Visited here with my friend who wanted to get her ear pierced. The staff and the nurse Gina was very professional and welcoming. They have multiple piercing selections and walk your through the process to make you feel comfortable.

Got 2 cute lob piercings. Setting up an appointment online was easy. The nurse Adriana was amazing and explained post care well. I’m a cry baby when it comes to pain and was glad I didn’t feel much discomfort. Few hours later and no pain or burning. I can’t wait to come back. The shop is very clean and staff were amicable. 🤍

We had the best first ear piercing experience with Gina today. She exuded calm professionalism and put my girls at ease. They were so proud and happy and Gina was happy for them! It was absolutely everything I’d hoped for and I highly recommend bringing children here for their first piercings.

I walked in with no appointment with my 8 year old daughter. It was her first earlobe piercing. The staff were very friendly and attentive to detail. The store is super fun and good vibes overall. My daughter is in love with her butterfly earrings! Thank you Rowan!

They were so sweet and gentle with both of my daughters my oldest (she’s a big baby) did hers, and she was very sweet and even asked her if she liked the positioning of the marking for the piercing and then she did my youngest and was really fast. She didn’t cry for long highly recommend the spray for soothing purposes.

I’m from Wisconsin and my daughter in law told me about Rowan. My son and his family live in Miami and recently brought my 3 year old granddaughter to Rowan for ear piercing. They were so happy with Rowan and the friendly staff. Since I was coming for a visit, I made an appointment with them to look at my left ear lobe which was ripped years ago. I can’t wear heavy earrings or posts because of it but I can wear small light weight hoops. I wanted to see if Rowan could suggest a repair and they honestly told me they could hardly tell any difference in the way my earrings hung and that moving forward with stitching it up and repiercing would be more trouble than it’s worth. I certainly appreciated their opinions and honesty. Would highly recommend.

Love Rowan!! I first came with my granddaughter for her piercing and my daughter’s second piercing. My mom and I went to get a piercing together and we had a great experience. Not only were they gentle, but they explained everything to us, from how to take care of it to when we could change the piercing. We recommend this place and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Took my daughter and her friend for their first ear piercings. Rowan had great earring selections for them to choose from. The staff was so incredibly patient and sweet with these nervous little girls. The nurse explained them the entire process to calm their nerves and took her time to carefully mark each ear to ensure evenness. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Wonderful experience with this team. They gave my 3.5yo daughter a full walk-through and then welcomed her back when she felt ready to go for it. I really appreciate how calm they were, which in turn helped my daughter to feel calm, and how careful they were to make sure the holes were even. Very sweet, welcoming, and clean storefront, especially great for kiddos. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service from their so-called nurses. I developed an infection from their hypoallergenic products, and when I sought their advice on what to do, they acted defensively and refused to provide any guidance. Stay away.

Extremely lovely ladies at the front to begin with. The wall color feels soothing, the space is clean and spacious. My piercer was absolutely delightful and once I showed her my inspiration picture she got it! She had a wonderful hand and pain was so minimal it barely registered. Can’t wait to go back for more piercings 😁

We took our almost 6 year old here to get her first ear lobe piercings. We wanted to wait until she was old enough to ask for her ears to be pierced. We also wanted to avoid the traditional piercing guns. We finally found Rowan that is a kid friendly piercing shop. We drove from Broward and it was well worth it. The shop is curated nicely, very bright and beautiful. Adriana did an awesome job of making my daughter feel comfortable. She followed all the instructions provided by Adriana and it was done in less than 2 minutes. I would highly recommend.

Clean, efficient, and really nice. Lots of jewelry to choose from in a wide range of prices. I was a walk-in and there was no wait. I needed help to reopen my ear piercing that partially closed. They use a little device called a taper. The cost to reopen is $35 for each ear, the same cost as a needle piercing.

Superb experience! Alaina was precise, accurate, and patient. I’m over 70…my original piercing was uneven and closed up over the years but I was gifted a beautiful pair of earrings and couldn’t stand to keep them in a box. So I discovered Rowan online. So very glad I did. Feel like a teenager again. What was most important to me was that they were placed perfectly. Alaina marked my ears, erased the marks, and re-did it several times to make sure it was done absolutely right. Bless her heart. She was wonderful. Highly recommend Rowan’s!

A wonderful experience! If I could give more than five stars, I would. The staff and nurses were extremely warm and friendly. They did amazing with helping me pick out the earrings I want. The nurse guided me the entire time during the piercing. She explained in depth as each step happened. She did not rush me :) I felt very comfortable knowing that actual nurses were there to pierce your ears. 10/10 recommend this place. Im happy with my results and they have hypoallergenic earrings too!! The price paid was worth it. A very memorable and satisfying experience. Thank you!

I went to Rowan because I’ve been walking past there for the past couple of months now, and I always heard great things about it, and because I also needed to reopen a few holes I had previously done that closed. I went all excited and the staff were awesome. However, as soon as I sat down in the chair, the lady that helped me out seemed a little unsure and uncomfortable doing my piercings, and had a needle stuck in one of the holes I was supposed to open saying it was clocked up and not closed and that she had to keep the needle inside my ear for a little longer to unclog the hole (which for me was extremely weird, because even if was actually clogged up, no one in piercing and tattoo parlors would’ve done that), and for the other holes. I’m usually painless, but I did feel a little bit of pain doing them, and naturally, for everyone that had piercings done before know this, after doing the piercings and putting the jewelry, my holes bleed a little. However, one of them kept bleeding for a while until nighttime and it stopped. I took every precaution I had to and that was recommended to me, but it kept bleeding over the course of 3 days, on and off, until today (Wednesday, and I had the appt Sunday), it started bleeding a lot, none stop until I had to go to a hospital to get it checked.The doctor said thankfully I went when I did, because whoever did that hole, did the job horribly, and it could continue bleeding until I wouldn’t be able to feel my left ear anymore. I had to take a lot of medications home and take that earring off so my ear could heal.I’m never going to that store ever again, and I would highly recommend no one going there as well, unless you want your ears bleeding and end up going to a hospital as well.

Amazing experience! I went the other day to get a second lobe piercing along with a helix. Was a little nervous about how painful it might be. The process was super easy and all the girls were able to answer any questions I had. The healing process seems to be the only difficult part. The actually piercing was not bad at all. Probably a pain level of 2. All the nurses were able to provide lots of education on how to take care of the piercing after. Would definitely recommend this place.

I visited Rowan Piercing Studio in Coconut Grove two days before Christmas, hoping to buy some special gifts for my little sister. Our experience, however, was deeply disheartening. We arrived at the studio at 4 PM, only to find the door inexplicably locked. Despite our presence, the staff member inside chose to completely disregard us, as if we were invisible.After waiting for ten minutes, with no explanation or acknowledgment, the lady finally rudely gestured frantically pointing to her mouth, I guess indicating she was going to eat? She was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. A simple sign indicating a break time or a courteous verbal explanation would have sufficed and been much appreciated.The lack of basic customer service and the staffs dismissive attitude were not just disappointing but also contrary to the warm and welcoming spirit we cherish in our community, especially during the festive season. This experience has unfortunately left a sour taste and a reminder that Rowan Piercing Studio may need to reevaluate its approach to customer interaction and community values in Coconut Grove.

It doesn’t deserve one star. I took my daughter to get.her ears pierced it was a disaster . The earrings are junk which they told me were real diamonds and they were not . I was charged 400.00 for fake earrings . My daughters ears were black and blue and six weeks later are still in terrible shape I will provide pics so you can see . I tried to dispute the charge they said they would refund me for the earrings but made me go through so many hoops it was not worth my time . Please don’t go to this business not in Miami or any where else .
