I haven’t gotten my ears pierced 4 times and each time has been an excellent experience. The jewelry is beautiful and the piercers are knowledgeable and patient. I recently met Tali, one of the front desk associates, and she was so nice and friendly. She made my experience at this store even better- so much so that I was excited to go back and get more piercings. Aside from that, she personally has a lot of ear piercings, so one can trust she has expertise in that department. Tali even helped me decide the placement of my most recent piercing I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in leveling up their piercing game.

STUDS Miami Wynwood is an amazing place for an ear piercing experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and stylish, reflecting the vibrant energy of Wynwood. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through the selection process with patience and expertise. The studio itself was impeccably clean and modern, with a wide array of high-quality earrings to choose from. I’m so glad I decided to wait until I was in the area to get a new piercing. STUDS was great! They were patient and very through with the process and explanations for after care. There’s also a lot of options for you if you’ve got a healed piercing.

I was really excited to finally make it to Studs but what a disappointment. I have never had such a bad experience with customer service like in this place. Went in to get a new piece and for them to exchange and get it cleaned. First of all, there are no many selections to pick from yet I went ahead and pick one but had to change it myself. The girl at the front was pretty rude and said they had no time to do it for me. I knew there was going to be an extra charge for that which I was willing to pay of course but the girl upfront made the experience so bad that I just walked out. Are the employees there to make the business some money or actually reject service to customers???

Studs Wynwood. 10/10 would highly recommend. Previously went to Rowan the week before. Rowan is good. Studs is exceptional. My piercer made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Absolutely going back for my next piercings.

Such a cute place with the friendliest of people! I got my helix pierced and my piercer Mari was the best!! Definitely recommend to anyone who loves cute jewelry and is looking for a place to get pierced.

Ive gotten four lobe piercings done at STUDS Wynwood over two visits. My piercers, Dom and Marinel, were both fantastic, precise, calming, and pierced my ears nearly painlessly. At first I was a bit disappointed that their company policy limits piercings to only two per appointment and requires that customers take a six-week period to heal before getting new piercings, but Ive come to recognize the wisdom of this approach. All four of my piercings have healed nicely and without complications, but the healing process may not have been as smooth if Id gotten all four at once. Would definitely return to get any future piercings here.

Came from Vancouver to Florida to visit my cousin and we decided to do a day out in Miami and we came across this piercing store studs, and I decided to get my Helix pierced and they did such a good job they were so gentle and I absolutely love my jewelry.

Ronni was amazing!!! She helped me pick out what piercings would work with my anatomy and existing setup, she was so patient with me. She did a rook and flat and it was totally painless, quick, and smooth. She was very clean and serious about keeping everything sterile as well. Everyone else in the store was also so friendly and really it was overall a great experience. Will definitely be coming back to get more once these are healed.Updated review: came back about a year later and had my tragus pierced by Mari who was fantastic!! I really wanted to be a repeat customer but today I couldn’t get help for my super infected new piercing because I didn’t have my govt ID on me—i provided an alternative, my hospital ID and could provide my studs aftercare card as well. I would need to go home to get my ID just to have my painful piercing removed lol. Stupid corporate policy. Went across the street to a tattoo shop and got it removed there instead right away.Cute jewelry and the piercer Dom was amazing though. I really like the concept of the place. I’ll just have to continue to stick to old school tat/piercing shops where there’s no unnecessary obstacles to actually talk to the piercer or get assistance. :/

I have always been nervous to go to piercings shops that i am not familiar with/ don’t know anyone who has gone to one before… however this shop was absolutely incredible. it was clean, comfortable and honestly somewhere i wish i knew about sooner. The staff is amazing and the jewelry offered is great quality and super cute, anyone can find something they love to compliment their personal style. This was a pleasant, seamless experience from the moment I decided to book an appointment. Upon walking into the store I was greeted kindly. Every employee was very hospitable. My piercer, Dom was great. So kind, informative and friendly. Loved everything about this experience! Highly recommend! They do have strict cancellation and late show policies, so make sure to adhere to that 💛

Really clean and neat place. They only pierce ears and I dont believe they do babies like Claires does. Don is very nice and keeps his area VERY sterile. He took his time to plan exactly where he was going to pierce and let you see for approval.

Wish I would have listened to the reviews before mine that detail bad customer service experiences, but I glazed past those!! Save yourself the headache and walk down the block to Iris. They were far more friendly, informative and all around pleasant to be of service! The team at Studs were visibly tired and burnt out, and extremely rude and dismissive. Unfortunate because the studio is super cute.

The customer service at Studs was amazing! My piercer was super nice and it has been the most painless cartilage piercing I have had. I had gotten one before at a tattoo shop and it got infected very quickly, but this one has just been amazing. They have high quality titanium earrings, which is the main reason why my piercing has been healing so well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Honestly the experience was very pleasant. My sister and I scheduled appointments right after each other so that we could be attended together. They called us both at the same time and we were able to accompany each other. Dominic was our assigned piercer and he was awesome and very knowledgable and conversational. The place is very clean and I watched him wash his hands 4x during the 15 minutes that we were in the back room with him. I had my second home done and my sister had her middle helix done. We were both satisfied. The cost is steep impaired to other piercing shops but they have a lot of cute earring options.

What an amazing experience! The store alone is worth the visit just for a cute Instagram pic! However, if youre looking for a new piercing, I highly recommend Studs! They are so clean, so friendly and affordable. My ears are covered in their cute earrings and I find myself going back for more on a regular basis. I love it here and look forward to coming back for a new piercing soon!

If you’re looking for a “reliable” location to get a piecing done, Studs is anything but that. I thought by coming here and spending more than $100 on one piercing you’d get the proper care? Wrong. They’ll make a hole in your ear, send you home, and if you have ANY issues, don’t even bother going back, they won’t help you. you’re better off spending half the price somewhere else and getting WAY better customer service, especially if you go back and let them know you’re having problems with your piercing, this place straight up told me “we can’t touch your piercing”. what??? you were the ones that did this! This place is all for show, super unprofessional staff, and again, they will not help you with any health related questions, super disappointed on my experience. I hope this review can save someone else from facing this.

My sister and I spontaneously decided to get a piercing done today & we had been following Studs on instagram for a while so we decided to come to the miami location. After arriving the workers were quick to accommodate us and Ronni pierced my sister and I’s ears. She was so nice & knowledgeable. The piercing didn’t hurt at all and we both love how they came out. Im a customer of Studs online, so when I booked a friend trip to Miami for a cruise, I knew I had to stop in their Miami store and get pierced by them. I have around 13+ piercings in my ear, and I decided to get two more in store. This was by far the best piercing experience Ive ever had. Ronni was incredible. She talked me through the entire process, let me know what she was doing and was about to do. It was such a great experience. I wouldve gotten a few more, but I totally understand their 2 piercing policy. Highly recommend Studs for piercings and amazing jewelry!

I had an absolutely fantastic time at the Wynwood location, I was a walk-in and the customer service was great. The location is clean, it wasnt a hassle to book an appointment and my piercer, Dom was super knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable with the placement, kept asking if I was okay - all round fantastic service! I would absolutely use this brand again. It has been about 2 weeks since I got pierced and I have not had any issues.

I have been wanted to get a piercing at Studs for a long time and when I saw that they had a Wynwood location, I decided to finally treat myself when I was in Miami for vacation! Staff was incredibly friendly (even when I spilled my ice coffee on the floor - sorry again), and my piercer Sheronda was SO nice, explaining everything that she was doing throughout the entire process. I have gotten piercings before but this was a top tier experience!

Upon entering, I was greeted with the lovely atmosphere and warm, comforting vibes. I was helped instantly once I approached with the interest in a few different piercings. The one gentleman they had working there that day that helped me was so patient and thoughtful in navigating me through all the inventory the had to offer. He was very personable and it was an overall quick process once I figured out what I wanted. I absolutely would recommend this location and brand if the topic ever arose and I am more than satisfied. Amazing experience!I walked in without an appointment , they were able to take me in right away ! Dominic, the piercer , came to introduce himself & inquired about which piercing I would be getting. He then proceeded to explain the difference between all the jewelry and let me pick the earring of my choice.The piercing itself was the smoothest, fastest and least painful piercing I’ve had done(I got my mid helix done).Aftercare procedures were explained to me , I went to the cash to pay and that was it ! I walked in at 11:50pm and was out by 12:15pm!I will definitely be coming back to finish my curated ear with Dominic!

Wish I could recommend this place because it is a cool concept with cute earrings. I am giving only 1 star because the 14k gold jewelry I purchased has all broken in less than one year. Last summer I took my friend to get pierced with me. We both got 14k gold studs (2each) I paid around $850 for both of us. One of hers broke around 2 months later and then both of mine broke earlier this year. Customer service told me Studs only guarantees their jewelry 6 months, even if it is 14k gold. They offered me a 15% discount code :) Buy quality gold jewelry that will last forever and get pierced somewhere else.

All i got were 2 simple lobe piercings which theoretically should not have been as painful as they were and for as expensive as they were i’d expect a correct job to be done. i saw another piercer after over 3 months of them healing and she told me that one of them was pierced incorrectly and at an angle. so now, when i wear earrings one is turned in slightly because of the incorrect angle the piercer pierced me at. also, it’s been over 5 months and my piercings still bleed and are irritated when switching them out which should not be the case this far into healing for a lobe piercing. over $100 for an incorrectly done piercing in such a simple spot was such a waste of money and i wish i had gone somewhere else because now the damage is done and my piercings are uneven. the angle also makes it extremely difficult to get earrings in.

It was virtually painless and I was able to purchase a saline solution to go with my care plan at home. Overall, would absolutely recommend.

I have several piercings that I’ve gotten at different places, but my experience at Studs was amazing! The ladies were all so nice and patient with me (I was very indecisive about my jewelry choice). They helped me choose a ring that would fit with my anatomy. My piercer Marinel was also SUPER nice and comforting. She knew what she was doing and was extremely clean and sanitary. I had a fantastic experience at Studs in Miami Wynwood! One of my friends had gone for a helix piercing and shared her positive experience with me.After that, I went to the shop to see it and ask some questions in person and they were very nice as they shared piercing and cost information with me.Soon after, I booked my own apprentice piercing appointment for a stacked earlobe where my piercing was free and I only paid the cost of the gold jewelry I got!My apprentice piercer was Jade and she was awesome throughout the whole process. Very calm and patient with me, especially when I expressed that I was afraid of needles.She explained everything she was doing as she pierced both my ears and the mentor, Rebecca, was present overseeing everything as well and ensuring I was comfortable too.They helped me decide the best placement for my stacked earlobe and I absolutely loved how my piercings came out! I am so happy with my piercings and choice of jewelry.I highly recommend Studs Miami Wynwood to anyone who is interested in getting an ear piercing and/or jewelry!

Im OBSESSED!!!From start to finish one of the best customer service experiences to date (especially getting pierced).I was honestly having a pretty terrible day and they went above and beyond to accommodate me!!I had an appointment booked but arrived late, and they helped me reschedule the same day.I had one of their apprentices, Kayla pierce my helix under the supervision of Ronni. These ladies were fantastic and I loved how kind, knowledgeable and clean, but bright and airy the space felt.I have a few other ear piercings but cannot wait to come back for more!!I was on a trip to Miami - but really really really hoping to see them in SF / Northern California soon ✨🤩Would highly recommend especially if youre new or feeling intimidated by piercings. Everyone here was SO SO NICE 10/10.

I’ve been wanting to get my second lobe piercings for years now but never got around to it because I didn’t know where to go other than Claire’s or a tattoo shop. When I heard about Studs, I immediately knew I wanted to go there based on the store’s aesthetics and because they only specialize in piercings. When I arrived, everyone was so sweet and I knew I made the right choice. They asked if I wanted to get pierced by an apprentice (under pro supervision) for free and it made my day. Karlyn was so professional, kind, and gentle. While setting everything up, she explained the piercing process, ensured everything was sterile, and opened my earrings in front of me. The piercing part was so quick and pain-free and she thoroughly explained the aftercare. I totally recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back and buy cute little studs (and possibly get pierced again) once I’m healed!

I was looking forward to visit and shop at STUDS as I had heard good things and read positive reviews about this shop. Unfortunately, customer service at this facility is terrible. As soon as I opened their door, without even stepping a foot inside, I was asked to not enter because pets are not allowed. Not sure how the store employee determined my dog was not working without asking if he is a service dog. Well, this was a bad start! Anyway, I asked my friend to wait outside with my dog and went in to check out their earrings. Store employee lacked customer service etiquette or sales experience. She did not seem knowledgeable of their pieces and not interested in showing me their products or even try to sell. The store was completely empty. My sister and i had a very pleasant experience getting pierced by Rebecca. I was able to do a walk in ahead of my sisters appointment and the staff was very helpful with picking out jewelry. The actual piercing process was quick and very, very clean. Appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail, thank you!

My first Studs experience was great! Booking on their website was not only speedy but super informative. I was very impressed by their Covid precautions listed online and practiced in store. From choosing my jewelry /piercing placement to getting the actual piercing, the chill vibe helped calm the “about to get pierced” anxiety I usually get. Can’t wait to visit their NYC locations when I’m back home to get more piercings and jewelry!

I had a great experience at studs in wynwood! I got a conch piercing and a flat helix piercing on the same ear. The jewelry selection was great. The piercing room was super clean and everything was sanitized and professional. The piercing sare healing so nice and I’m booked to go back again in 8 weeks!

If you have a teenager dont go there they have no consideration for anyone. Even if it was their system that had the issue. I had to give it a one star because it wouldnt let me give it a zero. I wont ever buy anything from there. Customer service sucks.

The girls are super unpolite and dont know how to run a business, I made an appointment and had to run back to get my id and had a second appointment. They made me get my ID only to come back and make me go home again because they simply didnt want to pierce me anymore. I dont know if they discriminate against me bacause Im latina but the treatment was nauseating. Im so disgusted with the place I really hope this business gets a manager that teaches their staff how to treat people. I wanted my piercing so bad and mow im just with the worse mood ever. Never coming again.

Came from out of town and decided to get pierced on a whim. After a short consultation, we decided on doing my tragus! I was expecting it to be painful but instead it was a rather easy and pleasurable experience. I was helped by Kelly and Rebekah. Overall, the store was very clean and the whole staff is very nice.

Steer clear! I booked an appointment at Studs rather than a basic piercing service like Claire’s, and was willing to pay 4x the price of Claire’s because I needed this piercing done correctly prior to my wedding.4 months prior to my appointment at Studs, I had had my earlobe repaired, and came back here to re-pierce my earlobe. I knew that the piercing could not be in the exact same spot as the site of my repaired piercing, but the piercing was so uneven with my other earlobe piercing that even some of the other staff were in shock. The technician pierced my ear way too high, and doing it lower and in line with my other piercing would not have interfered with my scar (scar was parallel).I ultimately had them remove the piercing (which they made me wait another 40 minutes to do) so I can allow it to close up and eventually repierce. They did give me a refund but the damage is already done.The prices were laughable. $35 for the procedure, plus $160 for a pair of tiny studs (cubic zirconia lol!) and they even charge extra if you want the saline cleaning solution.I will definitely be getting my ear re-pierced at Claire’s once the terrible job that Studs performed heals.

My piercings aren’t even and when I raised concerns to the piercer that the dots she made were off, she didn’t pay attention and just went ahead and pierced my ears. Wish I went elsewhere

I went in with my sister to get our ears pierced. We have been longing to get more piercings for awhile and came across Studs on Tik Tok. The process of setting up our appointments was fast and easy. When we entered the shop, it was very clean and we were immediately greeted and taken cared of. Our piercer Ronn was very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend and I’m already set up to get more piercings with her.

BEWARE OF THE APPRENTICES!! Not worth the “deal”. Came for the great reviews but results were disappointing because the ear lobe piercings came out slanted and the back of the post came out at much higher level than the front. They also make you buy their starter titanium earrings which sells for $60-$120 a pair though they are worth like $10 elsewhere.It was me and my mom’s first piercing and we were told this would be very simple and the apprentices are very experienced and skilled and have done this hundreds of times. But during my appointment it became clear they were pretty new. And after we got home we saw that all our piercings were slanted. Some more than other. Definitely regret not going to a tattoo artist instead now. Would have been the same price and most include the starter earring.

Don’t go get your ears pierced here. The establishment is not understanding of the crazy increase of traffic in the area. I arrived 5 minutes after my appointment time because I was stuck in traffic due to an accident (I tried to call to give a warning but they have a robot as their answering service). They turned me away. Such a waste of time.

Went in at 12/22 at around 11am. The store was empty and they did not accept my sister and I as walk ins even though we didn’t mind waiting in case an appt came in. Checked on their website and it does state they accept walk in.
