Obscura Tattoo shop and Oddity Collective

I got my second ear piercings here. My first ones were at Claire’s 9 years ago lol so I was definitely scared coming here getting it done by hand instead of by a gun. Hayleigh was SO sweet and patient and talked me through it since I’m terrified of needles. It went super quick and barely even hurt. Everything was sterile! A bonus was that the place was super cool with horror themes in it as well as a little gift shop!

Tattoo artist jake took 25 dollar deposit and wasnt even at the shop when he asked us to be there waited Over an hour and is now refusing to refund the deposit. stating he rushed back from lunch at 12:30 and the shop opens at 11. very unprofessional and wouldnt recommend.

Mitchell Campbell is amazing he did so good on my tattoo and he fixed my other one, hes really nice and cool I definitely recommend going to see him! 😄😄😄

I didn’t catch the piercers name he was able to do me on the spot to pierce both sides my nose! He was very friendly, neat & professional. He was also amazing about helpin you be comfortable & was as gentle as possible. Will def go back was a great experience

Mitch does EXCELLENT work! While some lines got crossed, Mitch kept his word and turned out another AWESOME tattoo. Definitely recommend.

I went here to get my first tattoo done and I definitely would go back. 10/10 for sure! I was a little nervous and during the tattoo I started getting super hot but they knew how to help me right away. Mitch was super fast and light handed and gave me a beautiful tattoo in memory of my grandma. Her signature in my tattoo looks just like hers did and it means a lot. I really appreciate it Mitch and i’ll definitely be coming back! Amazing job!

Had a five inch scorpion tattoo done by Mitch C back in February and he did an amazing job!!! I’m definitely going to be getting more tattoos done by him ,I give him a 11/10 !!!

Tattoo is totally distorted and odd looking. Minor details are also missing. I initially thought it looked okay as I was by myself and trusted the artist, Mitch. When I walked out and started looking at it I noticed how off it was. Tattoo was maybe rushed. There was no after care. No instruction on what to do. I was not even given a bandage or anything like that. I am aware that photo would be reflected and stretched but it was not stretched proportionally as it is vertically stretched out more than the width. I’m super disappointed and not sure what to do.

I got a beautiful tattoo today from Mitch Campbell. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Absolutely phenomenal customer service,pristine line work, and a gentle hand. What more could you ask for? How about an amazing collection of hand crafted sculptures and props that could make a Hollywood producer jealous and so much Iconic Horror Movie Memorabilia that you could look for hours and still not have seen it all . . . This is an amazingly, clean shop. With a group of very talented artists. Mitch is the only, I trust to tattoo me. Have been a patron of his for over a decade, and referred many for their own work. The Get what you get tattoo machine pieces are what we got today.

If you want a traditional piece Mitch is your man. If you want something you found off the Internet Mitch is your man. If you want something fun and original Mitch is your man. He is a great artist. The shop is clean tidy atmosphere is very relaxed. So you get the best of both worlds awesome tattoos and the strangest weirdest oddities around. You must check this place out even if you don’t want a tattoo, the oddities are worth the drive.

I have been using Mitch for my tattoos for the past 12 years. He has done 12 pieces on me and he knocks it out of the park every, single, time. I trust him so much, i brought my wife in for a tattoo of her own as well as a nose piercing.

Do not go to this place. I went to David Young and got a shotty tattoo. I went to him because I liked his art but turns out none of the art he posts on Facebook is his. The tattoo took way to months to heal and ended up scaring heavily because he tattoos too deep. The shading was haphazard and the lines just blew out. Looked like you took a sharpy to a tissue. Not to mention he didnt shave my arm or properly wrap it after. I ended up going back to my primary artist in Indy to get it fixed, which is ridiculous that I had to do that.

Mitch is a great artist and I am very pleased with both my tattoos! The oddities part of the shop is also a fun part of the Obscurs Tattoo & Oddity experience. If you want a great tattoo or some cool “odd” things, this is definitely the place to go!

They worked with my busy schedule and got me and my sister in to do matching tattoos. Not only is the place so intriguing and have so many nik naks the stuffs for sale !! We walked out with more than just tattoos. The artist knows what he is doing and is not heavy handed at all!! My tattoo was on 6/18 and is completely done healing no bumpy lines or anything! The woman who answers the calls (I presume is his wife) is also so sweet and helped us so much. I really recommend this place. It’s a little hole in the wall kinda place and their prices are so reasonable.

Drew does an absoulty amazing job. I went and had a cover up done by him and he did awesome. Hes so poliet and is really paitient with you. Ryan is also amazing my boyfriend ended up getting a tattoo also and it looks amazing. They are very talented. I would recommend this tattoo shop to any and everybody! We will be getting all of our work done by them in the near future.

Love this tattoo shop just got new tattoo today Mitch is really cool guy who does some of the best tattoo work around the shop is really unique it has an area in the front that has oddites on display and for sale everything is kept really clean there is another tattoo artist at shop that I have not had a tattoo yet by him his name is drew he seems like a really cool layed back guy I would recommend this shop to anyone

Mitch is the man for multiple styles of skin art and modifications. Not only a good artist but one hell of a guy and friend. He has a heart of gold for everyone he comes across. He been working on me for some years now.

Will be getting my tattoo removed. Can’t even tell what it is. He didn’t show me what it looked like either after applying the stencil. Not a welcoming environment in my opinion either.
