These are very unprofessional, i had gotten my ears pierced when i came instead of them giving me the long head, they had given the short head and my ears was swallowing the earrings. i went there and the lady with the tattoo was very rude and was not knowledgeable about piercing at all she was so rude talking to me and i was scared about saving my piercings that i spent so much money on. I had to go to another place for them to save my earrings and these people knew how to help. whoever is the maneger please get people that knows how to pierce

Ashley is the one to go to here! Shes great with customers and makes you feel like youre not just another customer. Great place to shop if youre looking for some good quality jewelry thats not going to break the bank!

I came to the mall looking for a new pair of earrings, stopped at Banter by piercing Pagoda the service was outstanding Frankie directed me to exactly what I was looking for.... The girls Ashley & Kesha were so friendly its not everyday you get this kind of service, thank you guys for everything you definitely have a happy returning customer....

The have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I waited patiently 15 min for the two employees to finish with the other two customer ahead of me. After their transactions were completed I waited another 5 minutes for them while they stood there talking to each other. I asked if I could be helped because at this point my patience has completely ran out. I was told Id be helped shortly and finally I just walked away. Id rather take my money where customer service is important.

Tbh I want to give 0 stars just for the fact they pierced my cartilage with a gun at the time I didn’t know that was unsafe because I had just started getting into piercings so yeah if they tell you they can do anywhere on your ear DON’T do it I now have a keloid on one ears and a big deep hole from infection on the other. Respectfully smd Banter :)🫶🏽

I love it here, it’s a wonderful place to work! The team members are just amazing and phenomenal at what they do. Not to also mention we’re hiring!! There’s nothing but positive vibes and great people at this Pagoda. I am both grateful and thankful to have had this opportunity to work for this company. I was VERY hesitant about coming here. And I was right. I had the MANAGER Jennifer pierce my 2 month olds ears.She was sleeping. Not even moving. And they were still done WRONG. not even. Not even on the freaking mark that she marked !!!!I am so LIVID. and she kept telling me it’s because the earring wasn’t pushed all the way in so it looks crooked.I’m not going to put my baby thru another piercing so now I’m STUCK WITH UN EVEN EARRINGS FOR MY DAUGHTER.DONT COME HERE PEOPLE

Got my ears pierced here and the staff was really cool. Jennifer pierced my ears and she was really helpful. I come back all the time for new earrings.

Horrible service the assistant manager is the biggest dramatic person! I will never take my daughter to get her ear pierced ever again she tells her business to other customers or friends about her marriage no one cares!

Called to ask a question about how they pierce and the lady was very nice but they do not pierce with a needle they use the earring itself so unless youre getting a simple lobe piercing wouldn’t recommend.

Clean and professional service for an ear piercing for my first time. quality of jewelry was not the greatest but you can find some things there still.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would trust that staff are very very dramatic and love to being in outside issues into their sales , always are in there phone , and allow people who don’t even work in the kiosk inside of the kiosk, yes u read it right people who don’t even work there are in inside , they do the piercings wrong and uneven , I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , this place needs to be put under new management ASAP , I even witnessed the employees attacking on employee telling her she’s fake , and calling her slurs DURING WORK TIME , they forced the employee to clock out early , idc what your dealing with outside of work don’t come into work if your being pressure by other workers like that , “Vanessa” the store manager need to be switched , and so does the entire team it’s ridiculous

Very rude and unprofessional staff!!!! They sell you the warranty plans and then don’t want to honor it when something happens to the jewelry. I would not spend another dime with them!

They have to get another person more professional and more attentive with the customer. I have to cancel my appointment because when I get there there was a Lady with tattoo with a little bit rude attitude, the way she spoke to me I felt that I was bothering her somehow, and I didnt want to get my ear pierced by that type of person, instead I went to Claire and I have a better customer service.

They treated me very well, the girl helped me get what I wanted and even more since they had very good offers. He also helped me with a credit card application. I left pleased and happy! Thanks lisbet from southlanld mall!!!!!

But I never buy in this place, the girls ear got sick and I never thought to turn around so they could change me for another one, I told the person who attended me to help me change for another one, she told me without the receipt I couldnt change, no I took the receipt because I never thought that the girl would be hurt by the earrings I bought, I showed her the bank account that I had bought them from and they never helped me but I never come to this place
