I went to Tariq and it was the best hours I’ve spent getting a tattoo. Getting the art work was pleasurable but just sitting there and conversing with him was awesome. He actually came up with these ideas too. I had no idea what I wanted. I just gave him some description what I was going for and he came up with these masterpieces. The atmosphere in the shop is very relaxing and just a cool place to hangout. My dad owns midtown barber shop and it’s exactly like a barber shop atmosphere. All the other workers are down to earth people and have some amazing artwork that comes along with them. Overall the best tattoo shop I’ve been to and if you’re looking for one this is the place to go.

Great atmosphere. All the artists are super friendly. Sam did mine work with me on what I wanted. He portrayed my vision perfectly with a little splash of his own thoughts. He’s a great artist. 100% recommend!!

My brother and I went to get tattoos and the artists were incredibly polite and professional. Shop was clean and neat. Zach did a great job on mine and Sam did great on my brother’s tattoo. All in all, great experience and already planning to go back.

Sam did my tattoo as a walk in. It took about an hour total. It was my first tattoo and was a great experience! He was very professional and great at explaining the steps in everything he did to make me more comfortable. His drawing was exactly what I was looking for! He had knowledge about placement and helped me bring my idea to life! I definitely recommend and will be back!

I really enjoyed my experience at this shop. Tariq Hasan was absolutely committed to being professional and giving me exactly what I was looking for. From phone calls to make sure there were no miscommunications and having complete transparency to giving me all the information I would need on prices and scheduling. This was all before I even stepped foot into the shop. Fast forward to the day of my actual tattoo and the shop was awesome. Tariq’s area was super nice and clean. We had a lot of good conversations the entire time I was getting tattooed. l could not ask for a better tattoo, he made my idea come true. He also wanted to make sure that I was all set the first night after we finished the tattoo. After my saniderm split he rewrapped it in saniderm the next day. Was an amazing experience looking forward to some of my next tattoos with him.

Sam is the best! I sent him what I wanted and he made it happen. The colors are exactly like the picture I showed him. Sam will definitely be my go to for any more tattoos!

This is the most laid back and cool/comfortable shop Ive ever been to. Working with Tariq he made me feel like whatever I needed was most important in order to leave there with a piece that Im truly proud of. The piece he did was mostly his idea based off of things I told him about my life and what I wanted to incorporate within the tattoo. I don’t think there is enough space on here to describe how amazing my entire experience was at Creative Tattoo. From the design process, to how unbelievably clean the shop was, all the way to how feathery light Zach was with his ink application.. my last tattoo I got was horrible and I didn’t get one for almost 20 years because of that. After meeting Zach, I’ve now done 2 sessions in 1 month with him and I don’t want to stop! He listened to what the meaning behind what I wanted my tattoos to signify and he absolutely CRUSHED IT. Trust is ridiculously important with this space and this entire shop has that trait on lock. 11/10 would recommend this shop to anyone!!

I came to Zach with a 16 year old sleeve that was never finished and was in bad shape. He has redesigned the whole thing from ground up, covered up existing pieces that were in bad shape with beautiful art, and revitalized segments that were usable but needed to be reshaped and refreshed. His talent is real and it shows on my arm and every person who continues to comment on my arm and appreciate it. Every artist at Creative Tattoo is at this level and the journey so far has been phenomenal! My wife and I scoured the OKC area and this shop is 100% the best in our opinion!

Zach and his team are top notch, legitimate creative artists. If you want unique, detailed and impressive work done, this is the place to go in Oklahoma.If you’re looking to walk in and get a small stencil done for under a hundred bucks, I’m not sure if they’d even do it, but this probably isn’t the shop you should be looking at.Zach did my only two tattoos where I gave him a theme, talked it over with him on where to get it placed and let him just do his work. I was obviously terrified to give him the freedom to use me as a canvas without any firm rules, but I’m so happy I found the trust to do it, because what he came up with was so much better than anticipated. Now I’m on the books to get a sleeve!

Zach Perez is a very polite and profesional artist. It has been over 20 yrs since i have gotten a tattoo in OK (back when it was all underground). After sending an email request, not knowing the processes, i visited the studio. Zach was with a customer about to start some work, so i was welcomed by another associate whom told me Zach was busy and they would return my email. After Zach heard the conversation, he came over and spoke with me directly about the process and asked a little about what i was wanting to get done. He was very polite and let me know that i would get a return email that would be even more specific. I appreciate that he was professional and understanding about my lack of knowledge on everything. I have not set up my appt with him Yet but have told him he will be the 1st to put ink on me after all these yrs. Thank you Zach

The staff were really nice and helped me get my nose piercing redone after it closed up! My artist told me they couldnt pierce the same spot due to risk of infection and I was totally fine with that. Easy and quick, thanks again for the touch up!

Had an amazing experience at Creative Tattoos. My artist was Tariq (@tariq.hasan.z on instagram), and he did amazing detail and line work on my tattoo. He was able to capture exactly what i wanted. This is my 5th tattoo, so I knew what to expect in terms of pain, but throughout the 4 hours he was very conversational, which is definitely needed when youre sitting there just getting stabbed. The place was clean and very worth the money. When he said he wanted to do white highlights to finish, he put on a numbing spray to help prevent any pain or swelling from the spots he had already gone over. Definitely helped a bit on some of the tender spots as well since I couldnt even feel it at that point. I definitely recommend anyone (tattoo virgins to veterans) to come here. Even if you dont see Tariq, all the artists are amazing.

I was introduced to Creative Tattoo by Melanie, Zachs girlfriend..Melanie does micro pigmentation..I allowed her to tattoo my lips , I had no idea that it was illegal for her to do this in the shop..she is supposed to be under a physician care..unfortunately for me, my lips got infected and all my color is gone..so not only am I out my $600, my lips have no color and i had fever blisters for weeks...I called Melanie in good faith,hoping she would make right by this! .Unfortunately, the wrong thing was trusting that she was legite and professional...I find it truly pathetic and unethical that Melanie would jeopardize the well being of ,not just myself, but also the employees at Creative Tattoo..Lesson learned!!

I had a tattoo session with Tariq Zubhuza for my right bicep. He was extremely professional when it came to his booking process, laying out his expectations for us both to follow right out of the gate, keeping me updated on the appointment and making sure that I was informed of any changes. He lead me in the right direction of ideas that wouldnt come out exactly right, but was sure to take my input into account. In general, I found his tattooing style and demeanor to be very relaxed and easy going, making for a pleasant enough experience. I particularly enjoyed the last half hour of session, where he used Vasocaine topical numbing spray to finish up the deep saturation, making the last portion of the session that is usually the most miserable, much more bearable. And my mans attention to detail and overall shading technique absolutely crushes. Worth every cent.

They had amazing customer service! I was serviced by Sam at the last minute! & he’s done great!! He made sure that I was taken care of and comfortable despite the crush time!! If y’all ain’t booking him then who!!! I’ll wait!

This place is amazing! I love my tattoo and the nice clear crisp lines on it. Ethan did a wonderful job. The customer service was outstanding aswell! A malfunction happened in the tattoo gun so after an hour of trying to fix it he borrowed a different one but did the right thing and said his mind isn’t on the tattoo where it needs to be so he said he was gonna try to get his fixed then shoot me a text. So we weren’t able to do it the first day but I got a text later saying he got it fixed. So he came in the next day on his day off to give me the tattoo. And I find this the most wonderful customer experience. I definitely will be coming back and I HIGHLY recommend this place. Ethan went above and beyond!

I got my tattoo from Zach Perez. I gave him my idea of a book opening into a galaxy and he ran with it. It looks so much more beautiful than I imagined! He is so great at what he does! Zach is a good artist, but a terrible business man. He will tattoo what he wants, not what you want. He will tell you to trust him, and sometimes that can turn out terrible. He wont show you what he is permanently inking on your skin until right before, even if you pay up front. Kinda shady.

Got my septum done here! it was awesome, the dude who did my nose was very nice, I appreciated how he talked the whole time, so I wasnt nervous, haha. didnt hurt, it was a little pinch but overall it was an amazing experience.
