My girls go here often with my parents to shop when they visit. The store has a lot of the usual items that a Claires would carry, however, the gentleman that is there most of the times we go is awesome. Shout out to Silas for being so kind and patient when there are a ton of people in and out and asking for help. He still takes time to talk to each customer and make them feel welcome.

We came to get my granddaughters ears pierced at 4:30 on a Wednesday...the website said the store was open & closed at 8pm. When we arrived the store was closed. She was getting her ears pierced on my birthday like her big sister had done & this ruined our plans.

I went here to get my triples and 2 cartilages done. The owner, Trinity, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me understand the post-care, and her extensive knowledge about piercings was so impressive. She made wonderful suggestions when I asked her advice on both the placement (for the ones I was getting done) and for the care of other piercings that I had. She was also extremely personable and I truly enjoyed our entire encounter!! 110% recommend visiting this Claire’s!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced here today and could not have had a better experience. My daughter was anxious (8 yo) and Trinity, the Assistant Store Manager was amazing. She took the time to talk to her and make her feel comfortable and special. And the store manager stayed late so they had two people and my daughter could get them both pierced at the same time. It was also very clean and well done. I so appreciated how kind and thoughtful they were.

Awful return policy! Zero customer service! My 17 year old purchased a few things as gifts and needed to return a few things new unused w tags 2 days after she bought them. She paid in cash and they couldn’t give her cash back. The only option was to pay her with a store credit! She doesn’t need a $80 Claire’s store credit! So now I’m trying to reach someone via email or phone at cooperate with zero luck. Don’t pay cash here! So frustrating!

The lady working there was a 1 woman miracle machine. While we were shopping, there was a bunch of other people shopping and she managed to greet everyone, get people checked out quickly, answer questions, and more with a smile WHILE she pierced ears. She had 3 ear piercings (1 was an infant) just in the time we were there but somehow, she never even broke a sweat. Epic woman!

What a delightful experience! I called ahead to make sure they are doing piercings (they are) the woman on the phone was nice and cheerful. That same woman recognized that I called hours before, even though she had lots of customers and she stayed super friendly, gave great advice, gave the right amount of encouraging additional shopping and made the whole experience pleasant. She was so quick in the piercing that I barely felt it. I am sorry that I don’t remember her name, but she’s the pretty brunette in her early 40s. I don’t know if she’s the owner of the franchise, she f not she is the epitome of what customer service should be like. A rare thing anymore…which is why I had to post this.

This morning I went in to get ribbons and bows for our baby girl due in July. They had a great deal going on buy 3 get three free so I took advantage of that, it was a great deal. The women working was very kind and greeted us nicely and told us all the sales going on. She did take a little while to get to the cash register when we were ready to check out as she was fixing her hair and outfit in the mirror in the back of the store. She then took a phone call and was on the phone while checking us out, which seemed unprofessional as well.

Took my sister to get her ears pierced today and the staff could not have been any nicer. Paige pierced her ears and made sure they were perfect and took her time. Quality experience at the local Claire’s. I’m very impressed.

Have went once and it was horrid.Manager on duty was on her phone a majority of our trip. There was also one employee there who I am assuming was new Bc the manager was telling her even though she hasn’t pierced ears before, she would have to do it since she was alone that night. Told her “as long as they agree to the piercing marks that you placed, they can’t get mad if they don’t like it after”.Store is small and there were items all over the floor that looked like they were supposed to be stocked. Keychains, fixtures, bins out. Manager threw around some vulgar language which surprised me considering I had two small children with me. Will not visit again.

I came in to get my ears pierced and at first I was overwhelmed since they have so many ear piercing choices. A young lady, I believe her name was Kaitlin, was the piercer that day. She did a wonderful job. I was very nervous getting them done and she talked me through it and made my experience better. Way to go!

Cute little chain. Not too pleased to find out the makeup sold here had asbestos in it. I definitely wouldnt buy makeup here now but the trinkets and whatnot are cute and reasonably priced. It can be a little cramped at times so going during off peak hours is recommend.

Literally the greatest Claire’s on earth. Super clean. Amazingly patient staff. My daughters love this Claire’s and I don’t mind taking them at all!

We went to have my daughters ear pierced. That process went well as expected. We went during the COVID period and I certainly understand that precautions had to be taken. However, we were TOLD, not asked, that we were not allowed to touch anything in the store. Why even open your shop if you can’t touch anything. It’s very difficult to buy something you can’t look at.

Not open when they advertise. Website & door say 10 a.m. but this is the 2nd time no one was there. I stayed til 10:10 & no one there.

The girls were wonderful with my 2 year old.. I would recommend this store. Smelled very clean and the service was wonderful.

Would give no stars if possible. I was told my 4 year old needed a mask on in the store. We left.

Unhelpful employees who sit on their phones. Everything falls apart.
