Au Chantae Body Piercing

Brought my little brother here for his first piercing and he had a fabulous time! He got three (lobe) piercings and said he didnt even feel it. (They were with a needle rather than a piercing gun!) Shannon helped him with picking out where to put the third and talking through it all with him, including great attention to detail on the healing and care process. The piercing price included the jewelry (implant-grade titanium - great for allergies!), as well as a large can of fine mist cleaner for after care (medical-grade saline). Shannon also said he was welcome to contact her with any issues! I was so delighted and impressed with her care, cleanliness, and professionalism that I asked her if she took walk-ins (she does, when not already booked) and lucky for me she didnt have a booking right after, so I got the conch piercing Ive been putting off! She took the same care with me, making sure my piercing would be placed how I wanted it and that I knew all the after care instructions. Mine obviously hurt a bit since it was a cartilage piercing, but the pain was minimal and went away after. I still have a bit of soreness, as expected, but far less pain and swelling than my previous piercings (all done with guns at less professional places, whoops). Anyway, this went so well that Im considering more piercings when before I planned to stop after my nose ring. And Ill be bringing friends!

Shannon was awesome with our daughter! I was looking for someone who could pierce my daughter’s ears (8 months old) with a needle versus using a piercing gun and most tattoo/piercing shops wouldn’t. Luckily I found Shannon! Her shop is in a very nice building with other businesses. Super safe and secure! She was fantastic with my daughter and her ears healed very quickly. Very clean! I booked an appointment for my 10 year old because of the five star reviews. Shannon was wonderful and deserves every one of those five stars. Shannon treated my girl with the upmost respect and care, and I could tell that it put my girl at ease. Did it hurt? She said it hurt a little, but there were no tears or complaints. I took my daughter here to get her second set of ear piercings. She was phenomenal! My daughter felt very comfortable and had a great time. The piercings are perfectly placed, proper aftercare was explained, and the atmosphere was small but perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

I had a body piercings a year ago, it was so painful, I lost consciousness and the experience was very unpleasant. It was inflamed, I had to take it off the same night. I really wanted that body piercings again, and wanted to go to Au Chantae this time and give it another shot. Three days after, clean, no pain, no inflammation, didn’t lose my consciousness and it was so quick and barely painful. She knows what she is doing. Quick, and clean! Very pleasant with my experience and totally recommend her for anything else! Thank you!

Shannon did a great job. Ive wanted to start decorating my ear for a while now. I came to get my Conch done. I have a few piercings but the worst (pain) was my industrial (I got years ago but love ❤️), so I was nervous looking for someone. I found her and her great reviews. She was so kind, and chill. We talked through it and honestly I was done in about 15 min (after my waiver forms)! In and out. I definitely recommend. It didnt hurt at all!!

Absolutely amazing!!! I got my snake bites pierced from Shannon yesterday and it was actually painless. Though its normal if it does, it didnt bleed or swell in the tiniest bit!! Shannon was such a delight! I was getting my nipples pierced and typically you’d feel a little nervous or shy because of the placement of the piercing, right? Nope! Not with her, she honestly makes you feel as comfortable as possible and talks with you as if she’s known you for a very long time. Shannon was AMAZING! We brought our 10 year old in for ear piercings as a Christmas gift. Our 9 year old wanted to tag along to see the process (she was worried about pain). Shannon answered every question and walked the girls through everything. After our 10 year old got her ears done and our 9 year old saw how easy it was, she hopped up and wanted hers done too! Awesome. Will never go anywhere else for my piercings. Got my nipples done today. Very professional and sanitary. Changed her gloves multiple times, washed her hands, sanitized multiple times. Came to have my uneven 2nd lobe piercing done by Claires corrected after it healed closed after a month. She was METICULOUS in ensuring it measured evenly with a little plastic ring in my 1st piercing hole for comparison and against my other side. I was truly amazed at her sincere care and enthusiasm. It gave me so much confidence in her ability. Several days later it feels hardly sensitive even in its healing stage. I found my best piercer yet! Cant wait for my next one... and definitely not at Claires, haha!

I went here to get my septum pierced in April and its healing beautifully. Shannons business is very clean and sterile and she clearly explained aftercare to me, unlike other piercers Ive been to in the past. I havent had any issues with this piercing at all. A bonus: Shannon is really fun to talk with and made me feel so comfortable. I will be back soon for more piercings.

10/10 Recommend. My nose was pierced 18 months ago but I wasn’t educated on changing out and I wanted a different stud. Shannon ended up having to cut and then replaced it with the stud and educated me on what the previous piercer didn’t. She then gave me a Monroe piercing and I’m in LOVE with it. I had the BEST experience with her. I’m getting my dimples next and I’m super excited it about it.

I got a nose piercing today and love it! I really loved her hours; they are so different than other piercers I’ve seen and that made me super excited to go to her. Also if you are more introverted she has a spot on her form where you can say if you want a silent experience and I appreciated the option.

We went in to take our daughter to get her belly button pierced. Once we arrived she explained to us, that summer may not be the best time to do a belly ring since our daughter enjoys swimming. She settled for 2 more holes in her ear. During the process everything was explained, sanitized, cleaned, fresh glove changes. She made sure our daughter knew about the aftercare of the piercing. Both my daughter and i got our noses done here in December 2022 and hands down, 100% AMAZING service, conversation and ABOVE AND BEYOND with cleanliness!
