Amanda has done my last 11 tattoos in 3 months time. She has taken my ideals mixed with hers and put them into pieces I love having on my body. And we have so many more sessions to go. Always great atmosphere with her and conversations! She not only cares for her job but her clients as-well.

Breanna who did this piece did a wonderful job on it. This was my first tattoo and she talked me through it as well I loved it even more when it was heal. Whenever I rub my arm sometime it just feels like I never got one which is the way I like it when it comes to fine line not having like a 3D effect on it !Most definitely would want another piece done by Breanna when I’m in Ocala again!

I had Amanda as my tattoo artist, and I have to say Im blown away by how she treated me and took me through the process of getting my first tattoo. It feels like everyone who works there has that family vibe, and they all treat each other with respect and help each other out. I love my tatto and wish the healing process was faster, but I cant rush it, lol. Since this was my first tattoo, the healing process was scary, but I called them up, took a few pictures, and they said im doing just fine. I highly recommend getting a tatto here, and Ill be back to get more.

Hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had getting a tattoo! The whole shop was warm and welcoming, not to mention very inviting when I first walked in!I had the pleasure of working with Ashlyn, she was timely with her responses prior to my actual appointment and gave very helpful tips/information! Once I got to the shop, Ashlyn listened to all of my ideas & concerns, while also providing some of her ideas and what she thought would look best on me. I ended up getting a couple of ornamental pieces on my hands and I have never been happier with tattoo results!

I recently had Chelsea do two cover up tattoos for me. She had to make matching tattoos, from ideas that I had. The only difference is the flower. They also had to be placed perfectly in order to match on both of my arms. Also, Ill remind you, they are cover ups, so that alone can be tricky.Let me tell you.....she does NOT disappoint. This artist is Amazing. So talented. She listened to me, and created exactly what I wanted. Chelsea has such a lite hand, and is steady. Her color theory, and design is excellent. The pricing was expected, and I did not mind paying what I did. The shop is clean, and very inviting. I will go back for sure! I recommend my artists to everyone I talk to. So go check her out!!!

I was looking to have a small tattoo covered up, and was checking out several local studios on the web. I found The Tattoo Gallery of Ocala. Seeing photos of Chelsea’s black & grey floral tattoos, I knew I found the right artist to do this. Met for a consultation and came away thinking I made the right decision.Had my first of 2 sessions today. Chelsea knocked the design out of the park, using her artistic abilities to draw up exactly what I desired. Her kindness and empathy showed from the start, and continued through the session, checking often on how I was holding up. What more could anyone ask for.Overall, my experience was 5 star. If you’re looking for a new tattoo, I would recommend this talented artist. You won’t be disappointed.

After much consideration, I traveled from Orlando to visit Amanda for a custom tattoo and have nothing but praise for her artistry. She was easy to communicate with throughout the project and receptive to any inspiration I found along the way. On the day of my appointment, we reviewed her sketch (which was stunning!), and she took her time crafting freehand elements that made the design even better. When I requested adjustments to the placement (I can be quite picky), Amanda was more than willing to make changes before getting to work.I hadn’t been in an open floorplan studio in a while, but the environment at Tattoo Gallery was relaxed and professional. The temperature was comfortable, and there were plenty of mirrors to check the positioning from all angles.Amanda is incredibly skilled at what she does! Im excited to have a piece of her artwork with me forever. She gave my concept life and took deliberate care making something that fit the ideas and inspiration I brought to her. Im already thinking up new projects to bring her :)

Just had the pleasure of working with Chelsea for a couple new tattoos. She was an absolute joy to work with and I so appreciated the way she talked through the process, explaining why what I was thinking wouldn’t work along with providing her opinion for what would work. I love how they turned out and can’t wait for the next time.

Amanda did a great job of fixing my old tattoo. I have been unhappy with it for a few years. She added the water color that I wanted and more vibrant color. She fixed groots face so he is not blushing. She got rid of the green in his arms and colored his pot so he doesnt blend in. It came out a beautiful tattoo.😍 Amanda is a great artist. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am putting the after and before photos in my review.

I scheduled with Chelsea and she was fricken amazing! I love everything about my new tattoo. Her and all the other artists are very talented and friendly. She let me take as many breaks as I need and gave me a drink and chips to help with the process. Definitely recommend 100000/10

The shop itself is comfortable and clean. Check-in process is easy and straight-forward, and its easy to see that the shop owner/manager has done a wonderful job creating a safe and welcoming environment.

I just got a tattoo done by Chelsea today & I highly recommend her! She’s so sweet and really listens to what you want and helps if you’re indecisive (like I was). She made sure I was okay the whole time and made sure that I was okay with the tattoo every step of the way! I highly recommend Chelsea if you’re looking for a tattoo artist! But I also had Bre do a cover up before and she’s amazing too (her schedule was just booked so I went for Chelsea this time). The whole staff is personable as your getting work done. Its an open layout (except for private area tattoos) so you can converse as a group, not just with your artist. My best friend and I are not from Ocala, but were visiting and it is our tradition to get tattoos on our friendship anniversary. This year marks 40 years. After some research, we found this wonderful shop and they took us as walk-ins. We have never been a shop that has a better vibe than this one! Everyone was super chill and fun. This place is amazing!!! Its super clean and everyone is super friendly. I love how they are on top of the safest and most sanitary procedures for getting tattoos. And they have the BEST tattoo artist around - Chelsea is absolutely amazing. She has done a bunch of work for my son and my husband, and I finally was able to have her do one for me! She does TOP NOTCH work - we have all gotten many compliments from complete strangers on how awesome our tattoos are. Chelsea takes her time, sees the vision you want carried out and then executes! This business raised prices on me without saying anything while I had a tattoo already in progress. Then they played it off and refused to admit any fault but offered a measly $50 in return. I do not recommend Brianna at all. She is inconsistent with work quality. She also has a tendency to push very hard with the tattoo gun which causes scarring. She also did the wrong color when finishing a section of my tattoo.The following photos explain enough. I am telling anyone I meet that is interested in tattoos to avoid this business.The first photo is scarring, the second is when she used the wrong color.

Ok. So when looking for a shop and an artist, you do research. Well, my artist Chelsea is the best. I have planning a piece with her for awhile. My first small piece that was by her was a simple bat during the Friday the 13th flash sale. But there was in store. She is awesome at bringing a vision to reality. And for the Tattoo Gallery of Ocala. The fact they had to move to a bigger location says alot about the shop. Don’t hesitate. The artists there are all amazing and talented.

Love this place!! Gregg has done 3 of my tattoos so far and hes definitely gonna be doing more. Each piece always comes out better than I imagined, the place is clean, nice, an homey I feel like Im apart of the family. So thankful I found the place Im gonna get the rest of my tattoos at.

My bunny passed away and I wanted to get a tattoo just for him and Tyler really helped me in figuring what was the best course of action on this project, this was my first tattoo and he was amazing in helping me get through it, he made sure I was comfortable and everything, the whole atmosphere of the shop is amazing as well! Tyler is one of the most badass tattoo artist I’ve ever had. His work speaks for itself the colors he lays down on the skin are unreal. I would recommend Tyler any day of the week from funny cartoons to just outright crazy ideas he is the man to see. 10/10 best in Florida no doubt about it

Went in to just check prices on a small piece I’d been thinking about, after discussing the options with Chelsea and different looks of the idea left her with an appt far enough out that she was able to come up with several different looks. Came back to be blown away at the designs and went with the one that fit me best and she nailed it. The shading and fine line work were exactly as it looked in the flash and I left completely satisfied with the art. Definitely be back in the chair soon.

Great place! I went there to set up a special tattoo I wanted for a memorial of someone very special to me. The girl whos going to do the tat has listened to my details and noted it on her iPad. She was very kind and understanding. Also gave me the date and how much its going to be. No surprises and very professional. Cant wait till I get it done.

Gregg just did my first tattoo and it came out great! i was really amazed with the work he put into my initial art i gave him. he did two other mockups of options with changes i didnt even think of and i actually chose the one he changed the most. he was really smart when listening to what i wanted with the piece and incorporated that all on his own. at no point did i feel talked down to or judged by him or the receptionist (who did the prelim assessment) and i really appreciated that!oh, and i want to add this was in part a scar cover up, which is apparently one of greggs things, with pretty thick scar tissue and now i cant see them. i have to squint to find it and thats only because i knew where they were. i highly recommend for zero judgement and beautiful, effective work.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Every person there is friendly and helpful. The vibe is unlike any other tattoo shop I’ve been in…so laid back and inviting. Unique live plants, beautiful custom jewelry (made by the tattoo artists), geodes and other unique stones and tons of cool artwork decorate the entire space. And most of it is for sale. The talent of the tattoo artists cannot be overstated. I will not go anywhere else for a tattoo.

I was feeling pretty discouraged because all I was finding was dingy, unwelcoming shops, where I just didnt feel comfortable at. Then! I found Tattoo Gallary of Ocala (Thank goodness)!!Immediately upon entering I felt welcome and at ease. Its clean and organized, they have beautiful plants as soon as you walk in to admire and purchase. I was greated immediately with a smile and a wave. They are very thorough, thoughtful, and considerate of your needs and concerns, and reasonably priced. I will forever return for my tattoo wants and needs, and you should too, because everyone there is friendly and super awesome. When Im there, I feel like Im hanging out with friends. You should definitely check them out. Two thumbs, way way up!

Couldnt be happier with both the tattoo work and the prices.Edit: Just finished getting my third tattoo here, two being of very considerate size. I can truly say that Gregg is a miracle worker. I have high expectations when I go in there, because I know he is so good, and he still manages to far exceed my expectations. I absolutely love everything about this place. At first glance this shop is clean….. after spending time getting tattooed I can say without a doubt it is the cleanest damn tattoo shop I have ever been tattooed at! I have been getting tattooed for 20 years by varying artist. Now that I have found Gregg, Tina and the team at tattoo gallery they will have me as a client until the end of time!! The purge itself wouldn’t keep me away from my next tattoo apointment!!

I love this shop and everyone in it. Theyre tightknit like a family. The vibes are immaculate, the shop is clean and has an open layout. Everyone is professional and makes you feel comfortable with your ideas and placement. They also like to bounce ideas off of eachother to make sure the client gets the best of the best. Ive had Tyler do 95% of my tattoos and love each one hes done. Ive said this to him multiple times, but my skin can be rough and to this day hes the only one that makes the ink stick the first time. He takes his time and doesnt rush you for any decisions, above all he makes sure you are happy with the outcome.Overall, I highly recommend this shop and every single one of them. You couldnt be in better hands.

My husband and I chose this shop while on vacation because of the good reviews and beautiful art in the artist portfolios. Tylers portfolio was one of the most impressive.Unfortunately when we were worked on by Tyler, his hands were very shaky and our linework reflects that. I dont know if he was sick, or just inconsistent, but the work we got was not the calibur of his portfolio.He also rushed through the tattoos, did not use much lubricant, rubbed the ink off dry, did not clean throughout the tattoo with antiseptic liquid and didnt seem to pull the skin while tattooing to make sure the lines and color were fully saturated.

I just had the best experience with my first tattoo. I went in just to get a quote and ask some questions about the artist. I fully intended to shop around. There were some pretty impressive tattoos that were shown in their gallery online and I wanted to know more about the artist that had done them and find out more about their experience and what they specialized in. Greg and his wife, Tina were wonderful. They are friendly, inviting, and professional and after she had answered all my questions, I no longer felt a need to look around any further. They were fair priced and Greg took his time to make sure the details were perfect. The work environment was sanitary and the owner and his lovely wife make you feel like family when you are there. Its evident that your thoughts and opinions matter when it comes to your piece of artwork and this shops number one concern is customer satisfaction. I would recommend this tattoo shop to anyone.

I called in looking to get a tattoo and Tyler was able to see me right away. He took time to get to know me and really understand what I wanted. We went from just doing a single piece to getting a full sleeve. His work is clean and precise and he is a great guy that really understands what his clients want. Having gone to Tyler for any of my tattoos for years, when he jumped over to The Tattoo Gallery, it meant I jumped over to The Tattoo Gallery too. And so far, the experience has been great. Ive spent a few hours at the shop now and everyone is easy to get along with and talk to while getting work done. As for Tyler, hes the only one Ill let touch me with a tattoo needle. Ive got six or seven tattoos from him now and counting. Hes also one of the very few artists in the area that Ill stick my neck out for when others ask. When my entire family wanted to get tattoos (all six of us), I knew Tyler would get us taken care of and not only did he, but my parents loved him too. Highly recommend anything and everything that The Tattoo Gallery and Tyler are doing.

From the email correspondence, to my consultation, to the finished artwork; Gregg and Tina were warm, welcoming, friendly, professional, and just downright awesome people. Gregg is a BRILLIANT artist. He did an amazing job designing my tattoo and then tattooing me. He is truly gifted. He has a steady, light, skilled hand and the process was one of the most comfortable tattoo experiences Ive ever had. I will not go anywhere else for my tattoos.

Greg & his Wife are awesome! They have a comfortable clean shop with a nice atmosphere! I almost fell asleep when I got my last tattoo it was that relaxing just laying listening to the music! You wont be disappointed with their work, tattoos dont just go away so finding a good artist is important!

The price is great, the artist is wonderful. This was my forst tattoo and it was a first for my wife as well. The shop was clean and watching Gregg clean and get ready for the next person will calm your nerves. The even had a numbing cream which really helped out nerves. Everything from walking in the front door to the finish products was smooth. We had a small window of time in Florida and from sending the first email to the finish the product was quick and beautiful. He even had to do my custom. I will be back.

Very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in what I wanted rather than trying to get me to do what they are capable of, like some other shops in the area. I felt excited and comfortable through the whole process. I think everyone should feel this way when you are picking out your next peice.

Today was a hard day to face. My friend and I lost one of our very best friends this year due to a drunk driver..and today would have been her birthday. So the two of us wanted to honor her with a tattoo.We explained the importance of our tattoo and was told to come in. We did not have an appointment and was able to be worked in. We were met with great hospitality in a very clean facility with awesome staff.We gave the basic idea of what we liked, colors that meant a lot to us. The colors are the birthstone colors that represent the three of us. The blending and technique of the watercolor design is absolutely beautiful. The artist Breanna gave us her professional and artistic opinions and we trusted her fully.Going to a place to have pain inflicted on you might seem crazy to a lot of people. But to go in feeling comfortable and leave feeling the exact same way... Youve definitely turned us into repeat clients. Both of us will indeed be back.Thanks so much to the crew for being accomodating and providing a great experience.

Breanna is the most talented artist. I was only her third tattoo 3 yrs or so ago and the ink is still vibrant and beautiful. I knew she was gonna be this talented in high school! Absolutely love her work and if you want beautiful art go to her!

Getting my third piece done by Gregg. My first was an infinity love on my side, which is flawless. Second was reworking a tat Ive had for 10 years, looks NOTHING like it did originally... which is a really good thing. Just started working on a coverup of a complete tattoo fail from 10 years ago, which will be finished in our second session next month. Its really amazing what Gregg can do on skin. Great new location. All staff is just awesome. Definitely the place you want to get your ink done at!!!

I have been going to him for the last year & a half (which is when I had my initial consultation), & from that point on, is the only person that I will allow to put ink on my body. I shared some artwork and a pic of my arm where I wanted it. They told me the main artist I requested is busy. I said if anyone could do the piece, I would be ok. I then get a message that they are restructuring and all artists are monumentally busy. Really? Nothing like, hey Dude, we are booked out a year. Just a “we can’t do that”I’ll post pics from where is agreeing to do it.

Reasonable pricing, skilled artists, and proper sterilization techniques. Whats not to love? This shop is a credit to the industry...and it is in Belleview!

Only positive thing I can say is the shop is decorated nicely. They acted as if they didn’t want our business based off our request. Realized after cleaning off my finger my heart wasn’t symmetrical, which kills me cause I can’t stop staring at the flaw. We were also charged two shop minimums for 4 letters and heart. I tipped because I live off tips and know how it is but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone based off my poor experience 😞I wish I could get some of my money back so maybe I could get it fixed

This business owner does not care about military veterans with disabilities.I would recommend no one who cares about our veterans utilize this establishment!I visited this business on July 2nd, 2021 because of their reviews and their FB business page. I was going there for a tattoo. I entered the facility with my service dog and the receptionist told me that they do not take walk-ins and I had to go online to book a consultation appointment.As I turned away to leave, I stopped to look at a poster and a man (who identified himself as the owner) who was tattooing a woman told me I had to leave his business with my dog.Even though I identified myself a a military veteran with my service dog, he did not care. He proceeded to tell me I could not have my dog there. He told me I had to produce paperwork to prove it was my service dog, at which time I let him know that there are no such requirements and the ONLY 2 questions he can ask me legally are : 1. if the animal is a service dog; and 2. What type of service she provides.He ignored that an continued to debate with me why I had to leave his place of business and insisted that he is a private business. Despite the fact that he has a place open to the public, advertises on Facebook, etc. to the public and has a business license to operate to the public.During all this I took out my cellphone to record him and he again stated on camera that my dog had to leave. I told him I would retain an attorney, as well as file a complaint with the ADA, which he didnt seem to care about.Its disgusting that I served this country so that he could continue to enjoy the rights he has and takes for granted, without any care for the veterans like me who came back from service with disabilities.He was callous, loud, rude and trampled over my rights that are protected by the ADA, the county and the V.A.A disgusting display for a business owner in our county and for all disabled residents!

My girlfriend just got a tiny tattoo on her chest of five thin letters in script. One of the letters scarred up badly and the ink bled into her skin and away from the writing. Not sure if having it removed will even help since it scarred so badly. Hard to believe a simple tattoo like this couldn’t be handled by a place with good reviews. I wish she would have went to any other place.

Got a great tattoo there by gregg allan for a great price 4 hours of ink and hard work for 200 bucks.Not only that but gregg called me periodically to make sure the tattoo was healing properly, truely and artist who cares about his art.
