Ben pierced my ears. He was great did 2 on one ear with no pain at all. He was also very patient with me.

Laura helped me and my sister doing a piercing. She was so careful and made us feel really safe. I loved how it came out and I’m extremely happy. I will be coming back soon to get some more! Best store in this mall !

Had my daughters ears pierced here this afternoon. Shes turning one soon so you can imagine she wasnt having the best time with strangers touching her, but the staff here were so so patient and the male employee gave me tips on how to keep her still so he can pierce her ears. He guided me through it and was very kind. Great experience even with a screaming baby! lol

A purchased a pair of small hoops today and when I arrived at home and opened the package, it was empty. I now have $53.49 charged to my card and no earring. The associate packed everything away from the counter where I could not see, and packed an empty box. The packaging I got would not even fit the small cartilage earrings I bought (refer to picture attached). This is the first time this has ever happened to me, anywhere! It took me 4 phone calls to get in touch with Piercing Pagoda and I spoke to Abby, who did not help. Abby first suggested that I call back in 20 minutes, which I refused to do since it took me 30 minutes to get in touch with them. I asked to please place me on hold until someone could attend to the phone. Abby then placed me on hold for about 30 seconds before hanging up on me. It then took an additional 3 phone calls for an associate to answer. The associate, Abby again, could only suggest that I show up in person to speak to an assistance manager who will be available tomorrow. I plan to do this. This has been by far the worst experience ever at any jewelry store. I did not think I would ever be charged and given an empty package! I now know to check for the piece of jewelry while still at the store, and know to never go to nor recommend piercing pagoda to anyone.

One of the ladies even got it done and showed her how easy it was. They not only tried to comfort my daughter but they also waited around and cheered her with on when she finally got it done.Would recommend getting piercing done at Banter. And now that I witness adults and my own daughter getting the piercing, I am keen to go back to get some done for myself!

Got my first cartilage piercing with Laura. She was great and made the process so fun.

Morgan was super sweet and comforting while getting my second piercing but fast forward one month my piercing got stuck in my ear. Earring lodged in my ear lobe. I went and got told this was a medical issue so went to urgent care they got it out. I went back to piercing pagoda the next day and the worker didn’t even speak english. I had to google translate that I needed medical assistance with my earring. I wanted to know if I needed to wait to let it close or if I could get a new one. She didn’t speak english and I don’t speak spanish. At places like these it is important for them to at least know english because here I am with an infected ear since the lady couldn’t help me.
