I have been coming to Sam for over 5 years now, and he is THE most professional, clean piercer I have ever been to. He is always polite & kind, but extremely professional. As a young female, I have always felt extremely comfortable with Sam and he goes the extra mile to ensure that. I have never had an infection to any piercing he’s given me, compared to numerous piercers I have been to in the area that have left me with infections. He is extremely knowledgeable in this area as well as he has answered many questions for me as well as given me advice on piercings I want. 5/5 stars + will forever recommend Sam to anyone for piercings!

I didnt notice my snake bites were a little uneven until I got home, and when I went back they were so courteous and helpful. They immediately fixed it, no appointment, no wait time, for free. I have been and will continue to go here for all my piercings.

Sam has done all 13 of my piercings over the years. He is absolutely amazing. He is quick, painless, and very knowledgeable. Tonight I got my second nostril done on the same side I left the decision in his hands on what would look better in front of the hoop or behind the hoop, he put it in front and it came out absolutely amazing. I sat through a triple helix piercing and did not feel a thing. None of my piercings got infected, or had issues.

Always a great experience! I have had multiple piercings done by Sam and Genesis. Everyone handles everything with care and professionalism. There are multiple options for jewelry for your initial piercing and tons to get for when they are healed. They also have a lot of plugs which are sold by the pair at great prices which is hard to find. Instruments are always opened in front of me, place is very clean. You can tell they take pride in what they do! The staff in the front are always welcoming and informative as well. I honestly had a great experience both times. I went to get my nose pierced after Xmas about 2 years ago & it healed beautifully. I loved it so much that I just drove an hour just to get my snake eyes pierced. I’m so happy w my new piercing. I had 2 piercers in the room w me & they were both incredible. I drooled so much with this piercing & they cleaned me up quicker than the saliva could come out of my mouth. They made sure I didn’t see any blood & The piercing itself didn’t even hurt. It’s been 4 or 5 days & I’m literally in love. I’m going back to get my septum eventually here too ❤️ I’ve never been so happy w a store in a mall lmao

Super nice staff, really quick, and affordable! Got my first piercing and had a great experience.

I went to the shop with my cousin and I got nose piercings on the upper curves of both nostrils, and a belly button piercing which I’ve had done in the past. It was the BEST experience I’ve had with piercings by far. Sam was clean, fast, respectful, and most importantly had a confidence to him in his job which put me at immediate ease. The experience was just about painless. He had all 3 piercings completed within a 1.5min and was very patient when I asked him to place the marking a bit higher prior to the piercings. I’ll never go anywhere else for a body piercing now that I’ve met Sam. Thank you for an awesome experience!

I went may 8th 2023 and got my eyebrow pierced and my belly button repierced and Sam did SUCH an amazing job. the entire experience was relaxing and comfortable and service was very quick. was in and out within 5 minutes. Sam is 100% a reputable piercer barely felt any pain the entire experience and piercing was swift. its been over a month and Ive had no issues with either piercing and I am incredibly satisfied and will be returning for future piercings and body modifications.

Staff was super helpful and answered all of my questions with no judgment and gave super helpful answers when it came to making my decision on if I wanted to get pierced or not. I was able to do a walk in for my septum and was super nervous about pain level. They were both super nice and talked me through it and it was done and over with within seconds (between the paperwork, my questions, and the piecing itself I’d say I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes). The pain was honestly about a 3/10 which was way less of what I was expecting. All in all I’d rate my entire experience there a 10/10.

Got my first nose piercing here, staff was very nice and considerate, provided me with apple juice afterwards since Im prone to fainting. Very wonderful place, I would recommend going there for piercings.

The piercer Sam is a saint. He helps you through the process of the piercing itself, and is very professional. Everything is very clean and hygienic. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a new piercing.

This place is awful. I have gone in there multiple times and every single time the girls at the desk are always rude and have an attitude. I got snakebites here last year, and one got super infected and had to take it out, while they also pierced my friend in 3 of the wrong spots for an ear piercing. Most the girls at the counter have only one nose piercing (insane) and will try to tell you about jewelry sizes while being all wrong. Don’t waste your time. Go to medusa piercing in the rockingham mall.

This place has gone downhill from when I last got a piercing in there. The girls at the counter are absolutely miserable and rude. First they’ll go up to you being nice and then if you ask them to compare it with your own jewelry, you “cant” take off your own jewelry in store, then their whole attitude changes! This is not the first time it has happened either! Last time I came to buy a piercing I was being told by the lady I am buying the wrong size and she was being persistent about it. I ended up buying the size that she insisted and it ended up being the wrong size compared to the one I had on. I went in to request for a refund or exchange and the lady calls over her manager being adamant that it was my fault and I’d have to buy a new one.

I would never go back here. I know multiple people including myself who have gotten botched piercings here from Sam. I got my septum pierced in August 2022 and by April of 2023 it still hadn’t healed and was extremely gross and painful. Another piercer said it was placed too high and the jewelry used was not big enough. I had to take the piercing out and I’ll go somewhere else to get it properly placed. Sam didn’t even feel my nose before piercing to see if the placement was correct or if I even have the right nose for it. My piercing wasn’t even visible, but he let me leave without mentioning it. A lot of positive reviews compliment how quickly they do piercings here, which I’ve come to learn is actually a bad thing. They rush the process so it’s not done right.

Some of the “fancy body jewelry” is not worth it as they always break, but their other jewelry is good and the piercers are fantastic

Dont ever go to this business for any piercing job unless you want a botched job. I decided to treat myself and get snakebites and a nose stud done. I asked for titanium because I have a really bad metal allergy. The piercer didnt check my anatomy, and rushed the job.A couple of days later, I noticed a lot of swelling, redness and pain. I went to a more closer piercing shop where they stated that the piercings must be removed immediately as my body was rejecting them. The piercer also noted to me that upon removal, I was pierced with stainless steel and the jewelry that they used was for after they healed!I have now made a full recovery, however they dont give refunds so make sure you do your research and if they say no pictures or videos and they dont check your anatomy, major red flag. Dont support them, support your more local and professional piercers as they want the best for you and they dont want to cause harm towards your body because they care about your body and want you to enjoy your piercing as it is a journey, not to mutilate your body for some quick cash.

I got my navel pierced a week ago and the bar is super short. There was no like review anatomy and pick the right one type thing, that Ive had happen with other piercers. Instead, the bar is really short and its swelling over the balls. When I called to see what can be done, I was told Id have to come back between 12-5 Monday or Tuesday to get the bar swapped out - which is during my work hours, so Ill have to get a day off to do so. I was already charged full price for it when I went during a sale, so now having to pay a different piercer to swap it out is frustrating. If it wasnt so uncomfortable, Id probably be able to be a smidge more patient, but in times like this where the anatomy wasnt taken into consideration there should be some sort of exception to be able to do a jewelry swap during another time. I already had to deal with the apprentice putting the jewelry in - which hurt way worse than the piercing, so this is the icing on the cake for me.

I went in for a septum piercing and had a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were kind and informative. When I went back to get the piercing done the room was very clean. Sam was my piercer and he pierced my septum so quick and with such precision that it was pretty much painless. He was amazing! And it looks great. I would definitely go back for any other piercings I want to get done, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a piercing. Great experience all together!

This place is great! I went here yesterday to get my rook pierced and I was very nervous to get it done and had lots of questions. The girls that greeted me were super friendly and were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Sam was very nice and professional. He talked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. The room was very clean and he opened all the equipment right in front of me. Ive had no problems so far with the piercing and love the placement. Ive also gotten my nose pierced here before and had a excellent experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good quality professional piercing done. And I will definitely be back for my future piercings.

Got both a rook and conch at the same time, the man was very quick and gentle and he made sure to keep everything incredibly clean. Great experience first time here; all of the employees were incredibly friendly and down to earth. Very good customer service. Definitely will be coming back here versus where I used to go :)Edited two months after. Came back for my septum and lower bellybutton. Had the same male piercer and he was fantastic again. He let me lay down and gave me water when I got a little dizzy afterward. Hes very kind and personable. And the girls at the front desk are always so sweet and nice. I have been to this body art several times to get piercings changed as in change the jewelry. This past Thursday I went to get my first piercing done and I had a very great experience. Sam did an excellent job and I am HIGHLY satisfied with my two new cartilage piercings. Before he pierced my ear, we discussed options of best location and what would look the best and his recommendations were exactly what I wanted. Confident to say this is where I will go every time for a new piercing or jewelry change. Staff is friendly and very helpful, it is very clean as I noticed everything was new and sterilized. I had an amazing experience getting my nose pierced here at Body Art. The front desk staff were super friendly I believe the girls name was Candace. Made me very comfortable and walked me through all the paperwork. My piercer Sam was wonderful, fast, and it happened before I even realized! His apprentice Kaden was attentive and professional as well and overall it was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely go back for future piercings. I made an appointment for 7:10 I believe and was seen right away. Thank you guys!!

Went in for a lovely septum piercing. It’s been 2 days since I’ve gotten it done & I feel absolutely no pain, the piercing has no issues. It looks great on me.Sam was absolutely kind, informative, respectful. The piercing was painless,& super fast. Only a sweet tear came out my eye. Lol but for sure I felt super good after it was all done✅.The establishment is well kept & clean.I gotta say the ladies in the front desk were super kind & sweet. I have gotten four separate piercings done here, eyebrow, nostril, daith and nipple, and have never had any issues! All four piercings healed the right way. Great customer service. Easy and comfortable piercing processes!

I went to a piercing place in Salem NH and they completely messed up my belly button piercing. I went here the next day and he was able to redo it no problem. I love it here, and the piercing artist Sam is amazing and so talented. I’m so glad he could fix it for me, I will only get my piercings from here now on!

Went to body art today with my sons girlfriend and everything was good until the egotistical pos piercer guy very unprofessional hes a short guy on a high horse because of him they wont get our business ever dont know if hes Brazilian or what Im Puerto Rican but couldnt tell just cant believe how rude he was dont bring your kids to him hell tramumatize them

Sam does all of my piercings and he is incredible and honestly I feel like “incredible” is an understatement. He is so nice and sweet and is extremely professional, I have anxiety and am always scared to get piercings (even tho I have 11 on my face) but he always is able to calm me down and make the piercing as painless as possible. He is so amazing at what he does I can’t recommend him and body art enough! This is my go to place to get all my stuff done.

Sam was fantastic! It is clear he is a professional. I had a piercing redone (had closed up 20 years ago) and also had a new lobe piercing done. I had it done with the needle rather than piercing gun. It was PAINLESS. Wonderful experience. The piercing room was very clean.

I have been to one other place for the piercing I received, and it was stressful, uncomfortable, and they made me stand.. but THIS PLACE?! You walk in and the girls at the front are just the coolest people, shooting jokes with one another and have an overall good vibe to their location. Once I checked in and they called me up, Sam and Kaden made me feel very comfortable and confident in both getting my piercing and the end result. It was a quick and almost painless experience while I laid back in a chair. My boyfriend even got pierced as a walk in because the energy and workers allowed him to feel fearless enough to do it. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone who wants to be pierced and hope to be a regular shopper, eventually get to know everyone by name.

I have been here for multiple piercings in the past year and every time I go in I have a wonderful experience! I just recently went in to get something that is a little bit different. Sam did an amazing job and was able to get the exact look that I was going for. Everything is extremely clean and sanitized. I will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future and will recommend to anyone who is looking for any piercings.

Given this place a million chances and every time i come in the staff is unfriendly, many piercings done extremely aggressively.

Ive done walk in appointments here twice before - a few years ago for my second set of earlobe piercings, and, most recently, to get my eyebrow done.Dont let their location (inside a mall) throw you off. Both piercings were fast, clean, and quick. Everything was properly sterilized, they sent me home with an aftercare guide and offered saline wash as well. I would absolutely go here again.

Only place my daughter and I like to get our piercings. The owner is super nice. Made us feel very comfortable. The staff is friendly and informative. 10/10

This place is amazing. I got my nose pierced here, and the whole process went smoothly. The ladies at the register were really nice and very helpful, and the man who did the actual piercing did a great job. He did it so fast that I felt no pain at all and there was no bleeding either. He did a really good job at the placement of the piercing as well. Ive let my piercing heal for a few months now and everythings been good, no infections or problems. Highly recommend this place, and they are very affordable as well.

I have come here for three piercings. I am pleased with the results every single time! It is such a welcoming environment and the girls in the front let you know all the information you need and can answer all questions. I found this place off of google I wanted a professional to do my piercings and they did not let me down. Went in today to get a rook, targus, and cartilage piercing done all in one day. The ladies in the front were super nice and went over the process and after care. Sam did my piercings with the help of Christian who did a fantastic job, they were fast and efficient. The place is super clean and ready for the next customer. I highly recommend.

This place is incredible. Every time that Ive gone into this store, everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The selection of jewelry is beautiful, all made of genuine materials, and its at an affordable price. Ive gotten two of my piercings here and the piercer is awesome. Hes come in on hours he wasnt scheduled to accommodate for the customers and he takes the extra time to explain everything you need to know about your new piercing. Weither youre looking for some new jewelry or looking to get a new piercing, I couldnt recommend this place more.

Have been here for three different body piercings and all three times have been pleasant. Piercer will help you feel relaxed and give you expectations on pain and what to expect leaving the shop. Additionally, the front staff is very friendly and will chat with you to help temper any anxiety you may face with the needles. Pricing is on par to cheaper with smaller personal shops and the quality of work is just as good. Will continue to come here.

I have gotten pierced here four times because it is always a fast, clean, and easy experience! I just got my septum piercing done here, and I didnt even feel it! It was completely painless. Everytime I schedule my appointment, they are usually always able to take me early, and I always feel comfortable.

I went in with a group of 5 to all get our nipples pierced. The guy who pierced us was very professional, I never felt uncomfortable at all. The process was quick. The whole place was clean but didnt have that overbearing hospital smell. The girls in the front were very welcoming, friendly and explained thoroughly the process, risks and aftercare. I do not recommend coming here.I had just had an experience with Rosely C on Wednesday January 24th, 2023 at 3:52pm where she told me to get a titanium hand hoop for my nostril ring , i had told her i need it to be very small and she said i can just bend it….. Titanium dosent bend.

If i could leave a 0 star review i would. very rude and clearly did not want to pierce after 7 even though the store closes at 8. go to medusa if you want a friendly and easy experience.

I scheduled an appointment the same day for a septum piercing using their online scheduling through acuity. Piercer and front staff were welcoming and informative. I was instructed to sanitize my hands before entering the piercing room. The piercer had gloves and a surgical mask on. He told me everything that was going to happen before he did it. The piercing was quick and simple, and virtually painless because it was so quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The environment seemed very clean and sterile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely be back for any piercings I get in the future. Great job guys!

This place is great! The employees are very nice, everything is clean and the piercings are done with new, single use sterile equipment every time. Sam has done almost all of my piercings at this point and he does an excellent job, very quick with minimal pain (no more than a quick pinch). All together this is a great shop full of nice people and if you’re going to get anything pierced I would highly recommend going here before anywhere else.

I went in for a cartilage piercing today and it was my first time getting a piercing on my own. Everyone was super nice and the people at the register were very helpful and informative. The guy who did my piercing was also super nice and explained everything so I wouldn’t be nervous and talked through the steps as he did them so I knew what was happening and didn’t get freaked out. All my friends go here and we all love it!! Plus the piercing is super cute!!

Sam the piercer is absolutely fantastic! I’ve gotten multiple piercings from him and I’ve even engrouaged my friend to go in and get one (whiched turned into 3 more) and she fell in love with him Also! I had gotten my ears pierced at Body Art last year and I recently got my septum pierced as well. The service was amazing, Sam did an excellent job with both my ears and my septum, both of which were virtually painless. They also have a great selection of jewelry and very friendly customer service. I certainly will be coming back for my next piercings!

Hated my whole experience from the girl at the counter to the piercer himself. I went to get my septum and two sides of my nose done. The center piercing was outrageously crooked. To the point, there was no making it look right. He offered to repierce my septum immediately to which I replied I would wait for this whole shenanigans to heal…I’m never going back there. It was a nightmare start to finish.

Stopped in for the first time the other day before work. They werent super busy at the time so I decided to see if I could get a quick appointment. Staff was super nice and I got two cartilage piercings done, one in each ear in 20 minutes or so. Thanks for the great service, I will be back for more!

Went in today for my ears. The cashiers were very friendly and welcoming. My piercer was Sam. He too was extremely friendly, on time, everything in the room was sterile, super professional atmosphere. I felt safe. I got 3 cartilage piercings done and it did not hurt one bit. He was fast, accurate, kept talking that I didnt even realize it was done. Haha. Also, that big mirror in the room by the door makes you look hella skinny. Even I was surprised at myself because Im not that skinny!Lmao. Anyway, Ill go there again because my experience was awesome. Price was very reasonable too. I recommend this place.

I got my ear lobes pierced here by Sam. Normally they take around 6 months or so to heal. I had them for a year & they still weren’t. I went back to Sam twice, for advice & to tell him what’s going on & both times he was super unprofessional & made me uncomfortable. He made me tell him what’s going on outside of the piercing room in front of a line of people twice. Then proceeded to tell me he can’t help me & he has no idea what was going on. You would think as a piercer you would bring your client into the room & talk to them about the issues to help & advise!!!

Got my tragus pierced here almost a week ago and I was SO NERVOUS for this but all the employees were very informative on the piercing and Sam who pierced my tragus did an excellent job. It was so fast and painless honestly. Also got my nose pierced here and both healing process was great!

Had another great experience here today! Walked in and decided today was the day to get dermals, the ladies at the front were awesome and shared personal experiences with the piercing making it a less nerve racking time. Sam did an amazing job at making the piercings perfect. I will definitely be returning for more piercings later down the road.

I got my ears pierced again because I haven’t been wearing earrings and the girl Lisandra was so helpful with all my questions and I also got my cartilage done for the first time and it didn’t even hurt. It was just a quick pinch, Sam was amazing who does the piercings. The place is very clean and affordable for what you are getting! I definitely want to go back soon to get my nose pierced!

I got my nose done three days ago and Sam was so wonderful. He did it all with sterile needles and no bleeding. My nose doesnt even hurt anymore and I came back with a question and the associated were very nice and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone. Theyre amazing!

Went to body art for a nose piercing. They were very nice and room was very clean. Piercing was pretty painless. After 1 week my nose developed a large bump, I called the shop and they said it’s normal just keep cleaning it. Another week went by and still a bump. I called again and they said I can come have the piercer look at it. Went in to have it looked at and was basically brushed off and told it’s normal and it will take time to heal. I asked what kind of jewelry they use and he said surgical steel and he can’t tell me if it causes allergic reaction or not I should know since it’s my body-okay fine I get that. Another 3 weeks pass and still a bump. Ended up going to another piercing shop and got a real gold nose ring and less than a week later bump is gone- so glad I did too because I was told by the new piercer that this type of bump can be permanent if left untreated!! Do not get a piercing here if you are sensitive to cheap jewelry!!

I’ve gotten my daith, conch, belly button, septum, nose two of my lobes and two of my cartilage piercings here and they all healed amazingly and look great! I buy all of my jewelry here because of the great collection they have and all of the workers are always so kind, welcoming and ready to answer any questions you have! I love how personal they are and how they remember your face and always greet you with a smile! 5/5 review always.

I got my second earlobe piercings and my cartilage piercing here and it barely hurt! I chose the needle for all 3 piercings and it was almost painless as someone who hates needles. The staff at the register were so nice and everything is reasonably priced.

Ive gone here twice for piercings and it was great both times! Everyone is very professional and kind. Im intimidated by a lot of piercing shops, but the staff here make you feel comfortable and not out of place. Would highly recommend!

I visited Body Art back in late March and wanted to give my new nose piercing a few weeks to heal before writing a review.Judging by the 5 stars, I feel as good about Body Art now as I did back then!Everything was sterile, comfortable, and the piercer was very kind. Im the absolute worst when it comes to pain, so I was nervous. But he reassured me and the straight needle stick and jewelry placement was over in seconds!The prices are great, too. Its easy to think mall prices and be totally turned off, but they were very reasonable. I paid $30 for the piercing and starter corkscrew stud, then another $10 for H2Ocean cleaner and a spare stud.10 / 10 would return again!

I got my belly button pierced and the guy who does it did a great job! Me and a couple of my friends went there and we all had a great experience with the piercing aftermath! He is very nice and his associate are as well. They make everything very quick, easy, & comfortable. Highly recommand!!

Got my septum and my nostril pierced today, I’ve had my septum done in the past and other things, but Sam was different, he was super fast and great at his job I was impressed on how painless and quick he made my experience for me.

Never once has anyone i know, or myself for that matter, had had a good experience with this place. i’ve see my friends botched piercings from here, and i went in for a jewelry change and he was seemed to be rushing despite there being no line , and very rough with the piercing to the point there is now a bigger hole (my piercing ripped a little) it is now infected after months of having it and never having an infection. not to mention the other staff members look like they do not want to be there, there was a woman almost falling asleep at the front desk and when asked to show jewelry options was dropping them on the floor and just clearly seemed to not know what she was talking about. unprofessional setting, will not be going back again. save your time and money and go to Medusa at the Rockingham Mall or Precision Body Arts in Nashua instead.

I’ve gone to them for almost all my piercings. I can really count on them for being clean and professional and that really does calm my nerves. Also the staff are always super friendly and insightful. They’re truly one of my favorites to go to when I’m getting something done!

I’m back and forth on this business. I have had about 32 piercings done, most professionally... and I have some complaints as well as praise for the snakebites I received here recently. While the placement of the piercing is good and I had an adrenaline dump and almost passed out, which they dealt with very well.They did two things that negatively effected healing and led to complications. Firstly, despite my request for ring, the piercer pushed post piercing, which I didn’t think was great but I only argued a little giving in (as he is the professional)...the post may not have been a problem however it was too small and did not leave much or any room for swelling.The price was great, about half that of other places....however while I wouldn’t say “they don’t use surgical steel,” the quality of the jewelry wasn’t the best... I was forced to change the jewelry within a few days.I’d recommend this place for easy surface piercings and ears and stuffs, but nothing more... they have cool stuff in store and cute pierced girls working the counter so that’s cool.

Piercing went smoothly. walked in and girl was very friendly. i was in the store for no more than 20 minutes. sam did a great job with my helix piercing. little pain and over very quickly and he made sure i was happy. definitely coming back very soon for another piercing.

I came in today to get my snake eyes done. I am absolutely in love! I’ve also came here to get my nipples pierced. Sam is clean & professional. And makes you feel comfortable and answers any questions you may have! I highly recommend going here for your piercings! I will be coming back again for who knows what piercing next :-)

Came in to get my ears pierced for the first time. I was nervous but the staff was very helpful. My visit was quick and easy. The gentleman that pierced my ears was very comforting and did a great job! I will be back to purchase more earrings in the future.

Awful customer service. I got a new piercing a few months ago here and the jewel fell out. I went looking to have a new jewel screwed on so I didnt have to lose the piercing and pay to have it re-pierced. The person behind the counter was rude and told me there was nothing she could do. You would think if it meant they were getting paid they would be more helpful. I will take my business else where.

So, I bought a couple things here and the first one I ended up leaving by mistake at the store. I emailed the business and the owner got back to me RIGHT AWAY! Not only did Sam (not sure if Sam is male or female) send me my body jewelry, but they also sent me a little gift! They were friendly and genuine. And I would HIGHLY recommend this place. If I lived in the area, Id probably be there all the time!

Absolutely love this place. I have went here for a few ear piercings such as my conch and 3rd lobes and every single one was painless. The piercer is very professional and fast with the piercing to the point where I didn’t even realize he had pierced and put the jewelry in until he told me. I have gotten my left nostril pierced at a tattoo parlor and the piercing was slightly painful and bled a ton. However, I recently got my right nostril done at Body Art and it was literally a pinch and I was done with no bleeding in sight. Highly recommend this place, will always depend on them for my piercings.

Had piercing done over a month ago.. even when taking well care of the piercing at home. I get infected. I had to see my doctor and had to get it removed. Was advise wrong jewelry metal was used and piercing was done wrong. Now in healing with a possible scar on my nose for life…

I have been going to body art piercing just this year as i have lived in lowell ma the past 3 yrs.Beginning with 3 piercings I got 2 daiths & a neck dermal a few months ago. The daith is a very painful piercing but Sam made me comfortable n made it seem alot easier to get them then expected. My dermal was a different experience a surface piercing and it was very easy & simple once inserted. All have healed great without any issues.Last saturday I had both nostrils pierced with diamond studs and 2 snug piercings on my ears done. The nose wasnt too bad. The snugs r still sore but the nose seems to be healing quickly already. Sam again was very professional and sweet.As long as I live in this area I will always go there for my piercings. They have good quality jewlry good price conveniently in the mall and cool staff.Thanks Jodie Reid

I had my second cartilage piercing done a week ago and a few days ago my piercing got extremely infected to the point where my whole ear was purple. I went to a piercing and tattoo shop in nashua and he was able to take the piercing out and replace it with a stud that was much more high quality. The piercer told me that he’d never ever recommend anyone getting a piercing at the mall and you should go to someone that is much more qualified and has more knowledge about piercings he even told me that he knew ex employees that worked at the place in the mall and he said that they said that they’d never ever get a piercing at that place because they didn’t trust it so they went to the tattoo place to get it done. WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO.

My only go-to place until I run out of ear real estate.

Body Art is a really surprising experience, located as it is in the middle of Nashuas largest indoor shopping mall. Its bright and clean, has plenty of knowledgeable staff on-hand to answer your jewelry questions, and offers a huge selection.In terms of piercing, the gentleman who did mine was fantastic. I hadnt had a new piercing done in 15+ years, but he listened patiently to what I wanted (a double ear piercing), we discussed options and alternatives for a good ten minutes, and then once all was agreed he had both piercings done in under two minutes, with no blood and very little pain. The piercing room was immaculately clean, and I watched him take every possible precaution to insure proper hygiene at all times.Only thing to note: they are walk-in only, so if theyre busy you may have to wait. And bring a government issued photo ID! Its required under NH law for *everyone* regardless of your age.

They told me they pierced with a size that wasnt nearly close to what they said. Then proceeded to tell me to get new ones would be $40. To fix their mistake would be $40. Do not go here the staff is incompetent along with their practices awful.

I have been here for all of my piercings these last few years and would totally recommend everyone to go. The piercer’s space is clean and he is always able to calm my nerves before getting pierced. So excited go back for my future piercings!!

Jewelry isnt long enough for swelling, got my second holes pierced back in June. That night the back of my ears were badly bruised (not sure if this is normal) and until about October my piercing was still getting infected and bleeding and yes I was and did clean them regularly. I still dont think theyre fully healed after 5 months. My friend was pierced the same day and got the same piercing and also had the same problems. Im not sure if this is bad technique or what but for comparison my first holes were pierced by a friend who was not a professional by any means and I did not encounter any of these issues... I recommend you spend the extra money and go to a real tattoo and piercing shop with someone who you can actually talk to and doesnt treat you like your just the next person in the assembly line

Decided to get my second lobe as a graduation gift and HOLY not only did they slay, they made me feel so safe and understood which is so important to me. the girls at the front were so nice and explained everything to me in details, and made me feel so validated when i told them i was nervous. SAM IS THE MAN! he could tell i was nervous and made me feel super welcomed and even cracked jokes with me as i got ready. highly recommend sam and his team. they’re theeeee BEST.

Ive always been terrified of getting my nose pierced. But, Saturday, I was feeling a bit daring. I walked into the shop and was greeted by such friendly staff and the whole piercing procedure was explained to me before I got anything done. I was sooo nervous. When I met Sam, he was the best!! I came here to get my cartilage pierced a few months back, but it never healed and got infected. I don’t think they use Surgical steel. So I ended up taking it out. The guy who did my piercing was nice though.But the main reason I’m writing this review is because yesterday I went in to get a new belly button ring because I wanted a shorter post. The first girl that greeted me was really nice but then when I needed help the girl who is blonde and has white gauges in her ears was pretty rude, every time I said something or asked a question about the piercing she made a rude wise remark and just made it awkward, I wasn’t rude back but when I went to go pay I paid with a credit card and I put my card in the device and I said “oh I’m sorry I’m running this card as credit not debit” and she goes “next time you need to tell me that” in a very rude way! I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or doesn’t know how to present good customer service, but it was quite an awkward 5 minutes of my life!!

Ive am absolutely obsessed with this place I love them so much between the amazing actual piercier which he is sooo nice and he is so great at what he does to the girl in the front that knows everything with the glasses you have a question she has the answer. I definitely will say you cant get any better service then this place. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PIERCING! SAVE YOUR SKIN AND BODY! I have a metal allergy, which I clearly stated and made both the piercer and cashier aware of, and the jewelry caused me to have an allergic reaction. Not only that, but the jewelry was externally threaded - every time the jewelry moved it was ripping up the inside of my ear and I have a lot of scar tissue that made my piercing become crooked. Also, the H2Ocean spray they give you have a lot of filler additives so it’s not as effective as wound wash. Overall horrible experience.Please go to a true professional. Ryan from Precision Body Arts was able to help me change the jewelry to an internally threaded piece that was allergen friendly and my piercing immediately calmed down and started to heal. The mall is a convenient place to go but convenience does not equal quality.

I scheduled a same day nostril piercing through the acuity online scheduling website. It was really easy. When I got there both the staff and the piercer were friendly and answered all of my questions. The piercer was knowledgeable, very efficient and very nice. I’d definitely recommend going to him for your piercings!

Got my belly button pierced for my 18th birthday and they pierced it WAYYY too high like a stomach piercing and very off centered and not my belly button and it will not heal correctly at all very infected but i clean consistently. Do NOT RECOMMEND!

I walked in to the piercing studio on a whim to ask about a nose piercing. I was greeted by two very friendly, knowledgable and professional young ladies that explained everything clearly about the process. My piercer was polite, gentle and thorough. The facility is sterilized private and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for body jewelry!

I went in yesterday to get my cartilage done on a whim and it was super quick and easy and does not hurt at all. The girls at the front went over paperwork, risks, and covid questions which was nice. I was a little insecure at first being that I work in medical care and I’m always skeptical (especially bc it’s not so overpriced like the shops near me with super expensive jewelry) so I asked Sam if the needle had been sterilized and he showed the packaging he took the needle out from and also the disposal afterwards into their sharps box. I recommend coming here if you’re looking for some new bling and you don’t want to pay outrageous prices to some other location. Process is done the same and they do have a bunch of options for starter jewelry.

Every time I come in the staff is always so friendly and understanding!!! I only come here to get piercings and jewelry and I have never had an issue. Just went in yesterday to get a conch and was in and out within 15 minutes!! I always feel great leaving body art because I know I have either gotten a great piercing or some great jewelry

They were rude to me as soon as I walked into the store i purchased a few piercings and when i got home i realized that one of the piercings i bought was broken i never wore it or used it and it doesnt close. So i called the next day to tell them and they were even more rude to me. They told me they couldnt replace it or refund me, but that i could come in and they could look at it but theres no way to fix it but i understand because its theyre final sales policy but they should check the peircings before they sell them and im highly disappointed in there customer service ive been going to Body art for years and ive even gotten piercings done there before but after this experience i dont think im going to come back to buy anymore body jewellery from them

Although everything was clean and sanitary, my piercings would not heal at all. I got three total, one cartilage and two lobe. Would not heal, were infected for the longest time. Had to take them out so they would actually be able to heal. Going somewhere else next time. I cleaned them often and they still were infected and would not heal.

I got my bridge piercing done here. The jewelry provided for me was far too small to accommodate for swelling, but at the time I thought maybe if I just cleaned it and left it alone it would be fine. I had to take it out eventually because of how bad it was. Just food for thought: the place is clean and very professional, but they might not be entirely knowledgable about important piercing technique. In my case, this was detrimental and a big waste of my money.

I got a nose piercing elsewhere and it started pinching and sinking into my skin, almost to the point where skin was starting to grow over it. Nasty, right? I walked in at 8:45pm and the girl at the desk was immediately SO helpful. I wasn’t even looking for anything other than a new nose ring but she suggested I see the piercer. He was so helpful too! He knew exactly what was going on and quickly removed, cleaned, and changed my piercing. This place was definitely a hidden gem.

When I asked him to help me put in an earing I purchased, he did it for free, and even offered to change the size of the barbell for me. Please whatever you do, do not go to this place. I went here thinking it would be a cheap way to get a mid double cartilage piercings that would also be sanitary and trust the man knew what he was doing. I was so wrong. Mind you I had my other cartilage pierced at Boston Tattoo, a well reputable place so I knew what to compare it to. When I went home, I had intense throbbing in my ear, it was unbearable. It was different then the other pain I experienced in my other ear. Not knowing wether I over exaggerated, I went to Boston Tattoo parlor to have them check it out. Come to find out. They pierced my ears crooked, one earring was higher than the other, and because of the piercing being at an angle pierced some part of my cartilage that isnt supposed to be messed with. This picture should speak a thousand words, please save yourself the money and go someplace better

Ive given this place so many chances. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The first time I went there, I got a second cartilage piercing above my first. Its so close to my first piercing that I cant wear jewelry in the piercings unless the jewel is ridiculously tiny. The piercer asked if I liked the placement, I assumed it was reasonable because why would he suggest a place thats so close to the other one that most jewelry cant be worn without the jewel covering the other piercing???? Hes the professional, not me, so I assumed he had thought through the placement before asking me. I wish I had said something looking back but I trusted him. Then I got my nose pierced there, because I figured you couldnt screw up a nose piercing. I was wrong. Despite the fact that I cleaned my piercing multiple times a day, the jewelry turned completely black within about 2 weeks of getting it pierced and my piercing had problems the whole time it was healing. Then I went to them to get my nose stud changed to a seamless hoop. The piercer put the opening of the hoop in my actual piercing, so now my piercing has closed around the hoop and I have to pay to get it removed, pay to get it repierced, and wait another 4 months before I can change it. The last chance I gave them was when I went in to buy an earring. When I was buying it, I needed a second to remember my pin number as I had a new card. the employee cancelled my transaction and demanded that i find a new way to pay. she was so rude to me and my friend when we were there and just should not work in retail. the prices here are low, but you really get what you pay for. the low prices are NOT worth it when you have to pay to get everything they screw up fixed. Im paying double what I wouldve if I had gone anywhere else in the first place. dont go here!!!!!!!!!!

I dont recommend getting a Daith piercing here. They dont get the correct angle. Unfortunately, I didnt know this when Sam asked if I liked the placement; he was the professional so I trusted him. I went into Precision Body Art on Elm St. in Nashua and they confirmed that it was incorrect, and actually guessed that Id gotten it at Body Art in the mall.They said they cant even count the number of people who come in to have their Daith piercing redone, CORRECTLY, coming from Body Art. Precision also uses a ring instead of a barbell, which I prefer (be careful of undoing your barbell ball and dropping it in your ear canal!). Im sure they do other piercings fine but it sounds like incorrectly-angled Daiths are their thing. Another reason for my 1 star is that when I went in, the girl was explaining everything SO fast, even after I mentioned it twice and needed things repeated. She rushed me to sign and pay and hardly let me ask questions. I know I could have controlled the situation a little better but Id never gotten this sort of piercing and was unaware and a little overwhelmed. Partly my fault, partly a very unprofessional and inconsiderate employees fault. [Ive posted two photos, one of my incorrect piercing and one of a correct one. Click on my icon to see them.]

Extremely disappointed with customer service. I was at the mall with my daughters who wanted to get helix (cartilage) piercing. They are teens and minors. I stopped in and was told I needed their photo IDs OR their birth certificates as well as my own ID— which makes perfect sense. I went home and got our their passports and we went back but apparently our passports were not sufficient ID since they dont show that I am their mother. Anyone who has travelled internationally with their children knows that Immigration and passport control flag anyone they suspect is not the parent and/or legal guardian of minors with whom they are traveling since there are serious issues with human trafficking as well as parents involved in custody disputes who attempt to bring children out of the country and thwart custody court orders. I have never been regarded as anyone but parent of my children, never questioned when going through passport control, yet the young girl at the counter felt that our passports were not sufficient ID— apparently passports do not demonstrate parentage. I was quite surprised— it has a picture, we have the same last names, and it is good enough ID for the US State Department. She told me I needed their birth certificates. She did not say, you will need their birth certificates AND photo IDs (passport or school ID) and so I went home and returned with their birth certificates but without Passports since she did not say that we needed both forms of ID, and I dont like carrying our passports unnecessarily since they are extremely important documents and not something I ever wish to lose. We went back once again— I should add that it takes 45-50 minutes round trip. I was then told that the birth certificates were inadequate since there is no picture— she said that without photo ID, the birth certificates could be anyones. I totally understand that there are laws and statutes regulating piercing, but the employees of Body Art Piercing seem to lack the appropriate communication skills to provide sufficient customer service. They should have explained that they required both forms of ID. I told the girl we had been there a few times and expressed my frustration, but the girl did not seem concerned. A good company representative would have apologized for the confusion— she didnt care. I told the girl that I would not return and would take our business elsewhere. We did. We spent our money elsewhere. Incidentally, I brought both passports and birth certificates to the other studio, and the passports alone were sufficient ID— no need for birth certificates. Since we all have the same last name on our IDs, they knew I was the mother of my girls. Obviously, it was sufficient ID for them, just as it is for US Immigration and Passport Control and the US State Department. I will not go back to Body Art Piercing, nor will I recommend them. Extremely frustrating and unnecessary run around. I had to give them one star because I cannot post this review without selecting at least one star, but since I was unable to use them and was prevented because of their lack of communication and poor customer service, I would prefer to have given them zero stars.

Omg where do i start Sam is the best piercer ever he’s super relaxed and professional only person i trust with my piercings. And at the front end of it lisandra is always such a doll and goes above and beyond to help out anybody who comes in. Never left the store unsatisfied i would recommend anybody to go here for piercings!! 10/10

Yesterday I went in for two different piercings a tongue and a belly button , when I went in the shop I was greeted by the nicest happiest girl I have ever seen everyone was do friendly and you felt right at home , Im very happy with the price and EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the piercer he knows what hes doing we had a nice chat and he didnt hurt me one bit!!Thank you Body Art you will see me AGAIN!!

The manager at this establishment is so kind and knowledgeable of the products her store sells. She is incredibly welcoming and sweet, especially if it is a first time piercing. I would highly recommend coming in for any type of piercings that you want

The employees were great, super friendly and very helpful when I couldnt decide which piercing I wanted. The piercing room was clean and all the tools and jewelry was opened in front of me! Highly recommend buying jewelry and getting pierced here!

Ive gone to body art for my nose, tragus, and conch, and industrial. Every time i go the piercer is phenomenal! Their jewelry is excellent as well. The girl with black hair (i dont her name) is awesome! I plan to go and get my nipples done by him. Many people that see piercing place in a mall tend to stay away, but this place is great. Ill continue to go to body art for piercings and jewelry.

I get my gauges there and only there for a fair price and quality work. Every person I know who goes there to get a piercing had a great experience. The staff are awesome always willing to help and awesome to talk to.

Got my nose pierced here and thought it was great, until my nose would not heal and I went to another pierced to have the hoop taken out to have a stud put in to heal better, and learned that it wasn’t healing because they lied to me about the piercing being made out of surgical steel, and the ring was so right to my nose that it was causing too much pressure and not letting my nose heal. If you want your nose pierced, don’t go here, you have a high change of ending up with an infection or just a messed up piercing that won’t heal for months

Nice people but poor aseptic technique. The idea of putting gloves on touching everything in the room and then doing the piercing with the same gloves is very poor technique. You are protecting yourself not the clients. My daughter has a horrible infection. Do not go here!

I’ve gone to Sam many times with questions / over 12+ piercings and he’s nothing but the best! Lisandra is one of the best work employees always making sure if I need anything or any help and this is the best place to get a piercing ! I love it!

They had a lot of variety and I got what I was looking for but the girl who was on staff there was not very helpful.. Idk I was trying to figure out the Gage ring that I brought in with me and she refused to measure it which I understand its used jewelry even though I told her it was clean.... but she wouldnt even guess I asked her if she could guess roughly what it was... and she wouldnt so I guessed and I bought one and I guessed right! She said the difference is with in millimeters so you cant tell by your eye.... I have no experience with this stuff and I guessed right she works there she could have at least taken a guest for me but I dont know whatever

I’ve gotten a total of 6 piercings here and it is the only place I’ll go to for them. Was reading the few negative reviews and they’re either overly entitled complainers or about body rejections that the piercer isn’t in control of. (Didn’t know you could blame that on someone else. My wait time was very quick for my piercing. I ended up getting a nostril and two helix (cartilage) piercings. Sam was very nice and friendly and guided me through a quick and painless experience.

Got my nose pierced the other day, he gave me more options and it was the hoop I originally wanted. Everything was extremely sterile, opened packages up in front of me. Ive had my nose pierced several times and I didn’t even feel it this time, my eyes did not tear. I will 100% go back there for any future piercing!!

Piercer half missed my sweet spot for my septum, and pierced it so high that the balls of my horseshoe are sitting directly inside my nose and squeezing the skin between my nostrils. im mad swollen and it keeps bleeding, i called to see what could be done to fix it and was told they wont remove or change it for me. its balls.

Got a navel piercing here with a friend who got a snakebite. Our piercer was very friendly, professional, quick, and accommodating. I didn’t even feel the needle, there was no blood, and the piercing looks great 👍🏻

This store is alright, nothing extraordinary, pretty much gets the job done. HOWEVER, I wouldnt take any sort of advice on stretching your ears from the people that work there. I came by looking for 7/16 plugs that I could wear in my ears after a fresh stretch up. Not all plugs were available in that size and after measuring a few the girl helping me told me I could just get the 1/2 plugs and put them in my ears and they will stretch them up to a more popular size. Ive had my ears stretched for years and I have done every stretch safely and that is NOT the correct way to do it, nor is it advice you should be giving to customers if you work I a body jewelry shop selling plugs and such for stretched ears. Also the quality is mediocre and the only plugs I could get cost me $25. Meh. Only rating it out of convenience. But I emphasize -- do not listen to the employees for stretching advice unless you want to ruin your ears.

I got my septum and 1st lobes pierced here.They are great with advice and make some of the best suggestions on what would look good for you. I still have many more piercings to do go and I will ALWAYS go back to this location.

The piercer was definitely weird. Super nice dont get me wrong. But wasnt super gental with the sanitizer stuff in my nose, didnt tell me he was gonna stick a tube up the side i was getting pierced, startled me because he said to close my eyes, and got angry that i flinched because i didnt know he was sti king something up my nose. The other people where pretty cool tho.

I went in to get snake bites and the piecer was amazing and friendly. The store is very clean and has everything to properly and safely Pierce someone. Also no piercing guns in sight only sterile needles which is amazing.

They put open air jewelry in your body without using an autoclave and lie about the materials they are putting in your body . I get my information from an ex employee and can back it up being a body modification expert (as i am a licensed artist with extensive training). These people are dangerous and shops like my own fix their mistakes on a regular basis .Save yourself a couple bucks if you want, shops like my own will fix their mistakes...

So I had never been to an actual piercer before but the people at Body Piercing were so knowledgeable about the piercings as well as the after care. If you’re under 18 you will need to bring 2 forums of identification but when it came to actually getting pierced they were supper clean and quick.

Ive gotten all of my piercings and re- piercings here and plan to go back for more. So clean, quick, professional, and unbelievably kind. I highly recommend this place!

I dont want completely bash on them, but I went in to have them stretch out my ears and they blew one of them out. Days later its still bleeding. Ive removed it and am trying to keep it clean but Im worried about infection. I was hoping to avoid this which is why I paid to have a professional do it. Jokes on me. Aside from that everyone was super nice and really helpful.
