I’ve personally had a few pieces done by Justin Schaber, he has killed it on all of em, got another coming up this weekend and I’m stoked for it 🙏A few of my friends have had work done by Nathan Harris and they are downright amazing.Awesome place, super chill environment and everyone is friendly, highly recommend giving them a shot, you won’t regret it!

My husband and I recently visited Triple 9s for some tattoos, and we couldnt be happier with our experience. The staff was exceptional—friendly and welcoming, creating a super comfortable atmosphere. I got three tattoos, and my husband got one. Nathan was our artist, and his attention to detail was incredible. We highly recommend this studio for all your tattoo needs and desires!

So fill disclosure. My ex husband and I visited here a few years ago, and just walked in hoping to check out some artists work. I felt like the owner came off as standoffish and rude, which was a red flag for me, but he did explain that the shop is by appointment only. I stalked his art on social media for a while and finally took the jump and booked an actual appointment. I wasnt going to, because I felt like tattoo artists are still supposed to provide good customer service, but Im so glad I gave the shop and the artist a second chance. I was very wrong.This tattoo studio is phenomenal. The vibe is still everything that you want from a tattoo shop, but better. I have never been so relaxed getting a tattoo. I really believe this shop is going to change the tattoo industry. The shop is so chill. While youre in the chair, the artist is focused on you and your art and experience.The owner of the studio is a gem and really a good guy. Hes very art focused and ambitious. Hes experienced and talented. Ive also never had a tattoo heal so perfect. He truly knows what hes doing.This tattoo studio is an amazing addition to mount pleasant and east Texas and were lucky hes in this area.

Even after a 2-3 years, i still get asked if my tattoos from Nate are new. his attention to detail is unmatched, but his artistry is by far the most impressive thing about him. i fully recommend Nate and Triple 9 Fine if you’re in search of actual talent.

Did an awesome job on a tattoo I had wanted forever, but couldnt figure out how to design. During the consultation,Nathan asks you what kinds of styles appeal to you and location and size you are expecting. He then creates his vision and schedules the session.The conversations between us are usually through email which is what I prefer since I work random hours. The design was better than I expected and I am extremely happy with it. He is very light handed and I actually fell asleep through most of it which was upwards of 17-18 hours. (3 sessions total) ☺️. His shop is very relaxing and beautiful. Ill try to add my pic of the tatto with this review. Im giving him a 5 star review for this tattoo, and will definitely be going back for more...because there is ALWAYS room for more tattoos.

Nate has done two tattoos for me. One was done 2 years ago and I still get compliments on it asking if it’s new. He is a unique artist who is very talented. The atmosphere is awesome in the shop. It’s a very professional place that will give you a great experience. I would highly recommend this artist and shop.

I’ve been using triple 9 since I turned 18. He has done 3 of my tattoos and 2 piercings. I value Nate’s opinion and work, he is very trust worthily and his shop is always clean. He will give you his honest opinion and has a true passion for what he does. 100% recommend this business, wonderful experience !

I have been tattooed here since they opened. They are immaculately clean,courteous and professional. If you follow the processes they have in place,the system is user friendly and efficient. You will not find a private studio in the area with as many experienced,talented artists in one building. They each have a specialty and if they are not the artist for you,they will get you to the right one. Their work is top notch and I will never have anyone else tattoo me.❤

I’ve been a client of Nate’s for about 7 years and counting. He’s always been very professional and honest. We’ve developed a great friendship that people can only hope to have with someone they trust to permanently change their bodies. I can go to him with an idea and I trust him 100% to come up with something that I’m going to love. Since moving to Triple 9, I’ve only seen Nate flourish and perfect his style in a beautiful shop. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been in an around the Tattoo World since 1977 (thats 44 years for the GPS-challenged users). I met Nathan a few years ago. Ive never experienced any Rock Star attitude from him, in fact he treats me like a Rock Star when I visit with him.I have traveled a 500-mile round-trip a couple times to his wonderful shop for custom tattoos. Very clean establishment. Very professional at all times to myself and to other customers present in his studio.His artwork is beyond walk-in flash quality. His work is truly fine art quality for tattoos. If you want something unique and customized to what you want, Nathan Harris is the master artist you need to visit.*** Amiya Z ... No need to bash on any artist anywhere that refuses to work on you. Be happy they turn you away, their heart and soul wouldnt be into it, and youd never be happy with the result. Nate is the best tattoo artist in Texas if you ask me! The studio is always super sanitary with a welcoming and relaxing environment. If you want gorgeously designed detailed artwork THIS is definitely the tattoo shop to go to. I have gotten all my work done here and am never surprises me how amazing my tattoos are when he is finished. Thank you Triple 9 Fine!!!

I’ve now been tattooed here multiple times by both artists (including just a few days ago) and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Both artists do amazing work and even communicate with you and have a good time while working on you. And they always produce amazing quality work that has never let me down. As for their location simply putting it into your maps will show where it’s located on a little strip and while walking that strip you can’t miss their big store window with the name of the shop and artists on it. Overall a great studio with amazing artists and I personally can’t wait to get back in!

Love this shop & it’s clean, organized vibe. I’ve been going to Eric for several months now, working on a sleeve & some other projects. Eric is very talented & has his own personalized esthetic that compliments nature & all its beauty. He’s easy to communicate with & very transparent when it comes to what kind of tattoos he does & what kind of artist he is. If you want a work of art on your body forever, I highly recommend Eric at 999.

I have 4 tattoos, 3 from Nate which I absolutely love! Then my most recent from Eric, that I am extremely pleased with too! I enjoyed working with them and will continue to work with them. They are great people and talented. They truly capture your vision and you won’t have an option but to fall in love with their work. Thanks again guys!

I cant brag enough on Nathan Harris. The building is clean and beautiful. The booking process was easy. My tattoo is amazing! Best tattoo experience Ive had since I began getting tattoos 10 years ago.

Found Triple 9 and Eric Tuck through Instagram and booked for my first tattoo in December of last year. He was super thorough and even explained the process even though Ive got plenty of tattoos so I knew how he worked (the stencil would just be the main part and all of the badass detail would be done on the tattoo). The tattoo ended up exactly what I wanted and he had an amazing technique. This healed the smoothest of any tattoo Ive gotten. 7 months in and it still looks as dope as the day I got it. Im about to drive another 5 hours for my next from him because his work is 100% worth it.

Awesome tattoo experience!! Nathan is one amazing artist and has a personality to match. He sat and talked to me the whole process and never skipped a beat. 100% recommendation on both conversion and tattooing skills. I get compliments on my shoulder piece all the time.

One of the best custom tattoo shops in the area. The artists specialize in innovative, unique & custom tattoos. Nate has done more than 20 tattoos on me, both of the artists are down to earth, welcoming and honest.**Shops have the right to refuse a tattoo especially if you want the exact same Pinterest one you downloaded to your phone, as well as to refuse if it’s not an original place of theirs and you want them to finish it up, or even if you have a idea that is not pliable. Appreciate the fact that an artist is forthcoming and honest during your consultation, respect their time as they have yours. Your best bet is to bring an idea with numerous reference photos and allowing them to come up with a custom piece.

Nathan at triple 9 fine is the best tattoo artist around hands down! He’s done MULTIPLE tattoos for me and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the work he does. Very clean atmosphere and he takes his time with each tattoo.11 out of 10 review ⭐️

Nate is such a lovely person! The fact that he runs a clean, tasteful shop, with beautiful work, and precision piercings only adds to the wonderful experience.I stopped by when I was in the area on other business, and had the best piercing experience (septum) Ive ever had.Quick, nearly painless, and over in a flash. The jewelry was expertly handled. In all, the process of setting up, paperwork, piercing, and aftercare maybe took 20 minutes.Would recommend, and will return! Despite living hours away. 🙂

Very cocky. I sent in pictures of florals and picked my artist because all his portfolio has is flowers. I didn’t like the design because there were barley any florals in it and he said he was gonna charge me $150 to add two flowers. I asked if he could free hand them and I guess he doesn’t feel confident enough to do so. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want an over priced, unexperienced, scared tattoo artist.

I got my first tattoo here in August for my birthday. I went in a few weeks before told him that I loved foxes and sunflowers, where I wanted it, and when I could be there to get it. I gave him my deposit and when I arrived the day of I was completely blown away on what he drew up for me!I came back this past weekend to get another tattoo. I went in and showed him my favorite poem “Annabelle Lee by Edgar Allen Poe”. I told him kinda what I was hoping for and trusted him to draw me up something good. I couldn’t have been more impressed. Not only did he read the poem, he did the research, learned about the history, and made me the most incredible Annabelle Lee.He has such a light hand I was able to sit for four hours for the first one and over six hours for the second one without it being sore and I ended up with two incredible original works of art!!!1000/10 definitely recommend*Side note: he is very friendly, professional, and has really good taste in music!

Nate is the only person I will allow to repeatedly stick me with needles. Professional and classy. This isn’t the type of place you roll up to at 1am after being at the bar. He’s running a real business with custom work. He’s passionate about his art and his work is art and should he treated as such. He’s worth the wait and the money.

Went in get a tattoo but the owner said it was too easy and other people could do it - and he really wasnt interested - doing easy tattoos were beneath him. (Of course, when I walked in there as kid getting a simple cross on his wrist.) Extremely poor customer relations. Zero people in the shop waiting. How pretentious. Tattoos have are meant for the people receiving them - not the artist!!! I had planned on getting two tattoos and more in the future - I guess he lost my business now AND in the future.

Excellent shop, professional artists. Nate did my half sleeve and worked a solid 8 hours on it the first session. Amazing, quality work. Will definitely only go here for my next piece.

I wanted a to start a sleeve, gave some ideas of what I wanted, and let Nate go to work. There’s no other person that I’d trust to do what they wanted. I’ve been stopped by numerous people from East Texas all the way to Miami because they admired his work. If you want true artists with a vision, give these guys a chance.
