I love Jess so much! I have been going to body beautiful every 3 months for the last 2 years for dysport and occasionally filler. Jess is so thorough when explaining exactly what she is doing and listens to me when I express my goals and the areas I am concerned with. She also is amazing with my children!! I’ve been to other spas where I have been told I cannot bring them with me. Jess always has stickers for them!! We feel very welcomed and I recommend her to everyone! Thank you body beautiful and Jess for always giving us over the top service!!

I have been going to Body Beautiful in Monroeville for a few years. The atmosphere is casual the service, however, is very professional. Jessica understood my needs quickly and is able to participate my needs before me. She is great!!!

The staff at Body Beautiful is very professional yet personable. I have had procedures done by Laura, Jess, and Heather. They are very patient with the answers to all of my questions and I have always been happy with the results.

First time getting Botox. The staff here is very pleasant and welcoming. Jessica assisted me with all my questions and concerns. She makes you feel so comfortable and answers any questions you may have. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Writing this review from the parking lot because I was very satisfied with my appointment. Laura used a Lamprobe to remove sebaceous hyperplasia and milia from my face. I had many to remove (15+). She did a great job answering my questions and chatting with me while she was working to keep me distracted from the pinches from the laser. I had milia around my eyes that I was very nervous to have removed, but she did an awesome job making me feel comfortable so I went for it. I highly recommend her and this procedure! I also felt like I got a great value for the price. Thank you, Laura!!!

The whole stuff is Great. I go to Jessica do my dysport and filler. I have been going there for a few years now. I hate needles she knows that and works with me to give me time to calm down for the next shot. Jessica is a wonderful woman in and out. She really cares about you and makes you feel comfortable. Been to high end skin care centers in shadyside and the results were not as perfect as what I had done at BB. This is the place to go to for treatments. So I was so nervous about Botox. Another customer reassured me to go here. Best decision. First wow, what a difference! I am certainly hooked. Second, for me scheduling is very difficult and I get anxiety worrying about calling and finding times let alone when I need to reschedule. Everyone I have spoken to so far has spent time and helped so much and didn’t make me feel bad. I recommend this place.

Jessica is AMAZING! She exceeded my expectations with my liquid rhinoplasty. She listened, she took her time, and made sure that I was happy with my results. My nose had been my biggest insecurity for as long as I can remember... I cried happy tears when I left because for the first time I felt truly confident about my nose! Thank you again and again, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

My significant other called to make a consultation here. She was able to come in a couple hours earlier than originally scheduled which was great. When she arrived, within the first two minutes of being seen, she was told that she was too dark. Shes been wanting laser hair removal for years now and to be told shes too dark to get it was not the best way to communicate deficiencies in their technology. I thought the associate was very rude, whether intentional or not, in the way she handled the situation.Also, they should probably have people send pictures of themselves first before making a trip out there to be a couple shades too dark for anything to be done. Figure out a better way to communicate your technology to others of all races.

Jess is the best ! She takes her time to talk to you and she is definitely a perfectionist. Very minimal pain if any at all. Highly recommend her !

Getting an appointment to suite my schedule was a little difficult, but you can’t beat the prices here and I was very happy with the services Jessica provided. Will go back again.

Very professional staff, clean atmosphere. I have been getting a tattoo removed and laser hair removal and have noticed a HUGE difference with both. Very happy with my overall experience.

I had the worst possible experience and scars from the burns even now still! When the skin was so badly burned, the next after the laser treatment, I personally called the girl who did the treatment, then her manager. They both downplayed my injuries and tried to pretend this was normal. These people are obviously not educasted on proper hair removal. Ive had the same services done by three other professionals and Ive never been burned so severely! DONT GO! THEY TRY TO UPCHARGE TO SOME PACKAGE FOR A SPECIAL, AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TREATMENTS, BUT IF YOURE LIKE ME, ONE IS ENOUGH. THE OFFICE SMELLS LIKE MILDEW, VERY LOW LIGHTING, and the payment comes up as Butler Foot Clinic on my bank statement...go figure🤔
