Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Removery. It was my first time getting a tattoo removed and Willy made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I went to their newest Los Angeles located in Pasadena. The facility was clean and organized. I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends and family who are interested in tattoo removal.

I’m currently on my third tattoo removal session for my lower back XL area, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far! The staff here are incredibly friendly and make each visit as comfortable as possible. I also opted for the unlimited session package, which has been such a great value—it takes the stress off wondering how many sessions Ill need, and I can just focus on the progress. The clinic is clean, professional, and I feel well taken care of each time. Would recommend bringing an ice pack for the ride home and taking Tylenol or ibuprofen before as there can be a lingering pain/burning sensation.

From the start of the process to now I am just finishing my second session , it has been a 10/10 experience. Willy does my laser treatments and he is amazing! I appreciate how kind they are with everything , explain the steps thoroughly , what to expect , worked with my financially. The energy of the place is really positive the whole entire time. I am treating 11 tattoos with them , and I have zero regrets.

I know that every tattoo removal has it’s own story, its own journey. Mine starts here. My dad passed away and always wanted me to get this removed. What I should have did when he was here I’m doing in his passing to honor him. You guys have made this process for me possible. I can’t thank you more for the work you do. For your kindness and for the time you take to make sure I’m comfortable when I’m there and check up on my tattoo removal process the next day. Thank you for all that you do!!

Both Corey and Willy were amazing! They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. This is my first tattoo removal and it was a great experience thanks to Corey and Willy.

I’ve had such a great experience with Removery. The removal process does take a long time, I am one year in and probably have another year to go, but I know that the longer it takes the better the result will be. I look forward to my appointment each time, especially when I get to see Willy- the best tech!

They are so great here, the most efficient Removery location I’ve been to. Willy is the best, very kind and gets the removal process done quickly— you are in and out in less than 10 minutes. They are knowledgeable, always answer all my questions and are very helpful and friendly.

I went in for a consultation, but luckily, Willy was able to fit me in for a session the same day as he had some last-minute availability, which I greatly appreciated. This place is great! Right when I walked in I was impressed with the professional look of the place. Corey was very thorough and explained the whole process to me completely and answered all of my questions. I was able to get my first session in on the same day with Will. It was an all around great experience.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Today I believe was my 6th or 7th session. I’ve never left a tattoo session in this much pain. I’ve been to the West Covina location where they’ve taken care of me so well. I’ve been recently coming to the Pasadena location with Willy and have nothing but positive things to say about him and how he is during my treatment. Today I was treated by someone new by the name of Cindy who originally is from the Woodland Hills location. From the beginning , she wouldn’t let me record my process. I’ve been recording my process since the beginning which was weird that I wasn’t allowed this time but I respected her wishes. She struggled with the chair had absolutely no idea how to maneuver it. I told her it was electric. She had me stand for 10 minutes because she couldn’t figure out the chair situation. She kept trying to move it with her body. She wanted me to sit a certain way to accommodate her which was very odd for me. Usually they adjust to make sure I feel comfortable since I’m the one getting the laser treatment. I asked her to please put the cooling air on high (which is never an issue) and she told me “no” she couldn’t hear. To make matters worse, as she lasered me she blew the air everywhere but the area she was treating. My skin was extremely hot and immediately blistered. I’ve never had any post op problems but minor swelling. . The machine got unplugged during the process and kept turning off. She took so many breaks and it was extreme torture. I sit through my sessions fairly well but today was different. Moving forward the only person who I will allow to do treatments on me is Willy. She is the worst and made this experience for me HELL, one that I will not forget. I got to my car and immediately started crying. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Willy is the best tech I’ve had in my removery experience! I wish I could see him every time, unfortunately I live in Washington and normally visit the Tukwila location. He was so informative and gave me information I was not previously given (this was my 4th appt) about the process and what to expect. He changed the settings to personalize and improve my experience. Even offered a follow up. Wish every visit could be this pleasant. Give him a raise please. Outstanding customer service and incredibly knowledgable. Recovery is very lucky to have him.

Just started my process here with Removery and all I can say is if your questioning your removal do it with Removery. The nurse was so kind and assuring; explains the process prior to beginning and the dos and donts to have a successful removal. I was always hesitant due to the rumored pain of removing a tattoo, however that was definitely not the case. In my opinion getting the tattoo was far more painful, plus its so quick it doesnt cut into any part of the day. Quicker than a coffee order lol.

Had a great experience here, the waiting area was super spacious and clean. The front desk receptionist Corey was very welcoming and fun, the technician who treated my tattoos Willy was super knowledgeable and so gentile with me. I was on my third treatment and I had a few areas that were more painful than others and Willy was so nurturing, compassionate and vocal while going over my tattoos. He made me feel extremely supported as I started to let out a few tears after hitting my pain threshold (I like to go through my tattoos in one shot to get it over with). We treated four tattoos and I was out in about 15mins maybe even less. Tattoo removal is not fun but they will make sure you are well informed, prepared and take the best care of you even after your appt. Thank you removery Pasadena!
