Luckys Tattoo and Piercing

Had an amazing first earlobe piercing done with Lindsay at the end of June. They spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with what they were doing, the placement of my piercings, and answering my questions no matter how silly they were.I stopped in recently to see if my piercings were ready to be downsized if they needed to be, and Andie fit me into their schedule right on the spot. I was really appreciative of that as its difficult for me to make it to the piercing shop on my own and happened to be in the area that day.The front desk staff is also lovely! Tara was very helpful the entire time.

Amazing experience for a first time tattoo! Walking in, every staff member was warm and welcoming. The place was clean, with really homey decor that puts you at ease as soon as you’re inside. Not your average tattoo shop! My artist was calm and answered every question while walking me through the process. I would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed and positive tattoo experience.

I love my pals at Lucky’s. It’s so rad to have a studio and an artist that you can really collaborate with on your body. I love art. I love people! I tried Luckys Tattoo and Piercing after my boyfriend recommended their services and I was not disappointed! The staff are all very professional and welcoming. They were all knowledgeable on what piercings work best and what options I should look for as a consumer. Alycia did my nipple piercings and they were pleasant beyond belief! They made sure I was comfortable and we were able to hold a conversation throughout the process. I would highly recommend Alycia for anyone looking to get a piercing!!

I got my back dimples done by Andie and she was super amazing !!! On top of the place being spotless and the front desk people being super nice and friendly , I would recommend anyone to go here! I was really nervous and Andie was really patient with me and talked to me the whole way through. 10/10 experience. I will definitely will be going back! You won’t regret coming here.

The service at Lucky’s is phenomenal! Over the past year, I’ve gotten my septum and conch piercing and the piercer both times was super kind and professional! I will say, the jewelry is on the pricier side, however this being said, they have a really cute selection and both of my piercings have healed really fast/thoroughly. Would recommend for anyone willing to pay $$ for quality piercings. I got a tattoo at the studio (artist no longer in shop) in 2018 and it’s healed very well :) It’s a super clean and cute shop, and they’re very LGBTQ friendly. Great part of the Northampton community!!

If you are getting a piercing/tattoo, this is the best place! I’ve gotten no less than 10 piercings from Luckys over the years. While expensive, I’ve never had one get infected.Patrick is a fantastic manager/artist & Lindsay is my favorite piercer - this is my favorite place to go!♥️

Had a wonderful experience here, I came in for industrial unfortunately I don’t have the right anatomy but two different piercers worked together to create something equally cool! I really appreciate piercers who are honest & don’t try to do something they have doubts about. I also appreciate the thoroughness of the after care information, and how welcoming the staff were. Was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had, very welcoming & inclusive, chill & clean. I don’t know a lot about piercings but the staff were clearly very knowledgeable and made sure I was very comfortable & explained everything to me. I had no idea how important it is to start with a larger back and then downsize for safety reasons, no piercer ever did this for me before so they clearly care about your safety and comfort here.

This place is great! Took my teens here who really wanted their ears pieced and everyone was so kind and lovely. The jewelry selection is the best around and such high quality. 10/10.

Just me adding another 5 star review to a fantastic place. I got an eyebrow piercing done today by Lindsay. This was my third time getting this piercing after other shops did the previous ones. Rejection concerns were talked about. Lindsay made it quick and nearly painless. Fantastic 10/10 Ill be back for more

I got my first tattoo here. Now that I have seen other artists I understand how bad of a job was done here. I wasn’t shown any sort of stencil or anything til I got there it was much bigger than asked for and many other details didn’t fit. The colors are not right and not what I asked for, I have neon orange patches on me when they were supposed to be ginger patches on a cat 🥲Beyond all the quality control issues the person who tattooed me (Ian Manley) was very rude and made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. When asked how I was doing while applying the stencil I responded that I was doing well and went on to continue the conversation- a few seconds later he says “yeah man we’re gonna have plenty of time to talk during the tattoo I’m gonna need you to chill out”????? You just asked me how my day was and I’m answering you? . That was the end of the conversation and I should’ve walked out then and there.I’m glad I was able to push through this bad experience and go on to get other tattoos w artists who made me feel welcome and comfortable which would have been great during my first session. Lesson learned.

This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had getting a piercing! The piercer I had (Alycia) was super knowledgeable and did a great job making sure I liked the placement. They paid great attention to detail! It was a super clean environment, and everybody else that works there was super helpful and awesome. Can’t wait to go back for more piercings.

I had my helix/cartilage piercing done and I had an amazing, easy, enjoyable experience. I had Alycia for my piercing, and they were great in talking me through the steps and making sure the piercing went smoothly. Luckys has a great quality jewelry selection, where you can likely find prices in your budget. Overall, I had a great experience, very nice workers and swift process that made my first piercing here a breeze :) I definitely recommend to first timers getting a piercing, youll be taken care of.

I have been to Lucky’s multiple times. I have recently gotten a tattoo and my nose pierced. The staff is incredibly helpful and awesome. Ian did my tattoo and it’s beautiful. The detail is incredible and I have gotten so many compliments. Alycia did my nose piercing and she talked me through the whole thing and it was quick and painless. I have quite a few tattoos and this is by far the best shop I’ve been to. Everyone that works there is super friendly. Today I got my second tattoo from Charles and I can’t say enough good things about him. Not only did this man give me directions on where to park and let me use his phone charger, but he was also super understanding when I wanted to change my original design after he had already sketched it on my back. 10/10 would recommend

This place is hands down the best! From each individual to the atmosphere and beyond. Ive had 8 piercings done in 4 months and they have always been helpful with the jewelry shopping, payment options, and the piercings themselves. Cannot recommend enough!!

They dont tell you in the email that if you are under 18+ you need the birth certificate and if the parents last name is different on the birth certificate than the parents id you need garage papers if you dont have them and are divorced they do nothing about you. Im never going back. I never had to go through the struggle. I did my peirceing there about 2 years ago and had to only show our ids, this is ridiculous seeing how I live an hour away.

I have multiple tattoos by different artists at luckys, and theyre all amazing! Its really nice knowing that if Im looking for a new style, I dont have to look far for a talented artist whos professional, clean, and kind. Patrick and Charles were awesome to work with in the past!My newest firey skelleton is done by Brynn Walker and its absolutely incredible. They were great, and Id totally recommend getting tattooed by them!

Such a great experience! I got my eyebrow pierced by Max and they were so sweet and helpful. The people at the front desk were also so kind and answered all of my questions. They had snacks and water available and the whole place was so cozy and clean. I totally recommend going here especially if this is your first piercing!

I got my septum pierced by Andie. I was quite nervous going into my appointment, but everyone I interacted with was so genuine and sweet. Andie immediately made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. The piercing came out amazing and I’m so grateful for everyone at Luckys. You show up 5 mins late for your appt, and they will not see you. You show up on time for your appt, and you will wait 40 mins to be seen. Otherwise, nice people and excellent, professional, and clean work!

First and foremost, the place is clean and fully of friendly, caring people. Everyone there is helpful, from booking your appointment, describing what you want, picking your jewelry, getting your work done, and paying. Pricing is clear from the start, never a surprise.In December, I went to Charles for three small tattoos. They were all map outlines, so although he didnt get to show his creativity and style, the tattoos are amazing. The lines are extremely crisp. He was very patient as I was indecisive about the placing of the one on my leg. I look forward to return to Luckys again for more tattoos.In June, and then again this week I went to Alycia for piercings. She did my daith in June. I was very nervous, they walked me through every step, described everything that would happen and was happening. Since I had such a good experience with her, I specifically requested her for my nose this time. Again, they walked me through every step to ease nerves. Sometimes body modification is an emotional and personal experience, and I this particular time I felt so seen by Alycia. They clearly love their work and care for their clients. This speaks to Alycia, and also the entire environment at Luckys.

All of my piercings experiences at Lucky’s have been exceptional! Most recently, I had two ear piercings done by Lindsay: she was incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough. She took a lot of time making sure I liked the placement of the pieces and talked me through each step of the process. She also gave me some pointers on how to help accelerate the healing of an older piercing. I highly recommend Lindsay (and Lucky’s in general) for anyone looking to get pierced!

I just went in to Lucky’s to buy a simple nose ring. I was met with rude and pretentious staff - I am very familiar with my own anatomy and what I want, I was told that the size I wanted would not fit and would be “too snug” after I told them I wanted a snug piercing that touched the skin of my nose. They made me wait for a piercer to come down and size me and they gave me the wrong size (way bigger than I asked for) and the person finishing me at the register was very pretentious and kept telling me “no returns” probably 5 times. I would understand if this was a new piercing but I have had my nose pierced for 8 years (I know what size I need) Please listen to customers when they tell you what they want to purchase for their bodies, don’t shame or make them feel wrong. You have a no return policy, stop acting like it’s on you if the piercing doesn’t fit. Way overpriced ($55 for a gold nose hoop) I recommend Etsy or anywhere else to buy your jewelry. This ring. I would like to return.

Where to begin...we had a most amazingly positive experience, start to finish, today.My pre-teen had her lobes pierced elsewhere (out of state over a week ago) and was healing well till last night. She needed to have the post and back changed out, and the staff at Luckys were so accommodating and kind, fitting us in last minute for an assessment on a busy Saturday since going to the original piercer wasnt possible. Lindsay helped my daughter feel at ease with the process and was so reassuring and kind as she worked with her. She was absolutely amazing! Every single staff member we interacted with was welcoming, helpful, friendly, and extremely professional both in person and on the phone. Based on our experience this afternoon, I would 100% go back to Luckys for any future piercings.

I had an amazing first tattoo experience with Cass at Luckys. The booking was straight forward, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was a really positive time overall. Cass was thoughtful and kind when it came to the fact it was my first tattoo and also had some amazing art that they were able to make changes to so that it was exactly what I wanted. I would totally recommend Luckys to anyone looking for quality art!

I came to Luckys after visiting another parlor that couldnt perform a piercing until later in the summer. I am so glad I found Luckys. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Alycia did my ear piercings and was so thorough, informative, and used sterile procedure. I felt totally at ease. Im already thinking I would like further ear piercings in the future. A great, great experience!

My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced and they were absolutely excellent (and patient!) with her! Clean, welcoming, professional, definitely recommend.

I got my septum pierced by Alycia, and they were wonderful! They talked me through the entire process and made sure everything was done correctly, as well as making sure I was okay to leave without passing out. And the people who checked me in and out were just so welcoming and friendly. I felt very safe and Im very happy with the end result! Highly recommend!

Got my nostril and medusa piercing done, and I cannot recommend the shop, the piercer, and the quality of the jewelry high enough. Alycia made me feel comfortable through the entire process while explaining each and every step, joked around with me and gave me some pretty incredible piercings. They’ve given me no pain or irritation since I’ve gotten them and I am sure the expertise of luckys has a big part to play in how well these were done!!

I love Luckys. Ive gone here for a couple of tattoos before and now went for a conch piercing. The whole process was super-easy from scheduling the appointment to checking out. Lindsay, my piercer, was very thorough with her explanation of what she was doing and what my aftercare would be. She also made me feel very at ease. Definitely recommend!

I tried out Luckys because it was the closest APP studio nearby and my piercer from Florida recommended it, but I dont think its for me. Overall the place was nice and clean. It was a little intimidating when I first walked in and it took a while for someone to help me out. I was able to find the jewelry I wanted pretty quickly. I booked an appointment at 1 pm and apparently so did 3 other people for the same piercer so nothing happened until around 1:30. My piercer was great, very informative and made sure the placement was perfect. I know that piercings are a luxury but to book an appointment a deposit is required, mine coming out to be $45, and then for one lobe piercing and a downsize for another came out to be another $45. $90, not including tip, definitely seems pricey for 1 piercing and 1 jewelry change, compared to other piercers Ive been to. The jewelry is great quality and its obvious the piercers know what they are doing but between the wait time, price, and a missing personal touch to the experience I dont think Id go back.

Wow. Luckys is an incredible place to get your tattoos and piercings done. The atmosphere has a chill vibe, and the staff is outstanding. Over the past 6 years, Ive always been taken care of with respect and kindness. I feel welcome and heard while being attended. I am more than grateful for them. Their staff is just as impeccable as their jewelry, tattoo, and piercing quality.  Please, treat yourself by going to them; you wont regret it.

Came on a busy Friday for a new piercing appt. Even though it was busy I never felt rushed or pressured at all. The individual that helped me pick jewelry was awesome and super helpful! Lindsay ended up doing my piercings and she was equally as great. Talked me through the entire process and let me know what the expect. And Ive had zero discomfort in the days after at my piercing sites as well. Definitely appreciated the great experience and will be back if I ever need anything else!

I adore everything about Luckys! Ive been there for a few piercings and the quality is great. Their jewelry selections is gorgeous. Everyone who works there is phenomenal. I intend to get more piercings and hopefully a tattoo there. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.The cost feels a little high to me, though I dont really pay attention to what the going rate is. But I feel its worth it for the relief in knowing they are taking their time to do it all well. And again, everyone who works there is a mensch.

I got my bridge pierced here about a week ago. My piercer was Andie, I could not have been happier. If anyone had to shove a needle between my eyes, Im glad it was her. She was super knowledgeable, she kept me in the loop every step of the way, but also talked to me like we were old friends. It was very cool. Normally when I go to shops like this everyone is too cool to be cool to you, you know? Not one person I spoke to here was like that. Everyone was so welcoming and genuine. Also there were snacks upstairs and I got some frosted animal cookies. 10/10- I will be darkening their doorstep again soon.

Luckys is the only place I trust to do my piercings. Theyre voted Best in the Valley for a reason! The staff is fantastic, amazing jewelry selection, and its clean inside. Plus, the fishtank upstairs is dope.

Got some piercings there 2 days ago and I loved it! I had a good time, the front desk staff were thorough and polite and friendly, made sure to explain everything and costs and such. Was pierced by guest piercer Steph and they were great! Made sure to explain to me whats going on and healing process. I felt very comfortable there and I felt like I was in good hands. Ill Def be back in the future! :)

Just wanted to give a little public shoutout and love to Max who pierced my bridge at the beginning of October. I’m a bit of a klutz so I was ready for the healing period to be a real process, but it was truly so easy and nothing of note. Any questions I did have Max was quick and eager to answer as well! I just got my jewelry downsized today, the process was quick, painless, and I immediately got compliments. I’ll be seeing Max for all my piercings going forward and will totally be recommending them to all my friends, family, and clients as well!

I went to get a piercing done that unfortunately did not work with my anatomy. However, the staff were very honest with me and gave me a large amount of options in terms of a different piercing or refund. They were very professional and supportive and it was an amazing experience. I was very sad I wasn’t able to get my piercing done that day but if I need anything ever again I’ll definitely go to Lucky’s!

Ive never had piercing before so Luckys was my first experience with piercing/tattoo shops ever, and I cant say I was disappointed at all! My piercer, Alycia, was incredibly nice and she was very thorough in making sure I liked the placement of my piercings, letting me know exactly what she was doing or about to do, and overall made the experience much less nerve-wracking. This kindness was shown by every employee in the shop as well, such as the person who checked me in and the person who checked me out. I will say though the earrings they had available were a little bit pricey, and the total came out to be a bit more than I expected. But I would rather pay more for a clean, sterile and friendly environment than go cheap and risk an infection or something going wrong. Overall I highly recommend!!

Oh, if could give Andie and staff more stars I would. Everyone was friendly and attentive-until it was time to begin. Andie had to attempt to re-install my Prince Albert jewelry because Id left it out too long. Andie saved the day, and couldn’t have been better or more open transparently as to the way it had went from a clinical/experience angle was reassuring as well. They even had a pair of ipods Id left behind ready in a box when I came back. yup high end customer service, bedside manner, and skill/experience? check check check. (i think they are hella cool, can you tell?) lol

Andie did a great job piercing my navel and my sisters ear. First, we had a really good experience picking out our jewelry that we were going to use. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find the style we wanted and in a good price range. Andie gave her professional opinion on how my sisters ear piecing should be placed which we appreciated. She informed us on the process of the piercing and some good tips for aftercare. I was nervous and excited for my navel piercing but she made me feel like I was in safe hands because I was! I always recommend Luckys if people are looking for any new piercings or tattoos. They are extremely professional, friendly, and clean!

I was even able to let my friend accompany me during the procedure, which I’m so grateful for since I’m not that great with piercings. What a great experience there! Ive had piercings before but I needed a new place to go due to my other piercer moving. This was a recommendation from a friend and Im really glad she mentioned Luckys. I had Andie do my helix piercing. What a calm, understanding, and lovely person! I got that vibe from the entire store when I was picking out jewelry - everyone was helpful. If youre looking for a more personal experience rather than assembly line, this is the place to go. I would imagine they make everyone feel as safe and as special as they did for me.

Everyone is so nice - Ive worked with Andie, Alycia, and Lindsay, and they are all genuinely wonderful. They take a lot of time to discuss proper aftercare and advice, and all my piercings have been healing beautifully. Everyone in front of house is so sweet, too. They help me pick out the perfect jewelry and are always just as excited as me when I come downstairs to check out. I always feel listened to when I have questions, and am so happy with the way that my ears have been evolving! Luckys is absolutely worth the price, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a piercing. I also genuinely appreciate their masking requirements; it makes me feel extra safe when I walk inside.

My partner and I went to get piercings from Lindsay last week and we couldnt have had a better experience. It turns out neither of us had quite the right anatomy for our desired piercings (a rook and an open-ring septum), but Lindsay (after breaking the news to us incredibly kindly) brainstormed and worked with both of us to create a double-piercing faux snug and a closed-ring septum. She was so kind and reassuring, never making us feel pressured to get something we didnt actually want, and made us both feel awesome with the piercings we ended up getting -- I think my partner even likes this piercing better than her originally planned rook! It was an incredibly unique experience to work with a piercer to make sure our piercings were 100% us, and it was so fun to have Lindsay celebrate the successful piercings just as much as we did. We are still talking about how much fun we had and how grateful we are for Lindsays care and work to make sure we left happy, and we cant wait to see her again when we come in to downsize in a couple months! (And as always -- the front desk staff were an absolute delight! Thank you for your care and knowledge, and for always being so excited to see and celebrate peoples new piercings!!!)

Brought my 10 year old daughter in for her earlobes, her very first piercings!This place is incredible. Care and respect abound, Lyndsay took care of her and took care of her is literal. So safe, patient and welcoming!While we were there, I asked if my rook piercing that I took out several years ago could be redone. Lyndsay accommodated and my daughter and I left extremely happy, full of smiles.Plus, their sterile saline is the cheapest you can find for the best brand. Truly remarkable. If you feel some type of way about their pricing, trust me, you absolutely get what you pay for. This place is the real deal.Were lucky for Luckys!

I was just at Luckys for my second set of earlobe piercings. The overall experience was fantastic, I loved my piercer Alycia- they made me feel super comfortable and were very clear about the entire process. However, I was surprised at the cost of purchasing a pair of studs upon arriving at the store, since I had brought my own earrings (I completely understand why these werent usable due to health standards) and had prepaid for the piercing service. According to the website, the small star studs I selected are listed as $25 apiece. However, I was charged a total of $95 for the pair of studs I had to purchase, including the backings which are priced separately at around $20 apiece. If you are looking for a clean, safe environment for piercing services, Luckys is great! But if youre a college student like me, just be aware of the hidden cost before booking anything, especially for a more simple procedure like a set of earlobes.

Going to Luckys is a wonderful experience. The person who helped me pick out jewelry was beyond patient as I deliberated endlessly. Then Lindsay really took the extra time with me to ensure the hole was actually closed before re-piercing my ear and to explain everything she was doing step by step before she did it. I felt very safe and cared for and have much more confidence in this piercing healing well than I have had in the past.

Lucky’s was very professional, positive, and supportive. They explained all the steps, were very accommodating, and I had a smooth experience. The staff are nice! It was more expensive than I thought it would be, as you make an online deposit first that does not include the piercings, but the price makes sense for the high quality service and products. Great company!

I have been stabbed and tatted here and I have to say I have never felt more comfortable. Not only did I have a great experience, but I never healed quite as good before!! I get so many compliments on my work and I have made another appointment with Kristen Whiteley for this Feb! I’m counting down the days :)

Saw Alysha earlier today & she did a great job! Paid $80 for this, $70 was paid with the deposit i put down. Lucky’s is very clean and everyone is really friendly. It only took about 20 minutes but I was comfortable and she was gentle. This was my 4th tattoo so I knew what to expect. I definitely recommend looking at Lucky’s instagrams and the artists instagrams. I recommend this place as well.

AMAZING!!! I love the way the shop is set up, super artsy and just a really comfortable vibe right when you walk in. Max took care of me up front and was super friendly and accommodating in my request for black jewelry for my piercings. Maggie did my piercing and was awesome!! The conversation flowed super easily, they made me very comfortable and were very vocal in every step of the process so I wasn’t caught off guard during any part of it. I just moved here a few months ago and I have (now) 11 piercings and this is the best place I’ve ever been pierced! I will for sure be back if I decide to get more 😊

I’ve been to Lucky’s three times and had amazing experiences every single time. the staff is so incredibly kind, caring, and inclusive, they explain every process to you step by step, the prices are so incredibly reasonable, especially for the amazing work they do, i absolutely love going there and promise i’ll go there for every piercing from now on. lindsay did my tongue piercing, was incredibly kind and thoughtful especially after i mentioned that the shop down the street couldn’t do my tongue. andie changed out my tongue piercing, love their vibe so so much, and alycia did my septum yesterday! everything healed/is healing so well, the place is always so nice and clean and they have little snackies and fidgets to use while you’re waiting, the environment there just makes me feel so incredibly comfortable. love you lucky’s!! will def see you soon

Me and my friend we greeted quickly as soon as we entered the shop. We took note of how clean it was and how nice the staff were. Everyone was friendly and helpful, my friend was able to fill out her waver via QR code easy-peasy. Jewelry shopping was a BLAST and they have some many elegant designs and styles. After a bit of a wait (I believe they may have been running a little behind which was no problem) We had an appointment together with Alycia, she took her time with us, was informative and made sure our piercings were done perfectly. She was so fun to work with and made us both feel comfortable through the process.These photos below were just hours after being pierced and they are phenomenal!!!

The staff here are polite, professional and extremely courteous. They make you feel very comfortable. I had my nose repierced here and recently had my daughters ear pieced. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I was a nervous for my first piercing but they were amazing! The people at the jewelry counter were helpful and the person in training asked an associate if they didn’t know something which was reassuring. I got my nostril pierced and a piece of jewelry and the saline they have, pre tip it was $145.94. Pricey? Yes. Worth the safety and precautions and quality piercing and jewelry? Also yes.

I have gone to Lucky’s for all of my piercings. This most recent time I had Andie do them and she was so knowledgeable, kind, comforting and just overall great!! I’ve gotten some done by Alycia and she has also always been wonderful! Such an awesome place to go to!

I’ve now had 4 piercings done at Lucky’s, my second lobes, a cartilage, and most recently my conch. Planning an appointment was so easy! The staff is always so friendly and supportive, and they went the extra mile to help me pick out jewelry after the stud I was interested in wasn’t available in the store! The piercer was polite and calm, talking through the process and checking in after each step to make sure I was okay. They even ended up putting a longer post on than normal due to the quick swelling of my ear to make sure I wouldn’t have any risk of future issues. Lucky’s is a dependable, clean, and calming place that I know I can go to for any need!

Luckys is well known/highly recommended for a reason. Making an appointment was really simple and you fill out waivers online so you dont have to do it in person. Staff are super helpful when picking out jewelry and were really patient when I had trouble deciding.You can tell that ongoing informed consent is central to this business. Throughout the entire process the person piercing my ear would explain all the details of the next step and wait for me to understand and verbally consent. They also took their time getting the placement perfect which I appreciated! To top it off the piercing was really smooth and easy and I love the earrings I bought from them.The entire process was really positive, I felt seen and respected every step of the way. I really wish anyone doing any kind of body work would take a page from their book!

Ive got three separate piercings at Luckys over the last few years and each time the overall experience has been excellent. The counter staff, Carter in particular, has been so helpful with everything from selecting jewelry to calming my nerves before a piercing.Ive gone to Andie twice now, once for nostril and once for septum piercing. She was so kind, professional and collaborative during each session. She really took the time to pick the perfect placement for each piercing and eased my nerves the whole time.I hiiighly recommend both long time and first time clients going to Andie for a piercing and hopefully youre also lucky enough to get Carter behind the counter during your visit to!

Everything from scheduling an appointment to getting pierced was phenomenal! I got constant reminders of my appointment. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They were knowledgeable and helped calm my nerves. My piercer, Alycia was kind and patient. She explained the piercing process to me first and then talked me through it another time as she did the piercings. She was helpful and caring when I felt lightheaded afterwards, and made sure I felt okay to listen to aftercare before telling me instructions. I have been to Lucky’s for 6 recent piercings and a tattoo. I’ve been pierced by Alycia, Lindsay, and Andie, and tattooed by Kristen. Every single experience at this shop has left me feeling so over the moon!! Not only is the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable, but all the folks who work there are incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. My tattoo was matching with a friend over the summer and was such a fun, exciting, lovely experience with Kristen who was one of the kindest tattoo artists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I had my earlobes pierced by Alycia, double nostril piercings by Lindsay, and double eyebrows by Andie, all of which were speedy, careful, and fun! With every piercing and tattoo I felt that each artist had a remarkably high level of care for my experience and really took the time to ensure I was comfortable and happy with whatever I was getting. They make you feel very comfortable and you can tell they love what they do. They will help you pick out jewelry and always give you pricing ahead of time, and they will help you decide on piercing locations if you would like assistance with it.

Ive been coming to Luckys periodically for piercings and a tattoo over the last ten years or so. I have never been less than 100% impressed and satisfied. Everyone here from the desk staff, to the piercers, to the tattoo artists are extremely professional and kind. Their selection of jewelry is very high quality and they carry unique pieces that are totally worth the money. Ive had jewelry in my ears from Luckys for many years. Went a couple of days ago I went in to look for jewelry and was helped by Max. They were incredibly friendly, eager to help, and gave great advice. Since I am indecisive, I decided to come back today. Not only was Max there to talk to me about pieces again but Britney came to help me and showed me the same genuine interest. I went in to get my nipples repierced and Lyndsey was the one who took care of me. Her sweet voice made me very calm and in no time I was pierced. I thought it was going to be painful and it wasn’t. I totally recommend her if anybody is looking to pierce that part of the body.

Luckys is by far the best piercing shop in Pioneer Valley. The staff were so patient, polite, and genuinely nice. Ive gotten pierced here twice now, and they made what may be an alarming experience for some very calming, and their instructions for aftercare allowed my piercing to heal perfectly!

If you are looking for affordable starter jewelry for a piercing, Lucky’s is unfortunately not the place. While the jewelry they have is beautiful, it is not ideal starter jewelry. For my second lobes, I had to pay over $100 for small, cubic zirconia studs. I also got a cartilage piercing. The experience at the store was good. Everybody is kind and professional, and they seem to do an alright job when it comes to sanitizing. However, it’s been almost 2 years and my lobes just recently fully healed about a month or so ago. My cartilage took about 1 year and a half to be able to switch out. I took proper care of the piercings, but they just wouldn’t heal. I got harder-to-heal piercings after coming to Lucky’s elsewhere and they healed just fine, even quicker than these did. Maybe it’s my own sensitivity to the jewelry they have, maybe it was the piercer. From other’s I’ve talked to that have gone to Lucky’s, their piercings never healed correctly either and they say never again. I would not recommend Lucky’s for piercings. As for tattoos, I have yet to receive one but I hope to some day. The artists they have are so extremely talented and they have the friendliest of staff there. Their outstanding customer service is what bumped this review up to 3 stars.

Everyone at Luckys was truly wonderful. They were so friendly and really helpful in picking out jewelry and walking me through what my options were. This was my first piercing (lobes) and Alycia made me feel very at ease. I am so happy with the experience and the piercing!Also their Covid procedures were really thorough, having customers double mask at the door if they werent already, and allowing for plenty of space between customers while waiting/browsing.

I’ve had several piercings done at Lucky’s and always had great experience. My most recent visit was in Dec. 2020. I was nervous with being in the middle of COVID but needed to get a healed piercing downsized. They had full precautions in place. It was very clean, efficient and professional. There was only one other customer and the staff ensured plenty of distance. My piercer was masked and wearing gloves throughout. I was very happy with my visit and ended up feeling that they went above and beyond to keep things safe.

I’ve been to Lucky’s several times for piercings + tattoos over the last several years and have never been disappointed! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind and professional. The Main St studio is clean and (for lack of better words) has really great vibes. I no longer live in the area and still make the trip for tattoos, piercings + jewelry shopping. If you’re contemplating, this is definitely the place to go!

Luckys is a fantastic place to go for piercings! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This place is a very safe area for members of the LGBTQIA+ community along with any gender non-conforming individuals. I especially enjoyed my time with my piercer Andie who was very kind and knowledgeable.Andie changed her gloves no less than 3 times during my piercing which gave me the upmost confidence in Luckys sanitary standards. She opened all new tools/needles in front of me which showed that they were indeed fresh. At no point did I believe that the environment was anything but sterile (and this is coming from a microbiologist!).I also greatly appreciated her ability to say no to a client. During my tongue piercing I wanted to inquire about the possibility of also getting a smiley piercing later down the line. Andie took a good look at my frenulum and informed me that I would not be the ideal candidate for this piercing due to my anatomy. She explained to me the reasons why and I agreed with her that this piercing would not be for me. A less reputable piercer would undoubtedly try to give me this piercing not knowing any better which would likely cause me extensive gum damage and unnecessary pain.Lastly, I was very happy that Andie checked my tongue anatomy before piercing me. The tongue has two large blue veins which supply blood to the two primary muscles of the tongue. By double checking to ensure that my tongue veins were not in the way, Andie prevented unnecessary bleeding and reduced my chances of infection. Although this may seem like a minor point, I have unfortunately heard horror stories from friends about piercers not carefully checking anatomy, thus leading to everything from piercing rejection to (in rare cases) hospitalization.Overall, Luckys is a fantastic place. It is welcoming, open minded, sanitary, and extremely competent! I would highly recommend anybody looking to get pierced to go to Luckys. Although I only spent time with the fabulous Andie, I am positive that all their other piercers are just as caring, efficient, and qualified!

While searching for piercings shops near me, this shop came up multiple times. After checking out their website, I absolutely loved the way they approached all piercings and decided to book an appointment for a long awaited industrial piercing. I was surprised to see that I could choose almost any time I wanted, even the next day. I selected my appointment time a week in advance and was immediately sent a confirmation email and reminder to complete all necessary forms online. They sent me confirmation emails that the forms went through and three days in advance sent me a reminder email for my piercing. It was really great to receive all of these reminders and confirmations leading up to the appointment. When I arrived, I rang their bell and was let in by a wonderful woman who was excited to get me going. She was clearly very passionate about her work and I signed in, checked for filled forms, and selected my jewelry all in a matter of minutes. Then I was ushered upstairs to the piercing section, which was spacious and contained two beautiful couches for me to wait on. I was almost instantly greeted by my piercer, Alycia who talked me through the piercing process, did a little anatomy check to make sure an industrial was right for me, and went to go sterilize my jewelry. The piercing room itself was playing relaxing music and Alycia while finishing her set up, talked to me about my interests and hobbies, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She talked me through everything from start to finish and her time marking out the piercing. I had told her a few minutes earlier that I enjoyed slightly unique placements of piercings, and she suggested that we move the industrial slightly up so it would now be at an angle for a more unique piercing location. She marked it out clearly and after my approval we began piercing. Like before, she talked me through each step and was so supportive saying things like youve got this and youre a trooper. It was honestly very little pain (even less than my double helix I had pierced elsewhere) and she was so kind and nurturing. The end result turned out even better than I ever could have imagined, Im obsessed with the piercing and so far the healing process has been the easiest Ive ever had.All in all the piercing from the time I entered the shop to the time I left took 40 minutes, everyone in the shop and the environment was so kind and welcoming, I was smiling and/or laughing pretty much the whole time. Checking out was quick and effective, Alycia came down with me while another associate checked me out. I was able to add gratuity to the card. Definitely my favorite piercing shop Ive ever been to (and Ive been to many). I struggle with anxiety during piercings or changes, even if I want them and can get lightheaded or panicky during or after a piercing but this is the first shop I felt comfortable from start to finish. If I am ever in the area again this is my go to shop! You guys are the best!

I got two piercings (Conch and Forward Helix) done at Luckys yesterday. The staff was very professional, and Lindsey who completed the piercings was Excellent! She spent time marking out the location of my piercing, and the cartilage piercings themselves were very quick and less painful than I remember. I will definitely be going back.

Every time Ive been there and trying to pick out jewelry, theyre always attentive and just overall sweet people. Ive been pierced by multiple people there, and every experience has been perfect. The piercers are very professional, their rooms are extremely clean, and they communicate with you through the piercing process, even on those free piercing days when its totally nuts there. I love their jewelry selection also. Its a lot of expensive pieces, but theyre all great quality and worth the price. I recommend them to everyone who asks where I got my piercings.

This is by far my favorite place to go for piercings in Western mass! Most recently I went there to get the backing on an eight week old piercing shortened. The two staff members I met with, Andie and Carter, were super friendly and professional. I was out of there in no time, and had a blast. The piercing itself was smooth and honestly pretty painless. I had an amazing experience at Luckys. Im generally scared of needles, but the staff was so friendly and they put me completely at ease. They were also very Covid safe. I got a helix piercing, which was only my third piercing (I have my first lobe piercings). I absolutely love it! The piercing barely hurt, and it wasnt that sore after. I would definitely go back to Luckys, and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting a piercing.

I just went to Luckys for the first time and I had the BEST experience! To begin, I had scheduled an appointment to get my nostril pierced. They called me almost a week ahead of the appointment and told me that they unfortunately couldnt do any under the mask piercings for now due to Covid. But they offered to do another piercing for me, so I went with a helix piercing. The people who work here are so friendly, professional, and they really take Covid seriously (a HUGE bonus, in my opinion). Andie was my piercer and I will definitely be going back to her for my next piercing. She was very efficient and careful, and took the time to explain everything to me before she did anything. She was the first person holding a needle who was able calm my fear of needles! I was also greeted and cashed out by the most lovely individual (their name escapes me now, but they helped me pick out the bee jewelry and they were so personable and wonderful to talk to)! I walked into Luckys feeling uneasy, but by the time I left I was so happy. I will absolutely be going back for more piercings!

So my daughter wanted her belly pierced for the longest, I finally caved in and let her do it and boy was I satisfied with the service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. So we weren’t pressured into getting anything expensive if we didn’t want but we were showed all types of jewelry and the staff was magnificent. Andy which is the tech who did my daughter’s piercing explained everything in detail and made sure that we were sure we wanted to move forward before they started. All of the staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. They made me feel extremely comfortable, even though I was nervous. The space and procedure was extremely clean, and quick. I’ve been to Lucky’s a handful of times and have always had the same amazing experiences! Very clean studio, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. This last time I went was for a daith piercing with Lindsay. She was wonderful and made the process so easy and painless! I highly recommended Lucky’s!!

I absolutely love this place, Alycia was absolutely amazing. I brought in a friend who wanted his eyebrow pierced and he was very pleased with his experience. I went in maybe 3 weeks ago to get my philtrum pierced and Alycia was very gentle and very friendly! Even the front desk people were helpful, very welcoming. They have a wide arrange of jewelry to choose from that you can buy/choose to get pierced with. It’s pricy but everything is super high quality. Can’t wait to go back again for my next piercing!

I never write reviews, but I have to for Luckys. Some of the friendliest, most accommodating people Ive met. Not only is their Noho studio absolutely gorgeous (the art!!), everyone there is super sweet, and their jewelry range is phenomenal. I got a double helix done and it couldnt have been easier. Alycia was my piercer and they did an amazing job! The space is incredibly clean, too, and being double masked, I felt very safe. I came here on the recommendation of friends and couldnt be more pleased. If youre thinking about going here... do it.

I visited Luckys for the third time one week ago. I have gotten my rook and second lobes pierced there before, but my most recent visit was for my conch. I was highly impressed by how professional, welcoming and kind the staff were toward me. Alycia was my piercer and she was great! She talked me throughout the whole process while being professional. We also engaged in conversation throughout the process; she was kind and respectful. Overall, my visit was quick and efficient. The staff also followed all COVID guidelines to a T. If you are unsure about visiting Luckys during this pandemic, you need not worry. The staff have you sanitize your hands upon entrance, as well as provide a second mask if you are not double masking. The room I was pierced in was also very hygienic and clean. I love Luckys and will definitely be returning in the future!P.S. Ask for Alycia as your piercer! She is amazing!

My artist was so friendly and caring through out the entire process. This was only my second tattoo and she walked me through every step, making me feel comfortable and was amazing even when I squirmed around at the ticklish part. She gave me such a positive experience for which I am very grateful because my first tattoo at a different studio was not a good one.I love my piece and I will be back again!

My experiences with Lars, Clinton, and Heather were always professional and friendly. They all will walk you through the whole process including aftercare. Everything is clean and sterile! Range of jewelry selections is large and They will custom order pieces if you dont see it. Also shout out to the front desk team for assisting with sending in my jewelry to BVLA to repair for free. Andie was my piercer and provided supremely satisfying service. She was transparent about every part of the procedure, clearly communicating what was about to take place and how/why it was being done. She had a very bright demeanor that immediately puts one at ease and the procedure was done professionally and very smoothly. You get tattooed in individual rooms which was nice. I really appreciated the level of care they gave to Covid measures, too. Likely to be back :)

Have been pierced at Luckys twice and both experiences were great. The shop has a very good atmosphere and the people there have been professional, kind and all around seem excited to help people express themselves. To keep it short and sweet its a wonderful shop full of wonderful people.

It was amazing! They fully explained everything and I felt truly cared for! They dont have a wide range of industrial jewelry sadly so if you have a spefic taste for something be prepared that they might not have it! Brought my 12 yo daughter for a mid helix piercing. The scheduling and appointment process is was quick and efficient. The woman who helped us pick out the jewelry was amazing. Awesome experience for my 13 year old daughters nose piercing. After numerous debates of us going back and forth of her getting a nose piercing and a lengthy Google Slide presentation for her why and purpose, I allowed her to get it done.If she put that much effort I might as well meet her halfway. My 17 year old daughter had a stud ring change instead of her hoop. Great selection and attentiveness from staff. I recently had a surgery and had to remove my nose piercing. They were very friendly and caring to assist in putting my piercing back in as on my own I had trouble.All staff present met us with a smile which for us speaks volumes not to mention the vibe of the business background music was on point. Not only were we serviced for our nose piercing but enjoyed the music entertainment. I know if you are still reading this is quite a long review but well worth my time to express our gratitude.

Popped in today for a walk-in nose piercing and had a great experience. The folks behind the counter and my piercer were very kind and knowledgeable. My piercer walked me through everything she was doing which I appreciated and the store is very clean. They have a great selection of jewellery. Some of the pieces are pretty pricy, but it’s very nice quality. Will definitely be back.

This was my first time at Luckys after a friend recommended them. I got pierced (nose & septum) by Andie, who made me feel super comfortable and took the time to make sure I was happy with the jewelry and placement of everything. Out of all my past experiences this was best and I’m looking forward to going back!

I’ve been to Luckys once or twice and every time it’s always super clean, the front counter staff are always super friendly and I love going here. They’re super inclusive and respectful as well. I was with Andie and I was super nervous but she was literally the sweetest and answered all my questions I had about my piercings. No one here is pushy about products or anything like some other shops I’ve been to. 12/10 would always recommend Luckys.

What a wonderful experience! It was my first time ever at Luckys. Ive only heard wonderful things from this establishment so I felt comfortable making my appointment. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here today. I took my 9 year old to get her ears pierced, and even though she was super excited for weeks she was extremely nervous and apprehensive once we got there. Not only did the person who checked us in and went over jewelry with us try to calm her nerves, Lindsay who did her piercings was phenomenal. She played Disney music, took deep breaths with us, and not once tried to trick her into doing the piercing. She waited until she was ready and verbally gave her the go ahead, which probably put her super behind in her appointments as we were there for quite some time. Honestly cant be more grateful for the way she got her through it. Cant recommend Lindsay and Luckys enough!

I had a jewelry change appointment with Andie for my industrial and two stubborn lobes that didnt want to accept new flat backs I had bought. She was super knowledgeable and helpful and Ill definitely be coming back!

I had such a good experience here! They asked for my pronouns right off the bat and respected them all the way through my appointment. Also everyone was super friendly! From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed by name (I made an appt.) and given time to choose jewelry. Not only was Luckys beautiful inside, it was also very clean! I waited only a short time for Andie to prepare for me, all while letting me know it would only be a few moments. Once in the room, Andie made me feel comfortable and explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. The process was quick and easy, only a little pinch, and it was done! Such wonderful, professional people ... took my daughter in to have her ears pierced and the staff couldnt have been kinder. I had my mid-helix pierced here and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The FOH staff were great and helped me pick out the best jewelry. They were patient and fun. Alycia did my piercing and they were fantastic through the whole process. This is where Ill be going for all my piercings from now on.

I was a mess of a customer but this team…nothing but professional! I got a parking ticket, couldn’t get a meter paid for, then realized I had under budgeted (their jewelry is to die for and totally worth it) but the front desk associate was a literal angel and never made me feel anything other than welcome. Then the piercer was super gentle and friendly and made me feel so much less dumb about getting a parking ticket and we were able to just reopen old piercings instead of having to redo them. My ears haven’t had a single problem and I cannot recommend this place enough! Wish I wasn’t such a mess but cherish the experience 100%!

I got my bridge and eyebrow pierced here by two different piercers, and had a lovely experience both times. From the second you enter the shop, everyone is friendly and professional. Ive had three services done at Luckys, all of which were excellent from when I walked through the door to when I checked out with my aftercare products. My nostril, septum, and my first tattoo were all done by kind and knowledgeable staff who were there for me every step of the way! My daughter had gotten her ears pierced when she was younger and one of the piercings cut a slit in her ear (instead of just a hole). We waited a few years in hopes that her ear would heal and she could get re-pierced. We heard about Luckys from a friend and went in to ask if they thought they could re-pierce her ears despite the scar tissue that had built up. They looked at her and figured out a way to create a new hole that avoided the scar tissue and also create a new hole in the other ear so that both sides would be in the same position in her ear. Alycia walked us through the whole process and eased my daughters fears based on her first experience. My daughter was amazed that it didnt hurt! Alycia did it in such a gentle way that she didnt feel it. It was really a wonderful experience. Oh, and also, my daughter took quite a long time deciding on what earrings to get and they were very patient with her and she ended up getting a different earring for each ear instead of having to get the same ones. Thank you to everyone there who helped us!

Andie pierced my septum with such precision and professionalism and really made the experience unique to me and my face. She spent time talking one on one with me to assess exactly what I needed for my face and even helped me discuss what kind of jewelry would look best on my face after the healing process. She really helped me accentuate my face and not take up too much real estate and distraction with my piercing! I will definitely be going back!

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. First and foremost, the people who work here are some of THE kindest, sweetest, most amazing souls I’ve ever had to pleasure to meet. I’ve gotten (almost) all of my piercings here (except for my original lobe piercings when I was a baby) and every time I get amazing service when it comes to selecting/curating pierced and the actual piercing process. I got my belly button pierced here by Lindsay! She was super nice and very professional, she let me know what she was doing every step of the process and took a lot of care in placing my piercing. Would absolutely recommend her!

I went to Lucky’s back in Dec 2020. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I went during their half off piercing deal and I got my conch done for under $60 (piercing and white opal jewelry). Andie checked my ear to make sure that the conch would work with my ear shape and drew a line so I could see how the final placement of the ring would look rather than just a dot on my ear. Everything was sanitized before I walked into the piercing room and jewelry and tools were sanitized while she did placement and ear prep. The vibe is very calming, and it’s nice that the shop does appointment only for shopping and piercing/tattoos due to COVID. Since the downstairs is quite small, it was nice to see maybe only 2 other customers while I was there waiting for my appt. they have a large selection of jewelry at any price point. I will definitely be coming in soon for another piercing!
