Marisa was wonderful! I’ve been meaning to come here for a while, and I had the opportunity to today for the Friday the 13th flash event. Everyone was so lovely! My tattoos look great, thanks to Marisa, who is one of the awesome owners, and the kicka$$ artist that did my tattoos today :) loved everything about this studio. Fully recommend, and I’ll be coming here for my tattoos!

Luci did my tongue piercing, she was amazing! She went step by step over how she was going to do what she needed. I appreciate the efforts she put in to make it an amazing experience for me. I will be recommending this place to everyone who wants tattoos or piercings! A huge thank you! 🥰

Happened to catch the Friday the 13th sale randomly walking by. Had to wait awhile but it was definitely worth it. I’ve gotten work done all over the country and don’t typically end up going back to the same artist but would go back to Marisa.

Got a tattoo with Jenna today. She was great, answered all my questions, and I love it! Scheduled my next appointment!Still working with Jenna a year later, and I get so many compliments all the time on my tattoos! I highly recommend her!

The shop is really clean and has a really cool atmosphere. Everyone is super chill and personable. Tre did my tattoo and im super happy with it, he’s a wonderful artist, definitely recommend.

Luci, who recently pierced my ear, made me feel comfortable and calm throughout my entire experience in the studio. She was very gentle and had great advice; I would definitely recommend getting pierced by her.

When i walked into this studio for the first time i felt extremely relaxed and the atmosphere was beautiful. The artists are welcoming and very talented. I scheduled an appointment to get a memorial tattoo for my grandmother, and Marisa is the artist i picked. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and talked a lot with me. She showed me the unopened needles before we started, gave updates on what she was working on, offered numbing spray, and overall did a terrific job. I cannot thank her or this shop enough! This tattoo turned out even better than I anticipated, and the prices are excellent for the quality you get. I would absolutely recommend this shop to people, and will be going back myself. I had scheduled a surprise tattoo for my dad for his birthday at Klexos with Tre Maxwell. I reached out to Tre via Instagram and the first thing he said was that surprise tattoos usually don’t go over so well, which makes sense. However, it was a tattoo my dad had been wanting for years and had asked me to find him an artist for years. So he knew about it, just not that I found an artist and was going to pay for it. On my dad’s birthday I told him the surprise and the day before the tattoo appointment my dad called me… to cancel. He had gotten sick. I messaged Tre as soon as I could but I knew with the late notice and my first time to this artist I would lose my deposit. I asked Tre if I could take the appointment in exchange so I wouldn’t lose the deposit and Tre would still make a paycheck roughly the same amount my dad’s tattoo would have been. We worked together to find an idea and the next time I showed up for my impromptu tattoo appointment. I had never been to Tre before so I had to fill out some typical forms and then we started shortly after. His stencils were perfect in size and we hard had to wait before he began tattooing. Tre was very informative and explained everything very well even though I already have tattoos which I appreciated and respected. He warned me tattoos on the back of my thighs is a rough spot but I sat as well as I could. He was professional and friendly. I had brought a book to read but Tre and I ended up chatting all 4-5 hours the tattoo went on for. We took a few 5-15 minute breaks and Tre even bought us sushi near the end. He charges pretty steep for his art but the tattoos are worth it. He gave me aftercare and I will 100% be returning.Side note: the shop is also pretty cool with snacks and drinks free to all and artwork available to buy. There are many artists in the shop and many different styles to choose from.Thank you Tre!

Highly recommend!We were in town for Steel City Con, and this studio was close to the convention center. My sisters and I were walk-ins and had no wait time. The artists were very friendly and knowledgeable. This shop has been my go to for the last two years. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is great. They recently got a piercer, Luci who is amazing. She makes you feel so incredibly comfortable and informed. Luci is very thorough and has the lightest touch. Since meeting her I refuse to go anywhere else to be pierced.

Do not go here if you’re anxious about getting a tattoo. Almost no one at this shop made an attempt to be friendly or welcome me. My artist legitimately did not say one thing to me during our 90-minute session and avoided eye contact with me the entire time. I felt like I was a bother, and I wasn’t even told the price until after the tattoo was done.It was without a doubt the most uncomfortable customer service experience of my entire life. It’s a shame because my tattoo was exactly what I wanted and I would have 100% went back here.

Had a great experience at Klexos Tattoo Studio —It was a very welcoming atmosphere. Staff was very friendly especially Cassandra who did my tattoo. She made me feel at ease for my first tattoo, answered all my questions, kept a clean space and did a great job. Will be back :)

After researching lots of shops and trying to find the right artist for my project, I found Tre. He did an amazing job. He was able to recreate exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The shop is beautiful and clean. Thank you!!!

Went to the shop as a walk in today wanting a tattoo touched up and finished. Met with shmo and he took care of everthing right away. Did an awesome job and really transformed the tattoo. I really apperciate the great work

I was blown away by how clean and well presented the whole shop is. Every artist appears to be friendly and talented in a variety of different styles of tattoo. I was fortunate enough to have Maura Ink as my artist and she did an excellent job with designing an American traditional idea I had in my head, and she was an absolute pro with the actual tattooing as well. Highly recommend this shop, and especially Maura!

Very pleased with the flash event today! This shop ran so smoothly, quickly and professionally. The shop was very clean, everyone was friendly, and you dont get that Im too good for you atmosphere that seems to happen in most shops. They all worked as a team and did the damn thing. The front desk girl was an angel and even called me so I didnt have to stand around during the wait time which alot of flashes wont do. Shmo was also super sweet and comfortable to work with. Ill be back! 🙂

Initially, my husband & I just stopped in because we were on our way to dinner and didn’t know that a new business had come to the area. We were pleasantly surprised with how friendly everyone we spoke to was and the shop was very inviting. My husband spoke with Nick and set up an appointment. We love the tattoo he did for my husband and honestly spending 6 hours with someone we really connected with him. I even scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was not as strong as my husband as I need to go back for another session, but Nick made me feel comfortable and said we can stop, or keep going whatever makes you feel the best. Nick is expensive but well worth it, as you are getting a piece of art with his designs. If you want some color realism he’s for sure your guy!! I’d recommend 20/10. My tattoo is still not done, and my husband is only 2 days out but we will for sure post once they are completed. If you are not looking for color, there is someone available for all your needs. If you are looking for a super clean, friendly tattoo shop, Klexos is the place for sure.

So I did a walk in and Cassandra welcomed me with the greatest personality and she made me feel so welcome. I told her I wanted butterflies and she turned that simple tattoo into something beautiful 😍

First thing, this is probably one of the nicest shops Ive ever been tattooed in. Super clean, artists are friendly and welcoming. Nick DeMars did my Tattoo and cant say good enough things about this guy, beyond being a great artest, he was more like a friend when we were done. Six hours on the table and it flew by. Would definitely recommend this shop and Nick.

Luci is the best piercer ever and the sweetest person I’ve ever met, she really cares about every client and she makes sure you are happy with everything!

First and foremost the staff here is absolutely awesome. Super welcoming and fun. Secondly I had my piece done by Tre who did an absolutely amazing job. I could’ve cried by how beautiful it turned out. I couldn’t recommend him or the shop enough!

Im bad with names but I believe the amazing young lady who did my cover up name is Mara. There is a very nice atmosphere at this establishment. Everyone was very friendly felt right at home. I have already have had people ask where I got it done and I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much

On Sept. 6, I independently scheduled with Nick Demars for a cover up calf piece to be done on Nov. 11 in memory of my son who passed in July.. I was asked to PayPal a $100 deposit, which I did. On October 24, I saw on Nicks Facebook a post detailing why he wasnt COVID vaccinated. My husband has an aggressive PTCL (NOS) cancer (diagnosed shortly before my beautiful son died), and we have had to be ridiculously careful not to expose him to anything while he is having his chemo treatments. The plan is for a stem cell transplant in February, but a COVID exposure could delay his current therapy, thereby delaying his transplant. I messaged Nick, explaining to him the situation. He was completely non-sympathetic and instead told me I was more likely to catch COVID at the grocery store. I tried to again impress upon him the isolation we have had to impose, and how dangerous it would be for me to be in such close contact with someone unvaccinated for an extended period of time.The upshot is that Nick has flat out refused to refund the deposit. Perhaps he was unable to fill the appointment with only two weeks notice, but I would have assumed his book was full and included a waiting list of folks willing to take the time.Nick is, without a doubt, a talented artist, as a person, however....Im not impressed. Nor am I particularly impressed with a studio that would allow such behavior from its artists.

So I went to klexos tattoo shop in Monroeville at the mall and my artist was Cassandra Rhodes she was great and very sweet she made feel safe and kept me calm for my first tattoo she really knows what she’s doing and she’s soft handed so it really didn’t hurt to bad I really recommend her if you go.

Absolutely love my newest tattoo. ❤️ Definitely my favorite place to go. Clean and very friendly to work with.
