Best Tattoo experience I’ve ever had. For a long time I refused to get tattoos in Oklahoma because of bad experiences and poor recommendations. Muse Tattoo is by far the best shop around, they care about you and take their work very seriously. 10/10

I got one tattoo from Muse that I loved. I brought him an image that he replicated well on my skin in my preferred area. The second time I booked an appointment, I “stupidly” booked a 3 hr appointment and imagined him tattooing 5 smaller pieces around my arms. I planned on paying $500 cash. Yet I didn’t schedule a meeting prior because each piece was simple. When I arrived for my appointment AFTER sending the pictures of what I wanted and explaining where on my body and the dimensions… Muse said, “Do you know what you want?” And I said, “Yes, some non-connected tattoos for my recently deceased brother and recently deceased son that mean a lot to me but I didn’t want it to look stupid. Will it look stupid?” and he said yes… so I was a little embarrassed.. but I understood because maybe he didn’t want them to be sporadic? I thought many professional artists can make sporadic tattoos look amazing. But instead of letting me get ONE of my desired tattoos, he said, “My wife planned dinner early tonight and since you’re confused (I wasn’t), we need to cancel this appointment.” Mind you it was for 3 hours and started at 7 pm… 7-10 pm. Without a refund… I responded confused,” Okay, but can I please use that $50 deposit that I already paid you to get 1 tattoo?” And he said, ”No, my wife is cooking dinner and I’m ready to go.” I bawled the entire car ride home and I called my husband to calm me down. He reached out to Muse in text within minutes to get a response that said, “My wife cooked dinner, you’re wife scheduled a 3 hour appointment without a consultation, and so I’m not wrong”. Okay, understood. But I still feel like this is one of the worst ways to correspond with someone and lose a customer who would’ve supported you had you treated me with respect for the $50 deposit and potential loss of future business because of a meal with the wife. Some would agree, some would not. Good luck here.

Muse is a talented artist behind the brush and tattoo gun. Ive been to him on four separate occasions. He just finished a silverback gorilla piece I wanted. Youll find hes a well traveled young man with good conversation, knowledge of self and ancestry. Plus, his shop is a whole vibe. I highly recommend.

So I was scheduled to go to another tattoo shop in town. Long story short, the artist was a no show. I was super bummed and was ready to give up and drive the 1.5 hrs home, but my wife suggested we at least do a quick Google search to see if theres anything else available nearby. It was already after 6PM and I thought the day was a lost cause, but I reluctantly did a quick Google search anyways. That brought us to Muse.An awesome artist named Cash had a little extra time on his hands between appointments and was able to squeeze me in. It wasnt a rushed job though. He took the time and gave the attention he needed to prep the art, get the positioning just right, and deliver the tattoo of my literal dreams.Needless to say, Im incredibly satisfied with my man Cash and the Muse Art Tattoo Company. I had a very positive experience overall and highly recommend them to anyone whos looking to get a tattoo!

I got my first tattoo ever with Cam and it was such a great experience! all of the staff reassured me that i was going to take it like a champ, which i did!! everyone was extremely friendly. one of the tattoo artists even went out to my friends car apologizing after he had to kick him out due to social distancing guidelines. i went to Muse Art for a walk in 45 minutes before they were closing and they still took me with no issue. Cam talked me through the quick process which made me feel extremely comfortable. the vibe was great and everything was clean. i’ll definitely be back soon!

Marcus is who I have been getting tattoos from for the last four years; where do I even begin. As an artist, Marcus is brilliant in whatever form he is executing his art, painting, tattooing, sketching - he does it all wonderfully. Each tattoo he does he takes into consideration the persons body type, so their tattoo will be the most complimentary piece it could possibly be for them. He is definitely not a one size fits all type of artist.As an individual, Marcus is one of the most relaxed yet driven individuals that Ive ever met. He is doing wonderful things with his art and with educating people about African culture. Additionally, he is committed to an attitude of kindness and care. He is one of my favorite people to have philosophical conversations with.In short, if you want an artist who is committed to giving you the best tattoo for you - who also gives back to the community and is incredibly kind - go to Muse Art. I wouldnt go to anyone else, unless I was out of state and even then I would probably drive back to OKC to have him tattoo me.

Got my 3/4 sleeve here . All work done by Cam. If youre looking for a tattoo specialized in deep bold balcks hes your man for the job. He puts his spin on all his work , hes got a little dark side for yeah ! I highly recommend this place for the atomphere Muse has created. It more than just getting a tattoo here. Ask for Cam and he will take care of your deep blacks! Hes got a great personality that will make you laugh if you catch his sense of humor. DO NOT GO HERE!Went to this shop and talked to the owner about a tat, and agreed that it would only take around 45 min for the tat I wanted. Was asked to put down $60 deposit, which I thought was strange, but nonetheless, I did. Went to the shop 2 weeks later at my schedule appointment, waited around for about 20 min, and the actual work time was about 50 minutes. I go to pay, and he charges me $140. I say “That’s insane.” And he goes on saying he does all his art freehand, and he can charge me that much? So after a little bit of disagreement, I’m like, “Okay whatever. I paid $60 for the deposit, so I owe you $80?” And he says “Oh the deposit was to hold your spot. It doesn’t go towards the cost of the tattoo.” So I end up paying $200 dollars for a tat that only took less than an hour. No color, no layers, nothing crazy. I have been telling everyone I know to not go here due to them ripping me off.

This place is amazing!! Wonderful artists, wonderful atmosphere, fantastic pricing, etc. The only problem was how hot it was in the building. There were no fans and no A/C on at all. My stencil was actually falling off because I was sweating so much.

I tried to get a tattoo with the artist named “CAMMY”, gave him 60$ on cash app didn’t tell me it wasn’t refundable, procrastinating on telling me when he was going to get me a date on the tattoo, I asked and bugged him enough to attempt to get his attention and he barely answered, when he answered back it was very confusing and too late for I was only in OKC for limited days. I requested I get my 60$ back and he taold me “NO, it’s non refundable” and told me I was being wishy washy. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

My dad got a ship anchor tattoo in honor of our grandpa who is a retired Navy Vet from WW2. Easily, one of the best damn tattoo shops in the south. Justin did a great job on the peice.
