Elite Ink Tattoos of Myrtle Beach

Everybody was cool and fun to work with, I was able to schedule an appointment after putting a deposit down and the design got executed great. It was a bit pricey but I also got a pretty detailed and colorful tattoo so it was to be expected. Brodi was who I worked with and I would recommend her to others for sure.

We walked into the shop and were immediately impressed with the spacious set up with each artist having their own space. The front desk associates were very welcoming and asked what we were looking for. I showed them a picture of us parasailing and let them know we wanted matching fine line tattoos that resemble the picture that were small. They went to find the artist they felt would best complete our request and started us on filling out our paperwork. Shortly after Adia grabbed us and brought us back and showed us stencils in multiple sizes and asked us which size we thought was best. She then followed regular disinfecting and shaving and placed the stencil and was very accommodating and sweet about me wanting to move the placement over a bit. She showed us that she was using clean, new, sterile needles and made sure we were comfortable before starting. She was very gentle and fast but thorough and brought our idea to life perfectly! She was easy to talk to and amazing overall! 100000% recommend! If you go ask for Adia!

I had the artist Devon and she exceeded my expectations I love my new tat so much! She creates a design from the design I wanted to make it look better , She also added to one of my tats I have been wanting to add to. Everyone is very nice this will be the place for me to go for now on !

Outstanding place. Mark G. was great. He took time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked with me to ensure it was the right tattoo.The staff is welcoming, the studio is clean with fairly private rooms, and they played great music (which is important when sitting still for hours upon end).

First time getting a tattoo we found ourselves at Elite Ink Tattoos of Myrtle Beach while on vacation. Experience was professional, fun, and had a relaxing vibe. Decor was awesome lots to look at but also had TVs for family/friends waiting. Chris was my artist who helped me achieve my first tattoo which came out beautiful and exactly what i was looking for…thanks Chris! We went in for consult a few days prior put deposit down and made appointment for the last day on vacation. Definitely call before you go and make appt.

Couldn’t recommend or praise this tattoo shop ENOUGH! My husband and I both travel to come to this shop and it exceeds our expectations every single time. The most professional, clean, beautiful tattoo shop there is. The artists are extremely talented, (Bruce is ours!), and we will continue coming here for years to come.

Allen did it again!! I got a tattoo from a random artist in another city who did not do great line work. Allen transformed it and hid the part of the other artist’s tattoo that bled and wasn’t straight. Not only is Allen incredible, but the staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jared did my tattoo today and was amazing! Allen is his mentor and helped him with great tips! I am beyond happy with my tat and will be going back to add onto it in two weeks!!

Mark was my artist and he was absolutely amazing. Very patient, made sure it was exactly what i wanted and keep good conversation throughout the tattoo. Very pleased with my results and the studio as a whole. Shout out to mark.

Had originally left a great review. Then deleted it. Why? Had a simple tribal heart design. The picture is what Elite Ink in Myrtle Beach, ( artist Brodi) did with that design. Completely blown out and will now have to go to another tattoo shop to fix this mess. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Chris did a great job on mine and my sisters tattoos! We did a custom tattoo and he was so patient and precise! He is very personable, and funny and made our time with him so enjoyable! And our tattoos look amazing!! The line work is perfect! Highly recommend! 10/10!

My friend and I walked in at 11am and immediately got an appointment for 1:30pm. One small tattoo each, about 1.5”, all fine line black/grey. Everyone we met was super friendly and explained forms thoroughly. Our artist, Chris Foster, was awesome. Conversation was great and his art is flawless. I’ll definitely be back just to see him. :)

Got my first tattoo here and the staff were incredibly professional and transparent. Totally made me feel comfortable and I knew what to expect. Chris did a phenomenal job! I get compliments on the quality of the work! Definitely would go back for another here. Super clean, organized and comfortable facility.

Did a walk-in appointment with Mark on our vacation. He was absolutely amazing!! He took his time and made sure that we liked everything he was doing. It was my first tattoo and he walked me through everything he did and what it would feel like so I felt comfortable. The entire shop was extremely clean. Worth every penny!

I cannot recommend Hank at Elite Tattoo enough!! The manager Sarah is an absolute pleasure to work with. This establishment is the most cleanly as well as beautiful on the inside as the people that work there! If you’re in the Myrtle Beach area or just visiting and are looking to get some work done, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Hank and ask to speak with Sarah! You will not be disappointed! I will definitely be back with high expectations as they treat their customers with the utmost respect and care about every person that walks through those doors! Best tattoo shop in Myrtle and Hank is the best! Super clean and very sterile shop and Hanks work is outstanding! 4th sitting to finish work on my sons tattoo! Cant say enough great things about the shop and Hanks work. You will not be disappointed and highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with Adia today! They were very informative and even showed us the needles they were using before they opened the package. Adia showed us that the needles were clean, never opened, the sterilization stamps and the expiration dates. Adia was very clean and changed their gloves everytime they had to stop and start again. They captured perfection with both of our tattoos. Adia also gave us each adorable Polaroid photos. We both thought that was a cute personal touch that also provided us a keepsake to always remember the experience. We will be back next year when we visit again! Thank you Adia!!!

Consult appointment was very professionally handled. Joe was explicit as to what he could and couldn’t do with the tattoo idea my daughter and I want to get. We’re booked for June…. Will do another review after we get our tats…Finally the finished product 😃.This was a coverup only keeping the girls names and the hearts from the original…I love it so much!You did a great job Joe Winkler 😁

Me and the wife decided to get tattoos on our left ring fingers. Turns out, not every artist is able and willing, but they had a woman named Devon who said she could do it and gave us the price and did exactly what she said. She was wonderful and my wife loved how gentle she was. You dont feel rushed or like just another customer, and I would recommend her and this place to anyone.

Staff was esay to talk too and friendly. My artist Mark is very talented and knowledgeable of many different styles of tattoos and gave me just what i asked for. My tatto is a cover up and an upper half sleve that took 3 sesions. Here is the final piece...

Elite Ink Tattoos of Myrtle Beach is 5 stars on their worst day. First thing in the morning staff was bright & cheerful in the waiting lobby. Hank my artist...is a professional of the body art craft, he covered up trash with beauty in as little as 2 hours. Even as a frail middle aged man, I didnt feel a thing as he worked his magic on my tender side. Hank also maintained a wonderful conversation throughout the procedure, which helped me relax & ease my mind. If you want the best... I found it for an affordable price.

Jared did a great job with tattoos for my mom and I. His line work is great and he really cared that we got what we wanted. If we lived in the area, we would go here for all of our future tattoos. The front desk staff were also welcoming and friendly.

This place was great. We came in for 4 tats on a bachelorette trip and they saw us within an hour of closing(we didnt know). They did our tats and were great! Bruce was a great time

Bruce nailed my ink work. Today was one of 3 or 4 more sessions to do my sleeve, and its exactly what I had envisioned! Hes easy to talk to and paid attention to make sure I was comfortable. Great experiance from 1st call to completion. There aren’t enough words to explain how pleased I was with Devon! She took all the pieces I gave her and blended them into artistic perfection. Her area was clean and organized and her conversation was great. Can’t say she didn’t warn me the ribs were going to be a bit uncomfortable but the way she worked through our piece was outstanding. Me and my girlfriends came here for a weekend getaway.We scheduled a tattoo with Allen.The place was very appealing and clean, everyone there were friendly. . Nice waiting area. Allen has so much talent in his craft. I am 47 and he did my first tattoo that took three hours and it felt like 30 minutes. Such a pleasure to talk to, an absolute gem. So happy with my artwork

Walked in with my girlfriend while on vacation and we both got tattoos by Allen. He was absolutely awesome. His work was great, he took his time but still managed to be quick, The prices were amazing (we are from NYC where the prices are astronomical). Allen was friendly, and enthusiastic. The shop was the nicest tattoo shop I’ve ever been in, and I would definitely come back here again to get additional work done hands down

Each artist had their own space and you weren’t out in the open with other customers. Allen was awesome! He’s laid back, makes the experience a comfortable one and was very professional. He is great at what he does, takes pride in his work and has a customer for life!

Chris Foster (My Tattooist) took pride in his work and took his time and mad ensure I was happy with size position and placement with my tattoo and that was after he made real good enhancements to my artwork. Me and my best friend came down with my family for our annual vacation. Me and my best friend decided that we wanted to get tattoos and the first place to pop up was Elite Tattoo. We went in on Thursday to make our appointment and the staff was so welcoming! We were able to get one that same Saturday. This being my first tattoo the artist Brodi was amazing. As nervous as I was she kept reassuring me that I had this and that it was going to be worth it in the end. She gave me breaks when needed and now my best friend and myself have something permanent to remember the life of our best friend that was taken from us in a car accident. Brodi I cannot thank you enough for the work you did, I highly recommend Elite Tattoo!!!!!!!!

Born and raised here and I can say Elite is top tier. I’ve been going to Elite for years now. Joe Winkler is currently working on my leg sleeve (pant leg 🤣) and Allen Pridgen did my arm sleeve. They have an amazing staff who always make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Their artists are amazing and I have never been disappointed in the work or the willingness to work with me to bring my ideas to life.

Everyone that works at this shop is super friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the tattoo artist (Allen) that I worked with. Very professional, clean, comfortable setting. I am extremely happy with my very first tattoo and highly recommend.

Chris did an amazing job on my tattoo. I wanted a blackout tattoo to cover up tattoos on both arms that i got elsewhere and he delivered an amazing piece of art for my first session. I have a few more sessions until I’m done and I look forward to each one.

Friendly front desk staff and exceptionally clean work areas. This was my first tattoo and the tattoo artist (Chris) did a great job providing information and instructions. I am extremely happy with the end result. My only complaint would be the racist, loud, vulgar movie playing during my appt. Never having been in a tattoo business prior, I did not know this was not unusual until we were reminded “well, you are in a tattoo parlor”.

We had a great experience here! My friend and I were visiting from out of state and wanted to get a meaningful tattoo before we left town. We stopped in on Friday and thanks to a cancellation we got scheduled for Saturday morning with Bruce. The front desk staff were amazing and Bruce was fantastic!! I highly recommend Elite Ink! I would probably never go back here again. I went to Allen for tattoos for me and two of my family members by one artist, recommended by the front staff for what we were looking for and honestly none of the tattoos are great. I got a black and gray tattoo of flowers and a bird and the line work and shading on my tattoo is embarrassing and I’m looking to have someone redo it. The artist missed some of the outlines and didn’t follow the reference image and the shading is patchy and there are spots you can tell he went too deep. It was the first time I got a larger piece and I regret not going somewhere else.

I read all the great reviews and went in to get a new tattoo and a faded one touched up. I was able to get a session booked with Allen and I am so glad he is the one that did my tattoos! He is so friendly and super talented. I kind of threw some random ideas at him & he came up with the most beautiful piece I could have asked for. I am so happy! The shop is gorgeous but also comfortable & everyone I spoke to was so sweet. I’ve been to a couple shops in the area, but this one I will definitely be returning to! Thank you Allen!!

Elite Ink is the real deal. Friendly, professional, and very clean! My tattoo appointment on April 4th with Mark was a great experience. He was personable, friendly and professional during the entire 8+ hour session and did everything to ensure my comfort. His suggestions and talent far exceeded my expectations and the final result of my tattoo turned out outstanding and gets complemented by everyone who has seen it. This is my 3rd tattoo by Elite (first by Mark) and if I get another one I will no doubt use them again.

I went to Adia and she was wonderful. Talked me through the whole process professionally and showed me cleanliness. My koi fish turned out super cute. Elite tattoos is definitely more expensive though, I spent 300 on a small-medium tattoo on the tummy. Overall 9/10 for the shop 10/10 for Adia 🫶🏻

Marked by Mark! It was my first ever tattoo and it was a very easy experience. Mark gave me a couple of variations of my sketch and made sure I was happy with the placement. He was a good guy to talk to during the session as well. Careful, he does have that ability to link anything you say to song lyrics. Everyone else at the studio was welcoming and personable and I was really pleased with their adherence to safety protocols.It took me a long time to choose a tattoo, so I dont know if there will be another, but if there is, Id definitely think of Elite Ink first.

Adia is a very professional artist, she keeps her client informed of the process and shows them the expiration dates and sterilization of the needles used. She also explains very well the after care process. Awesome experience would definitely recommend!

This tattoo shop is the best I’ve ever been to! It’s very clean and spacious in size. They have a lot of different artists and they seem to all do a wonderful job! My favorite artist is Bruce ! I’ve shown him some different styles and art of the tattoos I want and he is very creative and sketches it out perfectly. I got exactly what I was wanting and my tattoo is beautiful! I’m so happy I came here and I definitely recommend stopping by. It’s the best shop in MB!

The whole place is amazing - clean, professional, super creative, and reasonably priced considering the custom art pieces you will receive that WILL LAST and stay amazing throughout the years. I personally have had experience with Bruce who is a true artist and gentleman with a great table-side manor. He never hesitates to answer any of my questions or let me adjust positions as often as needed for my crippled spine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the whole establishment and already booked my next tattoo🤘🏻

Very happy with my experience at Elite Ink Tattoos! Worked with Hank on an upper arm coverup sleeve, he went over everything and provided detailed instructions on how to care for the tattoo. Still have 1 more session to finish, but so far it’s coming out great!!

My wife and I came in wanting matching tattoos. Bruce did a great job on both tattoos and the price was reasonable. We will definitely be back!

From Florida came in to get a tattoo done I have been thinking of getting. Real easy process and was in and out quick. Environment was very clean and sterile. I love my tattoos, I got 4 of the five from Allen. I got the fifth tattoo fixed by him. (Originally got it done elsewhere and didn’t like how it looke) Allen knew just what to do to fix and it looks bada**. I love it. Highly recommend getting your tattoos at Elite, they have amazing artist and excellent staff at the front desk.

I am new to getting a tattoo and Hank went above and beyond making me comfortable and helping me to decide on placement and size of my first tattoo. I would recommend Elite Ink to anyone that ask where they should get a tattoo when they are in Myrtle Beach. The front desk staff was incredible and they answered all my questions when I came in as a newbie. When I came back later for my appointment, they were stellar and helped me get started. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option.

My son and I got matching Zelda themed tattoos and could not be happier with how they turned out. It was a great experience. Allen was awesome and is obviously very talented. My son is already planning his next one!

We love our new ink! Everyone at Elite Ink was so nice. The shop was very clean and had an awesome vibe. It was decorated great and a really cool building and layout. They were very helpful with the consultation and helping me surprise my fiancé for her 30th birthday. I got a surfboard and she got the turtle which both had a lot of meaning for us. Brodi was great and I will definitely be coming to her for more work when I’m back in the area. She was super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Allen is absolutely amazing. He takes time listening and understanding your idea. He will offer suggestions and show you on an iPad of what your design will look like. He offered a quote and scheduled my appointment.

Parents had an appointment. $400 for the both of their appointments. They could no longer make it so I took their appointment time. They said that was fine. Showed up and they made me pay 150 ontop of the 400 for my tattoo. $550 for a basic tatoo that took 40 minutes and then asked if I was leaving a tip on my card. $550 for 40 minutes is your tip. Wont be back

Miss Brodi tattooed this beautiful butterfly for me earlier this week. From start to finish- I was there maybe an hour and a half. She works meticulously and brings a calm, warming aura to the game. I chilled and watched Bob’s Burgers while she got the job done. No awkward small talk. This girl gets it. I highly recommend her, as well as Elite to anyone looking for quality artists in Myrtle Beach. I will definitely book Brodi again in the future.

I just got a piece done by Hank and I gotta tell ya, I will be coming back. From the communication, to design, your comfort level, attention to detail, etc. every single aspect was thought of. Almost all of my tattoos have been done by Elite. All the artists are amazing and accommodating to what you want. The store itself is kept very clean and the rest of the staff is super friendly! Not in my 5 years of going there have I had ANY issues. I always recommend them to anyone who asks about my work. Hank is my favorite, but all the artists are great!

I booked an appointment online like 3 or 4 months in advance for my beach trip in June last month and it was worth the wait! Brodi was amazing and knowledgeable, she definitely knows what shes doing and is so chill. I really love the receptionist as well she was very cool, I didnt catch her name. You get what you pay for, and in elite inks case its very well worth the price. Whenever I want a tat in myrtle again Ill definitely be going here again!

Hank was very professional. When I arrived for my appointment he was prepared and immediately put me at ease about the whole process. 7 hours later I had a masterpiece on my arm that I am very proud to display. Mark took care of my tattoo and I couldn’t be happier-he took the time to hear what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with it before we began. I got 2 fine line pieces and some artist wouldn’t have taken the time to make sure I was happy with everything-but he did, as far as his personality-he’s a great guy! Hank and the Shop in general are fantastic. I was on vacation to SC visiting my girlfriends parents and I decided to get my first tattoo.. I originally was lined up for a specific artist but they contacted us a week or so out from our appointment and got me and my girlfriend new artists and mine happened to Hank. I was super impressed how Hank showed me multiple concepts and was patient with me when I finally picked a concept and he had to line it up a second time (I wasnt quite happy with the original placement) not a problem. He showed me everything was clean sterile and unopened, very sterile and clean establishment and work areas. Will definitely be visiting SC again and will definitely be trying to line up Hank as my artist again, he did a killer job and would recommend this shop and specifically Hank to anybody. Thankyou so much Hank for making my first tattoo a very easy and nice experience that resulted in some beautiful artwork being on my body.
