This is clean, professional, shop with a friendly atmosphere located in Mt Pleasant, MI. My artist was Dan Kirby. He designed a custom tattoo and added it to my sleeve-in-progress! I absolutely love it and will be back for more work soon! I recommend this cool shop

I went to get a tattoo redone that someone had messed up. They assured me that they could fix it. Said that it would cost me 250 with a 50 deposit. Instead they charged me 400 and completely massacred my leg. I will never go back. I got a tattoo from another place that is 4 min away, just a few day before and it is perfect. Healed in just a few days. Dont go here.

I went to mission street tattoo for a vertical labret piercing and the man who did it, did it horribly, the bar he pierced it twice and the bar he put in was too long. i wanted to go to a second pierce for an opinion and went to intricate decor, the piercer there was so patient and gentle, he took me back to get a closer look at it and see if it can be salvaged, even asked me if he could to change the bar out for me free of charge so it’ll look better, 100% recommend this piercer

Jason Rhodes is a master-level tattoo artist. This particular tattoo was an idea I put together, and I will continue to add to it. I trust Jason immensely!

I have been a long time customer of this shop and I can say Ive had the most professional experience here than anywhere else. Jason the owner does beautiful artwork that lasts for a very fair price. Scott has done many of my piercings including my hips that have lasted me 8 years and a pregnancy. Adam has done an amazing job taking personal drawings Ive done and turning them into additions that keep their lines and color. This shop is very professional and the staff makes one feel comfortable and happy with their results. Most recommended.

Best place in town if youre looking to get a tattoo. All of the artists are very talented, and the shop is set up socially, so youre interacting with the other artists and clients while youre getting done. Once, I was worried it was going too quickly, but the result was even better than I hoped. If youre debating where to go, Intricate should be top of your consideration list.

Jason did a great job on the 2 tattoos I had done there. Id definitely love to go back but its too far from Traverse City. Went to school with Jason. Id give them 10 🌟 stars if I could.

A month ago I had my nose pierced in another state. Today while cleaning around my piercing, the stud fell out and I couldn’t get it back in. I called Intricate Decor and they told me to come on in. Scott was awesome!!! He saved my piercing and gave me helpful tips to avoid any future problems. Thanks again Scott!

Took my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he was just amazing at making her feel comfortable and not scared. He took his time and never rushed her.

I got a tattoo done by Adam, he did an amazing job and is a very good artist. I showed him couple pictures and he took them and made a custom tattoo for me. I would recommend him to anyone, I plan on getting more work done by him. Also Ive had piercing done there to and the man that does them is amazing, make you feel comfortable and walks you through the piercing and aftercare.

Ive gotten most of my tattoos here and I would highly recommend this shop, as everyone is very professional and friendly. Kirby has done my past 3 tattoos and he does a great job of listening to what tattoo you want and making suggestions to make it the best it can be. If you want to get a tattoo and are in the area of Mount Pleasant, this place is the place to go.

Went in for a piercing. They were organized with their client intake, and provided Covid prevention measures. Property was clean inside/out. I dont remember the guys name that assisted me, but was amazing! He was calm, patient and educated with his training. Would definitely recommend services here!

Amazing work at a great price. I went there recently for a tattoo to memorialize my mom and I couldnt be happier with it. Kirby and Jason were great. Awesome shop. Kirby is my all time favorite artist. he does amazing work for reasonable prices and hes such a cool person in general. I drive over two hours to see him for my tattoos. every mile and dollar has been worth it. I have never been anything less than glowing after getting new ink there

Just wanted to say this is by far the best place to get a piercing in the Central Michigan area. Scott has done all my piercings including my industrial, dermals, and septum all with no issues. He even offered to basically reprieve my septum for free since I went in with a septum piercing that hadn’t had jewelry in it for nearly a year and he successfully got an 8 gauge captive ball in there with no issues! Highly recommend 10/10!!!

Jason is a phenomenal artist and a pleasure to work with! I spent 5ish hours on a half sleeve and it is absolutely stunning. Very professional and easy going atmosphere, I would never dream of going to another tattoo parlor!

Got my tongue piercing done here, the piercing guy is always amazing everytime i’ve been there (with friends for moral support etc.) and he was amazing when i got my tongue done! super quick, nice placement, everything. awesome place for sensitive piercings! :D

I’ve never had a piercing besides my earrings done and I got my nipples pierced here yesterday and they were fantastic. The piercer made me feel comfortable, the piercings were perfect and I had passed out at one point and he did great with making sure I was ok 😂 great people and great art as well, I’m likely to come here for a tattoo in the future, too and definitely more piercings.

Got my nose done here and they were so clean and nice. Got me in and out within 5 minutes. The piercer was so amazing and professional. Highly recommended. $45 for my nose piercings

I normally do not leave comments, however this place is one of the best to get tattoos and piercings. I have got all of my tattoos here and the artist will go above and beyond for tattoos. I move a lot and they have yet to mess up a tattoo on me. The piercer will make sure all of the piercing are straight and even. This is an amazing place for first timers, most of the work done does not hurt more than it needs to.

I walked in for a nose piercing and it took like 5 minutes. Scott was chill and nice af. It’s literally perfect. It didn’t hurt at all and I’m definitely coming back for future body art!! 😊

We don’t have many tattoos but have gotten a couple from intricate and they always have great attention to detail. My husband is very fussy and never has a thing to say. So if the worlds biggest critic is left speechless you know they did something right!

I recommend them. One of the few I trust for tattoos or piercings. They have fixed/covered 2 tattoos and were amazing with helping me with my piercing. Even my husband was impressed.

I went to get a tattoo here with a friend in July and just a couple of weeks after I got it, both our tattoos were fading badly. When this first happened I called to get a touch up and I was told that everyone was booked for 2-3 months ahead and couldnt squeeze 10 mins in for us (thats how long our tattoos took originally). I couldnt make an appointment because I go to college somewhere else and I wouldnt be able to come back to get a touch up. I called again recently and I was told the same thing and that I should go elsewhere to get a touch up since Im being impatient
