I absolutely love Body Details in Aventura! Nayades Pino is so amazing. To be honest, before I went to her I wasnt seeing the best results, but I have seen her twice now and the results have been unbelievable. After the first time, I saw 70% less hair and after the second I am finally almost hairless. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and so so thorough. She takes her time and truly cares about results. I will never see anyone else for my laser treatments. You must go see Nayades!!!

Nayades Pino at the Aventura is the best specialist who treated me so far. She uses a magnifying lamp, very detailed and professional. Impossible not to see results. Also the company has a great customer care, they extended twice my treatments due my two pregnancies. Plus they did not increase the prices since 5 years ago when I purchased my package. Totally recommend them.

Ive been coming here about 5 times now, Olivia is excellent. There is a new nurse there now, that I havent gotten to know yet. But what takes the cake is their customer service, which is absolutely the WORST. It is impossible to reschedule an appointment, it is impossible to get through customer service, they make you email them with requests and then you get a reply that is completely unproductive and uncooperative, giving out inappropriate and unhealthy advise. They refused to accommodate me, when I have never missed or was late for any of my appointments. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

I have very coarse black hair and shaving was always very painful and always leave me with painful bumps and ingrown hairs. I’ve had a pleasant experience here thus far and listen this place smells amazing. Olivia is extremely helpful and informative. Not going to lie, it is a bit pricey but they are always having promotions.

Treatment is good but impossible to make an appointment or change it, which I can’t move on with the next session; plus if you have a busy life and can’t confirm your appointment right away they cancel! Not happy at all… this is a NOT a cheap place so… kind of regretting it.

Let me first say...hair removal is not a subject Im too comfortable with, but I got feed up and decided to do something about my back hair...well from my first call to body details to the front desk manager Jaylin and Valeria to the laser techs Angie, Maria and Jo the experience was awesome. They were very helpful, very sensitive to my concerns and made me feel totally comfortable and believe it or not I enjoyed the experience. It was a very clean and organized facility, the equipment was totally new and well maintained. I appreciate a well managed and clean facility. I have been at the Aventura location for almost 2 years now doing hair & tattoo removal and now also face rejuvenation and I have to say, Im am soooo happy with the results of my progress. Its a commitment but well worth it!The staff is unbelievably amazing! Jasmine is always there to assist with customer satisfaction and dealing with issues always in the clients interests and that is what any customer wants, she nails that! Both nurses, Jeanelle and Natasha are great!Before I started I had read some reviews and the thing that stood out to me is that you would receive your treatments from different nurses and everybody works different so some people werent happy about. However you eventually figure out whats best for you and what makes your treatment tolerable. There is no issue to tell one nurse to the other how you prefer your treatment and its never been an issue for me.Anyways this is where Ill cut it short....BEST DECISION EVER, HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS, GREAT AND HELPFUL STAFF!!! I recommend to EVERYONE that is thinking about it, to do it. :)

I have been waxing since 2004 since I get really bad razor burn. I really didnt think about laser hair removal until I starting hearing all of the commercials on the radio. I looked into and started doing research on the different places that offer laser. I chose Body Details because of their life time guarantee since I dont have kids yet and heard that after having kids hair can start growing due to hormone changes. I now go to Aventura and see Olivia she is the best! she makes sure I am getting results and applies the laser in a way where the pain is minimal. I have only have 3 treatments and seriously barely have any hair growing in at this point. I am very pleased. it is well worth the investment since I will be saving money in the long run with not having to wax! If you have been thinking about it at least call and go through the free consultation with Karima, she is very knowledgeable and ask questions so you can make a decision that is right for you!!!

I love body details, and I love the girls here. Used to have NATASHA! She is absolutely amazing. I did my bikini with her in the beginning and she was patient and she knew what she was doing. Unfortunately she’s in the Pembroke Pines location now. So that location better feel happy they have her. Today I had JESSICA and I was a little worried at first. But she was amazing too! Different technique but very involved with the guest, asking about discomfort level the entire time. She’s mainly in the Fort Lauderdale location.

I’m really unhappy with how this company does business. The more areas you do with them apparently is a bad idea. I decided to do many areas of laser and they do not agree doing the services at different times. I can’t for example do my legs on one day and my bikini on another. I have to do it all in one sitting. So fair warning if you miss your appointment they’re able to charge you more because the time block will be bigger the more you get, my late fee was $650. On top of my $550 monthly payment for the services. It’s painful I don’t care what lies they’ll tell you it hurts! Not everyone wants to do it all in one day but they don’t care. Also the contract is 30 months long but they have very few appointments available. You have to get all your sessions in within that 30 months otherwise it’s money wasted. The longer your session the harder it is to get an appointment. Don’t spend your money here you’ll regret it.

I was referred to this location by a friend who was raving about her experience. This location does not disappoint! Overall the staff is patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly- they knew how to put me at ease and make the experience enjoyable. I am, also, enjoying seeing the results after each of my sessions. I started with Body Details in June 2021 in the Aventura location. I have received only one treatment since then.My appointments were cancelled involuntarily several times without my consent right before my appointments were scheduled. When I called to reschedule, the only appointments available were several weeks after my original scheduled date. Over time, this transitioned into my phone calls were not answered, this is poor reliability and very disappointing.I am a working mother and live 1 hr and 30minutes away. Those appointments being forcefully cancelled the having to reschedule is a complete inconvenience, and with no one answering the phone, virtually impossible.I am being billed for services that are not being provided. I already paid for 3 months worth of treatment and only wished to cancel the contract with no further payments billed to me. The director was dismissive placed the blame on me, then refused to cancel. She advised me to write up an email.This is not good customer service and I would advise others NOT to use this company based on my experience.

This team has been more than helpful. They answer every question that you may have. They always greet you with warm smiles. Laser Fat Reduction. Guys! Please dont fall for these lies as I did. My $6,000 is gone! Their laser machine does not remove fat! This is a lie! In May 2021, I heard an announcement on the local radio about this companys service (laser fat removal). Of course, I became interested, called by phone, and made an appointment at the Aventura office. I was shot by a lovely woman, who knows her job - she probably knows how to sell even air. She asked a lot of questions, and I answered. They gave me the first session, the second, and the third. After so many months, I hope to see the result for $6000. A little about myself: I am 46 years old, 5 feet and 5 inches, and weigh 150 pounds. Diet, swimming, and healthy lifestyle. With their promises, I should have at least lost some weight...but apart from the $6000 I lost, I dont see any results! After my third session, I advised ladies at the office that I was not happy with what I got and asked their medical director or coordinator to contact me when I called around November 2021, but they ignored me. No one cares. Its another scam! Please, be very careful and do not trust something like this!

Laura and Maria performed my laser hair removal and it was great and practically pain free. Just be very careful when you sign the paper work, I paid a very good amount of money $$$$$ for a full body treatment and when I went they said that one of the areas were not in the paperwork, (very small area) so that I have to pay extra. I am very sad after being a body details customer for years. Ive been treated like trash by Virginia Dias. She doesnt have any work ethics. I called because I received a text that my appoiment was going to be canceled and worried. Virgina Dias answered, I asked her to tell me the cancellation policies because appointment is on Friday and today is Wednesday. She was very sarcastic when I ask why my appointment was canceled, when still have three days: you are going to receive a text today and tomorrow with a bad attitude. I told her I dont understand canceled, it’s not even 40 hours. I got angry and she said dont yell at me and I hung up. I called several times and he did not answer the phone, she transferred me calls to sales department. I do not understand how a director can hang a customer who has paid more than 4000 dollars. Simple way to explain she blocked my calls. so, I decided to drive to ask for her name. When I arrive normal temper and ask, I can talk to the manager and she said its me. I told her that I was the one who called, she said yes, why did you yell at me and everything is being recorded, she said Im going to call the police and you need to live the property because youre aggressive. It seems that Virginia Dias does not know how to deal with a customer and does not know the meaning of aggression. I replied, I am moving my hands and knocking on the door, I am putting your life in danger and her answer is that we are women alone here and we work in a very bad area. They have already come with guns to us before. I have no words to explain how I feel humiliated, discriminated, because of my sexual orientation. Call the police to a customer who has not even been aggressive, just because of her, she does not know how to deal with customers. Please Body Details don’t let people like Virginia Dias how has lack of integrity humiliated customers.

I started my first treatment in 2016 and I completed most of my treatments in 2018. All treatments in that timeframe were amazing. However, I went for a touch up this month (March 2021) and I had the worst experience ever. The specialist literally burnt me and I told her to lower the settings but she refused to. Four days later after my treatment I have burnt wounds and scabs. I knew from the time I left that this kind of treatment was not normal. The specialist needs to be retrained and she needs to listen the patients when they are in pain.

So after doing my research, I found body details. I was drawn to them because of their great reviews and the fact that they have nurse practitioners on staff. I knew my first LHR would be painful but it was quicker than the pain and silence tears I experienced during microblading. Jonelle is excellent and she was soooooo patient with me lol. I was very comfortable during my consultation and my appointments (amen for that Aloe and cooling towels!!!). I don’t understand how this place is still open, never trust a business that doesn’t show their prices and they can’t even give you that over the phone. I waist my time for a consultation to get “the best deal ever” for laser hair removal they offer 30 months package for full body.. you pay $400 a month but you can go only once every 8 weeks.. so the package is $12,000 with 70% off the deal of the month ( which is every month)… for a single session is over $1,000.. the most expensive laser in FL. Once you sign the package/ contact is no way to get out.. if you move, travel or get pregnant you still have to pay and you can’t even freeze it. They offer lifetime guarantee but that is only 1 session a year for touch up which is ridiculous.. Please make some research before you go here, you can get $200-$250 average for full body laser hair removal .. for candela laser machine which is what they use.

She made me feel relaxed and all went by well. She focused on my stubborn hair patches & I was out in no time @ all.Please keep her in that Aventura Office for a long time. Being my first time doing any type of tattoo removal, I was reluctant to start this process. However, Maria, Jasmin and Solange were especially helpful in this, and have allowed for this process to be as smooth and professional as possible.
