Abby did wonderful with my piercing! She talked me through the whole thing and even made sure I was okay. She was very precise and making sure they were even before proceeding. Would definitely recommend. And I will definitely be coming back for any other piercing I need.

Ive gone to Lucky Duck several times, and have never had a bad experience. My most recent piercing was done by Abbey and even though it was a super busy day, she took the time to chat for a sec.Ill be going to Lucky Duck for all future tats and piercings.

Worst phone conversation. Asking me why I asked a question. Not everyone is as knowledgeable in your industry as others. Thankfully I am so I asked a question to get a guesstimate of my price spending. I understand consultation is a thing. I also do those. As I’m knowledgeable In good customer service. Try not to make others who want your service feel dumb or wrong for asking. It deters any service in my eyes. I won’t be coming.

We came in close to closing for a piercing, despite the late hour Abby was more than happy to help us and gave us all the information we could need to take care of it afterwards. The shop was very clean and nice the service we received will definitely bring us back in next time!

Absolutely professional, amazing and kind. I loved my quick and easy experience with this place! Especially Abbey, it was my first piercing and she made me feel like it was just another piercing I had on my body, so it was no big deal for me. and not only that, really made me feel comfortable over the experience which was super important to me. She reassured my fears, explained everything in detail on how it would go down and where I would feel pain (which is barely anything compared to that split second.) I loved it and will be coming back for more!

I came in with an infected conch piercing that I got done a week ago and Noah removed it and replaced it with a larger gage/post with minimal pain. He was amazing and so quick!

Got a simple tattoo here today, staff was extremely friendly and was well worth the price tag. I am extremely satisfied and have seen their work on others which was more complicated and all have been quite good work. Will be returning in the future! Went in for a helix piercing on my left ear; she did a great job on placement, talked me through every step and made it fast and relatively painless (Ive had more pain with the dentist and novacaine shots). Abbey did my daughters nose piercing yesterday, and even tho my daughter left a review as soon as we got in the car to leave, Id like to also leave one. My daughter is 15 and has been asking for a nose piercing for probably 2 years, and her dad and I finally said yes, we think youre old enough. Prompt, clean,professional service. It is pricier than some but totally worth the extra cost for the well trained staff, cleanliness,and quality of jewelry. Noah was my piercer and talked me through breathing so I could relax when the piercing needle was painful. I was given a detailed care sheet to take home and told the gauge of my piercing. Noah answered all my questions about how long to leave this piercing in,when I could switch to a hoop,etc. Will definitely go back.

Very professional and helpful. I got my septum done here back in september by a previous piercer. I went last night with my friend for her conch. Asked Catt if she could take a look at my septum as I felt it wasnt done correctly. And sure enough she confirmed my suspicions. She offered to fix it for me. Shes very informative and kind. Definitely going back to get more piercings from her!

Not sure what the hype is about, Owners should host a Customer Service training seminar with the staff, waited about 30 minutes on a slow day for a piercing that never happened. Ended up leaving and getting my piercing at another shop. For a shop with such high reviews, we were excited walking in but after my experience, I’d happily recommend another shop.

Terrible TERRIBLE service! I’ve never in life seen anyone pass up good money based on there own stupidity.. Wouldn’t do a tongue piercing? Hire adults who want to show off their work and bring Customers back!

My first time at lucky duck my husband got his first tattoo by a guy named Michael he was amazing with him and very patient and professional and Michael knew how to make people laugh too! Then second time I went was to get my Medusa pierced by cat she was awesome as well she was very patient with me too we plan to come back to do tattoos and piercings yall are amazing here!

I went in to get my tongue pierced. Kat was the person that preformed the piercing. Three days after my tongue was swollen and had blue discoloration to it. I have had my tongue pierced before so I know what should and should not happen. Highly satisfied with the shop just not the piercer kat. 10/10 do not recommend her. Went back to get it fixed and the piercer Abby was so amazing! Would recommend Abby to anyone.

Great piercing location! Went to get my smiley and the process was easy and smooth! only problem was piercer did not tighten the ball and it fell off as soon as i got in the car and they wanted to me to wait 25 minutes to get it tightened… Other than that amazing! :-)

This place is amazing. I showed up to get my industrial piercing and Matt was extremely helpful. Extremely professional about the piercing and did an amazing job. He gave me proper tips and techniques I could use to help me heal and even new things I’ve never heard of. I’ve only have my piercing a 3 days and thanks to him I can already see healing.

I got my first ever nose piercing from Cat. I’m 59 years old and my son treated me for Mother’s Day. I was very nervous but Cat was very good at easing my nerves. Very gentle. Went in got my “smiley” pierced Cat did a phenomenal job, super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area or willing to make the drive.

My friend got her navel done here & her double helix. Luckily they seemed to have done an ok job with her navel piercing. But her double helix which I paid for was a disaster. Way too close together! They started her off with too big of piercings which weve come to learn that isnt standard practice. They didnt talk us through anything. She had to get them remove from a different place 713 tattoo. Much more professional & better costumer service there. Was really painful for her getting removed. The piercer said they used really cheap jewelry here & they put them way too close together. You get what you pay for coming here. But we would of saved more money just going to the other place first. Since now she has to wait till her ears heals in 2 months to get them re done.

Noah was the one helping us and i wanna say the service was really good he made sure that i liked the positioning of the piercing and he told me how to take care of it. Noah overall was a really nice and funny worker there i definitely recommend coming here to this place!

I came in to get a conch ear piercing, they have affordable prices and the people working at the front were also very nice...and Matt was the person that pierced me. He was very professional. At first, my earring was a little too big, so the next day I called him and told him that I wasn’t too happy with the big hoop, he handled it very well and didn’t give me a hard time, he was nice enough to offer me different solutions and was also very informative with it. So I went back to get it changed to a smaller hoop and I love it. Thank you!! I will definitely be coming back in the future...

I’ve gotten all my piercings here and I love them! And although all the people who’ve helped me are all awesome my hat goes off to Abbey!! I went to get my Ashley done and I didn’t feel a thing!! She made me feel so comfortable and kept asking if I was ok. I’ll have to make sure she’s there when i go in next time! Thank you for the great experience Abbey!!!

Got my first ever piercing, septum piercing, and it was an amazing experience!!! Very nice staff with a safe and clean feeling environment!! I got a simple solid black date tattooed above my thigh. Initially it looked extremely awesome but after closer inspection at home when the high of a new tattoo wears off I noticed both mine and my sisters tattoos had some issues. There are minor issues with font size on both of our tattoos where the sizing and thickness is different. we aren’t too bothered by it as we know everyone is their own worst critic and we it was a spur of the moment no reader had done kinda thing. overall we’re both still happy with our tattoos and plan to return for more later but we’ll make sure more planning goes into them. Nahyla (Bayou) was so sweet and patient with us all while keeping great professionalism. I cannot wait to see how her work progresses over time.

Noah was an amazing person to do my piercing with. He was very understanding and talked to me all the way through it. I was so nervous but all ik is that if I ever get another piercing Im definitely asking for noah again.

Cat pierced my septum after the last person to do it did it wrong. I couldn’t recommend her more for piercings! I was feeling very nervous and she knew exactly what to say and what questions to ask to make me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I went here about 2 years ago and got my tongue pierced so I decided to come back today and get my nose pierced. The sweet girl who pierced my nose (Abby) was really nice and easy to get along with and gave great piercing advice. I was really glad to have had her pierce me today 😁

If I could give a 0 I would do that. My daughter wanted her belly button pierced so she did some research and wanted to get pierced with Katt. We went to the shop on a weekend and as expected the wait was long but after all the wait Katt did not pierce my daughter. Another piercer by the name of Noah pierced my daughters belly button. When we left my daughter could not sit straight up in the car because the piercing bothered her. After several days of cleaning the piercing she noticed the piercing did not seem right. We went to the shop again and a longer, ugly, plastic looking ring was made for her piercing because the swelling would not go down and looked like it was on the verge of getting infected. After several days with the larger, ugly, plastic looking ring my daughter noticed that the piercing did not look right. My daughter took a picture and sent it to Katt and verified there was to much space and she needed to remove the piercing. At this point I am livid, because we have made the drive twice, over half an hour one way trip and neither experience has been good. My daughter removes the piercing and lets it begin to heal and was told to come in for a free piercing (least they can do considering they messed up the first one and refused to return my money so I could take her to somewhere more capable). Took my daughter for a third time to the shop and arrived 10 minutes early so we would be there before Katt and hoping to avoid the long wait. Katt notified she was 15 minutes away at 3:05. At 3:35 she was now only 7 minutes away, obviously their customers time is not of importance to them. Finally Katt arrives closer to 3:45 (at this point we had been waiting 55 minutes). Katt gets my daughter in the room to pierce and explains to her that she will re-pierce and set the expectation that because of the trauma to her belly with the second piercing the healing is now going to take about a year and half instead of a year. Also went on to say she was in a bad mood the day we went for the first piercing and that is why she had Noah do the piercing. So because she was in a bad mood, my daughter had to pay the price by being pierced twice and going through more pain than she should have had to. We will never go to this shop again, not only is their customers time of no importance to them, the customer service isnt either. Do not come here, do yourself the favor and look for another shop.

My experience at Lucky Duck was one like no other! I have experience at multiple tattoo shops and this one by far has been the most clean and welcoming place I’ve been to so far. The people are incredible and Sir Michael Strange did a phenomenal job on my arm piece! His creativity and high level of detail blew my previous work out of the water. Ced was also a joy to be around and I look forward to coming back for my next piece :)

If you are looking for a piercing be it your first or fifteenth Matt is your guy!! He was very personable and informative which I found especially useful seeing as I was receiving my first piercing.. Matt broke down the options I had and discussed the plans I had seeing as I want to do some guaging. We started off with the biggest size they are set up to punch which is a 10 and he walked me through all the things I needed to know moving forward with my journey.Then he also did a great job on my girlfriends nose piercing which came out looking fantastic!All in all I give 5 stars and 2 👍 up!! So i needed a new place for tattoos and when my best friend told me about this place i was like “let’s go!” I got three tattoos in one night by Nahyla and i let her do free style on my chest. That ended up being favorite tattoo, ever since those ones i’ve come back for more. This place full of funny n sweet people so worth it!

Everyone is really nice there but my tattoos just didn’t come out good. Which really sucks because a couple of my family members were who referred me. I got both of mine done awhile back but completely forgot to leave a review on it. They charged us $80 per a tattoo, I believe and they were so little but we paid it expecting great results. I had a cover up done on my ring finger that looks really bad and my husband and I got peace signs on our hands. My husband waiting 6 months then got someone else to fix it, his was bad bad, mine is wonky looking and the nails look like claws unfortunately. I’ll eventually get someone to fix both of them. I added the photos to their photo section if anyone wants to take a look! I think they are okay in regards to bigger tattoos maybe, idk, but they greatly butchered my small ones. Thankfully they were tiny though and can be easily fixed.

Got my helix piercing done by Abby. very kind and walked me though the process. She gave advice and even let me confirm the location. took less than 10 minutes and paperwork took longer than the piercing.

Strange did amazing! He was able to capture a moment that i loved and paste it onto my thigh. Realism can make or break a tattoo and this man pulled it off to a tee. it looks exactly what i imagined it too. and it is amazing!! i would 100% go back to this place and be willing to work with him again.

I had an issue with my nose piercing that I got pierced here a few months back but not bc of them bc I accidentally injured it a day or two ago, and it wasn’t coming out of the other hole so my jewelry was stuck and I wasn’t able to move it around in my nose. And Cat literally saved me from so much pain in the future. She recommended I get smaller jewelry, which I agreed to and she put some vitamin c or something in my nose piercing and changed out my jewelry. The process was quick and I love how she explained all the steps that she was doing while changing out my jewelry bc I was so anxious about it since it hurt. She was super helpful and amazing, and I’m so happy that she was able to help with my piercing bc I didn’t really wanna take it out :( which I didn’t have to do! She also told me how to clean my piercing, in detail!I 100% recommended this shop. The staff is always super friendly, and informative, you never feel like a burden. And they’re always down to help you! 💗 My favorite piercing shop ever!

My friends and I went to get matching tattoos and we were assigned to Nahyla Peralta. 4 out of 5 of us have never had a tattoo and were nervous, but she was so full of energy, kindness and humor it made the whole experience so much better and put us all at ease. I got my ear pierced here and probably the most horrible experience ever. The girl who did my piercing was genuinely nice. And people there were nice. But it seemed like she did not know what she was doing. She was pretty emotional . She pierced my cartilage and gave me a little hoop. She screwed it on tight and at one point Seth came in to help out. It wasn’t as bad but it was bleeding pretty bad. I thought it would heal which is why I kept it in for so long. And today I finally was able to remove it. The girl who pierced my ear also broke my iPhone . Which was an accident . She gave me fifty for the damage but I had to get a whole new phone because the screen turned black . And she also pierced my tragus piercing which also got infected despite me following the care procedures . The earring it was thick as well.

Got my veritical labret done on Saturday May 7th by Catt. it got infected almost immediately and i had to take it out 2 days later. when i took it out i saw a different piercer who said the reason it got infected was because she did not properly sterilize my mouth and the jewelry was cheap and wrong for my mouth shape. the aftercare sheet was also incorrect.

Nahyla did my tattoo and I am beyond grateful it’s soooo much more than I expected it to be ❤️❤️❤️❤️ She brought my vision to life and I can’t wait to go back and get all my work done by her! She is super light handed which made it even easier and enjoyable!

I walked into a tattoo parlor for the first time in my life today to get my little girls ears pierced. I dont know what I expected... but Rubber duck wasnt it. The place had a level of class that I dont associate with tattoo shops. I kinda just wanted to kick back and talk with the staff. The staff whom by the way, were awesome.My daughter was already excited and putting me to shame in terms of being ready to be pierced by metal... but nearly everyone in the shop made themselves available to keep her calm and distracted.Given the level of care they showed my daughter, I told the staff that if I ever work up the nerve to get a tattoo... this shop is certainly were Im going to come.

Wonderful and friendly environment. I just lost my dog and got his nose and paw prints tattooed. They were incredibly understanding and sensitive to my loss. I would recommended them to anyone. We aren’t going to any other shop from now on.
