I felt very welcome when I first walked in. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I was quite impressed and I am enjoying the program. The shots not only have curbed my appetite, but have made a big change in my overall feeling with my arthritis? Its amazing!

I have had 3 sessions here for laser tattoo removal so far and just booked my 4th. This process has proven to be challenging for me for it is quite unpleasant. However, I know each and every time I show up and I’m greeted by Lauren’s beautiful smile I’m already at ease. While I know Ashley is right around the corner about to help me with my procedure and will make it as fast and effective as possible while catering to my well being with grace and positivity . Her pep talks get me through while her patience and kind heart makes the process worth every penny. These two beautiful women have made this journey 1000% better for me. I had my first laser treatment just a few days ago & I was very nervous. The front desk and the girl who did my treatment were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I have struggled trying to find a med spa like this forever. I wish I would’ve found them sooner. I’m so glad I chose this spot for filler and Botox. Melissa is AMAZING, she recommended kiss for my lip filler, I went from having almost no lip to gorgeous lips after my second syringe. I just did my first round of Botox(Dysport) yesterday. I’m excited to see the final result and will continue to come back for all my cosmetic needs.

I have gone to many places seeking help with them. I won’t even walk out of my home or in my backyard without makeup. I am very self conscious. They are everywhere. I did my research - Coolsculpting results were 20 to 25 % body fat reduction, which is good but not great.At 57, my belly fat and love handles were my negative downfalls. I was exercising and dieting, but my middle body fat was still there...FAT!Melissa, RN did a GREAT job! She was honest and direct. She took care of me and my body.After 2 treatments, they definitely did SOME improvements. Now, Im doing it 2 more times this week. 🤞At $3,000, its worth it! 🤗

I have had an amazing experience with Northcoast Laser, from start to finish.... from making my first appointment, to having treatment done. The office is clean and comfortable. Barb is very knowledgeable, and kind, and I never feel rushed while I’m there.

I had a consult with the staff at NLC in the late summer of 2021. I suffer from rosacea and was seeking treatment for facial veins/broken capillaries. I was told two to three laser treatments. My first treatment went well. I had very little downtime and minor bruising and redness. I went in for my second treatment in December. The staff member said she was turning up the level on the laser to target more of the veins. The second treatment was painful and I experienced extreme redness and burning. I was given ice packs and a serum to apply. A couple days after my procedure, I had large scabs and blisters on my face. My skin hurt. I reached out to NLC and was told my results were normal and to keep applying serum. As I started to heal after 4 weeks, I noticed scarring and an increased amount of facial veins. I decided to let my skin heal and not get any more treatments. This summer I followed up with a dermatologist at the Cleveland Clinic. I showed them my scarring and pictures of my face as it was healing from the laser treatment. They told me the person using the laser was not properly trained and I should not have had large, thick scabs and blisters. Since then, I have been getting treatments to fix the scarring both on my nose and chin. It’s very disheartening to write a poor review but I wouldn’t want others to experience what I went through. Please make sure you are doing your due diligence and thoroughly checking into med spas and the treatments they offer.

I like that the Drs here are very concerned in your outcome and throughly research your autoimmune reactions. I have lupus and Other autoimmune Problems. I’d love to get many Anti aging things but my body will not accept it they have informed me. Sad but I appreciate all the truthfulness care and provide great skin products. The little bit I can have done, I feel like they are my friends and Drs both extremely caring. Highly recommended! Clean, concerned for your safety and concerned for you to be comfortable.

The staff is very knowledgeable on all skin types. I went in for a consult for pigment issues. Melissa put me on a skin care routine with the ZO skin care line and recommend Lase md treatments with an occasional microneedling. My skin has never looked better at the age of 40. My pigment issue has resolved and my skin now has a bright glowing appearance. They keep up to date on the latest laser technology, and the staff is always available to answer any skin care questions I have.

I went to Northcoast Laser Cosmetics for the first time last week. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Jet Peel done by Lacy. She is amazing. This is the first time I have had the Jet Peel and what a difference in my skin immediately. I highly recommend Lacy.
