The worst job I’ve ever had done at any medical spa in 30 years. If the girl doesn’t wanna do the work that she’s supposed to do in the place she shouldn’t come to work absolutely horrible. I went someplace else and spent my thousands of dollars and got a beautiful job this place is a disgrace. .The facial was ok the one that does the injections is not .

I came to Dermalase really displeased with another company I had hired locally to do laser removal on me. I was at my whits end. Confused, scared, frustrated and feeling taken advantage of. Lots of money and time wasted.I first called upset, they called me back in a timely manner. She listened to my story and gave very calming, professional feedback. I immediately felt I had found the place that I wished I would have found to begin with, 7 months ago.I have since done a thorough consultation and mt first session on my foot tattoo removal. Completely different experience and exactly what I was looking for. This place actually has experience in the services they provide. You have no idea how relieving this is to me, at this point.I go back in 2 weeks for my eyebrows and am very hopeful for positive results. I myself do permanent cosmetics. Giving ladies beautiful brows daily. Cant wait to get my brows lightened enough to the point I can fix what I want, how I want.Being in this profession, I needed a place to comfortably refer all the women who come to me, asking if I can fix their botched brows. Some I can , many are just too bad, and more permanent cosmetics will only make it worse. Thats where my confident referrals to Dermalase will come in! Thanks ladies, I felt so desperate and scared, nowhere to turn- before I finally came in.I was also referred to this company by several others. These women run a full staff of efficient, competent people. Beautiful establishment A++. Dont go anywhere else. These women arent just talking the talk. They can actually walk the walk!

I have now gotten lip filler with Haley twice!!! I Highly recommend going to her!! She is so personable and so professional, she is very accommodating and very gentle, and has super communication skills to ensure the client is comfortable. As we all know, lip filler can be a bit painful and she made the whole process so nice and not painful at all. I had minimal bruising the past two sessions. Also the front desk service is amazing as well. My experience going to Dermalase has been phenomenal and I will continue to go there for any of my aesthetic needs!! To begin, when you walk in you are greeted with a clean waiting room and a small refrigerator of beverages to enjoy. The staff is absolutely GORGEOUS! Everyone is extremely professional and the rooms are immaculate. I have tried a lot of services from hydrafacials to Morpheus and your satisfaction and happiness is top priority. Haley is an expert in her profession and does an excellent job. Amanda, the owner is also a registered nurse, and is very knowledgeable about what will work best for your needs. They will provide you a free consultation and give you an honest recommendation on what they think will work best for your desired result. Nothing to lose by just meeting with their team so they can assist you and help you feel your best.

I made an appointment for a free consultation, which says online The only reason a charge would be made to your credit card is if you fail to keep this reserved time or cancel the appointment without two business days advance notice.I was charged $25 instantly. I then received a call to change my appointment for some reason. I brought up my concern with the employee, who reassured me that I would get the $25 back as long as I didnt cancel in the last 48 hours, or not show up. A few days later I had serious car issues, which were going to keep me from my appointment, so I called to cancel.This was on Monday, and my appointment was on Friday.When I told the employee on the phone that I was cancelling because my car broke down, she laughed, canceled my appointment, then hung up on me. Its now been over a week, and I still havent received my $25 back from my free consultation. I was planning on rescheduling once I received my refund, but now Ill be taking my business to somewhere I can trust.UPDATE:After leaving my initial review, the owner reached out, and issued a refund.

Upon suggestion from my dermatologist regarding my curly back hair and my preference to wear compression athletic shirts, ingrown hair is no longer any concern thanks to their modern laser tools and the super professional, friendly, and expert skilled staff here.

I had an appointment with Haley for Botox and she was amazing! During the consultation she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and I felt confident with her. And then I had my appointment for injections and it went great, Haley was amazing. Super calm and knew what she was doing. This was my first time getting injections so I was nervous but everything went well and I look forward to the results and coming back in the future for more. The office is very clean and aesthetically pleasing and the receptionists are very friendly! Recommend to all!

The staff at Dermalase are all amazing. Front desk staff are friendly and very inviting. Scheduling has never been an issue and they always give a courtesy reminder call which can be very helpful with a busy schedule. Georgia is phenomenal. She incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable instantly. The office itself is always spotless and very relaxing as well. I can’t recommend this business enough!

The staff is always friendly. They explain the process thoroughly concerning upcoming procedures, and discuss the pros and cons. When purchasing products they give you tips for application.

Went in for the first and only time, as it wasnt what I read in the reviews, Fallons attitude toward me was..disgust! Ive never been there before, I have no idea...what...the problem...could be...she made me feel like I was a problem, just for being there. Implied to me with contempt, not to expect miracles at my age. Im 59. Underneath the gestopo presentation I sensed she wasnt able to take constructive feedback from her customers, which is unacceptable as it is My face, my input not only matters but it also needs to be appreciated for its value. Staff was walking on eggshells.

I love Aubrey! She gives the best Hydrofacial and Diamond Glow facial!! She is personable, clean, and knows the best products to meet your skincare needs. My 11-year old daughter sees her too, and she’s great with kids too!

Today was my second appointment at Dermalase and I am truly impressed. Everyone is so kind and professional, and they provide all of the information that you need both before and after any service that you’re going to receive there. The communication is top notch. Plus all of the areas, from the waiting room to the procedure rooms, are spotless!The treatment I had done today was for a tattoo removal (Picosure) and it went extremely well. It’s not what I would call a fun procedure (it’s fairly painful) but Georgia is the consummate professional and made it a good experience. Plus the pain doesn’t last long at all - within five minutes it had dissipated for me. They made sure I still had my post-procedure instructions, and asked if I had any questions, and I was out the door in less than a half hour. (Bonus: they’re located next to a Panera Bread so you can stop off and get something yummy to enjoy afterward! :-))I would highly recommend Dermalase if you find yourself needing the same service or any of the services that they offer for that matter. If nothing else you can always go in for a free consultation and see for yourself if their services are right for you. There’s no pressure whatsoever (that was a nice surprise!) and the prices are explained up front with no “surprise” add ons when you check out. I highly recommend Dermalase and hope my review helps you!

I could not be more happy with the staff here. I moved from Maui recently and not only are they amazing at what they do, they are also such a caring staff that goes far beyond and above! I have had everything from Botox and fillers to laser and facials. The staff is so informative and meticulous at what they do and so incredibly patient with me. My fillers and Botox are perfect and she is so well educated in what she does it makes me feel confident in just letting her go without micromanaging-which I have a tendency to do in regards to botox due to past experiences elsewhere. My facials have left me glowing and I highly recommend on a regular basis. My laser is has worked so well that I can’t wait for next appointments, and she is so amazing at what she does that she will not allow me to be overly aggressive which I also tend to do. I usually don’t leave such long reviews but given the fact I’ve had such horrible experiences in past elsewhere I want to praise when I find a perfect place. So my sister and I were in the market to try and get a tattoo removed so we heard about a couple spas offering this treatment. We went to two different spas and the first one couldn’t get us in for 2 weeks after they advertise they offer this treatment everyday. So we went to Dermalase and the moment we walked in we immediately felt good about what we were waking into. The staff was so polite and knowledgeable, and even though they were pretty busy they made us feel we were the only one’s there. We did a consultation together and they were able to squeeze me in since my tattoo was so small, my sister came back the next day since hers was bigger. I’ll definitely be back up to finish my treatments and I know my sister will too.

I am a new patient to this office and I was completely satisfied with my experience. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the doors. I was having fillers for my face and Fallon made the process much more pleasant than I was expecting. I had Restylane Lyft injected and this is my second time ever having fillers but never this amount. Fallon made me feel very relaxed in the chair, she educated me on why she likes to take her time and make sure everything is perfect and this is not a rush job. My next appointment is in three weeks and I already am looking forward to it. The transformation already is incredible and I am glad I decided to go for it. I am a 49 year old male and my face is the only part aging on me. I feel and look much younger already. Thank you for making this experience one to remember.

I have had 4 (or 5🤔) HydraFacials now and finally decided to have them do my Botox. After months of trying to combat my breakouts with expensive over the counter products I scheduled my first appointment and by the time I received my 3rd facial I could visibly see as well as feel the results of my skin clearing up and glowing. I fully trust them and can tell they want nothing more than to give everyone beautiful skin and help you feel amazing! I HIGHLY recommend to everyone I speak with and I know you will not be disappointed if you at least schedule a consultation.

The staff are really nice, but I was told what I was going to have done would make things look better. I am not satisfied with my procedure. I did everything that I was told to do and I still have a messed up face. I ended up getting an infection on my neck…I had to take antibiotics and for the price I paid….I’m VERY disappointed!

Hello! Just wanted to share my experience at DermaLase Med Spa! First, pulling up to the location it is in the perfect spot, very easy to access and tons of parking. Walking in the spa it is BEAUTIFUL, everyone was so nice, and welcoming. My skincare service that I had was a hydrafacial, it was literally the best. My skin felt so refreshed, super clean, and most importantly hydrated. My esthetician’s name was Aubrey, and she was very sweet, professional, and answered all questions that I had. I 100% recommend anyone who has been on the fence about getting a hydrafacial or any medical esthetics work done, do it you won’t regret it.

They had told me that doing a root canal was horrible and that it hurt a lot and really, in this office it exceeded my expectations, no pain, some discomfort but nothing that you cant endure, I recovered quickly and the next day, I didnt feel any pain As I had been told, here in this office from the receptionist, employees and doctors are excellent, I recommend them 100%
