I came in to get my tragus pierced. They jewelry selection is excellent with so many cute, gold pieces. I was pierced by Jocelyn, who had previously pierced my conch, so I was comfortable and familiar with her procedure. Jocelyn is so beyond gentle and professional. I can’t wait to come back and get another piercing soon!

What an awesome experience for a first piercing! Joceyln did such an amazing job with the piercing and consultation. I was stuck between either a daith or helix and she let me know the difference of care needed for each. She talked me through the whole process of the piercing and made sure I was okay! Just recently had a double vertical helix piercing done there. I was a walk in but they were able to squeeze me in about an hour. Jocelyn did a good job at explaining the aftercare and pros and cons of getting the piercing I did. I will definitely be coming back to get a third vertical helix!

This place was awesome! The customer service was wonderful from my first phone call to the minute I left the shop. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and accommodating. The facility was well lit and very clean. I was a little anxious because this was my first piercing since I pierced my ears when I was 7!! My piercer, Jocelyn, explained everything well and made the process seamless. She spent a lot of time helping me pick out the jewelry and gave good feedback on how the different pieces would look/fit. I had very little discomfort during and after my piercing. This place was a very clean establishment and the staff were all really nice! Chelsea was the one who did my piercing change and even though it stung i think it was because my hole was barely open. She was very patient with me and gave me all the time i needed!

Megan was super nice! I got my third lobes and a conch piercing. She was super gentle so I could barely feel anything up until the needle went through. I also got my jewelry changed to a shorter post, which also went pretty smoothly considering how tight the jewelry originally was. Overall, I had a great experience getting pierced by Megan!

I am disappointed. Jocelyn was very patient with me and precise about snake bite piecing placement! However when I went to downsize my jewelry, I was given the wrong jewelry to do so. When I came back to return or exchange them for the proper backing, I was still charged for the new ones. I am disappointed because this was the same piercer to have done my snake bites to begin with and I feel they should have know better.

Ive gotten one of my tattoos done at the El Monte location, but I like the space of this one better. The design of the place is spaced out nicely, and parking is so much better. The artists here are just as talented too. I just got this piece done by Ray. I loooove it so much! I reached out to Ray a few months before, and he was very professional and quick to respond back to my inquiry compared to a couple of tattoo artists from other shops that Ive reached out to. He sent me a sketch of what I was imagining and quickly adjusted the sketch until it was what I wanted. The final product turned out even better than what I imagined. I will definitely get another tattoo from him ☺️

Got a 3-inch tattoo of my cat for $700 from tattooist Tiffy. I chose her because the work that she post on her Instagram looked great. However, my tattoo is so dark and faced after just 10 days that it looks 10 years old. My cat’s proportions are wrong, coloring looks unnatural, and the shadings are ugly. I’m so disappointed given this price and how much this tattoo is supposed to mean to me. They also have terrible management and keeps passing you between the front desk and the tattooist when you have an inquiry. They will ALWAYS look for excuses. They do not care about customer satisfaction, only money. Don’t go there. Find somewhere else where you can at least have some leverage when things don’t go according to plan.

Jocelyn Scarlett is an awesome piercer. She is listens to the client and works with them to do the best possible job. She is kind and gentle, and has good technique. I have had many piercings with her, and it is always a pleasure. I highly recommend her, especially for the more advanced piercings. If you have to wait to see her, its worth the wait.

I’ve been to this location two times, one for a tattoo and the other for piercings. the staff is amazing and friendly. I got my ears pierced by Vega and shes the best. She made the whole experience fun and was so nice and make me feel very comfortable. I tend to be an indecisive person but she was so understanding and made sure that i liked what i was getting. will definitely come back for both tattoos and piercings!

My sister and I went here recently and got sister tattoos. We paid a $60 deposit and were quoted $200 to $250 per tattoo. Very simple, fine line writing about 4 inches long and half inch wide. We were told the $60 deposit would go toward the final amount. When we were finished, we were told $200 each. *Side note, my sister got another small tattoo touched up on her other ankle. She was never quoted a price for this...We were told $200/ea. when we were done. My sister tipped Ray $70 as a courtesy for touching up her other tattoo, and I tipped her 20% ($20). After we left, we realized they did not put our $60 deposit toward our total. When we reached out to get a refund, they refused with various excuses.We had planned on coming back for future work, but now, we will not. So BE FORWARNED to make sure you have them put your deposit toward your final cost because they will not honor their word.

Ive followed them on instagram and finally was able to make the trip from WA to their Orange location. Eva gave me my very first tattoo! She was friendly and patient while answering my questions. When it was time for payment, she made sure to let the front desk know the final price with my deposit. She also told me as well as showed me their suggested aftercare routine. Hope to see their other locations!

Flew across the country to visit a friend, but I’d come back to get another tattoo here. Sent in an initial appointment request and everyone that I interacted with was very helpful and replied quickly despite the time zone change. Trevor was my tattoo artist and he was able to perfectly execute the concept that I had in mind while being sweet and incredibly respectful. I’ll definitely be going back!

Went here for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience! Staff was professional and friendly, taking the time to ensure my comfort and explain every step of the piercing process. I received multiple ear piercings in one sitting and it was done by Vega quickly and as pain free as possible. I’d love to come back in the future!

Came in for second lobe piercings and Yalin helped me out! She was so nice and patient with me. I had already recommended her to my friends & Ill be back for any additional piercings too!
