Let me just say if I could give this place a zero I would !! I don’t recommend coming here at all .. My daughters 4th birthday was today. Earlier in the week I called and asked if there would be 2 people working on the day of her birthday because I wasn’t sure if my daughter would let them pierce just one ear at a time and I was nervous being that it was her first ear piercing they told me that there would be 2 people between the hours of 4-5. I rushed off of work to make sure we got there right around 4 so we could get her ears pierced. Actually I got there at 4:07. As I walk in nobody greeted me although there was 3 people working in the store so I approached the counter and told them I called earlier in the week but I wasn’t sure who I spoke to one of the girls comfirmed it was her I spoke with but she was now leaving for the day because she had to go to class and that there was only 1 person there to pierce her ears because the other girl wasn’t certified! As I told her my concern about why I wanted to 2 people to pierce her ears instead of one she looked at me and goes well I have to be to class in 45 mins I Caint stay and do it , EVEN THO WHEN I CALLED EARLIER IN THE WEEK SHE TOLD ME THEY COULD. None of them were friendly or apologetic the other lady did say I have some tricks if you wanna try and get her ears pierced one at a time. Needless to say they almost ruined my daughters birthday but thank god for the location at broadway at the beach because the lady stayed late just so I could get them pierced after I explained the situation to her .. this location will never get my business.. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE all around.

The clerk Alexa was awesome. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her bday and she was very informative and very helpful. We were very comfortable with her. She made my daughters ear piercing experience very easy. I will definitely recommend this particular Claires store.

We got matching earrings and I got a second piercing my daughter got hers for the first time. I took off a star because the place was packed on a Tuesday with only one employee I felt bad for her because she was running around like crazy with no help. They should hire more people for as busy as it is. She tried her best and did a great job on our earrings. Would recommend if you need a piercing! We got real 14k gold to avoid infection and it was $200 so not cheap!

Ive always been a fan since I was in highschool but I took my daughter to the Tanger outlets off 501 yesterday and the mgr was amazing with my daughter. It was a very good experience all around.

This is where we have been coming to get our ears pierced for years. Me with 3 times or more. Then I have taken both of my daughters here as well

Clean store and sometimes have good deals. Sadly the price of some items is way to high for the low quality of the jewelry.
