They were very informative about what to expect, the healing process, and answered any questions I had. I have a small tattoo that I’ve been wanting to either cover or remove. I decided to try the removal process first out of pure curiosity. I found Removery as a place close to me. I was very excited that I was able to book the free consultation the very next day! When I arrived I was greeted by two very friendly employees. One of them, Chantel, was the one who did my consultation. She was so kind, personable, and funny. She throughly went through exactly what the removal process was and how it works. She made the whole consultation enjoyable and fun. She set clear expectations on the process of removal as well. Even before hearing pricing I knew I would go forward with it solely because she was so friendly and kind. And then once I heard what it would cost, it was a no brainer. I had to go forward with it! I love this place! Since day one I felt welcomed, I was educated on the process and the cost, I love how there is alternatives to make payments and they work with you every way they can to get you the tattoo removal service you need, everyone is so kind (seriously ! Like all the time). I love how they don’t judge you at all, I’m such a whimp when my appointment times comes around, and the girls help you calm down and talk to you through the service , they stop if you need them to stop if the pain becomes too much to handle. I went into the location in Northampton to ask about pricing and process for some old unwanted street tattoos. The woman greeting are not only very knowledgeable but very pleasant to speak with! I know this is the perfect location to get the job done. I really like the options and process. I will be getting my tattoo removed here!

Removery is the best place to go to get your removals done and Emily and Chantel are the best people to see if your going to the Northampton place. They take the time to go over the process step by step and answer any questions you may have which made the starting process so much easier for me. I just went for my first appointment, and it exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous as to what to expect, but the staff eased my emotions. I believe that the procedure didn’t even hurt, it may be because my pain level is higher, but if your second guessing yourself about it, my advice is to not. I was not thrilled with the price, but in the end you’ll have to get over yourself on that part. The north hampton location was clean, well staffed, and just overall amazing.

I got my free consultation and decided to move forward with the removal. They were able to do my first treatment then. I’ve had a few appointments since so I have a good feel for the place and process. Staff is always super nice and professional. The office is clean and professional And the removal seems to be working, woohoo! My tattoo is black and purple and about 15 years old. The black disappeared in just a few sessions. Only a few little spots remain. The purple is fading as well but I think it may be more difficult to remove. Overall I’m very happy with the place and service. I would recommend.

I came in today for a free consultation and I was a bit nervous as Ive never done any removal processes before. I was freaked out a bit because of how painful other people have described their experiences as.However, Emily and Chantel were extremely kind and welcoming and walked me through the entire process. The session itself took about 5 minutes, with the laser-ing itself being like 30 seconds. It barely hurt and I was so surprised when it was over so quickly.I purchased the complete removal package and Im extremely happy and so excited to go back for my second session in two months! My experience at Removery was great! I had had a few removal sessions at a different facility some years back but still had a bit of ink left that needed removing. Went with my friend for her appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for a quick session of my own. They carefully walk you through the science behind the procedure, care instructions, and payment options. Hopefully my tattoo will be gone once the area heals but if I do need to return, I will gladly go back to Removery!

Even though the removal process is painful, working with this staff at this location is anything but. After 4 sessions my black ink tattoo is VERY noticeably fading. Working with removery Northampton for 3 small full removals and I would not go anywhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience at Removery. Although I do have many tattoos, I am a major wuss and I psyched myself out big time about getting laser done. I will tell you- It was NOT bad at all. I came in to get my left arm partial sleeve removed, and the lower half is basically deep black. It took no more than 2 minutes for the sessions.If you’re thinking of getting laser- you should. It’s over in seconds- much quicker than actually getting the tattoo- so if you can sit through that, you can sit through your laser treatment no problem!

I was nervous about laser tattoo removal for the longest time but Chantel and Emily made me feel so comfortable! They’re so sweet and funny! Chantel was amazing about explaining the process, facilities and tabooing finances. While Emily truly made the actual laser experience very comforting with efficient and detailed work 💕

I just had my first appointment with Removery in Northampton, MA and it was great! I have been going to the same location under the previous name for treatments and I am impressed with everything so far. Its still too early to tell how effective it will be compared to the previous company but the process is great. Its less painful, less blistering, faster, customer service was excellent. I came here today to have my stick and poke tattoo removed, and I was so nervous at first. My worries were quickly put to rest when Blyth walked me through how laser removal works, the whole healing process, and even how different tattoos and inks take different healing times. She made sure I was calm before getting the laser ready by giving me a stress ball, and narrated herself removing the tattoo. With this being my first experience, it was a great one. Customer service was amazing, and I plan on recommending this location to anyone looking to remove their tattoo ☺️

This place was great to us under Disappearing Ink. However since Removery took over… all they do is bash the other company’s method and knowledge of the process. They doubled the pricing from what I used to pay. For me, they missed a small spot… not a big deal I called emailed texted and got the run around for over a week. Everyone was sick or on vaca and couldn’t respond. Then after a full 7 days a vp emails me to say sorry the area isn’t “eligible for treatment only a small part is and that pricing is correct”. I was told it was my last appointment and I still have ink! I was charged (full transparency) $177 for 4 dots of treatment and they refused to acknowledge that they missed a spot. Absolutely insane….poor communication….poor customer service…. And for this pricing you’re better off going to a doctor who actually knows what they’re talking about. This is my “finished product” u decide. I asked for a removal not a fade.

I went for my first laser session last week and had a great experience. Ali made scheduling very easy and made sure I knew exactly what to do when I arrived. Blyth was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. She was patient and made sure I was fully informed before deciding to move forward with the laser session. During the session she had an excellent bedside manner and was gentle and competent. I was nervous about tattoo removal but this team made it such a comfortable experience that I am excited about the process now!

In the process of trying to join the US Army I was told that i would need to get two tattoos on my fingers removed in order to enlist. This was the first shop I contacted because of how well the reviews were and I definitely made the right choice! Blythe and Ali are very professional and friendly people who were there to help me through the entire process. From the first time I entered the shop for the consultation to the last appointment I was very satisfied with how they handle their business with their clients. A perfect experience! I’m in the process of lightening tattoos so that they can be covered up. During my consultation, Blyth was very thorough and I left my appointment a lot more knowledgeable about the entire laser removal process. The procedure was very quick and the healing process was much easier than I expected. I own/manage a tattoo parlor and we see many people who are looking to cover up tattoos. I had my first tattoo removal session yesterday, and it was a great experience. I first went to Disappearing Inc in the beginning of the year. I met with Blyth in the Northampton location-she is amazing!!! She explained everything very well and made sure I understood every tattoo and every person is different in results. I was so comfortable with the information I did my first session right then. I must say I just had my fourth session and Im very pleased with the results and cant wait until that final session whenever that will be not sure but this is so worth it if you want a tattoo removed. The pain is not that bad, if you can get the tattoo you can handle this, the cooling machine helps during the process as well. Just went to have my first session done on a rather large tattoo on my ribcage. Everybody was really nice and I was in and out in less than an hour (had consultation and removal). Blyth walked me through the whole process, talked me through how long this process takes, how much I may need to lighten my piece for my intended goal and answered all my questions during the consult section. This team is the BEST in the industry for tattoo removal. I stumbled across Disappearing Inc after I had a bad experience with a company in CT (called Vivesse Laser), and I’m glad I did. My drive is about an hour, but that’s ok because it’s worth it. The owners, along with Blyth, Ali and everyone at this location are amazing. As a minority, it’s very refreshing to be serviced by people who are very well educated on my skin type along with all other skin types. They are also very welcoming to all individuals, extremely nice.. they set honest expectations during their FREE consultation, and truly provide the highest quality of service and care. Going here was a super pleasant experience; Blyth is really chill and gives a really clear, detailed explanation of the tattoo removal process (I had no idea how this worked, its so weird and cool!) and also what I should expect over the course of the tattoo removal. Its far from instantaneous, and Ive got a lot of appointments ahead of me, but Ive never felt this confident and comfortable about dealing with a big mistake.

I had been thinking about covering one of my tattoos and had been discussing my options with my artist for some time. Although the tattoo that I am looking to cover was my first, I did my homework and went to a reputable shop who provided me with a quality tattoo--Yay for 18 year old me being so responsible! Unfortunately, the tattoo says Live Laugh Love and I am not a Karen, nor do I need to speak to the manager, and this tattoo needs to be retired! However, due to the placement and quality of the tattoo, my options for covering were very limited and so my artist and I discussed the option of a few sessions of laser removal to lighten the ink and provide me with more options of a better cover-up. He recommended a few shops at my request, and after a little research I settled on Disappearing Inc.! I was nervous and hesitant... I always heard the horror stories that the removal is SO MUCH WORSE than the tattoo itself... but I cant even begin to explain how wrong that is.Ali and Blyth were great! Ali made scheduling and understanding what I needed to do so easy, and was a friendly, professional and knowledgeable first impression of the shop.When I showed up to my appointment, Blyth was friendly, professional and described the whole process in detail during the consultation portion of my appointment, and then I decided to go through with a session.She iced my tattoo for several minutes while she prepped the machine, and provided me a stress ball to squeeze. When it was time to start the treatment, she explained that she would be blowing cold air on the area the whole time, and provided a single zap to the tattoo to show what it felt like (it literally feels like being snapped with a rubber band repeatedly), and started off slow to ease into the treatment before increasing the speed. She made the process nearly painless, and it was over in minutes (or even less)! I was (and still am, honestly) shocked by how easy and near painless the whole process was!I will say, that for the immediate hour or two afterwards, there was some pain (kind of like a sunburn on steroids), but the cold pack that was in the goodie-bag they provide eased that pain and was very highly appreciated for my hour and a half drive home to CT! By the time I got home, there was barely any discomfort left and even now on day 3 post treatment, the area feels mildly bruised at worst.Seriously, if you have a tattoo that you dont love anymore and are considering but are scared/hesitant about laser removal... I PROMISE, that if you can sit through a tattoo session, you can absolutely handle laser removal! And I HIGHLY recommend Disappearing Inc!

I’ve been a tattooist for 5 years now and have been looking into laser removal for a small tattoo on my leg. I recently had my first session for laser removal at DisappearingInc in Easthampton. I was impressed by the staff’s knowledge and felt very comfortable the minute we began the consultation. The room was very clean and I could tell my technician had been highly trained. I was nervous about the pain level going into it but soon found out it was really not bad at all! I’ve had tattoos that hurt way more than the laser removal. Overall I was very pleased with my first time going to Disappearing Inc and really am looking forward to more sessions and seeing the progression of my tattoo fade. I am in the process of having 2 small tattoos removed and I can’t recommend this place enough! My technician, Blyth, is so professional and sweet! The facility is super clean, and they have been going above and beyond to follow appropriate COVID measures. I feel safe coming here and will continue to do so until my tattoos are just a memory!

At the beginning of this year I was recommended by my tattooer to lighten an existing tattoo by getting laser removal. I met with Blyth, and she went over the process and was very knowledgeable about everything, and also made me more confident about it so I was able to start my first session that day. It was super quick and not as bad as I thought, and Blyth made me feel super comfortable the whole time, asked if I needed any breaks, and gave me jolly ranchers and a stress ball as well. After six weeks, I saw Blyth again and it was the same great experience, except my cover up needed a little more heat by the laser so it was a little more painful the second time, but it was still a good experience. Now that my cover up is all finished, it was all so worth it.

First and foremost Blyth and Ali are *amazing*; so professional, courteous, and VERY informative - the consulation was super interesting and they explained everything so clearly and thoroughly. There is a whole science behind this and you can tell right from the first conversation that these people know exactly what theyre talking about.The actual appointment went great, it took me probably 2 hours to get my tattoo done when I did it, and Blyth was done with the laser in like 20 seconds. I wont say it doesnt hurt, but if you can survive getting a tattoo (which you obviously did if youre coming here!) This will be a piece of cake.Afterwards, it felt like a sunburn for about 4 hours, then I could barely feel it unless I moved around a lot or actually touched it. When I woke up the next day I couldnt feel any more pain! It got red around the tattoo and stayed that way for about a week, and then the redness went away.All in all a very simple and almost painless process, and if I had experienced any itching, more pain, etc., theyve got you all taken care of as they send you home with a cute little bag complete with an ice pack, lotion, etc. Blyth followed up with me about a week after my appointment to see how everything was healing.This is one of the best run businesses *in general* that Ive been to in a while, and i cant recommend them enough. If youre looking for the cheapest tattoo removal place, I dont think this is it, but if youre not willing to spend a little more to get it done right, you shouldnt be getting a laser treatment in my opinion. (As my tattoo artist says, good tattoos arent cheap, cheap tattoos arent good - same thing for laser removal!)They are worth every penny and I feel comfortable knowing my skin is in very good care. It’s unfortunate that you ever would need to undo a tattoo you have gotten, whether a poor life choice on your part or a poorly done tattoo on the artists part...but whatever the circumstance, the staff at disappearing ink will go out of their way to help you understand what they can do to help. Even though I am in the industry (I’m a body piercer & shop owner) my studio does not work in the removal of tattoos, only in creating them... but Blyth made sure to explain everything about the procedure & about how the removal would go & what to expect. She was able to answer all of my questions (& I had allot) & was clear with me about how many sessions she thought it may take to achieve the level of lightening I would need to be able to have a coverup done without the old tattoo showing through. They offer a great & much needed service. So if you have a tattoo that you are wanting to have covered up, I would strongly suggest consulting with the knolegable people at disappearing ink about if they fealt you could lighten up your existing tattoo first successfully enough to give you far more options & success when you go for your coverup tattoo!

Blyth is excellent!! I am so pleased with the work she did. She took the time needed to answer all my questions and to fully explain the process. She would also check in with me after sessions to see how I was doing. Very professional and I would highly recommend her.

Wow Cassandra is bomb, the freezing cold air they use to numb it makes it so it doesn’t hurt at all. My tattoo is on the inside of my ankle, I felt no pain at all I was shocked it was done in 5 minutes. Can’t wait to lighten it more in 6 weeks

After a horrible and uninformative conversation with my Dermatologist who, without examining my tattoo or my skin, quoted me an astronomical price and number of sessions to remove ink from a medical procedure that left me with tattoo markers upon my skin, I was extremely disappointed. With no hope of finding help, a Google search provided me with a company named Disappearing Inc. After a brief telephone conversation, I was instructed to call a lovely woman named Blyth to schedule my consultation.Following a wonderful briefing and thorough exam, Blyth explained to me their procedures and pricing structure. The difference in cost and number of sessions was CONSIDERABLE. I signed the appropriate paperwork and Blyth and I went to work immediately.Within weeks the ink began to disappear and after only a couple of sessions (far fewer than my dermatologist had quoted) I am now INK FREE.One would not think such a transformation in the physical, emotional and psychological realm could be achieved from the removal of old ink, but as a grizzly old man I felt myself renewed seeing clean skin and memories of the past enter the past.I cannot thank Blyth and the owners of Disappearing Inc enough for helping me find the new POST cancer Me.
