Mariah was amazing! She was so gentle, kind, and caring with my baby. She was very informative and helped me to feel at ease.

I got pierced here in July of 2023, and the service was great. They talked you through everything they were going to do. The only problem was they let you pierce cartilage with a gun, which is not what you’re supposed to do. I took care of my piercings and after 6 months they got infected.

Nae the store manager was great she got me in and out and promoted all their deals! I will definitely be back very professional and easy to work with

I used to really like piercing pagoda. I have bought numerous rings, necklaces and earrings from here. On this trip I was wanting to get a ring replaced that I had bought the insurance on. First they did not have the size I wanted. They could not order it bc I would have to pay the difference in price. So I exchanged it for a size I didnt want and I did not get insurance again so I only had 30 days to exchange to get a new size. I had to call multiple times and I checked another location that Id be visiting they luckily had the size I wanted and did exchange for me. I cant believe how much their prices have changed and how much the insurance has change in price.

My daughter got her second holes done. She was so nervous but couldn’t believe how easy and painless it was for her. The staff was so nice. Definitely would recommend.

Ney and Jasmine were so helpful and fun! We will definitely be back again. The selection was great and they both helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

The ladies working the upstairs location were amazing and did an awesome job. My daughter got her nose pierced today and they made sure she was comfortable and explained the entire process and after care. They were really busy and acknowledge all customers as they approached with a smile and greeted them. You need more employees like these two ladies!!!!

I highly recommend Banter in Monroeville. Ney and her staff are truly professional. My daughter had a problem with her piercing and was upset. Ney quickly fixed the problem and my daughter left with a smile!

Stood there for a good 3-5 minutes while 3 associates laughed and talked while seeming to be having a great time but never once acknowledged me, ask me did I need help with anything, or try to assist me. I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately for them, I only come when Im ready to spend money, so thats their loss. This was the downstairs location but I believe one of the ladies from upstairs was there too because I heard her referring to her store upstairs.

Nay was fabulous! So kind and caring, great with kids and very professional. Puts you instantly at ease.

Excellent experience. I got a cartilage piercing and my nose pierced on the spur of the moment. (Id had it done previously at a tattoo shop, but this experience was painless.) All of the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I went to get sons ear pierced & got a fake greating. Then I was shown my option of earrings which was $50+ dollars. I couldnt believe it. So as I stood there in shock about a $50+ earring you could easily get off of ebay or Amazon for $2, she looked at me sighed as if to say hurry up already. There were no other customers. So I said I need to think about it. She walked away before I even finished my sentence. They will not have my business.

They’re instructions were terrible. The replacement plan doesn’t say “if you loose the nose ring or etc. they don’t replace it for free”. I will never come back to get pierced there.
