I found this piercing studio Googling App certified shops. Did NOT disappoint. One of the best piercing studios I have ever been to. Very clean, staff were friendly and very informative. Zoie made my nose piercing very painless. She educated me on the process before starting and was very strategic about the hole placement. The pain was quick and bearable. I learned a lot about jewelry quality and how it interacts with the body.

I had an amazing experience getting my piercing here. Zoie made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job. Icon is THE place to get a piercing. June was an absolute joy to talk to and was so helpful when it came to the whole process. Tony was so kind and patient when doing my piercing and my friends. The vibes are amazing and you have no doubt that youre in the best care. I absolutely wouldnt go anywhere else! So happy with how my piercing turned out. I loved the whole experience!

The best place to go for piercings!! You go in and June took her time explaining each piercing in depth. She was engaging, kind and knowledgeable. When I got my piercing done, Tony was SO KIND. He was so gentle and helped calm my nerves down by explaining before and after care. He took his time and cared about the placement and made sure I liked it. Wonderful, clean place to get a piercing.

The best place in Murfreesboro for a piercing! They are very clean and inviting inside. They sterilize the jewelry you choose immediately and the environment was very clean throughout the shop. The staff is also very helpful with jewelry choices, piercing aftercare, and explaining everything you need to know. The jewelry is also very reasonably priced for being such nice quality. I am allergic to practically anything that isn’t gold and they had a hypoallergenic option for me that was still stylish. You can tell they take pride in the level of service and cleanliness they provide. I highly recommend them for your piercings! I definitely recommend an appointment. They take walk ins but prioritize appointments.

Zoie has been a delight to work with! She pierced my daughter’s ears and we went back for a follow up and happy to report no issues. Her ears have healed beautifully and she never experienced any soreness or irritation after the initial piercing. Zoie was thoughtful, patient, and considerate of my daughter’s feelings and she explained the process and asked for her consent before she touched her ears. It was such a wonderful experience and I really appreciate the way she valued my daughter.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to caution any parents that are wanting to get their kid’s ears pierced here anytime soon. We came for our scheduled appointment today to get my 7 year old daughter’s ears pierced as a reward for excellent grades this year. We were told she wouldn’t be able to swim in a pool safely for THREE MONTHS afterward, which is basically the whole summer. She was soooooooo disappointed. I’m not sure if this is personal piercer preference or what, but honestly, I did get the vibe that they just didn’t want to do the piercing for my kid. We ended up going elsewhere and they were wonderful. Just a heads up!

I was on vacation visiting family all the way from Minnesota and my cousin and I decided we wanted to get our tragus pierced and I have to say everyone there was very nice and kind and they were very knowledgeable. The building and the rooms were very clean and everything was very well sanitized.Zoie is who pierced mine and she was so kind, the entire process was so effortless. She was super sweet.If I am in the area again and want to get another I will defend be going back.

Icon handles all of our family’s piercing desires and Zoie is hands down the best!! We love the relaxed atmosphere that makes it an enjoyable experience as well as the detailed attention to jewelry choice discussion. Zoie is amazing!!! I got a piercing by someone else and my ears looked crookied. She took the time to go over how the problem could be rectified and I ended up with two more piercings and my ears look amazing!!! She even problem solved my issue by putting a smaller hoop in one ear to bring balance. I highly recommend Zoie💯💯💯

I went to Icon to get my first non-earlobe piercings at age 45 and I could not be happier with the service or the results. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and so helpful. Zoie, my piercer, was amazing. She did a double helix and a nostril piercing for me, and it felt like I left with a new friend. She answered every question I had, gave me her direct contact information so I could message her if I had any other questions or problems, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I would not go anywhere else. Their jewelry selection is also OVERWHELMINGLY stunning and caters to a wide variety of prices and styles. I will absolutely be back. Icon made my whole experience quick and painless. Tony pierced me initially and it was the best experience by a piercer so far. by noones fault but my own I lost my entire nose ring only two weeks after being done. When I called asking what to do they all were so sweet and incredibly accommodating and had it all taken care of the same day. Will be going back!!

I’m not the type to leave a review typically but I feel like I need to express this. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The people that work there are amazing and this is nothing against them but their prices have been steadily rising over the years and i never paid that much mind because the jewelry is supposed to be high quality so i figured it balanced out. I went by the shop roughly three weeks ago because i was upgrading jewelry for my industrial since it’d healed for a year and i wanted to get something cute and high quality that I would leave in for the foreseeable future and now, about three weeks after that— the jewel that was in the center of my jewelry has vanished and i have no idea when or where it detached. Mainly I’m just disappointed, the jewelry was around 200$ and i’m a broke 20 yr old and will now have to replace it. Can’t say I’m angry, just disappointed.

Zoie is the best piercer I’ve ever encountered. Today was the fourth time she’s stabbed my ear and I’ll never go to anyone else.June is awesome up front, and you can tell they love what they do. Chose this shop based on the reviews and was sorely disappointed.Am giving it 2 stars because I think the quality of the actual piercing is legit but the front counter person was rude and condescending, the jewelry was way overpriced, and the piercer was rude.Should have stuck with Irish at Straight Edge (which is where I will be going for any future piercings)

I went into Icon for the first time today. I had a septum piercing that I couldn’t get out. I was nervous visiting a shop I’ve never been to, but my nerves were put at ease quickly after I walked in! The environment was welcoming, and the two individuals that helped me were friendly and personable! My septum was removed in seconds, and I purchased a new piece of super cute jewelry that they put in for me! Icon is the only shop I’ll go to moving forward for all my piercing needs!

I’m really happy with Icon. They’ve always been very professional, friendly, and a safe space which can be hard to find. I used to see Sacoon for all of my work up until she moved. I love icon! Everyone is always so fantastic. Ive seen Sacoon a few times and she is wonderful! Truly one of the sweetest people on earth. I got my septum pierced today with Grace and they were so incredible about walking me through the process. Im no piercer and they warned me about potentially having to pierce more than once considering the angles can be off and they cant actually see where its going in. We ended up having to pierce a second time to get it right and I cannot thank Grace enough for being so kind and really taking the time to get the job done to their and my expectations. Thanks guys for always be awesome!

All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they make me feel comfortable when getting anything done here! I got my septum and two lobe piercings done by Sacoon and I havent had any problems whatsoever! I was denied a bridge and industrial piercing because of my anatomy but that just makes me feel safe knowing that they have my best interest in mind and arent just trying to make money off me!

I was a walk in. They were able to get me in in a timely manor. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns on different jewelry options available since I sometimes have issues with lower quality jewelry.

Pleasant staff! They prefer appointment but willing to take walk-ins. Some types of piercings require appointments though. I got the pleasure of meeting the newest piercer, Zoie. Very informative and sweet! If I ever get another piercing I’ll be giving them a call.

Had a wonderful experience. The piercer, I think her name was Zoie, was the sweetest! She seemed to understand that I was nervous and was super gentle and talked me through it.

We went here to get my 6 year olds ears pierced for her birthday. We worked with June and Zoie. Both of them were absolutely exceptional. So kind, so personable, and so caring. They did a wonderful job making my daughter feel comfortable even though she was very nervous for the piercing. They had tons of earring options which was a lot of fun to choose through. Afterwards they awarded her with a certificate of bravery which really made her feel accomplished because she really did overcome some fear to accomplish this birthday wish! Only tips I have are to be aware to have the ORIGINAL birth certificate. We brought a copy and had to run back home to get the original. Also, be aware that their earrings are high quality (and safe) so I would budget about $100 for the earrings themselves. Luckily I looked online ahead of time so I was prepared for this. Seriously exceptional experience. Icon must do a great job hiring and training their employees because June and Zoie definitely made our visit a great experience!

Icon is my go-to for body piercings. APP certified piercers, no mystery metal in their jewelry selection, all of the staff are angels and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend reserving appointments online before you go though! Really helps everything go along smoother

I got a piercing done in Chattanooga and happened to have bad quality jewelry and not the right kind of jewelry in the piercing I got (daith). the lovely people at this shop helped me pick out right jewelry, and helped replace the one I had in there. I cried like a baby because it hurt so bad, but I got lots of hugs and affirmation and they were so understanding of my pain. I would go here a million times over because of the quality of people at this shop. These are some wonderful kindhearted people:)

Lovely place to get piercings... the upscale jewelry prices really took me by surprise but found something simple and in reasonable budget. Sacoon was very pleasant and took great care to get the perfect placement. Excellent after care instructions. Well worth the cost in my opinion and now I have a gorgeous new piece of high quality gold gemstone jewelry!

Felt very comfortable during an uncomfortable body poking. Got a naval piercing here sometime ago and have had no problems with it. Quite pricey, but no complaints when the service was quick and friendly, not very painful, and the jewelry is high quality. Thanks to Saccoon and the “front desk ghoul.” Haha

I visited the other location in Nashville last week and did not have the best experience. I left a review for that location and the owner reached out via the review to address it and apologize - thank you for taking the time to respond, I appreciate you!I ended up going to the Murfreesboro location and had a great experience. I actually ended up working with the same individual that I ran into at the Nashville location and they were helpful and answered all of our questions related to healing piercings and jewelry installation. They confirmed with me once again that due to healing piercings, it was best not to add anything until we healed but assisted me with jewelry for installation. I picked some out and Sacoon installed them for me and they did such a lovely job and I really enjoyed chatting with them. I really appreciate the shops time and help with all of the questions and the jewelry selection is gorgeous. Thank you again!

They are phenomenal, accommodating-always professional, friendly & very knowledgeable about their work. I always feel like im in great hands- i have never had any issues, all of my piercings healed flawlessly. I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about this location. It’s fantastic, Lynn is a gem and Rob is ridiculously patient when assisting a customer pick out the perfect piece of jewelry. I must’ve asked Rob about at least six different pieces and they were more than happy to price each one for me. Never did I feel judged for my budget and felt extremely welcomed. Lynn is a lifesaver. She gave me an excellent consult on my cheek piercings (enabling them to keep them during wisdom tooth removal) and had my new nostril posts fitted perfectly in a snap. 10/10 do not go anywhere else in the boro for your piercing/jewelry needs.

I have come here for three tattoos in total and every time the service was extraordinary. I came in and met with Aaron to get a gargoyle on my thigh and he seemed genuinely excited by the idea. The art he drew up was mind blowing and on the day of the tattoo he took so much time and care in placement to make sure it looked absolutely perfect.I am thrilled with the final product and have shown it off to everyone. Icon is my absolute favorite shop and I recommend it to everyone who wants work. My sister lives out of state and she got a tattoo when she was here and said she wants to travel back to get more work done! Absolutely amazing shop!

Ive been coming here for over a year for my piercings and every time is fantastic! Aaron has done 4 of my piercings while Kristina did another 4 before she left. Yesterday I went to get my left nostril done to pair it with my right one. Aaron spent so much time to make sure it was perfectly matched with my right one. And he made any adjustment I wanted to make sure I liked it. It was just a really fun time and I will continue to come here for more!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a tattoo/piercing shop.... hands down! The staff was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I was slightly nervous being as I was going in to get my nipples pierced, but Melody made everything light, fun, and professional. Got my vertical philtrum pierced by Lynn today, they did an amazing job working with my anatomy to place it in the most visually pleasing and natural spot. I have previously had other body and facial piercings done here too, and have had a similarly wonderful experience every time. Everyone here works hard to make a welcoming, professional, and comfortable environment. This studio is exceptional at what they do-- probably the best in the state, and APP certified so you can rest assured that you will receive the highest standard of care, consultation, and results possible. They are also trans friendly!

If you are wanting a piercing you’ll want to come here. Was very sanitary and everyone was so helpful. I was getting a piercing redone that had closed up before. I went to a different piercing place for my first piercing, and I wasn’t very comfortable. Lynn pierced me and they were so reassuring and kind. They walked me through what was happening and made me feel relaxed about the whole process. Rob helped me pick out jewelry and answered all my questions. The jewelry was expensive, but I know it’s high quality. 1000/10 experience!!!

I went to the Murfreesboro location with Sacoon and it was easily the best experience I have ever had. I am very prone to fainting and have had bad experiences at every other piercing studio I have been to. She informed me of everything she was doing at every step of the way to ensure I felt comfortable. I got my tragus done and I barely felt any pain; it was my 10th piercing. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I went here to get my cartilage re-pierced after I had to take my first one out due to an infection. The body piercer was super knowledgeable and placed it perfectly! No pain, no issues. It recently got hit and it formed an irritation bump. I was able to walk in, get it checked out and cleaned, and received info on how to care for it. SUPER happy and impressed with them every time!

Employees are nice and welcoming as you walk in. But Sacoon is my go to for piercings now! I came in for earlobe piercings and was very nervous but she did everything to make sure I was calm and walked me through breathing as she was piercing my ears which helped me a lot to feel at ease. When I came back for downsizing I ended up getting two more piercings again her. Highly recommend this tattoo and piercing shop

I love this place. I’ve only ever had my lobes done because my small ears. But Lynn has been super helpful and we are working on more cool things to do with my ears.We are also getting tattoos there soon.I also love how safe they’re with covid. You can tell they care not only for just their customers but their staff as well. And places like that are so rare it’s a nice sight to see. :)

Lynn and Rob are absolutely wonderful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for piercings. I came to them for an Ear Curation and they have made my piercings so unique and beautiful! I had REALLY uneven second holes and Lynn came up with a fun solution that gets complimented all the time. They’re also SO sweet and really helped to keep my nerves down during the piercings. Lynn is really fast and you hardly notice she pierced you! The jewelry Rob helped me pick is so beautiful and he is a pleasure to work with. My curation is a work in progress but I can’t wait to see what they pick next for my ears!

Had an amazing experience here on Saturday with Aaron. I went in to get my septum and nostril pierced, he was very friendly and informative about every step during the piercing and about the aftercare. He made sure I was very comfortable and understood everything about the piercing and healing process. I will definitely go back here for future piercings!

I got a set of paired nostrils from their apprentice Baz and they look amazing! Baz and Sacoon were so nice and made the whole process super simple and fun. It’s been about 2 months since I got them done and they have been healing beautifully!

I’ve been going to Icon for the last year or so, and I’ve not met a single employee who is rude or unprofessional. I’ve been to Lynn, Sacoon, Melody, & Rocky - and interacted with Rob & the front of house and have absolutely loved all of them. As someone in the LGBTQ+ community, everyone has respected my pronouns - not to mention they ask for them in the waiver - and has just made me feel incredibly safe.My favorite part about Icon is not only is the staff amazing, you can genuinely trust the work they do. I’ve previously had issues with piercings, but I’ve gotten 7 piercings from Icon and not one has had an issue. The quality of jewelry is so worth the money, not to mention the service itself. All the piercers and the tattoo artist I saw were incredibly calm and detailed, explaining what they were doing before physically doing anything. Also, they all prioritize client safety, everything is thoroughly sanitized and clean, not to mention the upkeep of COVID protocols.I can’t recommend Icon enough, and I’m excited to continue receiving services from them :)

My 14 year old did lots of research for a nostril piercing and chose this shop. The website offered us to schedule an appointment for a 5-17 year old with a parent and also with a birth certificate. However because they also advertise high end jewelry for piercing she wanted to first go to look at the selection. We drove down to the shop and explained what we were looking for and was turned away because she was only 14. Extremely disappointing since the website offered to make appointments for 5 to 17 year olds. I wouldnt have wasted my gas at $4.65 per gallon. If that is the policy update the website They made us feel like they just didnt want to deal with us.

I drove from Atlanta to Murfreesboro to get an ear curation and a new conch piercing done and the entire process was amazing! Rob did such an awesome job helping me pick out jewelry. He knew exactly what vibe I was going for and I couldn’t be more in love with what he picked out! Lynn did my piercing and jewelry installation and they were so nice. They honestly made it such a wonderful experience and I would 100% make the drive to get pierced by them again. Thank you again!

This is a story about my deviated septum. First off I wanna start by saying This is the coolest team that I have ever met. If I could give them a 10 out of five star rating I would. They are not toxic at all and why I say that is because if one person does not have a specialty in a certain type of piercing or a certain type of tattoo style they will refer you to somebody else that works there instead of just taking your money and doing it poorly. They are very sterile and very clean. Years ago I got my septum pierced by a friend and it was extremely crooked I didn’t realize at the time it was my nose or maybe it was him either way I took it out and haven’t gotten one since but have always wanted one so Months ago I went in to get my septum pierced and the piercer at the time said that she did not believe she was qualified to handle a deviated septum and she referred me to Lynn. Legit no ego no pride just extremely kind, honest, and very humble. I’m so grateful she was honest and I’m so grateful they referred me to Lynn because when I tell you I’m in love with my septum now I mean I’m in love like I cried when I got home and just stared at it. I can’t wait to stretch it and I Just can’t stop staring at how perfectly symmetrical it is. It took her absolutely no time at all either which is how I know she is a professional when it comes to deviated septum’s or difficult septum’s. I’m so grateful for them and I’m so grateful for the experience. I’m so happy I was able to get it done right. I will always go back to icon for any of my Piercing or stretching needs. They are amazing.

Got my nose pierced here and the guy was super nice, very clean and sterile environment! Everyone was super professional. He explained every process to me and would change his gloves if he touched ANYTHING. He was awesome and I will be back if I ever need anything else done A little bit pricey but worth it! I love my piercing!

Had such a great experience here! My 15 year old cousin wanted a second piercing in her lobes and I told her I would get a piercing with her. She was nervous but Aaron made her feel so comfortable! He did a great job with her piercings and my helix piercing as well. I can’t say enough good things about Aaron! When it’s time for another piercing I will 100% be calling for him.Also, this place is incredibly clean. I could tell they pride themselves in sanitation and cleanliness and that means a lot to me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Ask for Aaron if you need any piercings.

Went in as a walk-in for my third ear piercing with my mom and sister. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was so unbelievably kind and knowledgable. He made my entourage and I comfortable and laughed at all of our stupid jokes and answered all of our questions. The whole process was extremely sanitary and he did an excellent job making suggestions and listening to my concerns. It wasnt cheap, but my piercings are gorgeous, straight and have little to no irritation/swelling. I will definitely be going back to get more piercings from Icon.

Ive been here twice now, Penny was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Aaron did a wonderful job giving my friend an eyebrow bar, and I got a second set of ear piercings. Their prices may seem high, but their jewelry is incredibly high quality and so worth it! Everyone is so sweet and ready to help you get exactly what you want.

I went to Icon to have my wrongly pierced septum removed. I went to Gatlinburg over the weekend to have it pierced and the guy totally pierced it wrong. Icon took great care of me and the removal of my awful septum. Looking forward to it healing so I can go back and have it pierced correctly. The shop was very clean and the staff was super nice. The piercer explained the entire process to me and made a painful experience not so painful. So thankful for this shop.

I went here to get my Daith barbell downsized (they were the only local place that had the size I needed to go to in stock). It cost right around the same as when I got the initial piercing for jewelry+them swapping it out, which seemed absurd at first, but then when they did the work it actually took significantly longer than the initial piercing due to my cartilage shape and piercer making sure to cause as little irritation to it as possible.So, I cant complain about the cost because of the time and effort involved, and the piercer was very sterile, communicative, gentle, etc.End of the day, I was extremely happy with them, and will return and recommend to others.One other thing; all employees present at the time were all very kind and helpful, which does NOT happen at many similar shops around here when you walk in and are not covered in tats/piercings, so that was very appreciated as well.

Great, clean environment with friendly staff. I brought my five year old daughter for earlobe piercings, and Aaron could not have been kinder or more patient. She didnt handle the pain well and it took a long time to convince her to go ahead with her second ear, but I was never made to feel rushed - even though the lobby was crowded with folks waiting their turn. As a matter of fact, the people waiting cheered for my daughter as she walked out! It could have been a miserable experience but Aarons understanding dad-nature made all the difference. Dont be intimidated - take your kids here instead of the mall!

Came in for piercings for my 5 and 7 year old girls after months and months of research of where to go. Aaron our piercer was phenomenal. He answered any and all questions my girls and I had. He was hilarious and really made a connection with the girls. I couldn’t imagine as a mom a better experience getting their ears pierced PROPERLY. Their jewelry is top of the line and affordable. I had an appointment to get a Battle Cross tattoo with Aaron. I forgot my mask so I asked from the entrance (20 feet from the counter) speaking loudly to the lady so that she could hear me, if I could buy one. She stated they had none and acted like I was COVID positive and wasting her time. I informed her that I’ve been vaccinated to calm her down but it went down hill from there. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment and could have easily gone to a CVS and buy a mask if necessary. Her unprofessional response was if I was going to be rude I would not be allowed in the shop. I was surprised by her attitude and demeanor. I directed some harsh words back at her and told her she’d just cost the tattoo artist $300.00. I understand and will comply with any business mask requirements and was trying to find a solution, but this lady wasn’t having it. The shop otherwise was very clean, professionally set up and my short interaction with Aaron was pleasant as I was looking forward to get a Battle Cross commemorating my fallen soldiers, maybe it influenced her negativity. It is a shame that someone with poor customer service skills is placed in a position that deals with people.

My boyfriend, me and a friend have all walked in for a piercing and we absolutely loved it. The piercer and the desk lady are so amazing. He does his piercings so fast and the setting makes u feel comfortable. I WOULD SUGGEST GETTING PIERCED HERE! idk about the tattoo artist but he seemed really cool.The prices are also really nice, I came in expecting to pay $80 for my labret and only paid $60 so it was better than I expected.I will definitely come back again.

I was here about two weeks ago because the piercing place I originally went to pierced my nose with a hoop because they said they were out of studs. I had a job interview and needed the (very large) hoop switched out for a stud. I called Icon and the girl that I talked to was super sweet and I didn’t even have an appointment but she told me I could come in and they would switch it out for me anyway. I purchased my stud from their large selection of jewelry and the piercer at Icon told me they switch them out for free. None of them made me feel like a burden for coming in without an appointment or for having them fix something that I should’ve said no to from the beginning. I will always be back to by my jewelry here and for any future piercings!

Icon is a great place to get piercings done (havent gotten tattoos there). Aaron is who Ive seen the few times Ive gone in. Hes a great guy. He was the one to give me my first two piercings (nose and philtrum/medusa) and made the experience super chill. He seems very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend it!

Great place with friendly staff. They are accommodating and easy to chat with. They are very professional and walk you through the steps of what they are going to do. They give you warning and clean, sterilized instruments are used for piercings. The pain was minimal physically and mentally.

Had the best experience with Rocky, not only did he create exactly what I wanted but he walked me through the whole process and made it really comfortable. You can tell they really care about the work they do and I didn’t feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable like I sometimes feel in tattoo shops. I definitely will be going back to Rocky for future tattoos and I’m excited to get a piercing done there as well.

Awesome place. I just went and got my sternum (cleavage) piercing. The guy that did it for me was super knowledgeable. The placement I originally wanted was too harmful and he was only going to do what was safe. I was pretty nervous so I know I wasn’t that easy to deal with haha. Vincent is awesome!! He was done with my piece in 30 mins which is remarkable because it was a little big. Not only that two hours later I realized my phone got left there after their closing hours and he drove 30+ minutes to unlock the shop just for me to get my phone. Everyone was really nice, I just had a not so great result. I got 3 piercings that were put too close together and caused a lot of swelling and an infection. I had to get them taken out a week later because of the pain and the swelling was spreading to my neck and side of my head Not sure why the closeness caused the infection but that’s what I was told when I went by to get them taken out.

My special needs daughter got her ears pierced at Icon last week. The staff was very professional. Every step was explained in detail and there was plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions. I did feel it was a little more expensive then it should have been and thats why I didnt give it 5 stars. I highly recommend Icon, just call ahead and get specifics on the cost before you go.

I would definitely recommend this shop. I went in to get a nostril piercing and the process went very smoothly and efficiently. The shop was clean and had a nice atmosphere. There was a nice variety of jewelry. Aaron, the piercer, had everything sanitized and was an overall cool person.

Tonight I went to Icon because I was freaking out over my helix piercing Ive had for three years. I lost my jewlery that Ive had in for the entirety of my time with that piercing, and tried to put cheap Claires jewlery in that caused some slight bleeding and irritation. We walked in about an hour before close to have my ear looked at, to pick some new jewelry, and to have help putting it in. Aaron helped me and, oh my god, he is literally the best. He was so patient, listened to my rambling, and assured me that everything was okay. He helped me pick out some new jewelry, showed me how to put it in, and told me that Im welcome to come back if I need any more help at all. I reccomend this place to anyone needing help with their piercings!

I have to say in all honesty it was the best experience ever with a tattoo. I walked in to get my tragus piercing taken out and Aaron did it no problem for no charge at all. Second I asked how much it would be to get my tattoo touched up and because I didnt get it at the shop it was a $75 fee but it was worth it because my tattoo looks a million times better.

I got a septum piercing from them about 2 years ago and out of all the piercings Ive had, that one was the only one to not get infected. I cleaned all my other piercings thoroughly everyday however many times a day, didnt touch it, mess with it, anything and still managed to get infected but not my septum. Forever trusting Icon to do my piercings from now on

Ive had a piercing, by seth, not sure if hes still there and a tattoo by Ben Ritchie. Im very pleased with both experiences. The piercing was excellent, though it slid over the period of two years or so, and it was kinda expected and i dont wear it anymore, but it seemed well done. The tat is amazing. Ben did a superb job with it. Price was more than fair both times. I have heard some negative stuff about the shop, and maybe like any body mod, you should definitely talk to the people and excercise caution, but Ive not had any bad experiences at ICON. (btw both seth and ben came highly recommended and I was sure to have them do the work, so that might explain why the service was nice.)

Parked down the road because there wasnt any parking available..paid 15 dollars, and walked all the way there in the freezing cold.got inside, stood around for a little bit while the lady at the counter was doing stuff.once she finally spoke to us, she told us that if only the person i was with was getting a piercing that only he could be inside, which I mean..okay yeah I get it with covid and all. I wasnt expecting to go back with them, but most places have the waiting room open..and I mean, thats where we had been standing the entire time we were there. but she started to get rude. she said if he got anything done, I would have to wait outside, even if its 30 degrees out and I parked waaaaay down the road....even though I was the one that was going to be paying, so I wouldve had to be in the building anyways ...and also I was already in the building, and she had no problem with that at first. she let us stand around and chill for a while at first anyways..and she wasnt social distancing at all.what bothered me the most was how rude she was to both of us. Im sure they have good piercers and artists, but I wont be back just because of that. oh well

I got a tattoo there 2months ago.. as I was getting tattood the guy (named Pat) whined about his day to me.. then informed me that he hadn't been tattooing long.. so after healing my tattoo was inconsistent and faded. There were gaps all over and the color was of a tattoo that someone had had for 20 years. I hated it.. so I called and they said I could get a touch up for free.. I got it done. It healed.. spots of color were still missing. So I called. Made an appt. When I went in the first thing he was telling his girlfriend "thank god I didn't get sewed" and he looked at me like he had never seen me before and kept talking to his friends... then informed me when I got his attention and showed him my tat and the issues I had with it " HE MISSED THOSE SPOTS ON PURPOSE" but if I didn't like it that he would do it of I paid him another 100$. Or he could help me with a new tattoo. I said forget it as I was walking out he starting lagging and told his friends "well that worked" all together horrible experience. Now I have a very visible tattoo that I hate and have to go pay someone to fix.. I have a few tattoos from different shops and I've never been treated like this before. All tattoo shops I know have a year free if touch ups. Save your money and go to another shop where they treat people like people and not money.

Went in during open hours and was refused service for a cartilage piercing because they “took their last walk in.” Will not be returning due to the fact there was still an hour and a half until they closed.

I didnt ask for a vertical hood but the lady did it anyway & she used the wrong jewelry piece which held bacteria since it was hollow and I have had nothing but problems after it healed! Then she had the audacity to demand a tip and then came outside cussing because it wasnt enough!!!! I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy yet alone go back!!!!!!!!!!
