Ive gotten tattoos here before and the service has always been amazing. I wanted my ears pierced again and this was the first place I thought of. My piercer was professional and educational when I asked questions regarding my piercings.As always, Dancing Dragon exceeded the expectations and made it an excellent experience.

This is the only tattoo parlor we frequent and have been a customer for many years. Very clean and very friendly atmosphere. Chad Robson is the best! Very light touch and an amazing artist who does his best to ensure you leave with exactly what you came for. Highly recommend.

Got my first piercing here and was a little nervous but the piercer was really nice and explained everything and made me feel comfortable (sorry forgot his name) he really surprised me when preparing everything. If he touched anything those gloves were off, hands resanitized and new gloves. I think he went through like 8 sets and had me laughing when he made the initial poke. He was so easy and fast I barely felt the needle. By the time I did it was over and the ring was already in and secured. Would definitely recommend this place and if I ever get another body piercing this is where I will go!

My daughter has had two tattoos done there and I have had one fixed there. They all came out great. Would recommend them to anyone looking for some work to be done.

This place is great! The guy at Nevermore messed up my piercing so bad. Kyle at the dancing dragon took out my messed up piercing and instead of trying to take my money, he was honest. He said even if he put a new piercing in, it would most likely sink in again because of the way the other guy pierced it. He recommended I wait 2 weeks for it to heal and he’ll re-pierce it for me. I waited and went back in for him to re-pierce it. It was quick, clean and done well. Thank you so much!

Back in April of 2004 at Dancing Dragon I got my first tattoo. I was 18 years old and a senior at Fort Campbell High School. I still have trouble trying to remember the artist that did my tattoo, but I want to say his name is Chad (apologies for not remembering). Back in the day I paid a bill for my tattoo (thank God my dad was there when the artist gave me the quote since my young naive a** didnt know what a bill meant hahaha!). It was a great experience for me and my father and the artist played a big part in that. Im now 36.5 years old and my tattoo still looks great because of both the artists touch and the advise he he gave to maintain its color. I will definitely come back to get my third one at this parlor. Im glad Dancing Dragon is still open after all these years.

Chris and James have the original shop for Clarksville, Ft Campbell area. They have been tattooing for over 30 years... Long before all the other shops opened.. Back when tattoos were illegal in TN and we had to cross state lines to get ink.its a clean, sanitary shop with a good environment.Ive had several tattoos by Chris starting in 1993 and theyve all held up well even the light colors.James did work on my daughter in 2019 and it looks amazing... ALL of the artists do great workIm getting a memorial tattoo over the next few months and will post when Its done

Went to get my septum done, was told 20 dollars over the phone, but when piercing was finished was told 40. I arrived and the place looked okay, not too awesome but not dirty. i get in the do my septum, the room doesn’t look awful either. The piercer seems nice, and I’m not really feeling bad about it. Then, the time piercing septum, the jewelry detaches from the needle and he tries to push the piercing through but it won’t, so we pierce again. The piercing is too far forward on my septum and now i have to take it out and get it replaced when it heals. honestly don’t recommend this place for piercings.

They are very professional and have a very sterile environment. Chris did my tat and it came out looking better than I hoped it would. I will definitely be returning and suggest anyone needing ink work done to give them a try.

I got my first tattoo here and a today just got a septum piercing. James and Kyle (only ones I’ve really talked to so far) are super supportive and make sure their customers are happy. Everyone there is awesome from what I’ve seen. The environment is VERY welcoming. It honestly feels very “familyish” there. I really love this place a lot and I’m soon going to start forcing friends to go here.Huge thanks to James for being amazing and making my first tattoo a very loveable one.And to Kyle, the septum makes me face look fricking awesome lmao.You guys rock. 🤟🏽

I had Dancing Dragon do my memorial tattoo a few years ago from my brothers death and the woman who did it did a great job. I was very pleased and still am. I then brought my mother to get the same tattoo and James was the artist who was suppose to do her tattoo. As I waited for her she came out quickly and with no tattoo. She was crying and extremely upset and shaking. I asked what had happened and she told me James had started talking about politics and asking her opinions, she answered with her opinion which he highly disagreed with. He then started calling her names and said he refused to do her tattoo because he would definitely mess it up and deliberately hurt her in the process. She was shocked and scared and left right away highly upset. I immediately went home to call the tattoo shop but was told he was the owner and nothing they could do. The police said the same thing because he didnt assult her. I have heard nothing but great things about Dancing Dragon, but I think my mothers experience needs to be told.

A very friendly and laid-back environment to be in. They give very good quality piercings as Ive gotten two there so far, and sterilize the equipment used to give piercings. I would definitely recommend this tattoo parlor for both piercings and tattoos.

--Would rate better BUT I had gotten my nose pierced and the stud was so short it dug a hole into my nose, the piercer should have known better and it had cost me to go somewhere else to get it switched out which of course is painful and not free. Im sadly displeased that I had to leave such a review but now my nose is having to recover from an additional wound and is going to have a higher risk of infection from switching jewelry so soon.😞😞 Definitely check for the lengths of jewelry when going and make sure theyre long enough for the swelling that will accure after being pierced.

I love Dancing Dragon! I would never go anywhere else for a tattoo or piercing. Everyone is very nice and fun. James is the artist I see, he is very talented as are all the artists. You couldnt ask for a better tattoo or piercing experience!

Got my first tattoo here a long while back. Made an appointment and gave the artist the design I wanted. A week later I come in for the appointment and the artist shows up 2 hours late for the appointment, hadn’t sketched out the design and had to do it on the spot. Considering I’d already done 90% of the drawing, it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. So it gets done and the picture came out great. But what this man put on me (on my back so I couldn’t see it) was messed up in several places and looked almost nothing like the original sketch and then tried to charge me $600 after all that BS and it not requiring much fine detail and a dime sized color spot. Horrid experience. Only giving the place more than 1 stars because the artist in particular doesn’t seem to work there anymore and maybe the hiring quality has improved. Still recommend just going to Dennis Sullivan though.

I have been to Dancing Dragon Tattoo for all of my piercings and tattoos. The atmosphere is wonderful and the people are very friendly. I have seen Xan for my piercings ( Monroe, bellybutton, and my nose twice). Kelly is the tattoo artist I have seen twice so far. This is just all around a great place.

Wife went two times to get seperate piercings done and absolutely loved the experience. Staff were very and knowledgeable. Quick and painless piercings.

Got my nose pierced. The staff was very courteous! Most of all the sterilization process was adhered to a T! Going back to ger an addition to my tattoo!

Somehow, my review was deleted. Anywho- I’m back for now until they do it again. This place was awful! I’m sure it was just my particular artist, or perhaps he was just having a rough day. Either way- be cautious if you go here. Seriously though, how do they have a 4.5 star rating 😂

Went in to get my nose pierced had a great experience kyle who did my piercing was professional and had it done in no time would go here again and will recommend Dancing Dragon tattoo to all my friends and family!!!!

Chris helped me with my idea for a tattoo, put together an awesome lay out. I was very happy with the work I had done!

I got my belly pierced and He pierced me with a bar that was too little and he grabbed too much skin. The ball started to go under my skin so I had to take it out within a week. He should’ve had longer bars or he shouldn’t have grabbed so much skin.

My daughter and her friend just go their noses pieced and the dude did an amazing job. Great atmosphere! Will be back!
