I have had a number of piercings done over the years, but my recent piercings from Nick have healed better and faster than any of them. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and great at what he does. My piercings are perfect and even. I cant thank him enough for my piercings!! Highly recommend asking for Nick specifically if you want the best piercing.

Nick was awesome for my nostril and daith piercings today! I had called yesterday with a few questions, and he was more helpful on the phone than several other places I had called. They have a great jewelry selection and very clean piercing room. Very thorough with aftercare instructions as well. I’ll definitely be back for my 2nd nostril piercing after this one heals!

Kaden was so informative for my first piercing experience, and I noticed the impeccable attention to detail for not only the placement, but thorough sanitation!

I needed to get my ear piercings re-opened and decided to go to The Piercing Smiths based on reviews. And I am so glad I did. When I walked in, I was immediately struck by how welcoming Kaden was and the cleanliness of the store. He did a great job and took so much care ensuring a clean prep; the equipment was sterilized. He explained the after care well. Two days later all is good and I am so happy Ill be able to wear earrings again. Thanks Kaden!

I got my ears pierced again after letting them close years ago and Nick was absolutely wonderful. The shop was so clean and they are still taking Covid precautions seriously which I really appreciated. I was a bit nervous but Nick and his apprentice Dan were so reassuring and walked me though the entire process! I would definitely come back for another piercing in the future!

The place is very clean, and Nick is a very good piercer. He was quick and courteous and knows his stuff well.Definitely just ask the price of jewelry beforehand, because it’s super expensive and they won’t tell you if you happen to pick a very pricey one until after it’s already in 🙃

10/10 would recommend. I would get pierced here again without hesitation. I got a conch piercing done by Nick back in December. The shop is extremely clean and Nick was nothing but professional. Scheduling the appointment was easy, even with all the Covid stuff. I filled out the online form and Nick texted me back right away to schedule. He made me feel comfortable every step of the process. I waited a bit to review so I could comment on my piercing as it healed. I haven’t had any issues so far. I have a nickel allergy, and they had a decent selection of titanium jewelry for me to choose from, too.

Got my nostril pierced here about six weeks ago, it was my first facial piercing and it healed beautifully. No problems at all. I usually have a low pain tolerance for piercings, but it didn’t hurt at all. Will be coming here soon to get more!

They were piercing an intoxicated man who talked to me while I was in the waiting room, I quickly left and didn’t return.

My sister and I walked in and got our ears pierced, quick and easy! The piercers were friendly and very informative and walked us through the process the whole time. Definitely recommend!

I had the best experience working with Nick. The shop is super clean and their Covid procedures are air tight. It makes a huge difference working with a piercer who is this passionate about their job. Will definitely be back!

Called(no aptment) walked in same day and got serviced. Piercing guy Nick(?) did a great job .. jewelry kind of low quality and pricey but this goes for most places I suppose. Would come back if I ever needed more piercings!

Got my first piercing (nose stud) a few days ago from Nick and he couldnt have made the process any easier. I would absolutely recommend Nicks services to anyone looking for a piercing!

I went last summer, summer of 2015, to get my industrial pierced. The place was wicked clean and Nick, the one that did my piercing, was extremely nice. I loved the experience overall. The one problem I had was that that top hole for the industrial was done too close to the front of my ear. I didnt realize this at first but the skin in the front part of it started gradually ripping and getting thinner and thinner over the next couple months. One night I had realized that it had completely ripped out. I now have a small slit at the top part of my ear and to be honest, I dont really care, but I did have to pay to get a new piercing for the industrial farther back on my ear at another piercing place, so that sucked, but honestly, I would probably try them again for another piercing because they are clean and their prices are good

Was am a walk in customer from Rochester, called ahead they were positive,polite and they explained everything from the start , great selection of jewelry open space kind people will see them in a few months to swap out my earrings thank u nick and your apprentice sorry I have had forgotten there name but a kind person both on the phone and in person

Tylor is amazing. She has a really calm, peaceful way about her that instantly puts you at ease. In addition, everyone was very diligent about cleanliness and maintaining sterile tools for their work.

Excellent customer satisfaction. A ball came out of my septum piercing and the owner helped me get a new one back on and made sure it was tight. 10/10 would recommend
