and a great atmosphere. Looking forward to returning for more!

Piercing Perfection has its name for a reason 👌 They were soo professional and very informative about piercings. Although I felt the jewelry was a bit expensive for what your getting, the service was definitely great. I would definitely let them pierce me again. I would bring my own jewelry though 🤷‍♀️

They dont even deserve a star but theres no choice for that. They did a very bad job when they pierced my ear lobes. They were too uneven. When I came back to my ear fixed a couple weeks after, they asked for a receipt and if I cant find it , they told me that they would do the service for free if I make a purchase I said ok and had to leave because my ear needed a time to be healed. when I came back after a month, guess what! No free service for the mess they created. No friendly attitude!! Who the hell keeps a receipt for a piercing!

If you want to be treated like nothing feel free to come here. As I walked in there was two females with their faces in their phones. No acknowledgment or anything. I walked up to to the counter to ask where a specific type of jewelry was and all she did was point and say over there while still on her phone. I walked over to look and decided which one I wanted, they still had their faces in their phones. I finally said “can I get some help over here ?” finally one gets up and helps, but you can tell she didn’t even want to. These ladies clearly need to learn customer service, I didn’t even want to spend my money here. Disgusting…They have attitudes worse than a Walmart associate at the steelyard.

Best place and experience I’ve ver had getting a piercing. The gals here took the time to explain everything. Very clean and professional. I’ll be coming back here more often.

I took my 9yo here to get her ears pierced. I knew I wanted to do it in a professional setting rather than the cheap kids places. I was surprised by the cost being as much as it was but it was worth it. The place was extremely clean and they took multiple precautions for the COVID situation. The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful. She was very good with my daughter as was Brenna who pierced her ears. My daughter was excited but nervous and Brenna did a phenomenal job keeping her calm, excited, and informed about the entire process. My daughter loves her earings which are also of great quality. Thanks for everything to both employees!

Im a Senior so my opinion may not matter but, the young ladies there are kind, patient and extremely helpful! I love my cartridge piercing (3 studs)!

Wife got titanium screw post installed one week ago, 11/16/19. 5 days after install pieces were lost. So was the install properly screwed tight and fastened so it would not come undone? Truly sounds like a workmanship issue. Paid cash, receipt is at home and the in store records are not thorough showing the purchase according to worker. Good marketing to get more money out of the consumer. Workers need to pay attention to detail and not walk away when people are talking, very rude. They really need to explain the pros and cons of different metals, sizes lengths and methods of fastening and warranties. They tried to calm the situation by offering an employees discount (not good enough IMHO), it is still a workmanship issue. Time to search for another body piercing specialist who knows their work and is proud of their workmanship. Attitude is everything as photo shows. This being the 3rd purchase total at this store and after the mishap, bringing the issue to their attention they treat you like a criminal by having a second person watching. New installer had to rework the hole from both side which supports the question was the 5 day ago install done in a workman like manner?

I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Brenna was wonderful - experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and calm. The shop is very clean with lots of options. They use sterilized needles instead of guns. The only reason I didnt give five stars is the price - $150 when all was said and done. You can spend less, but then you have less options - color of earrings, type of earrings, etc. That was a little disappointing. But overall, a very good experience.

I got my Septum pierced by “body revolution” today around 4. It was hanging so low, I asked them to change or tighten which they did not do. Then I went here to see if they could change or help in any way. She offered to change it and it was so comfortable, affordable , and quick. She really saved me. Best experience!!!

Ive had a good experience every time Ive gone here. The manager is my favorite. She is very precise with piercings and also very knowledgeable. The quality of the jewelery is way better than any other place Ive gone. They also sanitize the jewelry before using it for a piercing, which many tattoo shops do not do. They are a little pricey for jewelry and piercings, but I feel as if its worth it.

I went to this location because I never noticed it before, so I suppose its new. Everything was super clean and the staff was very friendly and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything. I went in unsure of what I wanted but after speaking to the lady who would eventually do my piercing (Alexis), I felt very excited! She was extremely knowledgeable and it didnt feel like she was just trying to get a sale. I got a conch piercing and will be returning. This location is really nice and the people there fit it well. Reasonable prices and a vast variety of selection as far as jewelry goes. Will recommend to my modded friends and family. Thanks Alexis!

Very kind and extremely helpful staff. They worked with me to place a piercing as to not interfere with an assisted hearing device, but still be as close to the original idea as possible. They sterilize and clean all equipment and surfaces, all and all very well done 👍🏻

Took my 7 yr old daughter today to get her ears pierced. She was excited but NERVOUS at the same time. The wonderful women that helped us were more than patient and helpful in keeping the calm setting and explaining exactly what was going to happen. Overall a very good experience! I even picked up new jewelry for myself and will most definitely be returning! Thank you guys!

Simply amazing! Had my first major ear piercing (industrial) done and Im so glad I came here over anywhere else. You will find that its a little more pricey than All Tattoos or some pop up place BUT you will not be disappointed with the results. I was super nervous but Brenna was very informative. Very clean place as well. I think Im forever a customer at Body Jewel.

NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!Let me start by saying I have never written a review, until today. I went with my friend because she wanted her second piercing on her ear lobe done. Not only was it ridiculously expensive (over 100$), she suffered through a lot. We went back to the chair where she would get pierced and the girl was very nice. She made sure that the ink placed on the ear was precise. However, she pierced the first ear but the jewelry didn’t fit so she removed the needle. My friend instantly wanted a refund but they wouldn’t give her one. So she sat back down and they promised to fix the jewelry. She got one ear done after piercing through my friends ear (in the same spot) 3 different times. She started on the next ear and pierced through once and had the same issue. My friend was squeezing my hand very hard, shaking in pain, and crying. All she wanted was her money back but they wouldn’t refund. After piercing through her second ear a total of 3 times, the owner came back and agreed to a refund because he saw how much pain she was in. My friend ended up leaving with no earrings in, just holes. So basically, they could’ve done the refund from the start. The owners excuse was, “we just opened Thursday.” If that’s the case, they shouldn’t even be open. I have never had a worse experience at a place than today. I would NEVER EVER ever recommend going here for a piercing or for any type of service.

I was hesitant to get my nose pierced within a mall, but the ladies at Body Jewel in Mentor were absolutely fantastic. I was initially hesitant of the price (~$60 for the jewelry of my choosing + piercing) but it was 100% worth the cost. I have had no issues with healing/bumps at the piercing site and my piercer was SO wonderful and reassuring - would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely love this place and their staff. They work quickly without a drop in quality of care youre given. I was scared to get my ears pierced again since my holes closed when i was very little, but the staff are very comforting. The prices are very fair here and id recommend it over any place in town. They take great covid precautions and the facilities are extremely clean and are disinfected very often. :)

Extremely disappointed I paid over $600 to the shop. I called them ahead of time to ask them if it was OK if I remove the piercings I had and he said they were not healing. I was told to go ahead and they would re-pierce them after they healed for free now the managers telling me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Very frustrating experience.

Very nervous getting lobes done for the first time. Hate needles and anything that can poke you. Very friendly staff. The lady with purple hair was very helpful in picking out jewelry and answered all my tedious questions, very kind, didnt catch her name. Brenna pierced both my ears and she helped so much with my anxiety. She knows what she is doing. Did her best to make an anxious person comfortable and Im very grateful. Would recommend both ladies!

My niece got her piercing in Feb this year. Alexis and staff were excellent. Super clean store. No infections or problems. She is VERY sensitive with jewelry. Again, no infections or problems with the jewelry we purchased there.

I got my 7th piercing, a basic helix, and a conch piercing done here 1 year apart from each other. The first time I had a good experience with staff but the piercing quality was not great. I followed the instructions given exactly and my piercing fell out twice, once right after i got it and once right after I went back in for a sterile jewelry change. The second time I came here for my conch, we had called the studio prior and they said that I could get a rook done regardless of my age (keep in mind they don’t have age requirements for different piercings posted anywhere online so you pretty much have to wait until you’re there) and I was very excited. When we drove to the shop, though, they explained that I was too young for that specific piercing so i settled for a conch. The woman working at the front desk that helped me pick my jewelry was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all. Long story short, my conch’s healing has not gone very well and I would not recommend coming here, especially if it’s your first major piercing.

I went for a nose piercing. Claire was my piercer and she did a fabulous job on my nose!!Just a little back story:I had my nose pierced in 2018 from a tattoo shop. I knew what to expect as far as level of pain, healing, and aftercare. In less than a year, I had to remove the piercing do to constant infections.Turns out I am VERY sensitive to Surgical Steele in the nose area.BACK TO Piercing Perfections:I went searching for a place that would allow the option to pierce with a ring that fits my needs. (Shockingly, not many places were willing to work with me on this.) But! I found Piercing Perfections!!!I was a little set back by the initial fee. It is higher in price BUT for me, worth the investment.-I got a ring that fits my needs. (Claire was VERY educational in this area!!)-Claire knew how to pierce cartilage properly.-I was given care instructions, which are VERY different from the tattoo shops in 2018!!!The proof is in the pudding!!! I had this done on Thursday and it hasn’t even hurt or been irritated since the first day. You wouldn’t even guess this piercing is just 3 days old!*Note: Just make sure to call before you go. I had gone in on Wednesday (in the early evening) and they were closed. So call before going!!! In this new world where all businesses are struggling for consumers and employees, I was very understanding of it. *

I got my third lobes pierced at the mentor location about 3 weeks ago and my left one got infected. So I did as the website said, to contact my piercer, and she said to come in so she could see the piercing and make a judgement call. When I got there she told me I was wrong and that my piercing was fine. I then went home and as I was cleaning my piercing the back of the piercing went through my ear. The whole ball post of my piercing went through the back to the front and is now out. So much for professional she couldn’t even see that my piercing was done improperly and fix it. I would never recommend this place to anybody. You’re better off going to a tattoo shop where at least they know what they’re doing instead of trash talking everybody else saying that they do them improperly. Never again

Do not come here for piercing! What a nightmare. I got talked out of putting my nose piercing where I wanted it by Shoshana. After a couple hours I was sure it was just totally in the wrong place.I emailed them and heard nothing, so I went back the next day hoping that they would have some options to make it right. Shoshana was there and was extremely rude. She said, When I marked it you said the dot was ok, I wont redo it. I said, Well actually, you talked me into putting it there and I thought I could trust you. I left with no help or resolution from them.I went to a local tattoo shop and they were able to fix it. There, I learned that not only had she gauged my nose with a 16g, she also used a lip ring in my nose! She has NO CLUE what shes doing and is not nice AT ALL.Do not go here!ps. My piercing was 3x as expensive as it would have been at the tattoo shop. She charged me $88 for a NOSE PIERCING!

Was recommended from another shop to come here because of their high quality jewelry. Knew exactly what I wanted and Alexis made sure I was able to find the jewelry that fit best. Lots of options, and my piercing was done quick and easily!

I got my nose pierced and the piercer knew she used the wrong length which caused the ring to be to short and tight. The ring was sinking through my nose and now my piercing is infected. The piercer did not give any after care instructions. This is not the place to go for a piercing. Think twice.

Honestly I dont know much about their piercing but I have purchased a few earrings from them in the past year. At first I thought it was okay, but I got a stud for my tragus and I had to continuously tighten it back on or else it would fall out. I recently went back to get two other studs for my earlobes and one fell out two days later and I didnt realize until it was too late. So I replaced it with a different earring I had gotten in my first purchase, and that too fell out. At this point I am just frustrated. These earrings just refuse to stay in and Ive lost out on money for no good reason.

Finally getting around to writing a review of this wonderful establishment. I have been pierced my most of the piercers on staff. All very professional and knowledgeable. The store is clean and plesent. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Love love love this place I was so nervous for my piercing and they were so kind and patient. They explained everything they were doing and made the whole experience wonderful would definitely recommend (not to mention the great piercing)

I wish we would of read the reviews before we came. I wanted to take my niece to get her belly button done for her birthday. It was supposed to be an exciting experience. We knew a parent had to be there and there was, but they would not let me go back with my neice. They wouldnt even let her mom on facetime so I could be with her virtually. Only a parent is allowed to go in the back.They were rude and unprofessional. There was no way of talking them out of it. I get new protocols because of covid but holy cow just a little extreme. I work in the medical field and this was freaking extreme. Get a grip people. Never ever will we go back and we will tell everyone we know to not go here. Horrible experience!

It was my first time going there. I got my helix pierced a few weeks ago and I had a question about earring backs. The lady wasnt helpful. She asked if I got my piercing done there and I told her no. After that I felt unwelcomed and she was rude. They have a limited selection of earrings.

This is for the Mentor Mall location. Very helpful workers and did our little girls ear piercing very well and professionally! Looks very clean and nice inside. Had a huge selection. Would definitely recommend!

I went to get a second piercing in my ear done and the ladies were nice but they used a weird ear ring and you have to like screw it on. With it being so small you can imagine that’s hard to do specially because it keeps coming off and I had to repierce my own ears THREE times now because they will not stay together!!

The girls take such care to make the experience safe and comfortable. They have many codes for quality jewelry.

I’ve gotten 2 piercings here and they both got infected and they put the backs on so tight you can’t get them off yourself and have to go back and pay to get it taken out. They put my cartilage piercing on so tight i can’t even grab it to try to twist it off. This place is a scam by having to go back over and over again to get the piercing taken out.

I went to go get my cartilage piercing done . 7 months later I want to change it . When I went to change it I couldn’t get it back in . Why , because it my piercing hole did not line up they were so off on an angle it was unreal . I had to let my hole close up . I wouldn’t recommend them at all for a piercing . They wasn’t very nice there when I needed help . I will not be going back there again . I’ll be going to tattoo place for now on .
