Banter by Piercing Pagoda

Today I decided to look for my toe rings at the same store where I had already bought them once before. The saleswoman was WALENCIA today. She was very sweet and nice, which is very difficult to find these days. I give her a 10 for everything and especially for her kindness in making the customer very happy with their purchase. I love Pagoda.

Went in today and met Welencia she gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was nice and so attentive and works with me until I found exactly what I wanted. I would definitely be back just because of her

Got my ears pierced 2 weeks ago my second lobe and they healed super fast i was attended by a young lady and Cherie whom are extremely professional. I will return to get a cartridge piercing soon. Ive gone to piercing shops in the past and my ears always get infected but with them i felt so happy how fast my ears have healed. And all the nonsense of the needle machine being bad and the needle is better is all bs because my ear have never felt better and the pain level was 0.

They pierced my daughters ears.Twice. she found it somehow pricey, but overall we had a good service..The first time the guy was very kind and served ud even if it was 10 minutes before closing time my daughter, 2 years old, was brave and let him pierce both ears.We went back one week later because se lost one of the earrings and we had to repeat the all thing. The girl was nice, and we found out they have an insurance that covers new earrings and new piercing in case the ones insured are lost.

Amazing experience! My daughters ear piercing was quick and perfect! We couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jerry!!!
