My seven year old had her ears pierced by Sienna at this location. She was kind, gentle and professional. My daughter was super nervous but said it really helped ease her anxiety when Sienna chatted her up about different hobbies to distract her. Her ears have healed beautifully and she is so proud of them. I didn’t catch the manager’s (?) name on-site at the time, but she was equally lovely. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to and kept us informed every step of the way. Grateful for you both. Thank you so much!

I took my 10 year old to get pierced here. The employee was super sweet and very professional. Piercings start at 39.99. I’d recommend this Claire’s for piercings, they are much more professional than some other I’ve been to.

I always hit up the back of the store. I was w/o my daughter so I bought up make up, jewelry, hair item, little items she would like for $2. I didnt think sale was for resl or there were $2 items marked. No it was thd $15 reg priced above $20. I know I normally cant afford this store so she will get the most for xmas. Some like jewelry can be saved for bday.

Loved by my granddaughter and the price is right for me.

The associate was friendly and knowledgeable with amazing piercing skills. She pierced my nose in the same exact hole from my last piercing. Thanks.

Michelle and the other lady working today were very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Was very easy to talk to and ask about sales and specials. They answered all my questions.

I was looking for Christmas accessories and found exactly what I wanted. Christmas earrings, and face crystals. Just what I wanted for office party! The young lady was excellent too! Awesome customer service!

This store is not reliable for EVER actually being open. Very disappointing when you have a little girl excited to go and you show up to a closed store woth posted hours indicating they should be open. Ridiculous. Dont post hours of operation if youre hardly open.

I went here yesterday with the intention of having my second hole pierced on my right ear ,I was hesitant because a few people said this was a bad place to get pierced. I finally went up and asked and a wonderful woman named sarah talked me through everything and was very informative and did a fantastic job of lining up my second hole with my left ear second hole. She was kind,gentle and quite professional! Thank you sarah! Job well done!!! Definitely recommend!!!!!!

Claires has been my go-to shop for awesome earrings since I got my first ear piercings (at a Claires in MD) in kindergarten 30-some years ago. They have the best selection of quality, long-lasting, hypoallergenic earrings. A little pricey, but totally worth it, and usually has some variation of BOGO deal. Also has a wide variety of other fun, girly accessories. Sales associates are always cheerfully polite, and eager to help.

My Granddaughters really *💗LOVE, LOVE, LOVE💗* Claires!!!! Extremely & I mean Extremely HIGH!!!!! Claires knows that little & young ladies real like & love Claires in any city & state. I know because Ive been to many Claires & have spent LOTS each & every time. Love Claires because of my Granddaughters BUT.......😊. Thanks.

Ive been going here since I was a child. Always have to stop in when visiting the mall. Great accessories at decent prices. They always have deals and clearance items too.

Stopped to buy my girlfriend a gift. Its more expensive here than any place I know. Its major redeeming quality was the very nice lady behind the counter.
