Store manager always has a smile, pleasant attitude, a good listener and helpful with my shopping needs. Shes a peoples person who never changes her attitude with dedicated customers such as myself when I come to shop. I love to see her especially when Im having a bad day. Her smile lights up the room.

I stopped at almost 5pm Sunday at the 5514 location when they are supposed to start closing. Gina helped me and stayed to pierce my ears. I really appreciate her excellent customer service. It is hard to find people that are willing to work and finding people that want to do make their employer look good, Gina made a good impression and seems to care about people.

Gina has excellent customer service!! When I return if I’m not dealing with Gina I don’t want to deal with anyone.

The girl work there…she said we close no more piercings…but they close at 6..she lying to me at my face ..becz she’s dont want to do work..dont deserve job

I got a simple lobe piercing done- and it is NOTICEABLY in different spots- I said something to the girl that pierced my ears right away and she said it was fine. It was not. I even asked my step dad so I could get a man’s opinion.. ITS BAD. I now how to go to a professional piercer to figure out what needs to be done. I paid $100. I would pay another $100 to never have this experience.

I love working with the staff . Very knowledgeable, Very friendly definitely worth the travel. And the willingness to order online if they don’t have it in the store. Myself and my husband are very pleased . Thank you for all the help will our purchases and for our childrens .

I went in on a Sunday to get my little brother ears pierced since he had been wanting them pierced for a while and it was recently his birthday so we patiently waited in line as there were three people ahead of us. When we finally were able to get her attention we told here that we wanted his ears pierced and she said okay after the other customer who was waiting. So we waited in that line the entire time!!! And when it was our turn she proceeded to say that she’s wasn’t doing anymore piercing and that she needed her lunch break. I tried to explain to here that we were patiently waiting here and she said no you left the line which never happened!!! And she said I’m going on my lunch break and denied us and lied on us. Very rude and we were extremely disrespected and disappointed. This is no way to treat your paying customers. I’ve never been so frustrated we waited so long just to be turned away and lied on!

Me and my fiancé went for our engagement rings and loved it. The customer service is very nice and welcoming. Nicki was amazing on showing us options and explaining everything to us and helping us make up our minds. Nicki is a must when shopping at Banter by piercing pagoda in Mayfair. The Banter store by the food court in Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee, WI is by far the friendliest most helpful and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever worked with. They have helped me countless times find deals or special pieces and have explained my ear piercings thoroughly and i e watched them work with countless customers over the years as I’ve visited. The store is always clean and well stocked. Ive recommended this store to my friends for them and their children, for piercings and gifts. If you need a great jeweler who will be honest and helpful and really care about you and your purchase: these are your people! Ask for Mystie! She is a team player and can even recommend one of her coworkers who will be greatly suited to you!

Ear piercing Only at this location!! Get the protection plan, it replaces your piece of jewelry with a brand new piece. No other retailer does that for jewelry.

There is more than one gem at this store. Mystie is very personable and professional an absolute pleasure to deal with, the quality of the jewelry speaks for itself. Very pleased

The customer service is not great. I purchased $80 earrings and the next day the ball literally rolled off the earring. I tried to return it but I didn’t have a receipt, when I checked my email the receipt was never emailed. Now they are saying I can’t return or trade these earrings. Don’t buy from here they have faulty fake quality jewelry.

This is a great place in mayfairUp by the food court. Its a big kiosk. They help you what you are looking for answer questions and reasonable prices. They are very nice and caring I would recommend them to all my friends and family

I returned a necklace that cost $688 today. I over heard the sales lady who is white ask the sales guy if the necklace was theirs and checked to see if it was real. Remind you i just spent $688 on this item. I felt racially profiled so i let her know. She wants to call me stupid and said im wrong for questioning. Had to remind her thatim the customer. Never will i spend $$$ there again.
