This was my first time at Couture Med Spa and what an amazing experience! The professionalism and knowledge that the staff possess, is second to none.They listened, answer all my questions and made me feel my best by the time I left my appointment. The space is welcoming, clean and absolutely beautiful.I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Couture Med Spa and would recommend them to anyone interested in trying the multitude of services they offer.Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back!

I was in Nashua today and decided to stop by. I’ve read a lot about Couture Med Spa and thought I’d book a consultation.Lucky me,Adam greeted me so nicely and took me in to meet Kara & Charlotte. Both extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest.Hard to come by these days.Great facility!They took time to listen to my concerns and advise me accordingly.Strongly recommend!

I had my first visit at couture Med Spa today. This med spa is a clean, beautiful and relaxing space. Adam answered the phone and was extremely informative, nice and patient. I was quickly greeted by Juliana who stayed with me the entire process. She was great, professional and didn’t try to upsell me. My injectables with Charlotte were completely painless and professional. She made me feel beautiful before even creating a treatment plan. I’m looking forward to all my future treatments here!

Couture Med Spa in Nashua NH offers a nice affordable membership and services, welcoming environment. They always have sweet smiles on their faces. My sister and I really love the place, especially our regular provider, Charlotte, who takes care of us.Chloe is awesome with facials. I’ve been to 3 Spa for face facial but haven’t found anyone like Chloe. If you need a good facial, ask for Chloe. I recommend Couture Med Spa in Nashua NH.

Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming!!! Charlotte is very knowledgeable and highly skilled in what she does! Even if you are new to med spa services, the Couture team will make you feel right at home! Highly recommend :D

I’ve visited the Florida locations so when I took a work trip to Nashua I decided to come give this location a try. What an amazing experience! Charlotte the injector was great gave me all the information and made me feel comfortable with my treatment. I’m obsessed with my lip filler and I will definitely be back! 😊

Everyone is very nice over there. I originally went for Botox & filler and ended up signing up for the membership and I’m very happy I did! I really like the results from the fractional laser and look forward to trying the IPL!

I showed up a day early - oops & they were busy, Adam & Charolette couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating! They were able to make it work since I drove 30 minutes away. I had Botox which Charolette has such a gentle touch that I didn’t feel a thing! The entire experience was calm & relaxing with no pressure for any up sale. Super friendly, professional staff, I highly recommend Couture Med Spa.

I am so happy with my experience at Couture Med Spa! As a first time Botox client I did not know what to expect and was shopping around. The girl who does my hair recommended here as her mom and aunt are clients and they rave about it. So off I went to check it out!I was won over during the consultation. I was asked what I wanted to address and was not upsold on anything. I was told I looked great whether or not I chose to get Botox and the team never went beyond me wanting to do this for wrinkle prevention. I was educated throughly on how Botox works and the team was transparent on costs. I felt heard, my needs were addressed, and I felt confident in giving Couture my business. I did not get Botox the day of the consultation but made an appointment for a few days later.Botox day was quick and painless. Once again I wasnt upsold on anything and the procedure was explained to me again. The injections only took a few minutes and was painless (I got it for in between my eyebrows.)I highly recommend Couture Med Spa! The staff here are wicked nice and I felt cared for. I wasnt pressured into anything. I caught a glimpse of a sign at the front desk that said something along the lines of helping enhance your natural beauty and they certainly practice that!

This place is fantastic! The space is beautiful, clean and well designed. I love how warm and friendly the staff is as well as Adam, the owner.I’m excited to share this gem to friends and family and will definitely come back!

I travel about 3 hours to go here once a month everybody is super knowledgeable professional and kind. They fit me in and work with me because of my distance to the place. The owner is top-notch to clients and/or customers. They have advanced skin care options. And when you look good you feel good. I love the fact that they have memberships.

Culture Med Spa has some great deals going on . The people that work there are very personable and do the job well.

From the day we walked in the door, we have had nothing but exemplary service and are so pleased with the results we have seen to date from the laser treatments and injectables we have received. And their options are so much more reasonably priced than other med spas . Charlotte is amazing - so patient with questions, personable, recommends best options and is so talented! I have referred both my mother and sister - if your referring your mother, you have to be really happy!

My first time at Couture and let me tell you I will definitely be back !! From the amazing interior, to personable staff and excellent treatments what’s not to love. I have severe allergies and they are very thorough in making sure I felt safe throughout my time there. If you’re going for skincare make sure to book with Chloe. She was an 11/10 from professionalism to cordiality.

This new med spa is phenomenal. Up to 8 laser treatments, a facial and a B12 shot monthly all for $200 a month for a year and then it goes down to $100 a month. There is also an annual fee in November of $200. But wow one laser treatment aline can cost more than $200.And to top it all off the employees are amazing…. I love this place and feel like I couldn’t afford not to join…

All I can say is wow!!! From the beautiful design of the office, to the friendly staff, and amazing services, I would 10/10 recommend this business. I came here for lip filler and it came out amazing.When I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who all introduced themselves including the owner. I was asked to do some paperwork on the iPad while I chatted with the owner.When I got taken back, I was given a tour of the entire place and the services they offer. When I got into the room, I was given all my options for lip filler and pricing. They were having a buy one get one free special on syringes so I asked the nurse practitioner to examine my face and see where else I could put the filler. She recommended getting it in my cheeks which I had never done before. It super quick and easy! She numbed my lips with the topical AND numbed it with ice on every insertion point in both my cheeks and lips. I have never had this done at any of the other two med spas I have been to and it makes a WORLD of a difference.Now that the swelling has gone down, I can see just how lovely of a job she did. Everything is even and looks perfect! Thank you for providing such great service and I will DEF be back ♥️

From the moment I walked into Couture Med Spa I instantly felt so comfortable. The entire team was so friendly and made me feel at home. The entire spa is beautiful and I was so excited to see that they offer so many services that I am interested in! I received Dysport and got my lips done and I am so happy with the results! Love, love, love this spa! Have been to many over the years, including NYC, and have never seen the results that I have received from Couture Med Spa. Beautiful facility and staff that make me look good and feel very welcoming. I needed a new facility for Botox/fillers and now a satisfied member.

We had a lovely first experience here! Chloe was amazing and gave the best facials! 10/10 recommend booking with her. Kathlyn was very helpful and informative during our tour, visia skin analysis and emsculpt trial. Charlotte was super nice and did a great job with the B12 shots. Looking forward to my next visit!

The atmosphere of this establishment was so relaxing and accommodating. I went for a consultation and felt very at home and welcome. They answered all my questions and concerns. They were able to even fit me in for a facial right then and there and it was so Relaxing !!!! 😍i highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get any services done!!!

Absolutely amazing experience today with lip filler and dysport. The filler was almost pain free (best numbing cream ever). I highly recommend coming here and getting the membership. So worth it! I’m telling everyone about it lol

I went there for the 4 for free and I LOVED it. Kathlyn gave me a tour and she was super sweet & funny. Chloe was the esthetician who gave me the facial, she was so nice and educating me on what the Hydrafacial does which I loved. I also met Adam the owner, he was so friendly. I will definitely be back ! :)

They dilute their Botox.I’ve had Botox before and am well aware of what the results should look like. Not only was mine clearly diluted, and I saw barely any results, but my lash tech has a whole group of people that shared that experience as well. Complete rip off.Do not recommend!

CMS is a beautiful and clean facility. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy with the results of my Botox! The price can’t be beat, I highly recommend!

Went there on 8/4/23 to get filler due to nasalobial folds which made me look 20 years older. They made my folds look like they never existed. Wow! Very happy and the nurse practitioner was awesome!!!!

Everyone is excellent!! The staff are all so happy and sweet! I’ve gotten dysport, a 2 sessions of lip filler, and a facial and every single one of the staff has been helpful , kind and amazing!

CAN. NOT. beat the pricing on any medical spa treatments. I’ve looked and have NEVER found a deal this great. The girls are so so so sweet. It’s a pleasure to walk in to a medical spa where you feel welcomed and see the girls who work there promote a non-judgmental environment. No blank stares, rude attitudes or weird tension as you try to talk to the staff as I’ve experienced in a lot of other spas. I’ve received 2 laser hair treatments on my legs, 1 on my armpits, dysport, hydrofacial, and a B-12 shot. The results after my first laser treatment was mind blowing and even though I was skeptical at first will definitely be completing all number of treatments as medically recommended. I went from having to shave my legs every single day or every day w my dark coarse hair to not shaving for perhaps a week-barely noticing it. That’s TREATMENT #1. Growing up I was bullied a lot for having arm hair or leg hair. As I’ve gotten older I really stopped caring about that part of it but the time commitment is always such a pain. So glad I can cut down that time in my morning routine. For my second treatment I added on armpits. So excited to see what happens there. Hyrdrofacials=must do. It’s relaxing and it leaves your face and pores looking so refreshed. Check them out. It’s definitely worth your time and money and the team there will leave you with such a different smile on your face.

Got to try a B shot & hydrafacial with Kira and Chloe. They were soooo nice & helpful. The best part was no one pressured me to buy anything, they asked what I wanted and were so kind!! Prices are great too!

First time getting filler I love it here! They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed before injecting and go over everything

I obtained a package of 4 items. I was rushed through amd never recd the EMS or B12. Even still I tipped $25. That was Oct. 5th and I have not been back. Nov 7th they reran the $25 and yesterday they ran it again for a 3rd time!!!!

Very informative, and they didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything! Also got a facial and for such a nice price I left with my skin feeling clean and hydrated!
